Shawn has been servicing our home for several years. He has always called well in advance so we can make arrangements to keep our garage available for him. He comes when he says he will. The products used keep us pretty pest free--as pest free as anyone in the desert can be when we no longer have a winter to control pests. Any issues are promptly resolved. We have been very satisfied by Shawn's service and would recommend Arizona Organic to anyone.

AZ Organic Pest Control is great. Our technician, Justin, was extremely thorough. My wife was very concerned about toxic chemical exposure. He explained, in detail, everything he was going to do and the products he was using. He made her feel comfortable with the whole process. He even came back out on his day off to deal with a scorpion issue we had. Great service!

I have been with Arizona Organic Pest and Termite Control for about 5 years and I love this company! I have written about them in Green Living AZ Magazine because of their eco-friendly, natural products. I am a 100% no chemicals-in-my-home and this is why I trust this company. They use only natural products and when they leave it smells so good. I love when our Our technician, Justin, shows up. He rings the door bell, and by the time I get to the door he is already at work sweeping away cobwebs and inspecting for bugs. Justin is just so thorough. We had a problem with fire ants in the backyard and crazy ants in the kitchen all gone with 2 applications. Although this service is bimonthly, a quick text to Justin and he is out in a flash for in between maintenance if needed. I appreciate Justin always has a smile and is an active listener and willing to make sure my needs are met and I am happy! -so rare these days! Thank you Justin - we appreciate you.

We started using Arizona Organic about 10 years ago when we decided to look into organic chemicals for our guests. Dan has proven to be very knowledgeable about our “desert pests”, is always friendly, professional and helpful. He reminds me of his upcoming visit a day or two ahead. He goes the extra mile as was recently shown when we found the appearance of termites in our home. After checking it out, he recommended that Sean come and take a look. He also proved to be very knowledgeable and professional and gave us some alternatives. Used this service for over 6 months and every time was told that it would eventually start working. I complained that I still had scorpions and they said they would do a heavy treatment. 4 days later my wife got stung in our house and I killed 3 right outside our back door that night. Called to cancel and Don was ridiculously rude! Do not waste your time or money with this company
