I drove out of my way to get here and it's nothing special. Not scenic at all, although it's probably a decent place to swim.

The state has locked the gate and denied public use of boat launch and parking area for ice fishing !

We really liked it, not too crowded the dogs are OK and it's super quiet. The beach is a bit rocky though but it's really beautiful!

It's a close state park but it was very nice views it was located way out there but it's quiet and the lake front seemed to be quite clean and not too rocky it's a nice area to bad it closed down not sure why but this place could have potential if the state put some time and effort into restoring it and some good advertising
