This place is really nice. Took my son here for his birthday and it was a blast. We purchase the all day pass, which I highly recommend is about 24 dollars. We went to the laser tag about 10 times, we play pool, shuffle board, bowling( pay separately for the shoes) and we use the gravity climbing lines and my son was highly satisfied. The personnel is helpful and professional. The manager kindly gave my son a card for games for his birthday. 4 stars.

I own a martial arts studio and hold a summer camp for children 6-12 years old. Took 30 kids to Main Event for 2 sessions of Laser Tag. To talk about our experience, it was really disappointing! We reserved our first session at 11:30am on a Wednesday. We got into the laser tag game room and got geared up for our first session. When we got out, we were told that two rounds of 10 minute sessions were put together. When I checked the time, it was barely 11:45am and the supervisor, Samantha came to me for the payment. Myself and my staff members give it a One Star for customer service, One Star for value per minute! I won't be returning to Main Event.

The place I met the love of my life, this place will always hold a special spot in my heart. It's well kept and the pizza OMG! if you haven't had it yet you need to its DELICIOUS. Drinks are decently priced as well, it gets loud in here so not the best place to watch a full game of something but a good spot for kids to run around or adults.

Let’s start with the place is great to enjoy with family and friends. I had a blast last time with my kids' bowling and playing games. I visit this place recently for a military friend going away and ask for 2 towers of beer of Dos Equis. The beer tower looked light, but we still wanted to try it. It did not taste like Dos Equis so double-check with the waiter that is not Dos Equis. The beer was light and tasted like Coors Light or Budweiser. The waiter was very helpful and was put in a situation that she had no control. The waiter asks if I wanted to talk to the bartender and see that she is pouring Dos Equis. I walk to the bar to double-check with the bartender (Amber) about the flat Dos Equis she gave us and pour the same flat beer to tell me is Dos Equis. So, I respectfully told her I see your pregnant and not able to taste it’s a flat beer, “Is a bad Dos Equis”. All I want is Dos Equis and you could charge me for one and replace the other one. She wasn’t very helpful, so she got her manager (Skyler). His approach to me at the bar was rude from the beginning like I wanted a free beer or something. He came saying, What? I am the manager. I am trying to explain to you guys that is not Dos Equis or is a bad keg. He said he will double-check and just when to the kitchen to talk to someone for one minute and came back. He said he checked everything and is good. The manager had no solution to the problem and did not want to acknowledge is a bad beer tap. So, I came up for a solution for him since he is not able to be a manager. I told him to take one tower of beer back and replace it for a bucket of bottle Dos Equis. I spend over 35 mins trying to deal with this issue that could have been resolved faster and without the skinny Caucasian manager Skyler not getting defensive about customers complaining about his flat beer. Sometimes the absence of Co2 can cause flavor changes resulting in a more watery tasting beer or is just a bad keg. (Date Visit 7/30/19)

This place is awesome and family friendly. We ordered pizza which was brought to us pretty quick to the bowling area. We waited like 20 minutes after registering for bowling to start an actual game which wasn't that bad. After we went to go play some pool while the kids registered for laser tag which the wait was ridiculously long. Lastly we ended the night with some video games. A concern that i had was security there needs to more i saw some creepy older guys with younger females. Overall, a great time!!!!!!!

Fun place to take the family. There are lots of video games to play and other activities as well. You can test your might on the rope course. Play Laser Tag with friends. Play a few frames of Bowling. Enjoy some billiards too. The food is decent, about what you would expect from a place like this. Lots of finger and bar food. Drinks are a bit on the weak side, although that could be due to bartender and not standard your mileage (and liquor) may very. Typically during the summer they will run daily specials which allow you to pay a flat rate and enjoy different activities for a set amount of time. This can be a good deal if you are looking for something to do. Keep in mind, if you are paying a flat rate for unlimited video games you do not get redemption tickets for prizes. If you are not interested in prizes this could be a good deal for you. The place gets very crowded on the weekends, especially in the evenings. If you plan on going during this time expect to wait in line for certain games or activities. Overall the place is fun for everyone in the family and we regularly visit when looking for something indoors to do as a family.

Very helpful attendants for party. They don't hound you but are there to help when its needed. One of the best priced birthday party events for childrens parties. Food was better than expected and they don't just serve pizza for parties. Lazer tag equipment is in great condition and very fun. Bowling alleys are great and suitable for all ages, if you can pick up the ball you can play. Games are up to date and all were functional. Bar prices are a little high but no more than most places with this many activities. I will be back.

Go on a Monday during the summer about $11 per person unlimited attractions + cost for bowing shoes. Add unlimited game card for the same price. They also have a season pass for $60 but it doesn’t include unlimited arcade games.

