This is entertaining and fun for the kids. We have been multiple times and will likely return. However, the staff is not particularly friendly, helpful, or involved with the play experience. As well, the place seems kind of grungy. I always feel like my kids need a good long bath after we leave. As long as there are no bullies and the place isn't crowded, it's fine. Just don't expect any assistance or intervention from the staff if the crowd gets rough or wild.
Pump it up is a nice enough bounce House gym. The prices are reasonable. they have the equipment in two separate rooms each with three pieces of equipment. The kids played on it for 2 and 1/2 hours and were entertained.
Great!
Went for a birthday party, standard stuff here, for kids to burn off that energy. Lots of indoor blow up bounces houses and slides. Can't comment on price since it was for a party. But kids had a great time, stuff was friendly. I would come back for open play but not sure how crazy it gets.
I hope this review is read by the owner. I had my daughter's birthday party at Mannasas Pump It Up recently. This was the second time we were having party at Pump It Up because we really like it the first time during her 4th birthday. It's been my daughter's favorite place since then. We were looking forward to the same experience this time as well and were hugely disappointed. First of all, along with other food, we had also ordered a Fruit Bowl well in advance, On the day of the party we come to know that there was no fruit bowl available. Why is that? Whats the point of ordering it in advance then? Is this you call a professional service? Right since the initial training video, one of the staff member assigned to our party was acting as if he was doing us a favor. Cannot blame the other girl since she was a trainee, But then again, I don't pay my money to get a service from a trainee. Why cannot you assign three people to the party in that case then? Serving was so slow that I had to help the trainee most of the times. Right from opening up the pizza boxes till serving the cake. Is that what I paid for? It was only trainee most of the times that was in the room. Other staff member used to disappear every now an then. The only time I actually saw him helping was cutting a cake and distributing goodie bags. Also, where was the complementary "We'll take your pictures and display them over on the screen in a party room?". It was a total disappointment as a returning customer. The only good part was the moon bounces. I really used to praise Pump It Up and used to recommend it to others looking for a party venue. But not anymore. I doubt I'll ever recommend it to anybody else now.
Its the best place for my kids ny kids love the place
I came here for a birthday party. Honestly i disnt like the way they made me check in. I dont like putting my information into computers unless i absolutely need to. This was a drag had to wait for a few people to finish up even though they had multiple computers. It was an ok place for me atleast, but the kids for sure had fun.
Funny and enjoyable! We attended a birthday party, which was fun filled and enjoyable. Lots of bouncy inflatable obstacles. Fun for the kiss, fun for the adults. Affordable and cheap party packages.
Great for my four year old and one year old. Both played the whole two hours we were there. Go on a Thursday for half price on the second kid’s admission.
HORRIBLE !!!!We booked bday party for our kids but had horrible experience.Party was for 90 mins but they started 20 mins late.Kids hardly got 40 min to play on both of Arena. For cutting cake n eating pizza they only given 15 mins.Staff was rude and feels like they were pushing us out. When we reached home with left over soda from party we come to know that it was expired..One more thing slides n inflatable hurts when you slide on it,had many bruises all over hands n legs. When i called them up next day they were not bothered nt even apologize. Will not go there ever for sure
Kids will have fun time. They have few bounse houses. Place is little bit congested for party rooms but overall ok.
Went for a kids birthday, this place was a well oiled machine!
My siblings love having their birthdays here
Great set up for kids and entertaining.
Kids had a great time
Very clean and fun
We have 3 kids, and all of them have had parties at PumpItUp. Greta place, great staff! However, they push the picture thing way to far. So after listening to them sell the picture pitch for 2 hours we said ok, lets DO IT. We informed all the parents that they will have awesome pictures of the kids having a blast... HOWEVER, after 3 attempts to get the pictures and 3 promises that they will follow up on how to get "SAID PICTURES" , we're still without pictures... It's embarrassing and hurtful for the us to tell friends, family, acquaintances to not take pictures as they will provide them for us at a small fee. What can I do? Peter the Manager gave great lip service but couldn't produce a simple follow up call.
Bouncy castle play zone. Birthdays here are overpriced, and the time inside rooms less than kids seem to want. Beware the continuous "up-sell" where you are constantly cajoled to buy more expensive options to parties.
Thought it was perfect nice and cool inside r
Nice place for parties. Staff very nice
Great for parties..some has gone 3 years in a row!
