Here you have all the information of real people who consumed the products of Ogden\'s George S. Eccles Dinosaur Park (Park) in the area close to the state of Utah.
As of day the firm has a score of 4.6 over 5 and that score has been calculated on 1828 reviews.
As you can see the average of ratings is almost the top, and it is based on a very large number of feddbacks, so we can say that the score is quite accurate. If people have bothered to leave their feddback when they've done well, it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to put scores when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Park corresponds to the category of Theme park.
What fun! A great place for very young and old alike. The signage really helps you understand how scientist's think has changed over the years based on the evidence they found. Start early on hot days asas there is much to see outdoors. The gem stones upstairs are pretty impressive, too.
We went there for a birthday party for a 4 year old who is passionate about dinosaurs! It was tons of fun! They had a guy who's a real-life paleontologist (student) he was amazing. I'm a Grandma and even I found the real-life fossils fascinating! I would highly recommend this as a birthday party because we had a special tour and got to do some pretty cool things! We had our own room and were able to bring in our own cake, our own ice cream, and drinks!
I loved this park! There are so many paths to explore. You can let your kids run around and they'll stay entertained for a long time. It was interesting to my younger kids/toddlers and I imagine older kids would also have a good time. Lot's of dinosaur and other animal sculptures to check out. There is also a fun play area. There are many other activities and encounters you can participate in, but just doing the basic walk and play was tons of fun for us.
We found ourselves here for a kindergarten field trip. For adults, teenagers, and maybe even some teenagers the inside is cool. There are plenty of gemstones and specimens from around the state (and elsewhere). There are plenty of replica fossils and displays that are fun to see. Outside was a bit cold due to being October. But the playground area outside was a hot with the young kids and so was walking around looking at the dinosaur displays. As we were leaving, we were told about an app for the place that would allow us to not just learn more about each dinosaur displayed, but would also give us "3D pictures" to see. I thought that was a cool idea and if I end up going back with my daughter, we will give that app a try. Overall, a decent place to kill a few hours if you have younger children.
This is my son's favorite spot. They do a great job maintaining the park. The playground is fun. The museum is excellent. Joe loves walking around and seeing the dinosaurs. It is also the main place we go for Halloween.
The family and I had a blast coming here. I'm a big dino nerd and we spent hours here looking at everything.
Very, very cool. Our two year old was a little frightened at first of the robotic dinosaurs, but was quickly as enthralled as our other children. We loved the on site paleontologists as well. The displays were impressive and fascinating for all ages!
It's an interesting and fun park for the kids. Large, life size dinosaur statues. It has felt out dated and less will kept in the past but during my summer 2019 trip I noticed a marked improvement. Renovated and refreshed statues and new ones as well.
I love this place. It is a great mix of palentology and science. But still has plenty of things to keep the kids engaged. My inner geology nerd is happy here. And my 4 year old isn't bored out of his mind either.
Love the dinosaurs and all the activities for the kids. The grounds are awesome you can bring a picnic and enjoy the views. They have a playground area for the kids.
Enjoyed the indoors more. Love the robotic Dino and Rhino.
It is always a fun time. Kids always love it
Run down, they certainly need to update this place, there were even families hopping the fence to enter when my family visited last year for Father's day. I do hope you improve in the future
This place has everthing dino lovers would want with anything from interactive play to a kiddie park to fossils loved it. I was also really happy to find ( the dreaded gift shop that my eight year old always has to get stuff from) is very reasonable with their prices.
We love visiting the Ogden Dinosaur Park. It's a fun place that's mostly outdoors. My kids and I bring a picnic lunch and eat it outside near the playground they have too. Awesome to visit during Halloween time too, kinda freaky but kid friendly as well:)
I suggest to buy a year pass! Our kids love coming here. There are so many wonderfully painted Dinosaurs. So many things to see, plus a pleasant walk as you see them all. A playground for the kids makes the whole park a great place.
Fun place to explore and learn about dinos. We found one of several nice shady picnic tables to have an afternoon snack on?
They've done a fine job of the place. My only problem was that my kids' attention span didn't allow me to read all the makers as I wanted.
