The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Be careful with this company. They will charge to your credit card but they won't perform the services. I paid for an exclusion services. The company never do the service because they do not have enough employees to perform the work.

Our Terminix Representative is very professional, making sure that we have complete and accurate service. He has in my opionion really gone above the typical service. Our first monthly service he was out on a vacation day, then within a week we discovered that we had bed bugs. Our rep was at our home every week I think for a month. When we have our every other month service I put notes on my account online and the rep does talk them over with my husband. We are 150% statisfied with our service from Termix.

I don't feel Jeremy Anderson was very honest with us. I feel he misrepresented what was going to be done by Terminix vs the quote we received from another company. And he still has never returned any of our calls. I think we need a new account representative. And a discount would really be a good idea if we don't receive a discount we'll be finding a different exterminator as soon as our contract is done!
Wasted my whole morning and afternoon at home waiting for the tech to show for my appointment and they never did. I called and was told that he was over booked and "might" be able to show up sometime in the afternoon. Ridiculous!

Terrible. I paid for sevice for about a year and the situation remains unresolved. Garenteed money back? Ha! Compalints upon complains and the supervisor came out and the issue continued. Their service actually made the sitaution worse!! Almost a year down the line there is no reason nor excuse for the issue to be ongoing. I was credited back for 1 term and for what i have no idea when i began complaining 3 months in and they said they could and would handle the situation. Lies. Nothing but lies. They stole my money and did not render the services as promised by the technicians, supercisors, and coorporate office.
Rodney was fantastic! He called a day in advance to discuss our appointment, was on time, did everything that I requested service for and even sprayed some ant hills I didn't notice! He was super friendly and explained everything in detail so I know exactly what I'm going to expect and know how to handle my pest problem. I was told several times I would be contacted by a manager from the local branch for assistance and I still haven’t spoken to James or Keith. I’m very disappointed in the services and lies I’ve been getting from terminix and very unfair treatment. They overcharged me claiming it was normal to pay in advance and yet not get the services. When I originally signed up with services for carpenter ants, is when the first problem started. After 3 complaints I finally got what was needed. Although there was the irritation in the beginning I kept their services and intended to renew when I bought my house. Now I will never go back. The last technician broke my fence and then said nothing about it. I feel like I was treated unfair and ignored. I’m a good paying customer and deserve better.

We've been with Terminix for over 10 years. One time ticks got into our master bedroom. I think the neighbors had been to the mountains. Our technician came out so many times to do the room and the outside walls. Our dogs had ticks on their bodies -- not many -- we just pulled the tick off and put it in alcohol. Our present technician is great. Eric really takes care of us. Right now (June 2013) we have tiny, stinging ants. He'll get rid of them. Terminix is the best.
After 5 months the work has NOT been completed, I still have rodents in my home. 1) They require a credit card when you sign the contract and promise not to charge it until the work has been done. I fortunately blocked the account as soon as the salesperson left.And as I suspected 3 gays later they tried to debit my account and were forced to come an do the work.( no work - no pay) 2) The first crew "supposedly" sealed the home but I have a contractor friend that inspected the work and found holes every where,. in fact they only sealed the east an south sides but left north and west open. 3) I had to call and they returned to finish the job but not according to the promised method which was to bury the mesh into the ground to prevent rodents from digging, yhey just lined the bottom of the mesh with 2x4's. 4) Still my mom heard scratching, I called and they sent someone to put "traps" 5) After 5 months we spotted a mouse inside our home and called again (this is the 5th time in 5 months). An Inspector came and found 2 places where there were openings in the fence and just left with the excuse the was a mistake in their schrduling and his crew was sent else where. this is three days later and I am still waiting for them to come and deal with the mouse. AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Even their contract is a bunch of mumbo jumbo that not even a lawyer can descifer, It does not state in writing anything they promise.

Just recently got my house back after two years and due to being unkempt, the place was overrun by ghost ants and black ants. I tried to take care of the problem myself with no success. After only one visit from my technician, I can already see the difference. I can't thank them enough.

I have 3 properties in very humid areas (central FL and south TX). I have had Terminix service my properties perimeter quarterly since 2005, and doing so has really reduced the ingress of insects (roaches and ants). The very occasional time ants would make it into the house,Terminix would come and eliminate them and the nest free of charge. The price for the quarterly perimeter treatment is very affordable and the technicians have always been prompt and courteous. They always send a text reminder of when they will be arriving and you are able to call them back and ask any questions. I highly recommend their services. VT.

If I could give less stars I would. I'm absolutely disgusted at Terminx's lack of professionalism and customer service. In fact it's down right embarrassing. I will be getting my money back and will never do business with them again. The way you treated me is an exact representation of the company and its leadership.

We were sold a service that was for lawn, house outside perimeter and full inside coverage for pest. It turns out, they do not do lawn at all. The "technician" that came out never did all the rooms in the house. Even though we paid for the 1st visit which was not done 100% as sold, we called to close the account. Customer service person on the phone insisted that we had to pay the $99 cancellation fee. I had to pay the cancellation fee for something that I was sold for that was not honored just to make sure this company never sets foot in my property again. Before you decide to go with this company, please do a sort by low reviews first and you will see that most have been posted recently. This was my fault for not researching more on a company like this.

