I would have given them 0 stars if I could. We called Arizona pest control to come and take care of 5 roaches in our house. We didn’t want the problem to spread and we are out of the country for a while. My daughter is living at our house with our grand children so during the week the babysitter (my cousin) takes care of the kids in our home. Az pear control sent Brian to our home and another person he was training on October 9th. He spent 5 min in our kitchen 5 min in the bedrooms and 20 min snooping around our garage. He managed to break our garbage disposal when he was messing around under the sink. (Still waiting for Az pest control to fix that) In the garage he lifted the car cover and was admiring my husband’s mustang he knew everything we had in our garage (very annoying). Brian then proceeded to make my cousin who is babysitting feel very uncomfortable by telling her she is just a babysitter and talking down to her. Brian then called me and told me that we had roaching crawling around everywhere and need to get the job done fast. Brian told me that the babysitter is just a babysitter and she does nothing else and made our house sound like we were dirty people like a horder lived there. We are not horders and we are not dirty people we don’t have a huge house and very little storage in our small kitchen. He just kept judging us and I was very upset about this. I talked to my cousin and she sent me pictures and video of my house and I saw NO roaches anywhere. Brian had sent me a quote of $920 for the 5 roaches we have seen in a month. This company is screwing people over and I am going to call the BBB and let them know what kind of business this is. Az pest control still hasn’t called me back to fix my garbage disposal. Arizona pest control doesn’t care about their customers they just care about screwing you over. They are very unprofessional DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

A friend of mine advised me that this place uses the high quality, brand-name chemicals. I was nervous they would charge more, but they actually came in cheaper than Northwest, who uses the low end product. They did a beautiful job, carefully going through the house, treating all the places where the termites were and then drilling into the foundation all the way around the house applying the treatment, and sealing everything up so that I couldn’t even tell. The best part of all, is that he wore booties into the house, kept everything superclean, which is really important because we have a little baby who goes everywhere all over the floor. I've been with AZ Pest Control since August of 2018. Prior to that I was doing my own treatments, but I still kept finding scorpions in my house. I did some research and found this company. Ali has been doing treatments every other month. He is very friendly and always on time. The last time I saw a scorpion in my house was maybe within the first month after my first service, but it looked like it was struggling to stay alive. I have found none inside since then. Update: I've been finding live bark scorpions intermittently since last month. I let it slide a couple times, but my most recent was tonight. There was one right next to my dog's crate. Called them right away and they offered a complimentary retreat of the inside.

After a careful look at my house he gave me detailed information of what was going on, answered my questions and gave me a clear and detailed proposal for eco-friendly treatment. Their price was better even with the warrantee than from another firm and, to be sure, their evaluation and estimate was more complete and handled in a much more professional way. I felt much more confident with the professionalism of Arizona Pest Control and was really happy when they had an unexpected opening the next morning for treatment to the premises. The technician was right on time and was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient and made sure all my questions were answered. I can't believe the entire matter was handled in 24 hours without any disruptions! Maybe I was lucky in the timing but more importantly out of the slew of termite companies I was very fortunate to have picked Arizona Pest Control.

These folks aren't the cheapest option out there, but they aren't trying to be. They offer a superior product that works. I haven't seen a single critter inside my house since I started using them and the cricket problem we had when we moved in was quickly eradicated. Every other month their awesome technician shows up and asks me if there's any areas of concern that I'd like them to focus on and gets to work. He always locks my gates behind him and will let me know that he's done and remind me to shut my garage door. I've felt like I was in good hands from the very first meeting with Ray. I called a couple pest control companies to help me with my rodent problem. Each estimate appointment left me more stressed, until Jordan from Arizona Pest Control came. New to Arizona, he answered all my questions before I even asked them. He walked around my whole house and yards to help me find evidence of the mice activity and he pointed out potential problem areas that I needed to take care of. Even the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone and David, who also came to my property, we’re so kind and helpful. Customer service goes a long way with me and they have been OUTSTANDING! Seemed really nice over the phone and were very prompt. When the sales guy came he seemed nice and like he knew what he was talking about. Everything went south quick when he told me our product is guaranteed to last a minimum of 5 years but He wanted to sell me a the product and a 5 year warranty for over 1500 bucks. I asked why would I pay for the 5 year warranty if you guarantee it for 5 years? He replied with it should last 5 years. Then I said ok what about no warranty. He replied irritated saying 800. I ended up declining all services and he said “wow, ok” turned around and walk away. Anyway long story short way over priced, terrible sales guy the only reason I gave two stars is the lady over the phone was very nice.

I discovered a termite infestation at our house. The termites were already in an exterior wall of our home. I researched all of the major pest control companies in Tucson and decided to get two estimates. Arizona Pest Control's estimate was 33% less than the other company for comparable work/service. Arizona Pest Control's estimator, Jordan, was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain how to fix our problem. Jordan was never pushy but put me at ease during the process. Arizona Pest Control's friendly technician, Dan, came and completed the work. He placed 27 Sentricon bait stations around the perimeter of my house plus sprayed a termite pesticide foam in the termite infestation wall as well as treated all drain areas, which are known potential termite entry points. All communication was prompt and courteous. They broke my bill into 3 monthly payments with no interest charges. Arizona Pest Control may not be the cheapest in town but they are a long standing, reliable Tucson local company that does high quality work. I give them my strongest recommendation.

Arizona Pest Control came out the same day I called them for problems with bees swarming around our pool. They took great care not to harm the bees, just make that part of the pool less desirable. They also explained a lot to me about bees and about what they were doing. They are a good company, I will cal them again when I need help.

Arizona Pest Control definitely had the most thorough inspectors. They found all the termite tubes, were very knowledgeable and willing to explain what they needed to do. Even though they were priced higher than the other quotes,the high quality of their inspectors and technicians caused me to pick them. After 2.5 years though, we ended up being disappointed with the overall value. The termites came back in the center of the house (or more likely were never eradicated). Recently, we tried to schedule a spot treatment and ended up being charged for both a spot treatment and backdating of our warranty. I tried calling and emailing several times to understand why we'd be charged for both a spot treatment and a warranty (I could understand one or the other) , but didn't receive a reply which made sense. This ended up making the cost of the just a spot treatment comparable to some of the other full treatment quotes we received. Today we just noticed fresh termite tubes in the garage - our warranty ends next month so it looks like we will give AZ pest control another chance and may update this review. Depending on what happens, we may end up nuking the perimeter more frequently with a cheaper company. UPDATE 4/2018: we updated our warranty and had AZ pest come out for a spot treatment. They seemed to do a good job and used over 10 gallons of product. I will update this after rainy season to indicate whether the termites stayed away

They gave me a few very helpful hints to avoid future problems. And the owner of the company was also involved in ensuring my satisfaction in the service. A rare thing these days.