I really enjoy coming here with just my boyfriend and I. It's a perfect date for 2 people. I really enjoy the arcades. The bowling is alright. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because it ALWAYS takes a while for someone to go and take your order (while bowling). The lanes are VERY slippery. You do have to be careful because you will definitely slip and fall. It's happened a few times that we catch ourselves from falling.

If u have problems with probe I suggest not going. It is just really to loud and not able to talk. Also I have seizures and being in there with all the flashing lights did not help. Everybody was friendly. We were even met at the door and explained how it all works. It is just that I paid $20.00 plus the bowling shoes and I didn't get to use the band or shoes because of all the lights.

Love the family atmosphere that this place provides. They game room changes on a pretty regular basis so going soes not become stagnant. The bowling is amazing. It allows you to keep it interesting so everyone can enjoy. Also food ia delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed my chicken wings and salad. The mixed drinks are made well and the customer service is good. Can be a bit pricey but my kid enjoys herself and i enjoy my drinks.

The place is fun but very expensive to visit. It is at least $7 per thing to do. The food is also expensive and for our table the service was terrible. I was one of the first to order food and I was the last person to get it and I only got it after I asked for it. They forgot the mayonnaise for one person, they forgot the for another person and my friend's nachos didn't have any queso on it even though the menu says it comes with it. When she asked about it, Then they told her there would be an additional charge for queso when she asked about it. I had a good time because of the people I was with, not because the place was fun. Not one person was happy with the service. On top of that, every single time we went to the bar they carded us even when we were being taken care of by the exact same person. I probably won't return here

The Fish and Chips sounded pretty good, but I wasn't very impressed with it at all. It was really greasy and the amount of fish and coleslaw that you get is WAY too small compared to all of the greasy fries. Plus the fries had zero salt on them bcuz they are worried about customers who can't have much salt. I think that there was a salt shaker, but I couldn't reach it from my seat. The sweet iced tea was not very good at all, and I only got offered 1 refill so it was a ripoff for well over $3.

My girlfriend and I went there and paid over 40 dollars for wrist bands for all day pool and bowling and her family showed up and we ended up paying an additional 56 dollars just to bowl for an hour with them. Her family left after an hour of dealing with a malfunctioning ball return. We continued bowling since we still had 30 minutes left on the lane. We decided to stay and bowl some more but when I went to ask them to extend the time on our lane since we bought wristbands they told me they couldnt and that we would have to wait behind 16 people waiting for a lane! So we spent over $100 for a horrible experience. I highly recommend going to a different bowling alley I know we will not be going back!

Games, laser tag and tight rope were great food service was decent and it took over 45 mins for dessert for my daughters birthday. Would recommend for a small family as I spent over $160 for 3. Also just get the birthday bowling pin for $10 and don't get the pin with 3 balloons and the birthdays person name for $20, it's not worth it just write their name on it yourself as my wife has better hand writing than the manager.

First time visiting; felt lost was not greeted or directed to where exactly we purchased anything or the specifics of how things worked in there. When I stood in line to ask, the person behind the desk was annoyed by my first question; I was hesitant to ask more. She looked at me as if I should know what I want already. I bought the unlimited arcade but, was not informed exactly what that entailed so, had to stand back in line to purchase the VR game one; which pretty much could have prevented my time in line again. Nonetheless, not coming back; just yet. I like to feel welcome and this is not the place which, is sad because my daughter's really enjoyed this game.

We visited this Main Event location today with the kids for a last round of fun before the summer ends. We had a less than fun experience here as it was a bit different operation than what we’re used at the Main Event back home in Katy, Texas. As we were going to leave only 30 minutes after we arrived because the kids were disappointed with the technical difficulties that we were experiencing, Lawrence (supervisor) came over to see what caused us to have a less than magical experience. Once I shared my concerns with him and told him what we were used to at the Main Event back home, he took immediate action to remedy the situation. Lawrence kept from us leaving with a bad experience, he went above and beyond to rectify the situation and saved the day for us. We stayed and enjoyed ourselves because Lawrence is a true example of what going the extra mile is to make sure no one leaves with a frown on their face. I would recommend this place to anyone. Not only because it’s a great place to have fun and enjoy some family time, but because they have great leaders, like Lawrence, and is noticeably evident in their entire staff. Thanks Lawrence. We will be back.

I took my parents there to have a Sunday funday... We bowled and had a great deal of fun... Im not sure if this deal is going on but it was $7 all day bowling per person excluding shoe rental. For the 3 of us it was about $40... Not exactly cheap but also not exactly expensive either... We played 3 full games and we had fun... So i think it was worth it. My parents werent hungry but i was... So i ate a hamburger with fries. It was pretty good... So all in all i think i spent about $60 including the food and drink. Main event can be extremely expensive. However, dont be afraid to look at the website it tells you on what days and hours to go for the deals they have...

