It's was a very nice place, the workers could have been nicer but the weren't mean. The food is a good 4/10. The only thing that I would say is bad was that one of my guy friends told me there was poop all over one of the seats in the men's room. They have plenty of arcade games and a lot of bowling lanes and the laser tag room was quite fun.

We visited Main Event on my daughter's birthday. It wasn't very busy on a Tuesday afternoon in early June. We loaded $35 onto our play card and went straight to play some games. Woah, the prices to play games are crazy high these days! Each game was around $1.50-$1.75 for a few seconds of play. Needless to say, our card was used up within about 20 minutes. Several of the games needed some TLC. Workers were close by to help out as needed, though. The area was clean. When we finished, we went to the ticket counter to cash in points and see what prizes there were. My daughter decided to get a Pikmi pop donut looking thing for 900 tickets. Overall, it was a decent trip. Pricey for the amount of time with games, but my daughter had a blast on her birthday.

Nice place but they need to be clear about answering questions. They made us pay twice when we could have paid one time for all games. We ended up paying separately which cost us more even when we told them we are here for a while. Also my card got charged twice for food. So be careful and check your bank statement.

Bowling lanes are nearly impossible to get as a walk-in. Reserve ahead, or be there early. Arcade... Be prepared to spend, and keep spending. Price per play on the games is very high, and oddly priced. Can blow through a $50 card in less than 30 minutes. There aren't many places like this around, it's a shame it's such a money-pit.

Was told we had to rent THEIR bowling shoes. Another way for them to make $3.50 more per kid. Bowled two games and went to laser tag. Waited 2 minutes for game to end. Kids were excited to play. Employee said it would be at least 15 minutes before next game. She left and went to eat. Really!?! Also, this place doesn’t have the rope course. Therefore, you get less for your money.

The good is great. 4 starts because I had asked for a chicken sandwich with avocados which tasted great, except that the avocados were frozen :) and hard. Other than that the place rocked.

It had everything from laser tag, arcade games, billiards, bowling, food, drinks and more. It is a great place to bring the family or go out as a couple. It is a bit pricey, but the service is great, the place was clean and people tended to be considerate. It gets very crowded on weekends, though.

Staff was rude. The only person we were greeted by was the lady at the very front. We had a large group and the guy at the front desk that was ringing us in had no respect. I get work frustration but to exhibit that in front of paying customers (I mean 15+ customers) really? “These people just walked in with a large group and this is literally going to take up my next half hour” is what I recall him saying into his ear piece. Seriously? Isn’t that your job? If there’s one thing that steers away business it’s horrible customer service. He was so bothered by us being a large group & whatever was being said in the ear piece that he failed to answer our questions. Keep in mind that our large group mostly purchased wristbands and were unaware of what to do because he had the worst attitude. Overall the location is big, kinda clean but we will probably never return to this location. I guess they prefer single paying customers than groups. Wish we would have known and could have spent all our money on games and drinks at the MANY other surrounding Main Events.

Pros: nice family and professional layout. The lanes and place are well maintained. Restrooms are clean and the food is respectable. Offers a bowling allie, bar, billiards, arcade and laser tag. Cons: No SEC network in the area so it's not ideal for sporting events - need to go to a sports bar or Top Golf for that. It's missing items other places have including miniature golf, obstacle courses, etc.

I had to call cops while here! Employees do NOT supervise here. They allow kids to go around wacking your children in the face and head with the laser tag guns. There was several areas of spillled drinks around, which is obviously a hazard! I stood over a spot for 30 min, a guy comes over to change trash, apparently changing trash is more important than cleaning up liquid off the floor where kids r running around. There are no secure cameras in areas to monitor the crowd. So if there r people/kids going around hurting others, be aware, no surveillance!!! My son received bruises to the face and still have not been contacted by corporate. I sent pics of my sons face! And I guess they don’t care! Take your kids somewhere else, because they won’t be safe here! I’ve already emailed that email! And I’m waiting corporate to still call me! It’s sad when school principals have to show up because your employees can’t keep the facility safe! Still waiting for that call from corporate like I requested! Check your emails! U all already responded to me and said corporate was out the following Monday due to a holiday. I’m still waiting......

