Myself plus a bunch of other folks pulled in to the parking lot back in December, only to drive all the way to the top and have to turn around and leave. The lot was full and no one was monitoring the garage. We were charged $5 just for pulling in there! I know that's not a ton of money but I don't like just giving my money away. Lesson learned I won't try parking here during the Holiday's.

I got stuck in here for 45 minutes today. None of the machines were taking credit cards or debit cards, but thankfully I had cash. Not sure what would have happened otherwise. The Gates were not working so a guy had to manually override them and open them to let each car out. The only issue is that he wouldn't for about 30 minutes until a riot nearly started and people began swarming around the entrance demanding to be let out. Before they started letting people out, they did call security on the swarm of trapped people. Security officers stood around trying to look menacing by placing their hands on their prominently displayed handcuffs. Not sure what that was supposed to accomplish. All it did was lead to more people laying on their horns. Anyway, park somewhere else.

$15 for up to 4 hours???? I was in the mall for 34 minutes! I know this is a mall in the middle of a downtown but SERIOUSLY??? That's insane!! What if I just needed to run in and make a return? There should be some kind of cheaper price for anything less than 1 hour.

My daughter came to town from California. Took her to see the Christmas lights downtown. Parking was amazing. In and out, no problem.

it's a good location to park at but very expensive, probably one of the priciest lots in downtown. If you are just going in and out to the mall though it's a good option. Some stores in the mall validate parking.... some don't. Be careful if you go see a movie inside, if it's runs over a certain time you'll come back to a big bill.

Decect place to park if you want to visit the Riverwalk. Rivercenter Mall is right on the Riverwalk and provides easy access. It is also one of the landmarks of the Riverwalk which makes finding where you parked relatively easy. Prices are reasonable in comparison to some other choices. It also offers you the opportunity to park your car in a covered garage instead of outside in a uncovered parking lot.

It was a good parking garage and it looked really safe the only thing I see wrong is that some people take extra space of the parking spaces and it makes it hard for you to park or getting to your vehicle but if I visit San Antonio again I will go and park in that garage

Parking spaces are skinny and not very long; if you have a choice bring your small car, not your big truck. If you have a really long truck (crew cab + 8' bed) forget it; find somewhere else to park. Also, the traffic pattern was a little unusual for a parking garage so pay attention to where you are going.

We entered the garage with many other vehicles and made it all the way to the parking on top to find there were NO areas left to park in. After a half hour trip back thru the garage to exit we still had to pay $5 along with dozens of other cars. This is a rip off. The garage should have been closed!

Unless you have a major need, do NOT park in this area. They have NO signage to tell you the cost, which is $15 for 0-4 hours. Once you are turned into the lane and see the sign, you are TRAPPED. You cannot back out, so you MUST pay. They do NOT honor the City of San Antonio Free Parking for Handicap Ordinance. Their info/security guy gets VERY snotty and tells you to "make a complaint" with a smirk when you ask... Overall just a BAD experience. Lesson learned. (UPDATE: There is a City parking lot across the street which is free for handicap and $4 for everyone else. )