Absolutely love it here! During the summer they even offer some free days which is great if you're on a budget
If you are all about dinosaurs or you have kids that love them, then check out this place.. They offer so much in the way of seeing dinosaurs up close. Not only do you get to touch the real bones that are preserved but you can watch scientists work on actual artifacts in their own lab in the building. They also have amazing rocks and stones located inside to view.. There are so many dinosaurs outside that you can spend a lot of time walking the trails, going to the gift store, getting a tour, or kids can play at the cool playgrounds. There is an eating area and sitting areas all around.. You can buy some fish food and feed the large ducks and extremely large fish in the pond.. enjoy a few hours here and watch your kids get excited about dinosaurs.
My son had a great time. This is an amazing place for family fun
It was a lot of fun as well as educational. Even my 9-month-old enjoyed himself. My 4-year-old loved it, although, he had to keep reminding himself the dinosaurs weren't real. I guess they might be a little too realistic for some.
Great place to bring the family. Fun to explore all of the neat examples of dinosaurs. Plenty of shade, places to picnic and fun activities for your little explorers.
One of our favorite stops! The entire family enjoyed it. It was educational & entertaining for all of us. Plus, it's affordable.
So fun. Worth every penny. Fun walk and play areas. Never disappointed
Great place to let the kids see life size dinosaurs. Great areas for them to play as well. Bring a lunch though, only chips and drinks are available at the gift shop.
Took our grandkids here. This was our second time taking them to see the Dinosaurs. They love it. They have a lot of rocks and minerals in the building they're quite interesting along with the dinosaur skeleton. Outside they have a lot of dinosaurs for the kids to look at they even have them in their playground for the kids to climb on. They also have digging for dinosaur bones where the kids can try to dig up bones. Oh and I know I would say that that's become a spot that we will take the grandkids every time we come to visit.
Very beautiful I love the collections of rocks too.
Great family friendly place. Lots of walking but worth it. Only downside is not a ton of parking.
A great place to explore with my grandchildren!
I brought my son here for his birthday. He had a lot of fun. He loved the trail of dinosaurs and the playground!
It's amazing great family plan a great place to visit
I loved this place as a kid, and it has been an amazing place to take my daughter to as well. The park is a great overall with a wide variety of dinosaurs. The reason I am leaving a 2 star review is because of the staff. We went to go do the gem dig, which was set to close in 15 minutes. Going up front, with 4 employees including the manager, I was told they couldn't do it because one of the workers got off at 5pm. They did not offer to have another person do it, and the employee couldn't be bothered to do his job for another 10 minutes. I am very frustrated and I will not be back.
Grandkids love the fact it has everything. A walking path, playground, and museum
What a fun family friendly experience. Something for everybody! Great displays inside and out, new, updated educational signs for the outdoor exhibits, animatronics that my littles absolutely love, and an active paleontology lab that you can look in and see what they're up to. If you like dinos, you'll love George S. Eccles Dinosaur Park. We go several times a year!
Had a birthday party there. And the service was amazing. Had a great time.
It's a great place to take the grandkids--real "fun with a purpose."
Great park with so many different displays to see... Each exhibit was real looking...my 2 year old nephew loved it. The park area with the slides was so fun for the kids! Excellent place to visit.
Growing up my mom would bring us kids here and I always loved it and came here the other day as an adult and it’s still how great I remember it to be! I love this place, there is so much to learn about all the dinosaurs and to look at! If you have kids or even for a cute date night come here!
This park is well worth the drive I live just over 2 hrs away from it. I love the collect they have in their museum, the grounds and statues are amazing as well! True some of them are a little bit old , but you can tell that they're going through all of the old ones, and readjusting them and repainting them. They look amazing when they're finish!
Awesome experience. Outdoor displays and fossil room are top notch. Staff very helpful. First time visitor. I recommend it highly
I went with my nephews and sister and had a wonderful time. Lots to learn and lots of fun! The animatronic dinosaurs were my nephew's favorite part! And the play areas are wonderful
Great place to go see the dinosaur's bring a few drinks and a lunch
What an adorable park for kids! We were there recently for a birthday party and an to go back soon!
