I had a massive wasp nest that needed removal, and Randy saved the day! Answered the phone promptly when I called, and he fit me in the very next day. Very reasonable price, considering the job. He was courteous and made me smile more than once with his great sense of humor. Will definitely be hiring him in the future for our pest control needs!

7/2019. Found evidence of carpenter ants chewing up our window sill/frame. Called Randy on Sunday night and left a message. He was at our home the next day (before noon) and treated our house. FAST!! So pleased he came out soooo quickly. FYI. He had treated our house 2 yrs prior because we had seen ants near the house. This time they were actively chewing our window frame; guestimating for a month.

I had a good experience with this company. They came in and did exactly what they said they would and we haven't had any problems with bed bugs since. They had to cover 2700 square feet and more than one problem area. We were glad we did not have to wash everything nor did we have to deal with chemicals that may harm us and our pets. Great Job Randy.

We were worried we had bed bugs after getting a few bites on my leg. We had been in Maui so we thought we may have caught them somewhere. They gave a lot of support and information. They were able to send a bed bug sniffing dog out through a different company and we were able to find out that we did not in fact have them. Other companies recommended just doing the treatments. This saved us time and money! Thank you guys !

Awesome service, best quality, fair priced, and they make sure the job gets done properly. I had read all the reviews before using this company and was a little hesitant. After speaking with Randy, we decided to give them a shot. BEST CHOICE WE MADE!!!!! Nathan showed up to our place and started the heat treatment to get rid of the bugs. He explained to me that he was going to be moving things around the house and that it may look like the place was robbed when he was done!! I WAS VERY HAPPY TO HEAR HE WAS GOING TO DO THIS. I can easily rearrange my house once the bugs are gone. My house took a little longer then expected to get up to temperature, Nathan never cut us short on time. He stayed about 2 hours later then planned to make sure we got exactly what we paid for. Nathan worked very hard in our house to ensure he got the job done right. I was never more happy to see my house was a mess and that every square inch was heat treated. He didn’t miss a speck. Then 2 days later we met Lee, he was the one to do the after spray. Lee was awesome as well. He came into our house, lifted all the beds, removed everything from the closets, made sure everything was sprayed and he did an AMAZING job. Finally, today we had our house reinspected by Rudolph the beagle and our house is for sure bug free. All in all Eagle Pest, Randy, Nathan, and Lee did exactly what they promised, got rid of the bugs on the first try and we couldn’t be happier. I would recommend these guys any day. A++++++

The poster that wrote the last review left out a lot of facts. The FIRST thing on our check list is and I quote "# Secure a parking space for the power source trailer close to the treatment area," We informed them we could not get the trailer into the back parking area. It is not small. We told them we would come back the NEXT day. They agreed to have the front of the building available for parking the next day. The next day they did not have a parking space for us in front . We called over and over they never answered to phone. We called the manager,the owner and the resident no one answered, on one called us back so after waiting an hour we left.

Excellent service. I asked for an inspection service, he knew exactly what was needed, and even informed me that inspection was not required anymore, and to look into it, so I wouldn't spend money unnecessarily. Turns our he was right, but it had to go through permissions. I'm a bit impatient, and asked for the inspection to be completed, and he did it the next day. Overall, great experience, and I will recommend to anyone in the future.

We had a mostly frustrating experience with Eagle Pest Control. While the owner was quick and responsive on the phone, we were not impressed with the employees, their work, or their professionalism. We initially found fewer than 5 bed bugs in our bed, and nowhere else. We had no idea where they came from, but decided to hire Eagle Pest Control to perform their heat treatment (they were available the day after we discovered the bugs). We were quite sure that our case was small and probably isolated. We told the employee who came that we were most concerned with our bed frame and our bedroom because that's the only place we saw bed bugs or evidence of them (1700 sq ft house total, cost was $1 per square foot). During the 6 hour heat treatment, he didn't once come into the bedroom to "flip" the bed frame or slats, which they're supposed to do to make sure the heat gets blown everywhere and penetrates to all spots. I could tell because I'd disassembled the bed frame and had laid the pieces out in a very specific and exact way. When I came into the house at night to clean up immediately after they were done, I saw two more bed bugs (!) crawling across the bed frame -- THE EXACT SPOT WHERE I TOLD THEM TO FOCUS THEIR EFFORTS. We paid a lot of money to have them treat our house, and the one spot where we told them to most focus, we still had bed bugs! The owner was responsive and apologetic the next morning when I called him to tell him. He sent over "his best guy" to do the heat treatment again the next day. We haven't seen any evidence of bed bugs since, but we've also taken MANY mitigation steps on our own because we had little faith in the effectiveness of Eagle Pest Control's efforts. It's hard for us to have confidence in their service based on their poor initial performance. In addition, we found popsicle wrappers (from our food in our freezer). One was littered in our front yard and another was thrown on the top shelf of our panty. I would have been happy to offer them popsicles or a snack had they asked. However, taking them without asking was unprofessional. The owner had mentioned before treatment to remove any jewelry or valuables - clearly he has concerns himself about his own employees' trustworthiness. I would recommend removing anything of value (including financial paperwork) from your house if you choose to use Eagle Pest Control. Finally, the employees left a dozen cigarette butts and two energy-drink cans in the road next to where their truck was parked. Because the employees spent their time during the heat treatment in parked vehicles in front of our house, we had phone calls from our neighbors to check and make sure the strangers in front of our house belonged there. Overall, poor quality of work and even worse professionalism.

These guys agreed to do a heat treatment in a unit and made sure the tenant had preparation to do list. She had to move fish and a whole bunch of stuff as prescribed in the list. They showed up an hour late, two young guys who looked like they were going to a rock concert, complete with black top hat, round, black sunglasses, and cigarettes dangling from their mouths. The driver spoke in monotone with a very deep voice. His helper was silent. I was like, "what the heck??"...Anyway, they had to go into to the alley to access the tenants apartment, there's a small parking lot back there. They had a small trailer that they use, maybe a generator. Anyway, the driver said he couldn't get it in there. We have a car lot in the alley, right across from our building. They bring in tow trucks with ramps, we have 70 foot travel trailers that navigate that alley. ????? All in all, horrible customer service, weird employees and rotten experience.

Randy is Awesome! Not only did he do a great job but he remembered that I had a pet spider on one of my water nozzle that came with the house when I bought it. It has been four years since he was here last and he remembered my pet spider. Randy is a great guy to remember that. You can’t do Any better than Randy!
