Lovely area. If you like to rough it camping, this would be a wonderful place to go. If you like to semirough it, they have cabins with limited amenities. Roads are not paved but in good shape. Near their office they do have a place to wash clothes and take a shower. Desperate to check email, they have wifi near their office too.

If you love rustic, no frills cabins, no traffic, no restaurants, tons of deer, couple of bears, miles of hiking trails, disconnect from cable and internet, then this is for you. This is not your pampered-spa-golf course kinda park! We loved it.

Awesome cabin, beautiful scenery! Stayed in cabin #2 in Fall '15. Great location on roaring stream, with no electricity or indoor plumbing. Warm glow of gas lighting and fireplace made this stay a wonderful experience! Returning for longer stay in Spring '16. Friendly staff. Your GPS may not be the best way into park, be advised! The park is very clean with a lot to do from camping to hiking trails and much more. The Rangers are very knowledgeable, helpful , and very polite. While our visit there we had a Ranger come check on us to make sure we were okay after his shift was over. That impressed us so very much to think that a Ranger would come up and check on us after his shift. If I could remember the Ranger's name I would put him in for an commendation.

Had a wonderful time. Loved the mountain air. Friendly and informative staff. Stayed in the cabins. Clean, rustic, exactly as described. Only feedback, the trails were narrow and some wildly overgrown making it difficult for children to traverse and parents to relax.

Love the primative cabins. Wood cook stove. Gas lanterns on ceiling and walls. Out door bathroom. West Virginia's best native trout fishing. Cool, comfortable and affordable. Long scenic drive to the cabins on gravel road. Many hiking trails of varying difficulties. A nice viewing deck for a wonderful little waterfall.

The place was amazing. Nice off-road to reach there and a stream was flowing right behind the camp site and the sky was clear and we did star gazing. Happen to witness a shooting star. Rangers was very polite and helpful. Had an amazing time there.

Good evening to be with the kids play the best line in your uy and I was giving him the right amount to make the most exciting things to say that first of it was the only two people who were able and not just a couple minutes ago but I don't agree but I'm not sure yet yet I don't know what town he was a good night for you to the airport now but ill keep you on your own

Wonderful Beauty. Pristine water. The only complaint is that the road into it takes so long to get to the campsite. It is so far back from the main road.