Since our initial treatment/tenting by Terminix many years ago, our yearly "insurance" program has been a worthwhile investment! The twice annual inspections has given us peace of mind. On the several occasions that we or the inspections have found indications of infestation, the problems have been resolved promptly and effectively. We wholeheartedly recommend Terminix as an excellent choice to home owners for pest control/remediation needs.

I remembered Michael’s name because he went out of his way to explain what was going to take place, and set the appropriate expectations. Ivan actually called me to introduce himself and said he would be the person taking care of my house from here on out and if I had any concerns or questions I could call him directly. They are very well knowledgeable in their job. The answer questions about everything I had to ask about what were they doing and how they did it and what were the chemicals be in use and when to come back and what the bag. They even gave me 3 bags to pack everything up and I'll how to place everything in the house wouldn't what not to leave in the house while we are gone for 3 to 4 days. To be very honest I was very pleased with these gentlemen they were very knowledgeable and like I said they were real good to me and I even brought them coffee and donuts on top of that. I had to terminate my contract with Terminix after my bill reach almost $400 to renew(increased every year). My rental I used another company and after my bill remained $150 per year ended my contract with Terminix. I did call Terminix to try and lower my price and they wouldn't budge. I did some checking and found Terminix is known for charging you what they think you're worth. So please beware they are sizing you up. I would NOT use them please call around... I would check out Knox or Bug Getter their prices don't go up every year.

While Terminex is not the cheapest, they bring a world of experience to the job. Also, I had s $50 coupon which they honored! Pleasantly surprised! Recommend their service!!

I have been consistently pleased with (and relieved by) the very professional service that I have received from this company. Everyone that I've worked with has been very courteous and extremely helpful. I've worked with three people so far. If you (unfortunately) need an exterminator, these really are the people you want to deal with. When I first called them, I was having a 'rodent crisis'. I tried scheduling a termite inspection for a new home that I'm purchasing three different times, each time there was an issue with the technician. The first time the tech never called me back, the second time he called the night before trying to schedule a different time, and the third time he never showed up at all. The customer service was good, the helpful lady called the tech and left him a message, and even called both of the managers at this facility. I was told I would get a call back and I did not. I would stress for anyone who values there time to go with a different company. I cant even imagine how hard it would be to work with this company if they did find a problem during the inspection.

All this branch cares about is making sales. If you have a problem with your service, good luck getting the branch to even call you back. I’ve spent over 20 hours on the phone the last 2 weeks trying to get the branch to call me back about problems with my service and the bill I received for said service..... I’m still waiting for a response. I’m currently on hold waiting for yet another representative to try and reach the regional manager since the branch managers can’t seem to be bothered by their customers.
Dave is great! He has been servicing our home for years now and has been great at addressing any of our specialized needs. I started using Terminix nearly a decade ago and have continued to use their services through two moves and across three different cities! The website is great for booking additional service visits covered by your quarterly fees. A few years ago I was dealing with a wasp infestation and Dave took the time to kill the HUNDREDS OF WASPS that had made a home in my exterior foyer! It was a graveyard of bugs after he left. I have a beetle problem. An in home terminix salesman told me to buy termite treatment (when I didn't have termites) and some other spray to kill the beetle. He then didn't show up for confirming bug was dead months later. The bug is still active. I had to call for over a month to get a reply for someone to visit. Terminix didn't show or call to cancel at scheduled time. Came next day, said my house needs tenting, which costs about $10,000. Someone else was supposed to come at 4pm today to confirm my house needs tenting and it's almost 5pm and he's not here either. I dont feel comfortable having this unprofessional operation tent my house, and when I called for a refund Terminix said the July appointment never existed, no appointments were missed, and a full refund is not going to happen. Scam artists. I'm out over $1700 & I still have the same bug destroying my house!

Worst service I have ever received as a new home buyer. Inspector called the wrong number, never showed up for the follow-up inspection (because they missed termites the first time) and customer service was HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY.

