Do NOT take your kids here. They lied to me and told me that adults would jump for free with the mini party. When I arrived they told me it was just the parents that jumped for free. Multiple kids have burns on them from the cliff hanger bouncy! They made me sign a waver for the children when I came in, I thought it was incase a child broken a leg or something. Now I know it is because it leaves burns on them! I had a birthday part set up for 7:30-9. They wouldn't let me in until exactly 7:30. That gave me no time to set anything up for the party. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Decent place to take the kids from a young age into their teens. I will say it is a little underwhelming. The concessions are fairly priced for such an establishment. There are two bounce houses an obstacle course and two slides but not much else. Your child can do everything in about 30 min, that's if you drag it out. Perhaps if they installed some arcade games or other extras then I would give a higher rating. Parents are left to watch the children with the staff behind the counter. Perhaps some staff with medical training would be a nice addition or at least someone making sure rules are adhered to.

My grandsons VALIC, Luciant, John love to go on Saturday night for the lasers lights. The staff is always wonderful. I have to go early so they can play before the lights come on we are there for hours and stay to they close. We live in Charleston do wish it was closer. If my kids have fun then I am happy

Great place for everyone! My daughter (3), my boyfriend and i are from louisville, ky and were in town to see family.We went to pump up the fun today with 3 other adult family members and 2 more toddlers. All of us had a blast. We only went to the waterpark but it was a blast. There was a water slide for everyone, there wasn't a crazy height requirement for the big slides 36 in. It was nice and clean even the portapottys were nice and smelled nice and clean. I felt very comfortable changing in them. The only problem we came across was that i paid for inside and outside for 3 toddlers not knowing we would never play inside we liked the waterslides so much and could not be refunded the inside price back and i really feel they should keep gate doors to the waterpark closed due to small children running around even with supervision some kids could dart out that gate door quickly. All in all we will be back it was a fun way to spend a day.

Great bounce house place but not much else offered. Has a small section with bounce house, jungle gym, and slides for very small children. Clean, friendly staff, and a good location for having events and birthday parties for kids.

Good time. Adults can jump on some things. Don't like the height limit for small kids. Should be lower. One of our boys couldn't get on the best one. Overall pretty good.

Horrible horrible place to go! The staff is very very rude and the old women who works there is so very rude to children. All she could do was scream at them. The inflatables are old and very dirty and for the price you pay it's not worth a dime. Trust me people this place is horrible and they love to rip people off. Take your money and your innocent children to a safer cleaner and much happier place. Go to Jump Kraze they are the best.

I went for a 2 hour long birthday party and I took my 3 year old grandson and we both had an amazing time. There is a section for 5 year olds & under which my grandson loved bc he doesn't care to much for all of the bouncing from the older kids.

They have certain times when you can drop your kid off and they can play unlimited until 9 pm. It's awesome if you have shopping to do or just want some alone time with your favorite adult person.

If I could, I would give this place a -10 stars! The staff is rude, the inflatables are in a very bad condition, and there are too many rules for a kid to have fun. This place is a horrible place! I would never go there again. Also, the seating is uncomfortable, and they cut the time that YOU pay for by ten minutes! I will have my party somewhere far away from this disaster area!
