My wife and I just brought our 6 year old niece here for a fun night of gaming. However, our night got off to a bumpy start as we had an issue with our gaming card. Jerrece stepped right up and got us gaming in no time. Not only that, he followed up about 20 minutes later to make sure we weren’t still having any issues. Huge shout out to Jerrece for truly amazing customer service!

The Main Event in Plano was amazing, there lazer tag is intense along with there bowling. There food is amazing as well I bought the Wild West burger everything cooked to perfection. The only compliant is they annocments. They announced people's birthdays alot.

Service was terrible. First time there. First were told table area up close to game area was reserved, but could sit at area sells pizza. Worse, were taken to bar, with our children in tow, to place our food order. Waited for thirty minutes then decided to go sit in so called reserved area. A couple there with their little girl told us they were told same thing. A lady cleaning tables cleared a table for us and got us someone to help us with an order. We spoke to a manager to explain what happened and she got us a waiter. He got us our food and game cards. We took children to play games and when we returned our husbands were upset because the waiter disappeared without returning with requested items. Spoke to manager again, got many apologies and comped meal. Just don't understand why the lack of professionalism even occurred. More importantly, lack of customer service where in such a place it should be number one. We do not recommend visiting. Be aware.

I was given two FunCards as a gift, with a total of $80.00. On the back of the card it states that one is to treat the card like cash and the card can be used for all activities, food and drink. I took my cards to the Plano location and ate dinner. I presented the cards to pay for the food and was promptly told I could not use them for food. I had to pay for the food with my debt card. I then went to the manager and explained that the card states that I can use it for food etc, yet to spite this HE also claimed that the card was good for use in the arcade only. I find this to be an unacceptable scam as I know the person who paid for and them gave me cards was told that the cards where good for use within the facility for ANY activity, food, drink etc. No one in my family plays arcade games and I know the intension was to give us access to anything including FOOD! Main Event has lost permanently a customer over $40! Unacceptable!

A great place to hangout with a group of friends for a few hours. I highly suggest the day pass esp if you want to do a few different activities. The staff was friendly, bowling alley scoring is very interactive and entertaining, a great experience overall.

Main event is great for large groups but is very overpriced. One game of laser tag is $7! And the food is also expensive. Although the laser tag is very fun due the fact that it has 2 floors and the sensors are great. The bowling alley is like any other. But something I wish would be better is there prices. For food, the arcade, and all other activities that cone with going to main event.

Planned our son's birthday party at this facility and it turned out to be his best day :) The party was planned out and our party coordinator was with the boys the entire time making sure nothing was missed out. We didn't feel a bit worried; everything was so perfectly arranged.

If you like Bowling or Playing Games, you will like Main Event. My husband and I enjoy subbing for our friend's bowling league. The food is really good - we like the pizza. We always have great service as well. The servers are always friendly and they make sure you don't go hungry or thirsty.

I haven't been to this main event in a very long time. It's much brighter and more open than I remember. Came to hangout with the family. 9 adults and 3 kids and everyone had a blast. We did bowling, some billiards, arcade and then laser tag. We had some food while bowling and it was pretty good. Chicken wings, pizza, calamari, fried cheese, and naan bread plus dip. Everyone had a great time so we will definitely be back for more.

The only thing we did not like was the customer service from your employee's, when we ask you questions please DON'T be rude and come across as if my questions I ask you are rude... It was our first time there we just wanted it to be a great experience. Next time we come will be better, I hope......

Was racially profiled. The waiter followed us around as if we were going to walk out and EVEN SAID TO US " I want to be sure yall dont try and skip out without paying". I had a group of 20 people we had a room reserved and up until the encounter with the waiter had already spent $492 bucks buying wrist bands, bowling shoes and room rental and food. I am an executive ,was there with my family and friends celebrating my birthday and to be treated in such a matter was disrespectful to say the least. If it had not been for all of the people who travelled in to spend time with me,I would have left and taken the additional $1100 I ended up spending over the course of the night some place else. I will NEVER go to this establishment again and if you are of an ethnic persuasion beware.