we found out we had rodant problem after we moved in , so we call 2 company to give us quote. one came, and my husband went with him; Terminix was the second company we called, our friend who has rental properties recommend it. The guy came, he was nice and polite, surely spent a lot of time, I didn't go with him because I had to watch the kids. After he left, I found out there's a big crack in the ceiling outside the bathroom, the light almost fall off. HORRIBLE. These people SUCK. The branch manager SUCKS. No one is responsive at all, customer service is the worst I've ever had. I had an emergency infestation, called on a Sunday and could only get an appointment for Wed since it was Memorial Day weekend...fine. I call to confirm and they said my appointment was on Fri! NO ONE called to notify and I would've sat there and waited if it weren't for me calling to confirm. NO ONE reached out despite how many times I called. I spent 10 mins holding every single time I called and every single person I spoke to was completely useless and no one cared that I was an unhappy customer. This location is absolutely horrible, don't even waste your time with their BS.
Good luck if you ever want to speak with anyone local and not just a national call center when you have issues! Poor customer service for sure. They'll take your money but you won't get any access to a local representative if you have specific issues or questions. Such is a national chain business for you. Voice prompts all day long. Customer service phone representatives that service the entire US and have no idea what to do other than schedule appointments.
My technician, Devon, does a superb job when I get my pest control applied by him. After a courteous greeting and putting on his bootie, he attacks the interior of the house. He is familiar with the location of the bate traps and knows all of the areas that need to be looked at in the house. He works diligently to ensure a complete treatment.
He is an excellent representative of your Company. He then applies the treatment outside.If he finds major bull head and fire ant hills, he applies the necessary 'ant bate killer'.
I have been exceedingly happy with my services. I also would like to add, if I need someone to return and apply 'ant bate' on recent mounds, I get excellent response from both the customer care group and Devon when he is available. If Devon does not come, the other technicians are equally capable.

The tech John was great. He showed up at the time he told us he would be there. He was dressed neat and clean. He went above and beyond. But, that has become a level of service we expect from Terminix.
Very difficult to get a hold of anybody to answer the phone waited on hold over us 56 minutes and nobody ever answered just a continuous recording and how they can help me but they never do! It took three days to finally get through to somebody and then they tell me they don’t have any appointments available until the following Friday what a waste of time and money. I think it’s time for me to switch companies!!!
They came quickly and took care of the problem. We took the 10 year program and they have come and inspected and filled the traps on a yearly bases.

Our experience with Terminix has been very good. Two years ago we called Terminix out of desperation. We had bed bugs and didn't know what to do. Terminix sent an inspector out who explained our options of treatment and took us through the whole process. We were very pleased with the results. Not long after that ordeal we discovered we had a nest of bees under a shed in our backyard. We called Terminix and it was taken care of immediately. Recently, we discovered the bees had returned to the same location. Walter Aguilar was sent out to inspect the situation. He was very thorough and took the time to explain why they came back and what could be done. The next day Dustin Dewitt came out and took care of our problem for us and suggested what we could do to keep the bees from accessing the same location again.We have been very pleased with the service we have received and look forward to working with Terminix as our pest control provider.

Terminix responded to our call the next day. We've been customers for several years and usually don't need an additional service call. But, the great thing is we can request as many service calls as we want at no extra charge. Furthermore, technicians are not commissioned. This adds an extra layer of trust.
Deceptive sales from Logan Bird. Lied about services to be provided, saying my entire yard would be treated - which is what I wanted. I read the contract (after we signed it) and realized it was only a perimeter treatment around the structure. I called the 800 number who sent a message to the Orlando "manager," who never called me - it's been about a week. I located Logan Bird at my neighbor's house and asked him again about the services he promised for my home. He continued to lie, even though I told him what the contract stated and told him I spoke with customer service. I told him to cancel the contract. Logan Bird said he would, but a Terminix technician still showed up at my home the following day. Update: On August 20, 2019, I received an email from Terminix "Social Support," asking me to contact them and provide my information, because they would "like to help." I provided all of the necessary information, and they replied with: "Thank you for contacting the Terminix Social Media Department. We have received and reviewed your request. A copy of your e-mail and review has been sent to the attention of the Manager at your local Terminix office for follow-up. We apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced." To date, I have not received any confirmation of cancellation or any follow-up from Terminix.
Do not get these people, they say they come to your house to inspect and they don’t actually do anything. Also you can’t even talk to the managers it’s all call center stuff. They move your appt times without notifying you.
I get a chance to talk to tech about special needs in and around the house. It keeps a tight action on any activity around my home. There is nothing like communication between TERMINIX, and costumer.

I signed up on-line. The local branch never called to confirm they were coming out. I was going to cancel this service. However, when the tech (Jorge), came out his level of customer service was refreshing. He was thorough, courteous and informative. I am hoping that their system works better than there communication.
I received a letter in the mail with this locations address listed to call for a free termite inspection and a monthly cost for treatment. I did that, and had something scheduled for today. I was told I would get a confirmation of the appointment, which I didn't. I called back to confirm it and was told it was in fact scheduled for today, and someone would be here between 8 am to 12 pm. 12:30 rolls around and still no Terminix, I called back and was reassured someone would be here but they didn't know when. I advised I needed a time that I could not wait around all day. I was then placed on hold, and when the rep came back on the line I was told she was unable to reach the tech or the manager. She didn't know where they were. I asked if this is the type of service provided to customers because if it was I didn't want it. I then advised that I would not have been as frustrated if I had been contacted letting me know they were running late, but that didn't happen. My address and phone number were both confirmed on the call too. I stated if the tech wasn't at my location in another hour I would take my business elsewhere. Guess what?! I just took my business elsewhere!!