This is the last time I ever come to this main event. My boyfriend and I along with my sister and her boyfriend came to enjoy ourselves and the complete opposite happened. First off, the bar was dead, no one was ordering food so I decided to order fried mozzarella that took over half an hour and a Dr Pepper that took 15 mins to get. We then go about and start playing this VR ride and there are no sanitary wipes or masks to put underneath. After that we go to play Pump It Up and we figured, we have 10 minutes left, perfect amount of time to start and finish the game, nope, they shut down all the power at 10:55pm. Last time I checked, main event closed at 11pm, not, all the employees get to be in their cars on the way home at 11pm. I have been coming here since it opened 5 years ago. This place was great the first 3 years and has turn into a place that definitely belong on the side of town it’s on. It’s the trashiest arcade place I have now been too. Thankfully Andretti’s finally opened and there is still Dave n Busters. I may still have about $30 left on my card but it’s not worth coming back to use the rest of it, i would much rather throw it in the trash.

Last night I went to Main Event at 9:30 pm at night to enjoy with my wife and son. Then when we were leaving at 12:00 am we seen that someone had broken the driver side window of my vehicle and stolen a few valuable things. We walked back inside the Main Event to talk to the security/ police of the place and his response was that it was not the first time it happened. That even in the last 2 weeks it happened a couple of times. He asked me if I had Insurance and that the best option was to forget it and go home. My vehicle was parked right next to 2 cameras of the place therefore I asked if we could see the recordings and he told me that the cameras were for a certain crew to see and they would determine how to act. That they had notices that they were not responsible for damages or thefts in their parking lot. Then the security officer simply walked away from us and went inside to continue talking with his coworkers. Because of this I had no choice but to call 911. Once the police arrived they took our information and some fingerprints they found on the car. I asked on more time if they could look at the video and they told me Main Event wont release it that hopefully one day they can issue a warrant so they can come and get all the videos. That is sad that main event doesn’t help their customers. The videos will help solve these crimes maybe even get there belongings back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT WORK. VERY BAD EDUCATED AND LACK OF RESPECT.

My wife and I had a great time. This place really has a lot of video games. There are games for young kids, teenagers and adults. We enjoyed all of them. Compared to Dave and Busters I would say this is similar but a little bigger. Very clean facility and friendly staff. As for the food I can not say, we did not eat.

Attended a team building activity for work. Included lunch, team activities and free play time. The food was very good and the employees did a great job of rotating our very large group thru 4 different activities with a lot of enthusiasm. I would highly recommend this for a similar activity and I am planning to take my kids back for play in the future.

Once the police arrived they took our information and some fingerprints they found on the car. I asked on more time if they could look at the video and they told me Main Event wont release it that hopefully one day they can issue a warrant so they can come and get all the videos. That is sad that main event doesn’t help their customers. The videos will help solve these crimes maybe even get there belongings back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT WORK. VERY BAD EDUCATED AND LACK OF RESPECT.

Twas a fun experience they have deals sometimes you can get 7 dollars play all day activities, we did lazer tag and billiards. Food is okay like any arcade place. Staff is super cool. Games are a little pricey.

First time going to this place. Spacious and entertaining. Went for a bday party. I ordered a 16" pizza and Chicken Caesar salad. Pizza is okay...it was too bready for my liking, not enough cheese on it. The salad was good. Nice pieces of grilled chicken and the dressing was good. I can see myself going back to try the wings.

They always have great food and love the experience for our kids but tickets don't very far there and the staff I had help us with ticket redemption were stingy we were 6 points away from one of the candies my kid wanted and they told us no im pretty upset with that but other than that we like the place

Terrible. We rather go somewhere farther that isn't so expensive. $8 for only 8 pieces of onion rings. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! Also they forgot our sauces and by the time they brought it the food was already cold... We didn't even bother to ask for a replacement at this point we were getting frustrated because before hand We also ordered pizza but it wasn't the best. For $20 you only get this size ("16) that's in the picture. You can get a bigger and better pizza at pizza hut and it tastes better too. Now back to the pricing. The food here is overpriced and I mean overpriced to the max. You're better off going to a 5 star restaurant to eat because it'll come out cheaper. Also lastly the service was extremely slow. It took forever to bring the food and even the drinks that were forgotten. Definitely never coming back.

I am in my late 20s this place is really neat games aren't to expensive and the prizes are decent bowling lanes look nice the staff here is awesome. However I think I prefer to go to Dave and Buster's they are very similar but I think the arcade games are better at Dave and Buster's. But for a family outing this would be perfect check out their website for a free 30 min game card.

This place is expensive, full stop. Two people could spend a couple hundred bucks in two hours without even trying. That said, it's a *ton* of fun on a weeknight when it's not busy. The food was surprisingly good and well worth the money, the bar has a great selection of spirits (lousy beer selection though). The bowling lanes are modern, very techy, and in perfect condition. The laser tag system is a good one and the course is pretty well designed (first floor is a bit of a death trap given the open design on the second but meh). The arcade is great and has stuff even for little kids. The staff was a touch slow on a Tuesday night but they were universally friendly and helpful. 10/10 experience, would do again.

