I went to this particular Main Event with my family for my grandsons birthday party. I had never been to this one before. Absolutely so much better and nicer and cleaner than the one in Lewisville and Frisco! I will definitely be going to this one in the future.

Very fun place overall but after visiting on Friday May 24th at 9pm the employees failed to inform us that they were closing at 11pm instead of their normal time at 1am. I purchased 8 all day activities assuming that we had 4 hours instead of only 2 of play time. Unfortunately we were only able to play a round and a half of bowling and the laser tag was a complete waste of money. To add insult to injury they cut our second bowling game short with 30 min left. $87 for a round in a half of bowling is a pretty big ripoff!! Follow up: I have been compensated for our experience. Management was very polite and went above and beyond my expectations.

$115 dollars for wrist bands for a family of 4 only to find out it's a 3 hour wait for a bowling lane, 2 1/2 hour wait for 1 sessions of laser tag, 1 hour of video games with no games available (all being used) and a 2 hour wait for the rope walk. Ordered food (another $60 dollars) and we're going on 45 minutes waiting for the food. Worse than an amusement park. Don't waste your money.

The games are fun and the bowling alley is really nice. The only flaw with the bowling section is that the TVs only play sports channels, which is kinda weird for a kids event center. The staff is really professional, there was this one employee that was really focused on his phone though. Some are quite young and distracted easily. The price is way too high compared to some other arcade/fun centers I’ve been to, but if you don’t mind spending a lot it’s a great place to bring your family or group of friends.

The staff was friendly and nice! We bought a card and played several games. I like how they are generous with their points. Some games we won as many as 64 points. Games cost anywhere from $1.00- $1.75 and sometimes more, of course depending on which game you play. I think we saw one that cost 4 dollars, but we mostly played the $1.50 games. Our 2 year old had a great time, and he even won a rubber duckie out of one of the games, which made him super happy! Overall, we had a wonderful time. We will keep coming here and hopefully when my child is a little older, we will also be able to play laseer tag and climb up top and go zip lining.

We had our staff holiday party at this main event and it was a wonderful experience ! All our staff enjoyed it . The food was great and Bowling and Laser tag were great team building activities. We got their party package where we had 2 hours of bowling, $20 game card, unlimited buffett and one choice of activity. It was all well worth it !!! Some of our staff even went back again after a few days to just have some more main event fun !!

Quite fun. The one i went to, had gravity ropes. Bowling waits are outrageous at times. Up to a 4 hour wait! But overall, everything else is fun.

Be aware that if you plan on bowling, the food service is terrible. Our server never bothered to get us refills we had to go hunt someone down to bring them for us. Then she shows up 30 minutes later and asks us how we’re doing right when we’re finishing our food up.

Surprising cool place that's kept very clean. Bowling area was great. The shoes appeared very clean and the lanes. Good selection of bowling balls. Service was good here. Bar also kept clean and well stocked. Lisa kept us entertained while we hung out. Group of us had several competitions with the basketball, skeetball, and air hockey. Good times were had.

Overcrowded 3 hour wait to bowl floor was dirty. Silverware on the floor and were the pool tables are located is bad because of proximity of children who would just decide to join the game and start pulling balls out of the pockets and throwing other various items on the table. I remember the last time I went to a Main Event it was the only one near me and it was relatively small, was actually smaller and not as high quality as IT'Z Pizza, but in recent years that seems to have changed DRASTICALLY. IT'Z has unfortunately kind of declined in quality while Main Event is dang near like a club for kids and adults alike now.

Overall it was a good experience, but the Guitar Hero machine is completely broken (green button does not work at all. The most important button for the game) and we asked for a waiter 3 times while bowling and no one ever came. This wouldn't have bothered me normally since it was a busy day, but this is the second time we haven't received service while bowling.

We were at this location on New Year's Eve. Even with the crowds the staff did AMAZING in ALL aspects. The facility stayed clean, well ran,l etc. We will be back. Love their laser tag. Kiddos of course lived the ropes course, laser tag and arcade. Great bowling lanes and the food isn't bad as well.

I’ve been sitting at the bar for 30 minutes and have not been acknowledged even once. The bartenders have made an effort to ignore us. I was also ignored by the front desk when trying to book a lane for bowling. Would never be returning due to lack of basic service. Seeing that there were 5 pool tables open we decided to book a table, however we were told that there were 7 people in front of us. Not sure why those people are not currently occupying the tables.

We absolutely enjoy coming to the main event when we come down to Texas it's fun for all ages from 4 to 34 we all can find something to do. Bowling. Pool tables. Video games laser tag. And gravity ropes along with some other things. Service wasn't horrible. It did lack in a few areas but nothing major. Price was affordable.