Had been a customer with them from October 2011- April 2015 but had to cancel my service after they missed seeing bed bugs in my house on two occasions when I had specially asked them to check for them. This misdiagnosis ended up costing me over $3000 in missed work pay, doctor visits, and medications. I ended up going to two different dermatologists to figure out why I was getting red bumps over my arms and legs. Since Terminix said I didn't have bed bugs I was telling the doctors that the bumps were not bed bugs and they went through different diagnosis on what it could be. It wasn't until I called Burns Pest Elimination and had them do a check that they quickly found the bed bugs. To make Terminix even worse I called them 3 times to discuss with someone and each time was told they would look into it and call me back only to be called back once with a voice-mail left. I returned this persons call but never received a call back. Terrible customer service. I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody ever again.

They are very respectful and very neat in appearance. They come prepared to check out the house for termites. They check outside, in the attic and all through the house. We have had Termix service since 1973. We have had no problems with any service person. Customer service always has been courteous and set up the times each year to do our yearly check up. A rep came to my door yesterday trying to do an inspection. i can understand trying to make more business, but he I had too much stuff going on at once plus i was trying to walk out the door and he would not leave when i kept telling him no thanks...he stood there and kept trying to convince me to let him do an inspection. i finally ( unfortunately, and after keeping on telling him no thanks), he wouldn't leave so i had to close the door on him. i would not be using this company, he had no respect for my repeated answer and timing was way off. Not the way to earn business, i started to feel uncomfortable, and pushed.
The Technician was on time his demeanor was professional yet friendly. His knowledge about the pests was astounding and he explained the plan of treatment explicitedly. The company plans are economically feasible and easy to manage. Great job Terminix.

Justin Dolores, Mario and Robert were AMAZING through this stressful process... I couldn't ask for a better team to help us kill our pesky critters, help prepare us (with information) and constantly keeping us updated with progress and completion. It went as far as when I had to pack food and such in bags for fumigation, I had accidentally let vitamins out and the gentlemen had packed and secured them for us. I'm have a bit axiety and with the help of these gentlemen have made this a very anxiety free process. I truly appreciate them.
Justin was very responsive and professional in all of my dealing with him. He did a thorough inspection of our home and recommended the required service - fumigation. He worked with us to schedule the fumigation at a time that met our needs and schedule. The guys doing the fumigation set-up and teardown were very efficient and professional. Alan met with me on verifying our safe was clear and was professional and courteous. Eric and Jaime met with me to clear the safe after fumigation even though they had to wait about 45 minutes for me to arrive. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. Overall, I am very pleased with this crew and the service they provided for us.

Today another Terminix Technician, Jim Gray, came and placed preventative termite traps around my my house, as he thoroughly sprayed underneath my house. Needless to day, he did exceptional work and I feel very secure that my home is now protected from termites.
Love technician Steven but everyone else including management are unprofessional. I have a signed contract where I was quoted $150 for vents and had my appointment scheduled. No one ever showed up, no call NOTHING. I called to see what was going on and was told there is no information in the system about my appointment or order. Ask to reschedule, was told a manager would call back w/i 48 hours and this has been since 6/20. I have called numerous times, still no call from management. I called yesterday (recorded my call) and was told that my order was in the system but someone had canceled it. Notes showed I was quoted the wrong price. Not only that but I had an appointment for my treatment, requested to be called prior to arriving. No one called, the technician came, sprayed outside and left. Called back to have him spray the inside and was given 5-7 appointment. He did not show up, and did not call to say he was gonna be late. I called Terminix at 7:05, he was arriving at my house in a few seconds....7:35 no technician and still no manager call back. Just to clear this up, my service is through the Lagrange, GA office not Auburn, AL. It is now July 8th and still no manager callback and yes I have been calling about 2-3 times a week.

Terrible Customer Service! I went through the website to schedule an initial visit and service. I was given a four hour window on Friday afternoon. I cleared my schedule and waited. The window came and went with no communication at all. I called the 24/7 customer service line and after some time, I was put in touch with our supposed technician. He claimed that the weather had been the primary problem and we rescheduled for Monday morning with another four hour window. I am a third shift worker and got off work in the morning and stayed up waiting for the tech to arrive. The four hour window came and went again and I was not happy. I called the customer service line again and was hung up on twice and the third time i called, they attempted to call the technician. When I was finally called, the technician stated that they didn't put me in their service schedule, but they would do me a "favor" and come an hour later. I had already missed so much sleep and needed to work again that evening. I told him that wasn't acceptable as I had already lost too much sleep. When I talked to someone at the customer service department to cancel all together, I was transferred to the Cancellation Team. Once I told recounted my situation to the agent on the phone, he convinced me to give them another chance. He acknowledged that the company screwed up and told me that my initial service visit would be complimentary for all the trouble and they would send a technician in the morning. I was at least satisfied with the guest recovery provided me. The agent also advised me he tried to contact the local management team and office, however he couldn't get anyone to answer and that their mailboxes were full. This caused me to livid because of obvious reasons. There seems to no communication between the call centers and the local office because the call center had no memos concerning the guest recovery items promised me. I asked for a supervisor, but none ever came on the line. I asked to be transferred to the Cancellation Team. The agent put me on hold and I was transferred. However, I was transferred to another agent from the same customer service call center. When I recounted AGAIN my situation, the female agent attempted to empathize with me, but it was very hallow. I asked her to transfer me to the Cancellation Team. She put me on hold and about five minutes later, stated she couldn't transfer me to the Cancellation Team because I wasn't a customer yet. I told her I was transferred yesterday, but instead, she told me that she would instead escalate me to the area manager. I am not holding out any hope of receiving anything from this company. This has been a nightmare of a situation and a complete waste of my time. Do yourself a favor and find a company that actually wants your money and business and stay away from these clowns.

