This company is at the top of the search engine results for a reason! I had followed the instructions on a government website to contact our local Cooperative Extension Service and was then advised to contact local pest control companies to ensure proper identification and treatment plan. Pied Piper was at the top of the search engine results, but I checked out the top four results because being at the top of the search engine results is often just superior search engine optimization. Pied Piper was very reassuring about no need to panic (I'd already started seeing pieces of sock lint as potential pests). They took the time to assess my situation and make sure I understood all the options for treatment and ongoing prevention. Definitely recommending this company to everyone!

Pied Piper is one of those companies you never wish you have to use, but sometimes you absolutely need to accept the fact you need help and turn to a professional. PROFESSIONAL is what they are, they are also kind, considerate, amiable, and fun to work with. We first met them in April when our ‘issue’ which we thought was gone, came back. They told us that we had the technique down but didn’t have the right materials. They counseled us and we were able to purchase stronger materials. Due to a ‘difficult’ tenant follow up was not made and then we REALLY needed their services. Not only did they talk to us, the president of the company called to reassure us with our previous conversations and activities that we were again headed down the correct path. Their technicians are professional, courteous and provide you with any and all information needed to make sure the work gets done. I COMPLETELY HIGHLY AND WITHOUT ANY HESITATION recommend the fine people at Pied Piper for any kind of ‘remediation’ service they provide.

I have a vole invasion every winter so I called Pied Piper. One visit from their tech, who talked with me about our house and little kids, and our whole situation in general. He strategically placed childproof traps and even filled some holes where they were getting in, and there are NO voles in my house this winter.

Ryan today gave me the best customer service I have experienced ever in any industry. There had been 4 yellow jackets in our home within 48 hours and the low humming was getting louder so I had already figured out we had a nest. I called two other places prior since they opened earlier the first did not have any time in the near future and the second underhandedly made it seem that I was crazy and there was no nest. By the time Ryan answered I was doubting myself. After explaining my situation Ryan went above and beyond to find a technician that would squeeze me in tomorrow. About four hours later and the front door being slammed accidentally there was a swarm of them outside and my house sounded like the epicenter of the hive with rain falling on Metal. After getting the kids in a safe area I called Ryan back and gave him an update he said he would see who was there & get something going. and call me back, before I could figure out my next move he was calling me to let me know the technician just left their shop en route to me. Ryan called me 3-4 times while I was anxiously waiting and sealing any possible entrance I could find. He reassured me and offered to stay on the phone as long as I needed every time he called. I am happily laying down in my own bed after a long two days when I was that morning that ultimately we would be in a hotel at some point before the situation was resolved. Because of Ryan and his patience this went from being the most helpless & terrifying moment with my two kids to a day we ended with laughter and sleep! We will always be calling Pied Piper and specifically asking for him.

Mice were living in our house and brazenly running across the floors right in front of us. We called Pied Piper and Arthur showed up with an upbeat "can do" attitude. Because we had no idea where to look, he showed us mouse holes we were unaware of. He distributed rodenticide around the house and instructed us to wait a few weeks and plug up the mouse holes with steel wool and otherwise make the house mouse-unfriendly. We are now plugging up the holes and haven't seen any mice since Arthur was here. We don't know for a fact that they are all gone, but they certainly aren't showing up where we can see them. Arthur was a pleasure to work with and the cost of the service seemed very reasonable.

So everybody knows that when it comes reviews we are have friends and families click the five stars and write a good review because we want business or we want to be the first that pops up when somethings googled so nobody’s buying the good reviews here’s the dilemma when someone calls for service such as the one that’s offered by you you would think that you would make sure that the problem is completely and lemonade it now I’ll admit you guys did do two treatments but never came back to see if the problem was completely illuminated it doesn’t matter if you were not contracted through a direct contract or if there was a third-party contract which in this case there was the issue is that the problem was not illuminated and you as a company left traps to make sure of this and let’s be clear this is not a cheap process people don’t just have this kind of money to put out when they’re paying this money to get rid of the problem I would never recommend you guys to anybody because it seems as though it was all you’re in this for is to charge a higher price and not really take care of the problem customer service yeah it was awesome but actually dealing with the problem that people are paying good money for the service sucked!!!!

I do not recommend this company, they didn’t finish their job! And to reply to your response, I did call my landlord and also spoke with you and you guys said I would have to pay again for another treatment when the first two did not work. You would think you guys would do a follow up and make sure it worked the previous time but you guys didn’t. That’s why I would never recommend your company, you guys are not thorough!!!!!

My experience wasn't as a customer but as a new employee. The owner and employees were incredibly nice and helpful. I have never felt so welcomed by a prospective or new employer in my 15 years or so as an adult in society. It was refreshing and made me excited to join their team. I'll be taking my certification tests very soon to be a pest control technician and I'm looking forward to it much more than I thought I would be!!!

Excellent service! Everyone I spoke with at Pied Piper was beyond helpful as I dealt with an apparent bedbug problem. From assessing whether I needed a full-apartment professional treatment or whether it was something I might tackle myself, the team at Pied Piper gave me far more helpful information than I would have expected. Unlike too many places that appear to take advantage when someone is in a crisis, Pied Piper helped walk me through the likely the scope of the problem and what my reasonable options were. I wound up buying what I needed from Pied Piper and applying it myself (to save money), and checked in with them over the course of a few weeks to assure myself I was taking the right approach. Throughout, and after, everyone was patient with my lack of knowledge and my anxiety, and they helped me get to the ideal outcome as stress-free as possible. I would recommend Pied Piper to anyone experiencing a similar (awful!) problem. They treated me like a human being who shares the same community, not a financial opportunity.