Great for toddlers to burn their energy. My son really enjoy this place.
Smaller than the last bounce house we had a party at, but still a great experience. To rooms with different setups. I guess my only complaint would be the cost of pizza that they charge. Take out from anywhere else is much cheaper, and actually better. Still 4 stars, and I would recommend.
The staff were rude. They didn't direct anyone where to go for birthday parties. During pick up there was no one at the front desk. All the staff was outside taking selfies. The bathroom was disgusting as well.
My 2 kids liked it very much.
We just had our son Reid's 5th Birthday Party at Pump it Up. John the owner was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful and kind to help support us in getting our kids bday party set up last minute. All the kids couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had and the parents couldn't stop about how awesome this place is for birthday parties. We have also gone for open jump and we love getting the kids out of the house for a few hours and bringing them here. I see pics of the equipment ripped and torn but I don't see any issues or tears with the equipment. All was in good condition. We will be back for other birthdays and open jumps. I know my friends plan to have their kids bday parties here too now.
When This Place First Opened It WAS Amazing...We Just Went In August 2018 and MOST Of The Bouncy Houses Are Busted Up And No Longer Holding Enough Air To Be Fun Or Safe! This Place Has Become Run Down And Dangerous! Our Friend That Came With Us Twisted Her Ankle As A Result Of The Lack Of Air In One Of The Bouncy Houses!
Last week I took the kids to the Turkey Jump while we were visiting family. We had a blast and even got to make a Thanksgiving craft. The kids were screaming to come back again since they had such a great time. I loved it because they were really tired from all the jumping and active play. My son really loved the Cannonball Air Blaster. What a great addition! We will be coming back soon!
Okay place
The staff was awesome and the party was very well organized given the number of children.
I’ve been here once and nobody was at the front door. The computer froze so i think the waiver didn’t go through. Couldn’t find the party and nobody was helping us to find it. I had to call our friend and she came out and got us. So, from the beginning was just trying every door to find the room. Also no place for the parents to seat or comfortably stand without being in the way of the kids.
I had my daughter's birthday party here and it was the most stress-free birthday ever. Everything went smoothly and everyone was so nice and helpful.
Made for the KIDS and enjoyed by the adults
Their web site is not secure! I inspected it in 3 different web browsers.
Good times for both the preschooler and middle schooler
(Translated by Google) Very bad experience the inflatables did not have enough air the children climbed and went down and all the inflatable covered them my package was $ 355 dollars and for asking for extra things it went up to $ 535 lel included bags of candy gift and mere hour not They measured that because they didn't have to give me the ugly pizza they give and the rest because those who face it, attended 2 t-shirts at the same time, I don't recommend it at all 0 (Original) Muy mala experiencia los inflatables no tenian suficiente aire los niños se subian y se iban para abajo y todo el inflabe los tapaba mi paquete era de $355 dollares y por pedir cosas extras subio a $ 535 lel incluia bolsas de dulces regalo y ala mera hora no medieron que por que no tenian tube que tepartir yo yo la pizza fea que dan y lo demas por uqe las que se encaragan de eso atendian 2 fisetas al mismo tiempo no lo recomiendo para nada 0
This place used to be really good. It seems as though they just try to rush you out when you come for a birthday. Don't get me wrong. They are nice but just rushing a lot. I had my kids birthday here years ago and it was not like that. Maybe over booking?
Kids love it, nothing for parents really but who cares, the little ones will fall asleep exhausted on way home, WIN!
Lots of fun!
We had our 11 yo birthday at Pump It Up this year. We had a good experience. Our son wanted a very small party but not at the house. We had a total of 11 kids and 4 parents. We had the party on Friday evening from 6-7:30pm. We picked the 90 classic weekday for 15 kids. Total was $215 tax not Included. This included : - 1 hour of playtime in 2 different rooms; - celebration in party room; - dedicated party staff ( they were kind and polite young high schoolers); - party room and set up and clean up; - plates, napkins, cups and utensils; - 3 large pizzas with 1 topping - 15 caprisuns The moon bounces are perfect for kids ages 5-12. We also had the choice to buy soda 3- 2 liters sodas ($8.85) All we needed was a cake and voila! We had a good time and so happy our son had a good birthday.
Great place for children's parties, something for everyone.
Smells like kids and socks. Kind of unavoidable. The party rooms are small and not good for parties with more than 10 kids with parents.