Dinosaur Park is a Family Favorite! The new renovations are Amazing. Very family friendly, great for kids, & holidays are so much fun!
Kids love it! They don't even know they're going on a walk when we're looking for the Dinos. Sometimes there are paleantologists on site. Today one came out and showed us fossilized dinosaurs skin that was millions of years old! He even let us touch it. Kids thought it was neat to see something almost as old as their dad.
Lots of fun exibits. Fun playground for little kids.
Staff was very friendly and my three-year-old daughter loved it will return
Affordable and super interactive. For a couple of hours my kid was in mini Jerassic Park. The exit is not ADA friendly.
Its a great place for family but they need to update the plaques in front of the displays
Great for kids. My 2 year old grandson loved it.
Best place to take your little adventure loving kids. I'm proud to say that today I took the next generation of my family to the park.
Just the coolest. Dinosaurs everywhere, the park is huge. And plenty of picnic areas, tables to eat
There's a ton of things to see. Outside they have statues of all types of Dinosaurs with a plaque telling about them, a playground with dinosaur themed playland, they have living lizards and tortoise. Inside they have fossils, crystals, Paleantologists were working through a window to uncover fossils, and there's a digging zone to find your own crystal rock(for a cost), and a digging play place to pretend your kids are Paleantologists.
Kids had a ball, especially in the outdoor display. I loved the rock and gem section of the museum.
Glad to have stopped by on the way home to Los Angeles
Nice park. Beautiful and very well kept. The mesuem is nice too. Great displays and fun areas for kids.
Great place for kids to get out and run. The dinosaurs are great. Freshly painted. Lots of interesting facts. Plenty of room for a picnic. There is a park with slides and swings. Inside the building has lots of cool fossils and gemstones.
It wasn't so fun when the school kids were there. But once they cleared out we had a great time. Walking around and looking at the dinosaurs, playing on the playground, digging up bones and going through the museum. Totally worth the money.
Relaxing place to bring the kids and also to fill the curious mind of the big kids. Nice, realistic display of replicas with labels that gives a full description. The museum is very informative with plenty of displays from the unearthened fossils and beautiful rocks.
So family friendly!! Amazing place for anyone who loves Dinosaurs, of any age!! Fun and exciting for those just learning about dinosaurs and those who might be experts. It's well planned out and the prices are so cheap for all the fun there is to be had here!!
Absolutely love this place, took two little kids and they were obsessed. We did the gem dig (cost extra money), it really wasn’t worth it. Kind of boring, not very many gems to find and it stinks pretty bad. I would say just stick to the stuff you can do with your first admissions and you will have a blast.
So much fun! Especially love the indoor museum with lots of real fossils and full dinos.
Great park amazing staff the kids have fun they loved it.
Great place for the kids. They have play areas, animal shows using rescues, a dinosaur museum with a couple animatronics, and a few rock related activities.
Very interesting would you recommend it to anybody that's interested in this type of thing glad to have a lot of minerals a lot of rice in a lot of different things that you could be very interested in seeing I recommend it to anyone
Nice and cool in the evening. Fun place for adults and children.
I haven't been here in years. Man they cleaned this place up. What a fun experience with my kids.
Best place ever! The kids love it here! A lot of perks come along with the season pass and totally worth getting!
Freshly painted Dino's, some need a little TLC on their feet for worn out and missing concrete. But we enjoyed ourselves a lot. The updated rock and mineral collection was fantastic. Not so clustered and much more pleasing to the eye. The updated museum was also a big hit. The kids loved it. All in all, fantastic place to visit. We love going every year.
I love this place and have brought my children here many times. The entrance fee is quite low compared to the entertainment and education we all receive here. If you come often enough you can buy an annual pass. Not only is there an inside museum, but also an outside trail with many dinosaur replicas "in their own habitat". There is also a fun playground and picnic area. This time we visited we were offered a presentation by a paleontologist that we all really enjoyed!
We took our son who just turned three and he loved everything about it! We really enjoyed it as well!
