Very nice and polite customer service. Amazing food. The lodge makes you feel at home and there is nice scenery all around. The rooms are perfect size and are cleaned daily. I would 100% recommend this as a stay. I’ll be back for sure in the future.

Not too happy with the customer service. EXTREMELY RUDE customer service. Called, someone picked up, they didnt even bother to say hello when they picked up on the other end of the phone. Said hello, Asked if they had availability on a certain date. The response I got was "Umm No." and then nothing else. No offers for another date that is available. No offers to stay at the campgrounds.
