We just had my daughter's birthday party here Saturday. Everyone had a blast! Food was really good and prepared well. Staff and services great too. A definite place to have a fun and easy flow party. Staffers even went all out dance with the kids to celebrate!!

Monday nights after 4pm are the best time to go. They have a package deal that let's you bowl/lasertag/minigolf(and pool?) all night. I'm sure theres more to it, but that's what we did with the teenagers. It wasn't crowded. Service was friendly (we ordered food). They have a full bar and full menu as well. Restrooms were clean and stocked. The laser tag/minigolf booth was usually unmanned, which was kind of annoying, but it wasnt difficult to find someone to help.

Staff wanted us out before they were actually closed. They did this by not giving us unlimited play time (like we paid for). We (a group of 8) had to continue to ask for extended play time throughout the night, on top of having to ask for our lanes to be fixed because pins were not setting and our balls were not returning. The only thing getting it 3 stars was the low price, as it cannot be beat. Pretty bad experience, excellent price.

I didn't spend very long here because I went for a Birthday party and had to leave to do homework. I played pool which was fun and they have around 6 pool tables(maybe more). I also ordered food and got a grilled cheese sandwich because it was the only vegitarian option and it was really good. My family spent all day there and they really enjoyed themselves with bowling, arcade games, laser tag, and mini golf I think.

We always have fun here! Laser tag is the best. Wish it went a bit longer! Bowling is great and even the mini golf is fun with all the glowing balls and paint. Their arcade games are really fun but man they are expensive. Worth it to stay cool and spend 3 or 4 hours with your kids.

Well I called ahead of time to see what time did this location close and they said 11 o clock and didn’t mention that the kitchen close 1 hour prior to closing so me and a few relatives enter the main event and wasn’t greeted every workers was looking at us from a far like we was lost so we sat at the bar where no one greeted us again as I looked around all of the employees in sight were talking on ear pieces then minutes later a server come to the bar after we were looking at menus to order food and tell us the kitchen close at 10:00 which we had like 6-7 minutes to order so once we were told we can’t order food we decided to leave the bar area and no one still said anything to us to see if we were ok with playing any games bowling etc. I think it’s a poor sign of management on Tony and the other manager behalf I will never go there again it made us feel so uncomfortable 03/26/2019

We came for the bowling, stayed for the games! It was cool that you could order and pay for food from the little displays on the bowling alley tables, it was super convenient! Bowling is a bit pricy if you’re used to 5 dollar lanes but it’s still a good time.

First time going here and had a great time. We did bowling for an hour and then spent way to much money in the arcade...but we had fun! The prices for bowling were steep, but we got an end land and have privacy and comfort which I loved.

This was our 2nd time to visit this location. There is handicap parking available as well as a handicap entrance. There are also handicap stalls in the bathroom. The food was hot and tasted okay. The service from our waiters were phenomenal! I gave this location 4 stars for 3 reasons: the greeter and the front desk personnel explained the packages too fast and at too low of a volume. We had to keep asking them to repeat themselves. The second issue was not having any bowling balls under 6 pounds for the kids. The last issue was that we did not get to finish our bowling game because of the time. Other than that, it's a great place to take the kids/family for fun.

It's a nice place to take your family but maybe I misunderstood when I was told I could sit anywhere and I could order food! Well, I was wrong because this girl gave us an attitude when we asked for service! Then instead of assisting us, she got someone else to take care of us! We played 2 hours of bowling and lucky for us the lady that did take care of us while we were waiting for the bowling gave us good service!

My sister has her birthday party here and we had a fantastic time! Nichele was a great host, very friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better with her outgoing personality. We bought a birthday package which was bowling, food, laser tag, and arcade! I was wowed from beginning to end; the staff overall was so friendly and outgoing, great customer service!! I would recommend this location and birthday package for anyone with 10+ guests looking to have a great time!

First time ever went in for my brothers birthday the server forgot her name kalanki or something like that was horrible after we showed her our IDs still insisted we couldn’t have a drink don’t know why we were there to celebrate she had a bad attitude somehow the manager Ricardo came over to check on us maybe he seen we got upset with her we didn’t call him over but he still came he was great took care of us and had another girl serve us who treated us with respect and that’s why I give it a 5 star rating because of the other 2 employees it really is a great place had lots of fun totally recommend and it’s cheap order tons of food and paid for the Monday special very great deal thanks Ricardo for making our experience better

I like this place but its expensive, they have some decent specials sometimes. They have a nice bar area but its 7 dollars for house rum and they don't have coke just Pepsi. But it was still good. The bartender was a nice woman and they have pretty good service. The food is expensive so I didn't eat anything but they have plenty of things to choose from on the menu. I seen many other people eating and enjoying the food. But we had a good time so we will definitely be coming back but probably not anytime soon

Do not come here unless you think being assaulted is fun. Our kid and his friend were grabbed, pushed down and attacked in the laser tag. Management did not want the police called. The "monitor" of the laser tag said "sorry, it's my first week. I shouldn't have let so many kids in." We will never be back!