It was nice, but two things happened that would have gotten it 5 stars. The first thing that happened was the food. The family was celebrating someone's 70th birthday, and it was decided to celebrate here for all the kids. We reserved a room for 3 hours, and they expected us to eat for the last hour. I word it like that because the food was scheduled for the last hour of the party. The second thing that could have gone smoother were their projectors. We had a video of pictures that was going to play during the celebration of him growing up. Every 15-30 seconds, the projectors would lose connection and go blank. The left monitors weren't displaying the whole video, and you could tell that some people who planned this were not happy to say the least. We like the location, but we'll be second guessing all parties at main event from now on.

There was lots to do here: bowling, shuffleboard, video games, pool and laser tag. There was also plenty to eat. I was especially surprised with the laser tag arena. This place was the first place I have been to that had a multi-level arena. It was fun playing with my son. The facility is large with private rooms for private functions. My only gripe is that the shuffleboard tables were not all functional.

Main event was fun as always! I wish the karaoke portion was open to everyone and not always reserved though. The prices are pretty reasonable and the staff is extra friendly. Getting a table or area on a weekend is really hard, so come earlier than 6pm to get a spot or reserve ahead of time.

The "BEST!" experience while spending time down here in TX, I am from Florida and heading back soon and I will miss this place! Friendly staff assist you well and take care of you, plus the outstanding $7 special "Bowl all you want" is truly an experience I won't forget. The music they play is great as well while bowling you can jam along to it and it really goes along! I also love the design layout of the building and interior, very modern looking and quite appealing, as for the machines, I bowled here 2 times and never had a problem with them. Great place and I recommend it to anyone looking to go here! It beats Bowlero that isn't too far down the road a few blocks. Great place indeed!

The Main Event has just about everything you could want in an amusement center: bowling, arcade games of all stripes, and a large laser tag arena. I enjoy getting to come here with friends. I recommend buying one of the cards that allows you to put time on it versus a $ amount, if tickets aren’t your thing. The staff is always helpful and courteous. It’s a good place to spend a Friday or Saturday evening.

This is a very fun place full of so many amazing activities for you and your family/friends. The prices are a bit high but again it's super fun! You can book for birthdays, go bowling, play lazer tag or play pool, and more! There isnt the widest variety of video games but its not all supposed to be an arcade. They also have a little place to eat and the restrooms are decent. Plus they offer sanitary wipes so you can clean things off before you touch them!

Main Event is a great place to spend a night out. It has a full bowling alley, over a dozen pool tables, arcade games, laser tag, and shuffleboard. That alone is enough to entertain both the kids and adults in the family. They also serve food and have a bar in the pool area. My nights out with friends often end up here.

Service was terrible, my order was wrong and when I tried to explain what was wrong the waitress shushed me and told me to let her finish, then when i tried to order at the bar the bartender was having a personal conversation with 2 men and told me to wait until she was done. And proceeded to tell them how she was 18 and what she has going on. Then gave me attitude when she finally took my order and made my drink incorrectly. Finally when we were bowling the girl that picks up the glasses gave us attitude because we had water glasses on the table and they were about to close. She literally took one persons water and she wasn’t done with it. We felt very unwelcome and disrespected.

Open bowling lanes "reserved" that stayed unoccupied all night. Staff wouldn't release lanes after 30 min to an hour of tardiness. Incredibly expensive...just like every other main event. Just go to Dave and Busters and have better food, better service, and a better time.

The taste was eh, but the big issue was that the pizza was waaay to greasy the onions were like dumped on there and after eating it I had one of the worst stomach aches that I have ever gotten.

Fun but the prices are a little too high. Some of their specials are deceiving so read the fine print. Update: went back and they are even worse. they quit serving alcohol at 12 even though they told us 12:30 when we walked in. they also stopped adding time to our unlimited bowling and we had to leave at 12:20 when they close at 1 on Saturdays. this place has turned into Chuck E Cheeses.