From a birthday party to just a outing for open jump time, this is a must visit place if you have kids. There are two jump rooms and both are filled with fun! We have been in both rooms and although we enjoy one a little more than the other, both are very fun. Compared to other similar type activities for kids in the area, this is the place to go with hands down the best price. If you're on the fence, go at least once during open jump and I guarantee you'll be glad you did.
Kids had fun.
Love this place!!!
It's a fun place to take your kids. Problem is that the equipment is in bad shape. Lots of tears on the slides. On my last visit, I went down one of the slides with my kid and my foot caught in a tear right before the end of the slide and caused a lot of pain. I thought my ankle was fractured. Not safe at all and I don't think I will return.
We went for a childrens birthday party and upon entering the staff (including the manager on duty) were unpleasant. A smile and cheery attitude can go a long way! My child truly enjoyed her time bouncing and climbing though and most of the equipment seemed to be in decent condition. I would say some cleaning and disinfecting could probably be done, bathrooms included. Overall enjoyable but not the best indoor play place in the area.
We've been here as a guest for a birthday and just had our son's 4th birthday here. It was AMAZING! I love having it not at the house and just having to bring the cupcakes! It's a little expensive, but if you are going to have a large crowd - worth it! My only complaint is that I wish I could have brought some food for the parents - we were restricted to only the cake. I really am not too big on pizza and would have brought some healthier options for the parents...
Nice! Fun for kids!
Kids love it. Been many times for bday parties. Seems new staff is more engaging with kids and possibly a new jumping apparatuses from this visit vs previous.
Pretty good. Our time was a little short though and we felt a little rushed!
Wonderful place for a birthday party
Horrible service, people was rude the host was terrible and rude with kids, l pay for a service and they didn’t do anything, and the few stuff they did was terrible, and l had to do a lot of the stuff by myself, the only one lady was nice was the manager, so bad experience my party was May 26/2019
Fun!!!!
Kids had so much fun!
I have been there a few times with my daughter and never had a bad experience until this weekend. We went to a birthday party on Saturday. Afterwards she kept saying that the slide hurt her. We didn't see anything at first, but when we finally moved her underwear she has a HUGE section of skin that looks like it was rubbed with sandpaper. It is a really bad wound. I went by Sunday to talk to a manager and although the website said they opened at 9:30am for tours, at 10:15am no one was there. The doors were locked and it said closed. I called several times and there was no answer. My child has been seriously injured by the equipment there, not just a little scrape or bruise. If their slides are that dangerous they need to require that all children wear pants and not allow shorts or skirts.
My kid really enjoyed the birthday party here. They do a nice job going from one room to the next. Good for 6 to 9 year olds
Excellant for parties. Your party rotates rooms donuts only the people you invited in the rooms at any given time. What an exceptional idea.
My daughter's birthday party was awesome. The kids had a great time. I would seriously advise not getting a pinata. The way it was handled, only about 4 kids could reach the candy, and the other 20 kids all started to cry. No joke. I had to go into triage mode to send everyone home smiling. But other than that, all kids and grown ups had fun. Well worth it.