The price is a little high for most things. When we were bowling the left pin kept falling after the pins would reset. Then the left bumper would not work which was followed by the arm getting stuck which at that point they had us switch lanes. The new lane we were bowling on kept calculating the score wrong. We then decided to order fries 25 minutes into the game and after 35 minutes we never received them. So with all that, we got a good 45 minutes of bowling. Then the price for two soft drinks we're each over $3. First and last time I ever come back.

Banquet cordinator Gail Ross is a great this. She's a liar, and a con artist. I personally wouldn't want to go anywhere, much less take my children to any establishment that allows their employees to rob innocent people the way Gail Ross does. It is unethical, and way out of line. Nobody has the right to rob any other human being of there personal belongings. Because of this woman I have no clothes, no hygiene products, and all of my pictures of my children, and all of my artwork is gone

I have been hesitant to leave a review on this establishment because I had high hopes the service and quality would get better. Well, it hasn’t. We have waited almost 2 hours for service. The quality of the pizza is worse than you will find at Little Ceaser’s. I would much prefer the $5 pizza rather than the $18 pizza that taste like cardboard that you have to wait an eternity for. I know it is about the experience and atmosphere, however, the customer service and quality has room for much improvement. If you come here with children, I recommend you feed them before coming even if you plan on eating here as it takes forever to even be acknowledged.

You are likely looking at this review not because you do not know what to expect from a Main Event but rather how this particular Main Event is. Well all the basic entertainment at a Main Event is present. Bowling, pool, arcade, laser tag, all the good stuff. The customer service is amazing and every one is pleasant. It's a great Main Event if you can stomach the prices.

This place is fun, great games, good food, good beer, good atmosphere. Beautiful woman are usually around so the scenery is very nice and the children have a blast playing their favorite games. I really like bowling and the rope walk. Last time I was there was for my sons birthday party, it was great, we had our own section, football was on, everyone had a great time! I'll be back many more times in the future.

I only played pool but it was the most I have ever paid. For $8.95 an half hour i would expect the tables to be taken better care of. Only 2 of the 6 table were playable due to the rails having no cushion on part of them. The tables had funky rolls, holes in the cloth, and weren't even brushed down. Cut that price in half or fix the tables and I probably wouldn't have left a review at all.

This location was cleaner and in better shape than the other Main Events which I have visited. It is just as over-priced, but the fact that the video games and mechanics arcade games were all (but one) in working order gets this one four stars. Most locations have many broken or malfunctioning games, like skeeball games that can’t register the points to pay out a jackpot bonus.

We had fun the night we visited, this place has fresh food, wasn’t too busy, and the staff was friendly. I had a blue coconut drink I really recommend it if you like the “ocean water” drinks from sonic it’s the same thing just slightly alcoholic, delicious.

Food service is slow, wait staff takes too long to check on you, & I had a waitress say we weren't allowed free refills so I went up to the manager to ask because that's absurd, turns out the waitress just didn't want to work much and apparently did not know what we were talking about. I mean if you hate your job....leave. Way too pricey for something that takes forever. Everything was fine food service just really sucks.

Service stinks. Drive a school bus and brought a field trip of elementary school students. Ordered a $12.00 hamburger at 11:25 took an hour.... AN HOUR to get it. It was almost time to return my group. They don’t comp school bus drivers for ANYTHING. Not even a stupid foundation drink.

I loved going here on San Antonio. New to this location. But I don't mind driving it close to my apartment. It's never busy. Which is nice. But then sucks sometimes because they take forever to wait on you. You are waiting 10 min to eat until someone sees you. But if you eat at the bar its great. They help you right away. We went for Veterans Day and got free food drinks, and $10 game card. I recommend. But hasn't satisfied me yet to make it 5 stars.

Went in for a corporate function at the bowling lanes. They couldn't explain the lane conditio ns..where the oil is laid. The lanes constantly didn't count the pins and had to be reset. We received cards to be used at a later time.. however, upon going back to redeem our $10 of fun...the cards were empty...never had the money loaded :(

Top-notch entertainment. Bowling is fun, and super easy to setup. Their arcade is great! Fun for all ages. Food is reasonable and delivered with a smile. Where they fail is their Mini golf course. Which is terrible and in incredible disrepair. Their ability to start and run a timely Lazer tag match is also poorly executed. We had one team member not even show up, and the attendant was so poorly trained. They were helpless and never solved the issue.