This was an amazing experience you can do Lazer tag, bowling, and all of the amazing arcade games which you get prize points that you spend in the prize shop. I loved this. You can also have partys which you choose bowling or Lazer tag then you do arcade games but you also get food and drinks. Paid for unlimited bowling. Our games were constantly frozen to the point we’d have to ask for them to be reset. In the middle of a game we were asked to move to a different lane. During our last game with only 2 frames left our game was frozen again about 15 minutes before closing time. When one from our party asked about it, we were told that because they closed their registers before the location was closed, they couldn’t restore our game. I then went to ask for understanding of this and was told I could speak with a manager. I said ok, let’s talk to your manager. Then I was told we could only have five minutes. In conclusion, we were unable to finish 10-12 minutes worth of bowling in 5 minutes.

My family and I enjoyed our time spent here. The waitstaff, specifically Ryan and Tara, made our night memorable. I removed a star because it took quite a bit of time to get a server to come over while in the bar/billiards area. Tara came to the rescue after nearly 30 minutes of requesting a server. We had to ask 3 servers who sat in the bar area rolling silverware and walking around picking up empty glasses before someone made the call to have service. Sadly, they were out of bottled and draft Angry Orchard. They did make up for the outage the best they could even after sending poor Tara back 3 times empty handed. Totally not her fault and she was very well compensated for the bars shortfall. Ryan was top notch too in the bowling alley.

We were not expecting a $2 activation fee for the funcard. The price for all you can bowl, laser tag, etc. was not worth what we paid. We had to stay 4 hours, so the kids could do laser tag 3 times, just to make it worthwhile. Then your employee asked my child if he wanted to keep the cards. Not knowing we had to pay $6 for the 3 cards, he combined them, and lost the $4 we had to spend to activate them.

Main event is a large entertainment complex with good bowling equipment, good food and they will cater, lots of arcade and ticket games, laser tag, pool, etc. Service if courteous and the facilities are clean. On my last visit the facility was a bit too warm for comfort, but I think that was due to shift in outdoor weather rather than a recurring problem. It is a good option for family fun and entertainment.

I will never enter this establishment again. The employees and managers are not helpful at all. I took a group of 10 kids in there on a Saturday evening. Most of the screens over the lanes were televising sports, one of them was televising music videos. One of the videos was a Cardi B stripping on a pole and shaking her bare butt on the screen while men threw money at her. I spoke to someone about it and they gave me a terse "Well that's not us that's corporate, you have to take it up with them!" This is bad business any way you look at it! I will not return to this establishment, if I don't get a satisfactory answer from their corporate office I will not be patronizing ANY of their businesses. I don't write bad reviews unless it is REALLY bad, go check my reviews... This was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I experienced Main Event today for the first time. The venue is very nice! It's big, clean, well-kept, modern, and there are no funny smells or dingy carpets. It is very well maintained. The restrooms are also clean. There is a healthy variety of games- some single player and some multi-player. The bowling lanes are extensive and the laser tag is great! Food wise, they had surprisingly good food, and although I didn't purchase any adult drinks, there is a well-appointed bar. I definitely recommend and will be going back.

I was there after 4 o'clock on a Wednesday. I dont know the managers name, but he was so kind an understanding. One of the games added up points but didnt actually put them on my card. The one thing I disliked about the place is it doesnt give us enough time on the games. I mean it really is too short for the amount of money I spent. Which I wont be able to go as often as I would if the games were better timed. I mean I understand you have to give everybody a chance to play each game but it is just to little. The three people I dealt with were so sweet. The manager, the alien shooting game and the point store. We need more people like them.

Was bowling with three to a lane. 30 mins in, a party with 14+ people, including adults and toddlers, took over the entire sitting area. Kids were touching our screen and throwing bowling balls in our lane. We were informed that the someone in the party put drinks/food on our tab. When we went to the front desk to tell them what happened, the guy was dismissive and said he wasn’t the person to help us. Not a great experience at this Main Event.