I will never come back to this place ever again!!! The manager is the rudest person I have ever met!!! My husband and I were playing a game that was missing most of the balls to play, so my husband was reaching over the table to grab more balls. The manager came over got a foot from my husbands face and very aggressively confronted him about how we were playing the game. He was so overly aggressive that I felt very uncomfortable with the situation so we decided to stop playing the game all together and walk away. He could of just been polite and said hey guys y’all are not playing fairly please play by the rules. We went to check the remaining balance on our cards and noticed that the manager had locked our card out with $40 still on the card. So I went to talk to the manager to get my money back. As I was talking to him and gesturing with my hand he walked away while I was still talking and my hand barely grazed the cuff of his shirt. He then said I assaulted him and that he was calling 911. He told us to stay because he had it on video and our license plate number. We waited for an hour and half for the police to show up. The police told us that we were just asked to leave (which is what we tried to do before he called 911) and that the owner said he knew it was probably an accident and not an assault and that he overreacted to it. The manger also kept our main event card with the remaining balance. On top of all this most of the laser tag equipment didn’t work properly, reeked of sweat, and three of the games took our money and didn’t play.

After taking my second sip from a cold condensated cup I assume what was a water drop after careful review it seems to be some food material left over from apparent wash. When my food was brought out they brought me a kids mac and cheese versus the bacon topped Chicken Grill mac and cheese. Overall environment was okay however the Food Services is not up to par with any standards

Consistently clean and the staff are friendly. Games are up to date. Space is nice and open and not crowded like D&B or Andretti. We visit about once a month as a family to have lots of fun. Sponge Bob game is my jam.

Great place to take the kids. Prices are good for each activity. I do recommend eating somewhere else b4 you go though. Customer service sucks. Food is very plain and basic, and our pizza was burnt. Not worth the price. Its took over 45minutes just to get drinks. It's a good place for family fun but, not for food..WOW! GM just reached out to me rguarding my review and went above and beyond to make it right. Which I really appreciate. I will be going again and giving them a another shot..So I went in again recieved complimentary items for my last experience and I got to say this time everything was AWESOME. I got friendly service, fast accurate, pizza was GREAT this time around. we will be returning. Thanks for everything.

When we first arrived we were told that you could pick either activities or arcade. But it turned out that we could only play arcade games because it was passed 7:30 p.m. It was hard to be able to play the games we wanted to play, because people sat playing the arcade games. And didn't give anyone else a chance to play. Also 10 minutes before 1:00 am they cut off the power with no warning at all. They should of warned that it was getting close to closing time. I will never go to any Main Event ever again. I prefer Dave& Busters instead

Had a great time! Lots of fun for the whole family. Service could be better while bowling. We were asked in the beginning if we wanted to order and we said not right now. I had a change of mind and wanted to try the blue Hawaiian and no one ever came back. I ended up just walking to the bar after our game. No big deal. Delish drink by the way. Bartender was awesome! He took our photos!

I went here while on vacation to kill some time. Very large facility with a lot to do. It was extremely clean. Games were priced a bit high for my liking. Seems like the real value was in doing package deals or, if a local, the summer pass. Still had a good time, but the steep prices resulted in a drop in star from me. Check out the basketball Connect 4 while you are there. Really great idea.

Went today for the Monday Night Madness and it was so much fun at a wonderful price! Got some food from the pizza area and played unlimited arcade for only $11! Food service was quick! My son is 6 years old and had plenty of fun in the arcade. The whole building and restrooms were very clean and spacious.

Went to Main Event during Monday madness. Although many games were not working properly, my family and I had lots of fun. The staff was very courteous and I appreciated their helpfulness! Will definitely be going back many more times!

I stopped in with my two little ones for a quick few games after school. The games are fun but expensive. $10 got us about 4 games. We were going to get ice cream but it was gelato and seemed to be flavors that adults would like. Just a thought for management...this place is marketed to kids (unlike say Dave and busters) but the food service (service, not menu) is NOT. I'm an adult and the several times I have been I have seen empty tables with no instruction on how to actually order food. Do I just sit and hope a waiter notices cause I don't see them walking around. We once sat at a table for at least 10 minutes and got no service. The ice cream place has only been attended to once in the times that I've been. We always just don't bother getting something to eat here and go to a nearby restaurant. Even a "please be seated" sign would be awesome, but a walk up counter with faster food would be wonderful. It's hard to keep kids sitting and waiting for food when there are so many other things to do.

Please don’t go for the food other than shakes and ice cream, most items are frozen and just reheated. The games and activities are the fun, bar is just average and wine list is poor. It’s main focus is games and activities, just not f&b.