First of all the Terminix Tech that I have had for several years is David. He is very polite and is very knowledgeable about who to treat any problem at my residence. David always comes to the front door when he arrives and ask if there are any problems inside the home. This last visit we had there were no issues inside. This is mainly due to how David takes care of the outside to insure that nothing makes it inside the house. David always lets me know what he found outside and how he treated the area. He also leaves a complete written detailed account of what he used to take care of any problems. It is always a pleasure to have David come when we are due a quarterly visit. I would recommend Terminix for any of their services.

Representative Paul Lee came to our home and did an inspection. Afterwards he drew up a diagram of what would be done. He also suggested that we put a special insulation in the attic. We talked about the cost , and we said we would put it on our credit card but he said they had a 12 month interest free loan that we could get if we qualified. Which we did. We went ahead and had the company come out and do the work. Then we get a letter from the loan company saying that we only have a 90 interest free loan. My husband just called Paul Lee and he didn't remember us or the home and denied ever saying that we could get an 12 month interest free loan. I would not recommend terminix to anyone, because of Paul Lee. It's only been a month and he doesn't remember anything about coming to Maricopa. Maybe its time for him to retire. I have called the office time and time again explaining that the only time I can be available for service is Wednesday afternoon. This is in my profile, and many supervisors have all assured me. Yet time after time I keep getting emails that say my scheduled service is....anything except Wednesday afternoon. It amazes me that they are completely unable to follow a simple request.
I got three estimates for termite treatment. The Terminix employee was the most thorough. He was the only one who went into the attic. I was also told I'd have help with preparation, which meant a lot. Speaking from experience after the tenting, Terminix kept their promises. The other companies didn't offer the same support. I had to laugh when the tent was my college colors. Go Gators!!

I am beginning to think there is no actual Terminix Tempe location. I had an appointment that the tech no call no show'd. After 30 minutes of holding I got sent to a phone center to schedule a new appointment for the next day. Another no call no show and another 30 minutes on hold to get a different phone number to "the office" that sent me back to the same phone waiting area to be connected to the same phone center again. So far, a very unprofessional and unreliable experience dealing solely with call center workers and no pest control specialists.

He presented all of the options in a way that wasn't too "sales gimmicky" and we felt comfortable making our decisions during the process. He was quick and responsive to answer our questions after the initial visit and return visit. He worked with us to reach the contract agreement that was right for us and we are very satisfied with the outcome. After signing a contract, Terminix was available to provide service immediately and gave us flexibility with scheduling.The techs who treated out home were on time, professional, and quick. It was very straightforward and the whole process felt easy, so we as the homeowners didn't have any inconvenience. Terminix met our expectations that Jason had set, and we were very pleased to have chosen Terminix. We have been customers for many years, and the service has been good, but this past time, Terminix set up the appointment without informing us. No email, no text, no phone call until the night before. The tech called and left a message, and told us to call him back if this wouldn’t work for us. Neither my wife nor I were going to be home that next morning, so I called back, within a half hour of his phone call, and left a message that this would need to be rescheduled because that time would not work for us. Well we never got a return message other than the tech calling the next morning and leaving a message that he was almost there. He came but could only could spray the front yard. We were charged a full service price for a service we did not set up, and we requested The time to be changed. I have put in an email complaint, and two different phone calls with the promise that the manager would get back with me. That was three weeks ago. We have the termite service and pest control with Terminix. Again, their service has always been good, but I am very disappointed that a long standing customer appears to mean so little to this branch. As a result, I took off my automatic pay from them so if this happens again, I will not pay until this can be sorted out or will just go elsewhere. Sorry about the negative review, but people need to know.

6 months ago I found Termite damage in a hallway. I immediately called Terminex. Kevin McManus came to my house, took pictures of the dsmage, sprayed some powder in the wall, and told me someone would contact me about doing the covered repairs. That was last August! No one ever contacts me, despite me making multiple follow up calls. I am a Disabled woman, and I really need the help. It is unconscionable that Terminex collects my auto pay payments every month and refuses to help. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Said he put exterminating fluid to not only get rid of the ants but also the nest they made. Before leaving thank me for choosing the company. Also said would return if any pests found within 14 days of his initial visit.