This Main Event had a nice selection of games in the arcade, bowling and karaoke. The service was also good. However their prices are higher than other game places, and there are better fun places to go with more activities with better prices.

Main Event did an awesome job with Overwatch party from coordinating entry to planning layout. There was a long line but no delays or crowding, and there were plenty of areas to watch the games. Food was excellent and service was fast considering being understaffed for such a big event; we had to hunt down our server a couple of times however; one staff member (which was transferred from another Main Event to work this night) explained that they didn’t expect that big of a turn out. Everyone had a great time and all staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints!!

The staff are very helpful and want to ensure that you have a good time. They offer different packages that allow you to bowl ,and play games etc. We had a great time and the food there is delicious . We had the pizza,sampler platter and the lemonade. This is a good place to take your teens or if you have children that are 9 and above to play the video games or bowl.We are planning to go again soon.

We reserved two bowling lanes and one of them, #5 kept malfunctioning. No refund or apology offered. Our waiter was very nice, but not all of our orders were brought on time and we had to reorder a couple of drinks because they were forgotten. There were plenty of games that kept our children busy and entertained at rather high prices.

The bar "manager" was rude. We waited about 10 mins to place an order, and As we we're ordering she "the manager" stops the bartender and starts barking orders at him, which prompted him to stop taking our orders and rush over to the other customers that just sat down. So I mentioned that we had been waiting to order and that was rude to stop him while he was assisting us. She says very snidely with an attitude I didn't know he'd just stop doing that and start what I said. When she clearly told him to do it now. She then extremely nasty and rudely says I'll do it what's your order. I just left. I'll passed I'll never go here again. If I'm paying my money I won't allow anyone to disregard my need. She never apologize or anything

We went for drinks as a family and to play some pool, the drinks were great I had the Lynchburg lemonade and my wife had a samuel Adam's seasonal, the drinks were great, the pool tables were alright and you can't expect amazing pool tables at a place with a waiting list to use the table, our wait was relatively short and we got our table pretty quick, there wasn't any hand chalk so it was a little different to play without it for once but it was alright, the only issue I'd say we had is on a hot summer day 94°, with how many people were in the main event it seemed to actually be cooler outside the building than inside but it was still pretty fun. We'll need to go back for the bowling some other day, but the pool tables were great.

It was a little disappointing that the Plano location does not have the Gravity ropes course or the mini golf like the one in Frisco. For a play all day pass I would recommend going to the Frisco location so that your are getting more value for your money.

Fun place! We were looking for something to do for a few hours before dinner and just stumbled in. So glad we did. We hadn't bowled in 10+years, but it was a good clean place and we had a great time time. Staff was attentive and the place was comfortable.

We visit this place many times. It has the good vibe, the party atmosphere, created by running kids and laughing families. The service is always good and friendly. Because of the chaotic nature of this business, the waiters are sometimes slow to show up, but the electronic kiosks on every table help making an order at your convenient time. For my son's birthday party, we used the walk in special, but they also have packages. Kids were super happy and stayed 3 hours instead of one. Bottom line, this is a good, honest business, Texas large and spacious, clean and safe.

Customer Service was Excellent Only problem was (Servers) DID NOT tend to us we literally spent over 30mins trying to get ourselves food and beverages while we could of been bowling. We always come at this location with our Family to have Fun but we always have the same problem everytime with Servers. I would have given 5 stars but servers did not do a good job or were either short staffed. They need to check on customers to see if they need anything to order we would have gotten more food and beverages but did not want to spend more time away from bowling. We love coming to this location and still come everytime just wish Main Event can do something about the Servers!

