This place is a really good place to spend some fun time with your kids. The activities are rather middle aged with a single so-so VR, climbing, bowling, computer games, etc. but overall the atmosphere is worth for the money for sure.

Celebrated my son's 10th Birthday here, everything and everyone was amazing. We had about 4 to 6 hosts at a time, they were all wonderful. The food was fantastic. . Best experience ever. . 5 stars no doubt.

It's the best place to have fun playing arcade games, billiards, bowling, laser tag, and more. I've spent hundreds there just because it's addicting at times. The only thing is the prizes aren't the best. My favorite game is the Mario kart game, which allows you to play versus a friend. Also, if you sign up to their email club they send you appealing offers and start you off with a $10 credit to a fun card.

When you order your food it has to be done thr the bar, then you have to go and pick it up, I waited for my sons food almost 10 mins then I asked the bar tender how long had it been sitting there he said a minute, so I asked him why didn't he take it out to me..poor service. Young ppls attitude today, I think anybody can work there they don't do anything..to the cashier to management..

I can't believe I spent so much money to be yelled at and given attitude. From the lady at the gravity rope, ice cream shop, and the cafeteria for not eating fast enough. These employees need an attitude adjustment, especially in a place where children are supposed to be having fun. Never coming back here until I see some new employees.

Main Event is our go to place for family entertainment. My son loves the arcade and has a blast every time. We noticed that they seem to rotate new machines in every now and then so that’s nice to see newer games from time to time. I haven’t tried their food areas yet but we may do so next time. The staff have always been friendly and courteous. We’ll be back soon!

My experience was disappointing first the rates charged for bowling is excessive. We were only 2 individuals and still paid the rate of $29.00 plus shoe rental. After our game we are at the restraunt, we ordered a pizza half cheese and half mushroom, we also ordered a cheese burger with fries. The pizza tasted like frozen pizza the dough was hard and tasteless, the burger was tiny and the bun was cold , the fries were cold as well The Pepsi drink was flat. The order took a long time. The weird thing was that there were only three tables of customers including us. I don't see our family going back .

It was a group of us that went and we all bought the all day pass. The girl at the counter messed up and sat other ppl at our row. She tried to say it was our fault saying that next time we go to make sure we all sit in one row. Which didnt make sense because when we got there our group was divided into 2 screens, that took up 2 rows. Mind u it's our first time there, so we thought cool they have our names up already. Needless to say, it took about 45 mins to get our row back. We lost time from bowling with our other family members. The waiters were very kind to us and we were patient as well. But that one girl at the front counter was just plain rude!

It's always fun here. My daughter always has a blast bowling and playing video games. They have entertainment for everyone including pool tables and laser tag. There's a bar and pizza place. The staff sometimes burst into dance which is always fun!

This place is so unorganized. We seen the special for the gaming and entree, waited in line for 45 mins only to be told we are to order and pay elsewhere. We ordered food and were forgotten, I had to cancel part of my order. If you stop by make sure you dont have other plans, their service is too slow.

Took my staff for a mixer/ start of year party. Got the package that included food catering, bowling, pool, and laser tag. Everything was fun and staff had a great time. The only thing they complained about was the fact that laser tag was short. Nevertheless, it was a good place. Clean and organized. I will definitely go again.

My siblings and I were given false information regarding "timer cards". For 60 minutes, we were playing arcade games under the assumption we would be getting points for prizes. Once it was over, we were told that these cards don't receive points. 60 minutes of our lives WASTED because we were told that these cards would receive points for us to cash in for prizes. I talked to the manager, but he couldn't do anything about the situation and provided no compensation.

Horrible experience, horrible Customer service, terrible management service by this Mario Villanova, ...I paid full day for 5 people, this guy, make me leave, because he wanted me to put my name on the line, for Bowling, when there were lines with no people in it..... I feel treatned by his look, no sense of customer service, no training it all... Im Public Accountant, my Husband is a Teacher, he just look like a gangsta or somebody from prison .... Servers were no where to be found and I complaint abou it, thats why he made a big deal after this.... the most dirty part was, he called the Cops for No reason, just because I was complaining.... how low is that.... I would respectfully request for my money back (refunding), also food wich was disgusting .... I have all the receipts available, and I would also like to talk with the Owners of Main Event.. I took my daughter for her birthday on Monday madness and everyone had a great time! They offer gravity ropes, bowling, pool and laser tag. Great customer service and good food! The atmosphere was clean and inviting.

Came in for arcade games and was told about a special for an entree and a game card. But did not specify that we had to order from a specific menu. So ordered from the wrong menu. No game card. Fine no problem put money on a game card separately. Went to the bar to order a simple jack in coke . Bartender saw me acknowledges me but signals to wait. She walks back to the back to grab a missing ingredient for pina coladas but still continues to ignore me. Waiting more than 5 minutes for a drink when there are 3 bartenders? Ridiculous. Worst experience so far.

Great place for kids and adults to hang out. But, I would not recommend for y'all to have drinks there. I went this past Saturday. Whike my daughter was eating. I was standing facing the bar. I noticed lots of health violatiins. First, one of the employees stuck her finger inside a mix drink on top of that she grab the cherries with her bare hands and not once did I see her wash her hands.. All the employees were sticking there dirty hands inside the cherry/lemon. bowl. The emplyess were taking turns and grabbing the cherries with their bare hands gross!!! They did not have things on none of the items. I brought it uo to the manager's attention he told me he doesn't have a chance to see what the employees are doing as his walking through out the floor. Really? I told him he should dispose of everything and put new cherries and lemons. Before, that he just looked at me like saying what do you want me to do? Really? Did I just had to suggest the manager to dispose of the items something that is common sense. I just wanted to inform y'all before, you order lemons or cherries on yiur dri k or just to snack on make sure they don't grab them with there bare fingers. Gross!