Terrible Customer Service! I went through the website to schedule an initial visit and service. I was given a four hour window on Friday afternoon. I cleared my schedule and waited. The window came and went with no communication at all. I called the 24/7 customer service line and after some time, I was put in touch with our supposed technician. He claimed that the weather had been the primary problem and we rescheduled for Monday morning with another four hour window. I am a third shift worker and got off work in the morning and stayed up waiting for the tech to arrive. The four hour window came and went again and I was not happy. I called the customer service line again and was hung up on twice and the third time i called, they attempted to call the technician. When I was finally called, the technician stated that they didn't put me in their service schedule, but they would do me a "favor" and come an hour later. I had already missed so much sleep and needed to work again that evening. I told him that wasn't acceptable as I had already lost too much sleep. When I talked to someone at the customer service department to cancel all together, I was transferred to the Cancellation Team. Once I told recounted my situation to the agent on the phone, he convinced me to give them another chance. He acknowledged that the company screwed up and told me that my initial service visit would be complimentary for all the trouble and they would send a technician in the morning. I was at least satisfied with the guest recovery provided me. Terminix keeps the ants at bay, but it took them 7 months to straighten out their billing and charge us the agreed-upon price.

Don't know their names but every Terminix associate that has been to our house is professional and thorough and will take the time to explain a pest problem down to the details of a pest colony's hierarchy and operations. The convenience of the way Terminix operates is great, i.e. once you sign up, you can sit back and let them worry about the scheduling, the email reminders about upcoming service, the automatic payments, etc. We live in a wooded area so pests are a problem -- but we don't have to worry about them anymore thanks to Terminix. One other impressive detail is that they will follow up immediately at no charge if you see a problem before the next scheduled service.

Do not use if you want a hassle free transaction. If you call them you get routed to an automated system and if you get someone on the phone they do not know anything and keep transferring you to different people. Took 1 week to get them to respond to my request for service and another week to come out and service the property. Once they serviced the property the hassle started all over again when I was attempting to retrieve the proper paperwork needed from them on a transaction I was involved in. DO NOT USE. WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. Hopefully, this review will be read by the supervisors and something will be done to improve their service.

My first visit from Terminix was great. The person who came to my home was very polite, on time and professional. After that it has been all down hill, I have had appointments where no one has shown up, I have been scheduled new appointments for the no shows and then not had anyone show up for the new appointments. The last person who came to spray for bugs at my house made an ugly comment to how my house looked and the person before that just sat in his truck for an hour and never even went inside to do any work. When calling and asking for supervisors or managers to speak with I am thrown through obstacles and tied up on the phone for hours. When asking for a refund and cancellation i am then beat around the bush again being asked if they can get back to me several days later to see if they can fix their issues. I am completely disgusted by their services and will be looking for a new pest control company to do business with.

Service man was at my house this past Friday. Came home from work last night and my laundry room is infested with ants. Called the 800 number and was told someone would call me first thing this morning and yet that didn't happen. I called back three times after my husband told me the kitchen was infested. I had to be rude and demand the manager to call. I finally received a call about 330 from the tech. He tried to tell me the ants were looking for water. He was to call me back to confirm appointment to come out to my house at 6pm due to it having to be "approved." No phone call. Why do I pay for service if it a Hassel? I did mention we had to throw food away along with dog treats. Will terminx reimburse me? Probably not! FRUSTRATED

I had a nice experience. Everyone was nice and very professional. My only complaint is when they installed the door in my wall, to gain access to the bathroom plumbing, the technician only used two of the four required screws. He also used the screws that came with the door (This is me speculating that he did that). The screws were about half inch screws; so it barely went into the drywall. They didn't even come close to going in the studs to hold the door on securely. Why would he not use drywall screws? I ended up having to go buy dry wall screws to do this myself. I could only get two screws, on the right side of the door, into the wood studs. On the left side the screws just went into the dry wall and spun...because there is no studs there to gab the screws. So now I have a 1/8" gap on the left side because there is no stud to screw into. I'll have to go get a couple anchors for the screws that did not go into the studs. Also, the door has black stuff all over it (dirt or grease I'm assuming) I tried to clean it off but it wont come off. The door looks so dirty and the gap is completely ridiculous. I plan on fixing the job Terminix did with the door this weekend. If it wasn't for the door, I would have given them five stars. I do want to express that the technician was very nice and polite.
Garbage! I had the bait-defend system. Noticed there was a termite tube that was not previously there several months after installing the system. I am positive of this because I checked the entire house prior to install. I called a Terminix. They sent a technician out to take a look. The technician simply knocked the tube off of the foundation and told me it was 'inactive', and that was it. Must have been 'active' at some point after the Terminix system was installed which means new termite activity which means the system does not work! The guarantee says that they will cover any damage from new termite activity, but I believe they attempt to blur the line between new and old and would make it a fight to prove otherwise. Canceled my service and I will never spend another dime with this company!!
Our service guy was really good. However I have been using Terminix for 3+ years. They guarantee a 3 month ($37/month) protection between each service or they will come back out and spray for free. I have thousands of ants in my kitchen and in my food, so I needed an additional service. I called them this morning and the automated system wants to give me an additional service 1 month from now. I got a hold of an operator and he wanted to give me service 8 days from now. I figured I would at least get a day or 2 wait time. So Terminix solution is "pay us money and deal with your own problem and when its coinvent for us we will try to help you.". I told them I would rather find another company that could help me now and they should cancelled my service. The operator guy did not even attempt to keep my business. #Terminix (Our local service guy called me within 2 hours and apologized and helped resolve this issue.)