I arrived at 9 30 and had done nothing but play bowling and get a few tickets. I paid 109$ to bowl? I was asked what I wanted to start off with I say laser tag we waited at laser tag no one ever showed up. I later asked a attendant he tells me he is off his shift otherwise he would open it for us. Go to go redeem my kids tickets store closed. I won't be back as this is ridiculous and most of very sad. If you close at 11 then why was it a hour and half of nothing opened !

We paid a good amount of money to bowl and play laser tag along with credits for games; which was all fine and adequate and the kids had a great time. However when it comes to servers and food service this place is horrible. Abigail? The server with the red long ponytail was horribly rude; didn’t even say one word while we placed our food order. She walked up to the table, looked at me and said nothing. “Are you ready to take my order?” She nodded. I told her I wanted the black bean burger and a pizza with some drinks...she wrote it all down and walked away. 20 mins later she came back, placed the food down and walked away. She did not speak ONE WORD to us. What’s the point of working somewhere if you hate your job? Get a life

It was my first time going with my s/o and family, and I must say IT WAS PRETTY FREAKING AMAZING. The lady at the service desk was great, the employees on the floor did great as well. There was some broken glass on the floor and I let them know immediately, after that, it was taken care of almost instantly. I highly recommend this Main Event to anyone that wants to have a little bit of fun.

They have the most video games of any similar establishment. Also bowling and laser tag. Pool tables and cool prizes for the tickets u win. Ski ball and mini basketball also. The food is similar to what you would get at the movies. It's safe and better than Dave and Buster's

Went with my family for my son's birthday. Had a great time! $8 unlimited laser tag can't be beat. There was a minor (4 minute delay probably) hiccup getting the computer system running first thing in the morning and the staff way over did it to make it up to us. I don't think we complained, but they were sure to make his birthday special and I appreciated it. So did my son.

This is not my family of 6 first time to Main Event. We get here and already a waiting list for blowing, but yet lanes are wide open , ok. We played some games. Then the lanes open YAY! We start to play and we get in one game. We want to play another great , so we have to get approval to play. They approve it , but yet we only get 15 minutes and then our game is over. I went to speak to the manager on duty, keep in mind A LARGE group reserved one through 20 Of the lanes , we are on lane 26 , also keep in mind they are not playing all lanes. On that note they don’t care , I paid just like they did and yet my family wants to play and there are a lot of lanes open , but yet we can’t play. The large group reserved till 4 pm and yet all lanes still open. Its sad how they treat you , if your not the in a large group.

It has a nice environment. My wife and I had our son birthday party there and it was awesome. The kids loved it, they played laser tag and video games, they have bowling but we didn't select that one. The bowling lanes are always full. They have a bar and pool tables for a date night or to laugh and just have a good time while watching sports. The only down fall is it can get full very fast, which you have to wait quite a while to play certain games.

My kids love having their birthday parties here and so do we! The value for the money is simply unmatched anywhere else! The food is good and the party attendants are prompt and efficient is running the flow of the party. The packages include an activity as well as playing cards for the arcade section. We receive additional coupons to come back every time which is a great additional value you don’t get at other places. I also want to thank them for the affordability of the goodie bags. It makes me stress less about putting them together myself and there’s no way I could get so much in a goodie bag for the same price! Much appreciated and will remain a loyal customer.

actually first i put 4 star, just beacuse i dont speak Inglish as well than i want and the comunication was hard couse my accent, but i have a great time back then but its 4star for sure, maybe i have a fat finger, definitely its a 4 star for me.

Brought nephew for his birthday with a group of friends. Prices compare to staying at water park all day which aren't bad. The only downfall was you cannot choose music due to a complaint from another reviewer. We stayed for 6 hours of nonstop fun. Food was great, and our server Ryan was out of this world!! He went above and beyond providing superb service!!

Absolutely wonderful time spent, the all day pass was well worth it, as I got to do all of the amazing activities. The laser tag a fifteen minute wait between games, which felt unnecessary, but laser tag in it of itself was fun, and had a strong amount of people playing each game. I also like how the arcade was organized, separating the more fun games with the more luck based ones. All in all a solid experience that I would recommend to friends and family alike.
