Brad is a man of integrity and punctuality. A few days ago in a parking lot, we were both backing out at the same time, and his work van collided with the passenger side light of my van, breaking the exterior. He promised to pay the price for parts in return for keeping the insurance companies out of our hair. I priced out the parts on the way home and he was very quick in delivering the payment for those parts. Brad is a man of his word and I would definitely do business with him in the future!

Bad brad is the best. When hoarding neighbors shared their bed bugs with us he was compassionate and understanding. We never did find a bed bug in our home but a family member was suffering with bites. Bad brad heat treated the home twice as long as the other guys in town. He provided a run down of the whole process and checked in with me several days after the treatment. I hate that I had this problem, but cant think of anyone better to handle the job. Spend your money here. Dont even bother getting quotes anywhere else. You'll just run into rude over confident jerks who only do half of what Brad does.

Brad was professional,kind & courteous. He brought his dog to check for bugs instead of just charging for a extermination. His dog showed some interest in an old box spring, but his visual inspection showed no active infestation. About a month ago we got those dreaded, made of nightmares, burn the whole house down bed bugs. I’d never experienced that particular brand of hell before & wanted them eradicated IMMEDIATELY. I researched all the exterminators in town. Reviewed their websites, called for pricing, and availability. Brad jumped to number 1 on my list immediately after seeing his website. Seriously! It’s hilarious, check it out. Not only that but he was the ONLY exterminator of the 5 I called to answer his phone the first time I called, the only one to be able to provide me a quote, and the only one who could get me in the very next day. I think he must of sensed my panic because in order to do the inspection & start the heat treatment the next day, which was a Saturday AND his birthday, he had to move around his plans, which his did no questions asked. Exterminators are there to exterminate bugs, it’s needless to say that yes, the bugs are gone (hopefully to hell!), and there have been no reoccurrences. While yes, I am stoked to finally be able to sleep comfortably again, I’m not leaving this review because Brad did what was expected, I’m leaving it because he did the unexpected! He was polite, funny, helped ease my panic/stress, taught me about bed bugs, answered every question I texted him through out the experience, and is genuinely just a awesome hardworking guy. You will be sorry if you use anyone other than Bad Brad & Jedda. In addition to providing a job done well, his prices beat his competitors 10 fold, having Jedda to sniff out the pesky critters insures none will be missed so that you get the treatment best tailored for your exact situation. Thanks Brad, Bad brads bed bug busters came to the rescue. We recently suffered through a bedbug infestation. We’ve dealt with another company in the past and had many issues of them not doing a proper job when we reviewed our security footage to what they said they did. Brad was very professional from beginning to end this whole ordeal. He arrived with his bug sniffing pup to search out for infestation issues. Upon inspection he found multiple rooms that needed treatment. He was efficient on setting dates and timely on arrival to eradicate these pests. He recommended high heat treatment which effectively kills the bugs and it’s eggs without harm to pets and children. His pricing is much more affordable than the competition, Yet his work quality is 100 times better. I would have to say if you ever have a bedbug affect station do not hesitate to call Bad Brad’s.

I’ve never written a review before, but I thought the quality of service and professionalism by Bad Brad warranted a good one. Becoming aware that you have bed bugs at your property is disturbing, to say the least, but the knowledge Brad approached our problem with set me at ease. I knew the job was in good hands from the start. We ended up needing to heat treat one room after a spray treatment didn’t work (only because the treated furniture was thrown out and we decided it wasn’t necessary for him to come back to re-treat). The heat treatment was affordable, and comes with a 60 day warrantee. I highly recommend Bad Brads Bed Bug Busters.

As a single mother of 2 young children, I had no choice but to be hyper-critical about who I trusted to come into my home and handle this problem. After getting a recommendation got Bad Brad's Bed Bug Busters from a local property management company, I contacted Brad. We had a recently moved into a new home and my daughter was getting bites on her arms and legs. Soon my son was also. Brad talked me through things over the phone and scheduled to come inspect our property. He was prompt and thorough. After positively identifying the bugs we had found as bed bugs, Brad took time to discuss treatment options. I am the type of person who needs time to process and think things through before making a decision and Brad was very respectful of that. I never felt pressured or rushed. He also took time following our appointment to answer any other questions I had. We chose to do a heat treatment in the kid's bedroom and Brad did a great job of setting up, taking care with our personal items, and making sure the heat was kept at the correct temperature throughout the treatment. He was conscientious and did a great job, following up with us and going the extra mile after the heat treatment. As strange as canine detection sounds we will be using Brad's ( and his beagle, Jedda's services) in the future if we ever move and want peace of mind that we aren't moving into another bed bug infestation experience. Brad is a modern day super hero. If you are reading these reviews you are most likely dealing with a very difficult situation. I will begin by saying that you are not alone! Each of us here has dealt with it. The uncertainty, torment, and lack of sleep is very real. If you are ready for this all to be a distant memory it is time to call Bad Brad! There is no better operation in town for dealing with these pests. Brad is well experienced, friendly, and understanding. Not only are his methods extremely effective they are also safe for your family and pets! Having Jedda as a resource was invaluable for our peace of mind. She is a well trained nose dog that knows exactly where to look. At first we considered treating the whole house but after Jedda had a look around we learned that only certain spots needed attention. This saved us money and allowed us to continue living our lives. Thanks to Brad we got our lives back. I have no doubt that it will be the same for you. Get off of Google and call Brad today!

Brad and his beagle, Jedda, came to inspect and treat our duplex after Brad confirmed by e-mail that I had taken a photograph of a bed bug who was lurking in my shower drain (Thus the hair in the picture). We connected quickly for an appointment. Brad is analytical, thorough, and fairly priced. Jedda was awesome, she put her sniffer down to every corner of my duplex with 2 great rooms, 4 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms, laundry room, and arctic entry. She searched high and low, sniffing each chair, sofa and mattress. From the kitchen, to the laundry room. She alerted at one spot, one corner of my bed. Oh NO! Brad tested Jedda a couple times so I could see in areas cleared. Brad and I carefully stripped down the sheets to the mattress and found one bug at the bottom of my sheets. Brad closely inspected the bug, killed it, then proceeded to carefully inspect the room. No other evidence was found despite Brad and Jedda's thorough investigation to determine the exact location of its buggy lair. Brad explained his assessment to me laying out my treatment options and timeline with science and care for my concerns. Because we caught it early, before the bugs had traveled too far, and Jedda had narrowed in on the only bugs, the remedy was an inexpensive spray treatment in only one room. I was so grateful it hadn't spread to the whole duplex! My next big concern is that I am allergic to so many damn things I already have bed bug and dust mite encasements on all of my pillows, comforter, and mattress, just not on my box springs. I am super sensitive to fragrances and chemicals, so I was deeply concerned. There was absolutely no scent nor harsh chemical smell to the spray nor the powder. Yay! So, today, three weeks after our first treatment we found no evidence of bed bugs in my room after careful inspection. Brad and Jedda have brought us so much relief I can only highly recommend them for any situation for a prompt, professional, caring, and thorough resolution.

His prices were cheaper than if we were to do it ourselves.