Great place to spend some time with the kids or grandkids
My 7 & 8 yo loved this. The Husband & I enjoyed it also.if you have dino obsessed kids you should check it out.
My kids love this place they love all about dinosours. Is not to close were we live but its worthy to come with the family. Hope one day can put more electrical dinosaurs around the park insted of the one they have today. That will be more amazing. Well the place is
We come here often. Very cool geology area upstairs with some fascinating stones, and some pretty great indoor dinosaur exhibits. The outdoor walk around park is very neat, complete with some fake fossils kids can brush away in the sand. They have a full playground for children too.
Lots to see! Kids had so much fun. Something for every age. The park was clean! And the staff was amazing!
I was truly amazed. There was a person there painting displays , he was friendly and informative, wish I got his name to thank him.
I love this place. It was a great childhood memory. There has been some changes like they no longer sale food so if you want to play and take a break for food you will need to pack some. Otherwise I think it is a great place to take your kids to play and learn about dinosaurs.
Park was a lot bigger than I expected. The electric dinosaurs are the best for children plus the playground they have. Gift shop was the best I've been to. Toys were 30$ for a little dinky thing so I was impressed with that.
I didnt find it as neat as some. Its good to take little kids too and burn off some of thier energy.
Thanks to R.A.M.P. and a free Saturday admission, I was able to take my 3 nephews here. This is a good place to get out of the house to, and go explore. The museum has cool things to look at: fossils, gems, minerals, dino related stuff. The outdoor trail is fun to follow, and besides taking you through dinosaur territory, it also leads to tables for picnics and dinosaur themed play areas.
We had a blast! Reasonable prices and so many things to see. I'm glad we were able to fit this in our schedule while visiting Utah!
A great place to take your children if it didn't cost an arm and a leg
Fun, the kids enjoy it and the staff are always really nice and helpful.
Gramma pass is the best!! Grandkids loved it
This place is so beautiful. Very peaceful and a nice place to walk around and just really enjoy the gardens. They keep it up very well too. A must see if you're in the area.
Perfect place for a dinosaur loving child. (Or adult)
This little guy loved it! Very fun and educational.
Great place. People from all over the world come here. Lots of fun and excellent learning opportunities for kids and adults.
Great place to take the kids and go for a leisurely stroll.
Really great
My daughter loves this place! We've been here about 6 times in the last year and we always seem to find something new to explore. If you or your kids love dinosaurs like mine, this place is a must and the prices are reasonable.
Some of the dino's were kinda fake looking but some were ok. Any kid would love it! They have a fantastic rock and mineral collection as well.
Good value overall. Cute and fun. Easy hour see the whole park.
We love going to the dinosaur park! My kids and I love the life sized dinosaurs and sound effects. The playground is so fun for the kids because they can pretend to climb on and ride dinosaurs. The two digging pits (indoor and outdoor) are great for the kids to discover fossils while I can take a break and sit down for a bit. And of course we always have to make a stop in the museum part to see the animatronic dinos!
Great park to see neat dinosaur and other historical items. Has a very nice park to play in too and places to eat a picnic at.
A very nice park to come and hang out. Playground, Dinosaur learning exhibits indoor and outdoor and presentations. This was our first time and we will come back with a wagon and picnic.
Loved coming here when I was a kid. Nice place to take your kids. Lot to learn.
Great for families, tons of dinosaurs to look at, but also a huge children's park to play in. Indoor and outdoor. Picnic tables available and a gift shop.
It's actually really small compared to what I thought it was. It was great for the kids though, not too packed, and it was interesting to see the statues. Have to go at least once to say you did.
Really had a great time here with the family, the displays were great! Price was very reasonable, and staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We drove up from salt lake and I would say it was certainly worth the drive.
Is agreat place to go and enjoy the dinosaur 's museum. And is not expensive $7 .affordable.
We were there with the kids for about two hours. It was fun but we should have planned on spending more time. There is a lot to see. We may have enjoyed it even more than our kids.