I visited this place for my birthday. It is a great place to take your friends or hang out at. Has many games, a bowling ally, and a laser tag arena. I recomend this for events, not realy to hang out at unless you enjoy large crowds.

It was a TERRIBLE experience. The waiter got the whole order wrong. And then we go to let them know that it was wrong and they correct it then the waiter instead of coming to correct it comes to argue that we ordered wrong. We go to pay our drink tab at the bar and they make us pay for our food. We’re about to leave and the waiter tells us we need to pay; we let her know that we already paid she ask for our receipts. I go to tell the manager the experience was terrible and tried to justify the waiters incompetence. The only nice experience was the bartender, he was very hospitable.

This is a smaller main event so it was a little crowded. The staff can definitely engage more with their customers. And the ratio of employee to customers didn’t seem ample. The food I ordered was good. I highly recommend to take advantage of the eat and play.

It's unfortunate that I had to leave a 1 star review for Main Event to contact me so soon. On January 3, 2019 I visited this location to enjoy a drink and sports game right before closing. As I was about to finish my beer I noticed something clear at the bottom of the glass and assumed that it was ice that had been created due to the temperature of the beer. As I'm drinking my last gulp, I went ahead and decided that I would drink the "ice" as well, which I then quickly realized was broken glass and not ice. I only noticed that it was glass due to the sharp edges almost cutting my tongue, which thankfully did not cut enough for me to start bleeding but I did feel a sharp edge rub against it. I discretely asked for a manager and showed him what was at the bottom of my mug. I then asked how this could of happened and questioned the quality control and quality assurance their employees are performing prior to pouring a beverage into a glass. He explained and commented that this was a "honest mistake". How someone can miss that size of glass at the bottom of a mug, which they are pouring a beverage into, is beyond me. The manager did take my information down and assured me that he would be filing an incident report that same day. I have called twice, since the incident, to follow up on and asked when I should be expecting a call from the General Manager or corporate to discuss the incident. Both times a manager has stated that they are unaware of when someone would be calling but assured me that it should be soon. It has been almost two weeks and I have yet to receive a call for any type of follow up. I hope this review is able to shed some light for the next customer who decides to order a beverage in a glass mug. Since that incident I now have to think twice about ordering a drink that will be served in glass. Once again I'm sorry for having to post this review but I feel that the next customer should be aware and take a second look at the bottom of their glass before drinking. I'm hoping Main Event, being the establishment I assume they are, reaches out to me in the same timely manner as the did to comment on my 1 star review.

The staff was friendly and the food was to be expected for an arcade/activities place. If you're looking for gourmet food, go somewhere else. The activities are extremely fun! I recommend wearing closed toe shoes with socks and no skirts/dresses if you plan to get the all access pass. Warning: at the door you're quoted one price for the all access pass but then they neglect to tell you there's an ADDITIONAL fee for the bowling shoes. The price goes up considerably. For this reason, I gave this place 4 stars. Get there early for best access to bowling and the laser tag.

My event will be April 21. When we were setting up the event, the party planner mentioned there would be free refills on beverages and I said something like " oh great! Free refills on pop. She did not correct me, to advise the beverages would be, COFFEE, TEA and WATER. This party is for someone that turns 21 on Sunday. Nobody that is invited drinks coffee or tea. It is too late to cancel the event so I'm giving it one star because we were not advised during the planning of the beverages that would be served.

We ate dinner and had deserts here and did all the activities except bowling and the VR game at the front. Facilities we're good and the staff nice enough. Would be ranked higher but I felt duped by the all day pass thing. We bought the passes for 8 people for both the activities and the games, we didn't get the bowling option. The gaming pass doesn't include the VR game and the all activities pass doesn't include the 4d arcade game ride in the back. Also half the kids we brought in weren't 48 inches tall and we didn't know they wouldn't be able to do any of the activities until we we're all ready paid and at the back of the building. 60$ was basically for naught because the kids we're not tall enough. If the height requirements were at the front they certainly aren't noticable.

Fun place to go take ur friends or familly , the arcade is very funny if u want to relax from bowling or eating , the bowling section is very clean and nice , everything is easy to learn and the music they play is very modern and great to hear , the food is ok notbing special about it , a little pricey about it if u ask me , but nice to eat if u dont want to leave the comfort of main event , and the prize section is very amazings with tons and tins of prize , but the bigger ones should have more realistic prices when it comes to points

Took for ever to get our order placed for drinks and food. Then, ordered another drink and didn't get it until 5 after our time was up on bowling lanes..we went during the school day to avoid crowds and figured we would get better service and instead got the opposite. Saw managers standing around talking but never offered to help.

I had alota fun here, there is quite a bit to do. We got the summer fun pass so we got to play pool bowling laser tag and the gravity ropes for a really great price. Service was great the attendants were really helpful. no matter what we were doing there was someone there to answer questions if we had any. Great for kids and adults we had alota of fun!