The manager hit my child in the head with the rolling shoe cubby! Firstly, the Owner or General Manager's name and contact information needs to be posted where customers of Pump It Up - Manassas can plainly see it. I would rather make this complaint directly to the owner, but since that information is nowhere to be found on the website or posted in the brick and mortar store, here I am airing my concerns on Google. Thank you Google. I've taken my elementary school aged children to Pump It Up - Manassas several times for Open Bounce sessions and we have attended two birthday parties here in the last 12 months. I feel like we have gotten a good sampling of Pump It Up - Manassas sessions in order for me to write a fair review. The inflatables are fun and my kids have a good time. The bathrooms are pretty clean. I have never had an employee be mean, disrespectful, or rude.....however.... Pump It Up - Manassas is largely staffed by inexperienced kids who don't take customer service or safety seriously. Today was a shockingly bad example. For the 2:00 - 3:30 pm Open Jump session on Monday, January 15, 2018: The line to pay was a few customers long and 4 employees were clumped together behind the cashier desk showing each other something on their personal cell phones. For the first 20 minutes of our jump session, no employee was present in our inflatables room. Fortunately, all the parents and kids were nice and there were no emergencies....but what would have happened if one of the gigantic inflatables had started to deflate? I would have had no clue what to do. Could my children have been trapped inside as the bouncy house collapsed around them? There should have been an employee in the room. Not every session at Pump It Up - Manassas is like this but I have had this happen before on different days. This was not mean behavior, but definitely neglectful. One Pump It Up - Manassas employee, an 18 year old male with medium black skin, walked around the inflatables with aviator sunglasses with mirror lenses on while doing something on his personal cell phone. Not mean or rude, just irresponsible from a safety perspective. After we switched rooms the first time, the manager, who was a very young woman with a bright pink Pump It Up employee shirt, medium black skin, and long black hair, came into the bouncy room, turned off the overhead lights and turned on the dance party black lights. That was fun. She brought out a bunch of glow necklaces and handed them out to the kids for free. That was nice. Her generosity made me a more loyal Pump It Up customer to receive a treat like that, however, I wonder how the parents of the smaller children felt. The inflatables were very dark inside with the main lights off and I imagine some children were scared when the manager turned the light off unexpectedly. My kids who were 7 and 11 liked it though. My girls had a good time until the very end of the session. As the kids were taking their shoes out of the rolling shoe cubby, my 7 year old was bent over directly in front of the shoe cubby putting on her shoes. The female manager in the bright pink Pump It Up employee shirt pushed the cart forward unexpectedly from the other end. Another mother and my older child reported to me that they saw the manager push the shoe cubby directly into my child's head! I saw my child a few seconds after the collision and she was rubbing the top of her head and said it hurt. I went to the manager in the bright pink shirt and told her what she had accidentally done. The manager did not say sorry but instead said, "I said 'excuse me' before I moved the cart" or something like that. I know the manager didn't mean to hit my child with the cart but this is where the youth and inexperience of the employees really shows. Before I would dare to push a heavy cart forward in a crowd of children, I would carefully look in front of the cart. My child was too small to be seen while she was bending over putting on her shoes and thus she got hit in the head with the cart. The manager should have known better.
Kids have a blast!!
Outstanding

Good for kids birthday party
Different rooms to jump, friendly staff, clean environment!
Obv great for kids
Great place for kids parties, always a crowd pleaser
Great place for kids birthday parties and open bounce!!
Great experience
Kids love it. Well run and worth the cost of having a party here. Also worth the drive to attend a friend's party.
We've came here and done 2 birthday parties here. Each for my niece's and it was a wonderful experience for us and the family.
expensive but fun!
The pros: kids like the slides, some space to let their energy out. So my kid gave it 4 stars. But if you're an adult it's not cool at all - no comfortable seating, only metal benches, no tables, it smells like a stale gym x10 times stronger - so my rating is 2 star. So the average is 3 stars. The bottom line - it's only good for a quick non-fancy birthday parties.
I have frequented this facility for years, I had my daughters birthday party here. The past couple times though..... Where to start.. Arena B, every bounce house has a hole in it, mats are torn causing you to trip, strap is broken on the rock climbing wall. And when you tell them this, they shrug and say " thats just the way it is " I have no beef with the manager, she was as nice as could be, she just didn't have any answers or training to deal with the situation. I waited....waited.....waited to speak to the owner, but he could not be summoned at the time I was leaving. John, the owner, later called me, at which point I expressed my concerns about his facility and how he might have a liability issue regarding the waivers that are signed beforehand stating that you assume responsibility for any injury that occurs. My thought being, if you sign a waiver to use bounce house equipment, theres the reasonable assumption that the equipment is functional and working properly. ( both of which you can't check beforehand ) If it is not and I injure myself, John the owner, leaves himself open to a lawsuit. Instead of listening to me, John continued to tell me how it's the patch guy who needs to fix it and that he would be coming by sometime??? He also told me, as if it were relevant, that one of the bounce houses in question was 3 years old and had been patched 1 year ago...... So what? Are you going to fix the problem by replacing the broken equipment that can harm children and adults? Johns answer was " the patch guy will fix it " ( I'm paraphrasing a bit ) Great, the patch guy will come out and replace a failed patch, until that patch fails again and breaks a kids leg ( I'm not exaggerating ) My point is I really liked the convenience of this place, it's right around the corner, but the quality and customer service have gone downhill OH! and by the way, call ahead and see if theres a party going on, if there is, i was told the party takes priority, so the other arena you'll be placed in will not have an attendant to supervise unruly kids