Need to fix toddler play structure better sharp metal plates at entrance to baby slide almost cut his leg open I caught him and bent the metal edge down but that's uncalled for on kids structure. Rest of park was amazing no complaints about anything else. Plan few hours or more to be here if you have kids under 8 they won't want to leave the playground areas.
Great place to take the kids. We love going here! Take a nice walk around the park, see the exhibits inside or play on the playground witch happens to include the tree from the original jurrasic park movie! They often will also have seasonal events such as an Easter egg hunt or my kids favorite the flashlight trick or treat in the park (they have an earlier event for smaller kids)
It is really fun place! It has a Jurrasic Park vibe, and has some pretty fun sites to see! Would recoomend.
This place is lots of fun. My kids love it. They were doing a little remodeling today. I wish it would have said something about that on the website.
Enjoyed the park. Would love to have in the future, animated dinosaurs. Sound of the dinosaurs added greatly to the effect. Clean. Lots to see and do. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Great place to take kids. If you like dinosaurs it's worth checking out too. It's a fun little museum to visit. The staff was very friendly and it was reasonably priced as well.
Great exhibits inside and great, large models outside for children to discover. There's even a playground!
We loved this place. It's kind of a hidden gem! Check the weather before you go as 90% of it is outside. There's a lot to see, so you'll definitely be getting your steps in for the day
Great place to go with kids they have done a lot to remolded the place
Very intresting park with dinosaurs. Amaizing playground and places to seat. Very nice view on the canyon and mountains
Pretty cool place. My kids love it!
I haven't been here since j was a little kid and I got to enjoy bringing my hubby for the first time to a fun past time of mine. Employees are friendly and we'll definitely come again. (Whenever we are back in Utah)
This is a great place to bring kids. They have dinosaur bones, fossils, rocks, and some cool dinosaurs. They also have fun activities for the kids to do like finding dinosaur bones that are buried.
Had a fun time with the family learning about the dinosaurs.
Great place for exercise and for your kids love everything there
I took my son here and he loved it. The dinosaurs are outside and in real environments, and it is very educational.
Great place to learn about the planet and some of its previous inhabitants.
Such a fun visit, especially with little kids who love dinosaurs. The park is large and has many different activities to keep the whole family busy. Definitely recommended!
Many life-sized displays of dinosaurs in well-done settings. Also a fine collection of fossils, minerals and rock formations; e.g., geodes. It's a great place to bring the kids or just to while away a couple of hours. It was very interesting, informative and educational.
It is a pretty cool place for kids, I liked the fact that it’s on the smaller side and manageable. Also $7 for adult tickets seems reasonable. My son sure liked it and enjoyed himself , especially on the digging area. Would come back again.
Been coming here since I was 4-5 years old. For an adult, it’s not the most exciting thing, but as a kid I loved it!
Fun little park with towers mountains over head. My kids loved it!
I'm not sure if I was expecting more of a museum, or a theme park, but it was neither. Interesting place with a small museum type exhibit, then a large park with a walking path that goes around large dinosaur models. Worth doing once, and checking it out, but probably won't be back.
A really magical place where kids can play on and explore a life size dinosaur park. Our kiddoes had a blast! They also have a cool indoor portion with life size skeletons and an astounding gem collection.
Dino Park is a family friendly museum with a small yet beautifully displayed 2 story indoor exhibit; miles of outdoor semi interactive dinosaur trails, including a play park and a hidden cave; and a river side walking trail that wraps the park. For those that play Pokémon look forward to over a dozen very active poke stops and 2 gyms. A great place to tire out your kids or escape the city for a relaxing walk. Make sure to pack a lunch or visit a local restaurant. There’s no food court, just a gift shop that carries beverages.
Kids loved this place not to pricey for family of 4. The kids had an opportunity to touch a very real fossil that they had been working on. Super awesome be back soon.
My 8 yr old said it "It's really good, I loved uncovering the fossils. I also really liked the indoor museum."
Love taking my kids here.
Pleasant surprise. Kids had a blast, lots of interesting things. I didn't even know it was there.
We absolutely love the dinosaur park! Even with my kids getting older, it's a place we drop by frequently.
