This is a really pretty spot, and me and family go up probably once a year. Its a great view and the only fishing spot I've ever caught anything. Although I love this lake its quite dangerous sometime of the year. It has some of the highest concentrated a.pints of a certain toxin that is extremely posionis to most wildlife. It has been the swift end to a few dogs, so be careful if you he there near the beginning of fishing season. Just look for the signs. such are well posted and if there are no warnings? Enjoy this bliss if a lake!

Diane Melde

Great place for a walk. Avoid contact with the water, however, as it is lovely to look at but quite toxic. Always pretty quiet.

Tamara Johnson

Very lovely & peaceful. Algae warnings so be aware if you have pets!

It was very.. There we a lot of picnic tables along the edge of the lake, several that you couldn't see until you start walking the trail. The bathrooms could have been less stinky.

Took the kiddos for their first fishing outing. We didn't catch anything but we had fun and the boys are ready for more outdoor adventures.

Murray Lisook

The lake is still suffering from the toxic alge issue after more than a year. Still, the trails we're nice and the views great.

Ali Dyche

It's a large (80+ acres) park with lots of trails for hiking and horse back riding. Unfortunately, the lake itself has been plagued with toxic blue algae for the last six or seven years. This means that it's unsafe for swimming and fishing, even for animals.

James Brinckerhoff

Its beautiful

Great single track trails for beginner to intermediate. No huge jumps. Parking is limited if the gate is closed. Lake is closed to fishing because of toxic algae.

Stopped by this place on a lark, looking for a peaceful, bucolic place before heading back home to reality. It was beautiful weather, with a beautiful lake and scenery. There is a place for horses, there are equestrian, biking, and hiking trails, and non-motorized boating in the lake. It's very nice because of the seclusion, too, which is hard to find in this metropolitan area. I did none of those activities, however, I just enjoyed the peaceful setting.

Regnbuens Kriger

Poisonous!

I FIND YOUR TRACKING OF ME INVASIVE AND, FRANKLY, CREEPY.

Mikaela Pearson

Can't swim due to poisonous algae, however it's serene quiet if you're looking for the best of Pacific Northwest forest it has a fantastic hike around the lake.

Quiet place, wish I had had a boat and fishing rod, but I was just it checking out. I will be back.