Terrible customer service!!! No show for first appointment then had to reschedule, take the day off of work and their inspector Kirk was 2 hours late and then wanted to have an attitude. Finally told him to just leave!!! Total waste of time.
If I could, I would give a negative star. I asked the perpetrator not to fumigate an area where I have some vegetables, my wife told him, but he went ahead and fumigated anyway. I will try to cancel my contract, but I imagine they will hide and make it very difficult for me to talk to a 'local' representative

I have been a customer for 20yrs. now and this is absolutely pathetic that I cannot speak to an American in the USA when calling the office number that is stated for Tempe Az. I am on hold for WAY too long and when someone finally answers guess what I can't understand them!! Yeah Philippines is now answering the calls!! So I schedule an appointment to get my termite issue resolved and after two different appointments NOONE showed up. I am now on the third call and hope to get this resolved then I am done gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First let me say your technicians are wonderful especially mine his name is Dave. I've had him for 12 years now and he's always been wonderful and takes good care of us. I very rarely see bugs so obviously your chemicals work very well. The only thing I would complain about is your communication. I had no idea you had set up an appointment for me, no one calls, I did not get an email or a text or communication of any kind. I would have chosen to do it on a day when I was home from work but I wasn't given any choice. I got an email at 3 in the afternoon that said the technician is on his way I was not able to check my email because I was at work and didn't know until I got off at 7 that you guys had even been here. I would have wanted him to come inside my house to spray. Why do you do that? And it's not just once, it's every single time I have an appointment! Please stop this. Other than that I'm very happy

We know exactly who is coming to protect our home! OUr service tech comes every four months. HE knows our neighborhood, including pests -especially flying insects -and he sprays accordingly. HE is very friendly and always makes sure to ask if there is anything special he should look out for. We are very pleased with the service.

Appointment was between 12-2 PM, service techician didn't arrive, would have been nice to receive a call about running late, wanted to be home for the service to spray the garage and discuss other issues with tech, I had already scheduled another appointment for my doctor at 3 PM figuring Terminix would have been to the house and gone with plenty of time to make my 3 PM appointment.........can't seem to count on the scheduling at Terminix!

I don't know the name of the associate who came to my house to spray but he was great! Very friendly and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough when explaining what he was going to do and asked if there was anything specific I wanted him to take a look at, I told him spiders and he offered to do a spray that would kill them. I am SO happy because I have not seen any bugs or spiders since he sprayed! The gentleman who showed up on Saturday 4/23/16 arrived on time and was so pleasant, its nice when people are happy with their jobs. The sales associate that I spoke to when I called for a quote was also really great! He was in the process of explaining the pest control plan when we got disconnect and he called me back immediately. Terminix customer service is great and I will recommend to family and friends. Your services are more expensive that I would like but I like the security of 100% satisfaction guarantee. the guarantee and customer service is worth paying a little extra!

I am very happy with the service I received from Terminex and Dave the tech that comes out to my home is very courteous and trustworthy. He is great at explaining everything before and after treatment.
The treatment was supposed to last for 3 months. Three separate occasions we had to call in to get extra treatment and instead of taking care of the problem, they pushed up or treatment date and charged us the full price for the next 3 months of treatment. A month and a half after or last treatment we saw so many bugs! We called to schedule an appointment and their next available day was a month away! We are home and available 4 days a week out of 7. I'm just relieved that our year contract is up!

If you know your going to be behind let people know I'm a busy mom with a handicap child this was horrible service save your self the stress don't call here ever!!
Satisfied with their pest control but when I moved out of my house and tried to cancel the service they told me I had contracted for a year's service and I needed to pay off the entire contract. I eventually did, and yet they still sent me to a collection agency and I still receive letters and phone calls 2 years later despite many phone calls. Awful company. Will never deal with them again.