Love it. Our second time here and our son always have a blast. Staff is friendly. weather is nice when we visited. Definitely for kids and kids at heart. Very informative and you'll have a good exercise walking. We will come back again when in the area.
So amazing my kids could spend the entire day here!!
Family friendly museum with lots of dinosaur exhibits but also rock and mineral exhibits
We LOVE the dino park!!! A great outdoor activity for all ages. I really like how we can bring our own food and plenty of places for picnics in the shade. The year long membership is totally worth it!
We loved it, it was a great place to take our grandchildren to explore fossils and bones.
It's nice and cheap. A good place to take the kids on a boring daym
Came to visit my sister and found this place for my granddaughter....what a fun place to go and spend a few hours or all day....my granddaughter and I had thee BEST time!!!
Great entertainment for kids and adults , super informative and relaxing. The minerals and gemstone floor was also my favorite
This was absolutely amazing! My sons won't stop talking about it and even I really enjoyed it!! Walking through the park is extraordinary and very enjoyable. Lots of different dinosaurs with information on all of them! Hands on exhibits mixed in with the experience if just enjoying a walk and spectating all of the dinosaurs in what could be their natural habitat was surreal! Highly recommend.
First time visiting. The outside dinosaur statutes are very cool with good signage. Inside is under construction so lots of displays and skeletons don't have signs. Outside there is a "dinosaur dig" sand pit and a duck pond. The pond has Huge trout that love to steal the duck food.
My kids lived the outdoor area with life-size dinosaur statues.
Very inexpensive and a great visit. The Indoor museum is very nice and clean. The sound effects are very loud and can be heard through out the park. If you get a chance, check out their summer lecture.
We had a terrific day at the park. The outside is wonderful with so many dinosaurs to see. There is a great play area for kids and plenty of picnic areas. The indoor museum had a beautiful gem collection on display. The indoor dinosaur area had some interactive spots and was very educational.
My boys 4 and 7 yo LOVE coming here. We get a family pass every year!
All kids love this place.. and adults too. Inexpensive and fun relaxing time
Went with my kids for the first time and we absolutely loved it!! Will definitely keep coming back. Bring your sunscreen and water.
Our kids had fun learning about dinosaurs, fossils and other cool stuff here.
Thisbplace is absolutely awesome! When I heard "Dino Park", I assumed it would be a faded an aging attraction from the 80s. I'm happy to say, I could not have been more wrong. Everything about the park is exceptionally maintained. The museum, the exhibits/statues, and the landscaping are all fantastic quality. The park itself is quite large and you can easily spend two hours there making the price of admission a great bargain (especially for military families). The walkways are quite spacious and there are several nice trails that wind through the woods, all of which have dinosaurs leering out as well. They even have playgrounds and dinosaur themed slides alongside a beautiful picnic area by a river. If you're looking for a great place to go on a beautiful day, I can't recommend this place enough.
Beautiful day with the dinosaurs. No real food venue in the park but if you know that coming in you are allowed to bring it in with you.
Big park and very informational. My kid enjoyed it, there were so many varieties of dinosaurs to see. Highly recommend it, they also have a nice little playground that fits in with the theme!
The kids loved it! We've been to multiple dinosaur museums in the state, and this has the best mix of real dinosaur knowledge and pure kids dinosaur entertainment. My nephew was a little scared of the dinosaur growling throughout the park when he went, but our kids thought it was great.
My 2 year old had so much fun here with all the sounds, slides and visual. We attended a birthday party here and they had a table set up in the wooded area. Loads of fun and learning. We might just buy a season pass. Really nice park.
This is a fun park to take kids too. We purchased a membership last year and the kids love to go. They have been repainting alot of Dino's so it's looking great!
Excellent place to visit with kids, shows a very fun way about how the Dinosaure era was as same as all the details related not only with dinosaures, I really enjoy to be there, highly recommended !
This is a great place for kids. They have fossils and life-size dinosaur replicas which will impress the children and adults in your group. My children love staging action shots with the carnivorous dinosaurs on display outside. There is also an impressive collection of gemstones and polished stones.