This place is amazing, I went on a Monday around 8 on and only had to pay 8$ for unlimited plays of bowling ( about 6$ extra for shoes plus they provide new socks for free if needed)/billiards/and laser tag. In addition to that they have arcade games that I've never seen before, like the world's largest Pacman and Space Invaders Frenzy. To add to everything else I've stated they also have a full bar! I'd also like to note that the staff their was extremely friendly and helpful especially Jordyn the manager. Overall I'd say this place is worth visiting if you're looking for a good night with family or friends.

Horrible experience, second time going with a group of friends and struggling to get any help. Service is always slow, 30mins to get waters, another 30mins for food, and even then they came out with the dessert first. Order that we placed via the kiosk was completely overlooked. Apparently two dishes were unavailable due to no more product but no one bothered to say anything for the hour we had been waiting. The only reason we found out was because we had to flag the wait staff to talk to them as only two were there for all bowling lanes. What is management thinking? Then they finally bring you your order and it’s over cooked. Even waiting for a drink at the bar takes longer than usual & you get overlooked before actually getting asked if you need something. A gentleman left because not only had he been waiting for about 15minutes, but the staff helped another man who had JUST been walked up. How do you not take the order of the gentleman who has been patiently waiting and even tried to get your attention. Personally waited another 8 minutes after that because we too had been overlooked by the staff. Management is horrible.

Our first visit to Main Event was a great one. We purchased the$19.95 arcade all day pass. So many arcade games to play. Lots of fun. They have different play passes to choose from. Bowling, Mini golf, Arcade Laser tag etc. Also food and fun passes available. They offer a pool hall with a bar and appetizers. Celebrate your next party there. So much to offer and for all ages. Plan to make your next fun day at Main Event. You won't be disappointed.

I've only ever had good experiences here. Bowling, arcade, laser tag, pool, the bar; all are great places to have fun, especially if your an adult, hahah! The prices are reasonable for the average middle-class American. Finding a small group of friends to split the bill equal shares is certainly a way to maximize entertainment on a budget.

Kids had a great time. We went for Laser Tag which was awesome. However, we had one vest go down during game play so had to donate mine to my son. One of the air hockey tables let me play back to back about 7 times before I got bored and left but I just had to nudge it to reactive the air. Shared the secret with the party behind me and they were stoked!

Great atmosphere! There is a little something for everyone to do here. I’ve only gone on Saturdays and they are very busy which means the wait for laser tag and bowling are quite long but just plan to be there for several hours and you’ll be fine. I’m not sure why but the laser tag room is always so HOT, it feels like 120 degrees but it is still a lot of great sweaty fun. Each time we’ve gone we’ve had a pizza which is truly just OKAY, don’t get excited. I went with a group of adults in the evening and even though there are kids there, it’s not overrun like a Chuck E Cheese. It is an environment for everyone and I do recommend you try them.

Clean, friendly staff, mostly young people excited to be there. Bar is a little pricey, entertainment not so much considering quality of what's available, but still not cheap. Closest thing to a complaint is bar prices are high, but considering their staple is parents letting kids run amok, understandable. Friday and Saturday nights the pool tables are largely occupied from people from the mobile home park across the highway, so if pointy ended cowboy boots and long stares are of interest to you then you'll love it.

Great experience the place is very well maintained. More to do than bowl, plus they have a good menu. They do need more employees at the front bowl desk, the line was very long on our visit.

This is a great place to go for anyone! There's tons to do! You have bowling, arcade games, pool tables, bowling, food and party events! People of all age groups can enjoy time spent here. The staff are helpful, friendly and not hard to locate. The bathrooms are clean and the phacility is clean. I recommend this place to family, friends and people looking for a good time.

I'm just too old for a place like this. But I did appreciate the full bar and really nice staff. I did have a lot of fun playing air hockey with my wife. And a great beer selection on tap.

Great place for an arcade games night out. The laser tag game was great and bowling. The service was great and staff was generally helpful. This is a nice place to have a nice night out with friends and even kids I believe it caters for all.