My recommendation is based off my experience with our account manager, Joe Guevara. In the past, before we had an account with you for our monthly service, if we called Joe to do an inspection for bed bugs or other critters he always responded to our calls , even on weekends and would show up within an hour or before the end of day. Once we opened an account Joe introduced us to our technician, Armando. As Joe and I both deal with accounts, customers, etc... I can tell you that Joe's loyalty to our account speaks volumes over other vendors. We always get a call back, our service with Armando each month is amazing and I would like to say that Armando goes above and beyond with his work and his customer service. It is our relationship with Joe, Armando and the excellent service provided each month treating our property with great chemicals that are not harmful to others and pets. Every interaction I have had with Terminix is as smooth and painless as it could possibly be. I told my wife last time I spoke with a customer service rep that Terminix had really honed its processes from top to bottom, from having my call taken immediately, to quick turn around on additional service calls, despite it being the busy season. I have been a customer for several years and my experience as a customer has gone from good to excellent, and I am not one to give unwarranted praise. I used to feel like my pest control service was being managed by a big corporation, which tends to let customer service slide in favor of increasing services. I have seen a very real difference in the last couple of years, and feel like Terminix gives the best of both worlds: big company service and convenient scheduling, mixed with great customer service like a smaller company. If you haven't noticed, customer service is key to me; all products and services have problems from time to time so where companies can set themselves apart is in customer service. It is the customer focused approach, on top of great service, that motivated me to give the best score I can give, a 10. I would absolutely recommend Terminix to people I know. All of that said, the anchor that has kept us with Terminix over the many years more than anything else is the great service we get from our regular technician, Dave George. He is prompt, executes his work efficiently, and always asks questions about any problems we have noticed. He is knowledgeable, able to answer questions we have, and is willing to take proactive measures such as baits and traps to keep a small issue from turning big and requiring a service call. I know about his kids and he has seen mine grow from birth, and we are as friendly as two people can be given the time constraints. A couple of years ago, my wife and I thought it would be wise to shop around for another pest control company in order to save money, but when it came down to it, we liked having Dave do our service so much that we decided to stay with Terminix. Basically, the main reason we remained Terminix customers at that time was because of the great service Dave George has given us over the years. That speaks volumes about the man and his work. I don't think I could say that about any other service technician or company I have ever hired for anything. Dave is a credit to Terminix. These are the reasons I gave a score of 10. We are very happy with the service provided by Terminix. We have never had a problem and they always show up on time or earlier than expected. Great! We asked Jared to check out one spot that we thought wasps may have been building a nest last season and he did and sprayed some chemical in the event there were any present. He also informed us that there was an "odd beeping noise" coming from behind the shed. I laughed when I told him it was the battery operated device we purchased from Lowes to deter moles from coming into our yard since we have an issue. I have been doing business with Terminix for quite some time. This last billing was for the full quarterly amount of $92.00 yet the service was for only 67 days. I have contacted the business people and they refuse to prorate it and refund $23.00. I have disputed this with my credit card company and am canceling my account. Very aggressive on asking for payment for 10 years of service at outset of contract; and failure to disclose that house must be vacated 4 hours during and after service. Actual service persons were sympathetic, and rescheduled service. Hoping that this will keep termites at bay.
The customer service did not end when we signed the contract! So friendly, so honest, so helpful. They arrived on time or called when running behind. They cleaned up after they were done. I just couldn’t believe the job they did. I honestly went on their website to see if they were supposed to do all they did or were we just special. Turns out they are the special ones. Price is great. You should just choose Terminix instead of looking at other companies. You won’t be sorry.

Terminix was extremely effective in eliminating our pest problem and in keeping our property pest-free since the initial treatment. Unfortunately, my memory isn't very good anymore, and I cannot recall specific names, although every Terminix associate who provided services was polite, pleasant, and very good at his job. Normally, I would have described this service as Excellent, Very Effective, or Outstanding; however, Google insisted that the best response was Loved it, which seems to me to be a weird description of eliminating bugs.

They came for about $1700 and put the termite bait traps 10 to 14 feet from my foundation I called 5 times over the last 3 weeks simple solution just move them next to my house but they never returned any call or email me,it seems when they get your money goodbye. There abut 15 traps buried in the sand.

I have just had my 6th appointment randomly changed after Terminex set it and I go into work and schedule myself off and Terminex just decides to change it to a time I am working. When I call to change it they say they will tell my local office and they will call me. NEVER EVER have they called me. There is NO local number to call for service - it all goes through a master number which ends up being NO service. I regret regret REGRET having signed up with these people.

I have seen a very real difference in the last couple of years, and feel like Terminix gives the best of both worlds: big company service and convenient scheduling, mixed with great customer service like a smaller company. If you haven't noticed, customer service is key to me; all products and services have problems from time to time so where companies can set themselves apart is in customer service. It is the customer focused approach, on top of great service, that motivated me to give the best score I can give, a 10. I would absolutely recommend Terminix to people I know. All of that said, the anchor that has kept us with Terminix over the many years more than anything else is the great service we get from our regular technician, Dave George. He is prompt, executes his work efficiently, and always asks questions about any problems we have noticed. He is knowledgeable, able to answer questions we have, and is willing to take proactive measures such as baits and traps to keep a small issue from turning big and requiring a service call. I know about his kids and he has seen mine grow from birth, and we are as friendly as two people can be given the time constraints. A couple of years ago, my wife and I thought it would be wise to shop around for another pest control company in order to save money, but when it came down to it, we liked having Dave do our service so much that we decided to stay with Terminix. Basically, the main reason we remained Terminix customers at that time was because of the great service Dave George has given us over the years. That speaks volumes about the man and his work. I don't think I could say that about any other service technician or company I have ever hired for anything. Dave is a credit to Terminix. These are the reasons I gave a score of 10. I am thoroughly content with my service and the contact I have had with your company, from the customer service representatives to the great work of Dave George. Please keep it up!