Main Event is usually a promise for a good time, however, my most recent visit wasn't much to talk about. The staff definitely needs to work on their customer service in making sure we the customers are priority and appreciate our business. Staff never once made any attempt to say anything to make sure we were good and having a good time. Management was walking through doing something and didn't pay any attention to the fact that we were trying to play pool. We had to wait for them to move along so we could continue. The games were fun, however, we were playing one of the games and it hadn't ended yet and they shut everything off at 1104 pm. I get it, your closed and it's time to go, but how hard is it to say, hey guys we will be closing up now, we just ask that you don't start the game over and leave accordingly when finished. Nope. They just shut down everything right in the middle of the game that I PAID for! So all in all. The entertainment is fun, but the staff does not see the customer as priority.

Tons of fun! Monday- Thursday having special pricing! My kids had a blast! Bowling, Lazer tag, Ariel course, video games, pool, shuffle board! Ice cream parlor, restaurant! Something for everyone. Our waiter was fantastic.

Monday is great for the unlimited bowling, pool, and Lazer tag. 10 bucks a person. Great deal! But the staff decided 2 hours before they closed to start closing down bowling lanes. They kept asking us to move to a lane further down. It was really rude as we were in the middle of a game. They just wanted to close the lane for the night and get ahead of their cleaning duties. Manager was kind. Said it's been an issue he is trying to fix.

Great for the kids, even the big kids!!! Actually great for Adult kids as old as me, 50 LOL. They have upgraded futuristic arcade games that would make any 80's kid feel at home. Even Space Invaders and Galaga with cool upgrades!! We had great fun, great food, played Laser Tag, Cosmic style bowling, whike others enjoyed pool, shuffle boarding, ropes course, and much more!!! Cool place, several all day pass options make it worth the money, but do plan ahead to make the most of your time for what is not a cheap experience!!!

We like to come here for the bowling and the games. The bowling can get crowded fri/sat night so come early or be prepared to wait. My only complaint about the bowling was that the heel of the shoes were super sticky and I couldn't slide like you're supposed to when you bowl. Aside from that, we had wings and burgers and they were delicious, as were the fries. They're always adding new games and attractions, my only complaint about the games is the credits you get when you purchase a play card. You always end up with a few credits left but all of the games cost a minimum of four, so we just save the card for next time. Overall, always a fun place for the family or a date!

Unbelievable, how do you go to main event for a birthday party and get accused of stealing "fun cards". My 10 year old is playing the Jurassic Park video game and a guy interrupts his game to ask for his card. This guy didn't identify himself as an employee, manager or LP. He takes my son's card and says this is a stolen card, "where is your parents". My son takes this man to my wife and he still doesn't identify himself or what he does and proceeds to tell all the parents sitting there my son has a stolen "fun card". Well one of the parents sitting there was the host of the birthday party, how insulting is this? So the parent that is hosting the birthday party says if that card is stolen than this one must be stolen also as it was part of the batch of cards we "PAID FOR". This man proceeds to scan the card and says yes this one is "stolen" too. By this time he still hasn't identified himself as a manager or LP so we look at his name tag to get his name "William". He walks away and says "Mystery solved". He doesn't apologize to my son after scaring the mess out of him, he doesn't apologize to the parents that spent all this money to host a birthday party at this location. You can't contact anyone via email, just a general comment section on their website. I have since found the corporate phone number for the Plano HQ and will be calling tomorrow morning to complain. This location needs some training on how to handle situations like this better and more professional. I am editing this review up to a 4 star, as I received a call today from Moe at this location. We had a good 10 minute conversation and he apologized to my son for this misunderstanding. He took time to listen and understand the situation and corrective action that needed to be taken. He is an example of a manager that I would want in my organization. Thank you Moe @ Main Event North Fort Worth.

Main event is fun but please come with a good amount of money. It's real easy to burn $200 or $300 here in a short time. The best things to do here are playing arcade games, the gravity ropes, and bowling, obviously. The pizza and all the food here is average, some of it tasting bland and some of it tasting pretty good. If you keep playing the Spin N Win arcade game, you will win 1000 points if you have good reaction time.

We went for a private event at Main Event, it was very nice. We have been here before outside of the private event and we enjoyed it as well. The workers are friendly, if you need something they go out of their way to help you. I would definitely reccomend this location for your private event (it is pricey to do so) or as a good night out. We had ages from 16 to over 60 and everyone had a great time. There really is something for most ages.

My wife and I were very disappointed with Main Event. This business doesn't come close to the service they are charging for. Drinks are severely watered down and the arcade is charging practically 2.00 a game. There are so many other places to go and enjoy a good family night. I don't recommend picking this place.

Main event is the most unprofessional employer I have ever seen. They removed an employee from the schedule with no reason provided and then 3 days after this was done and only after the employee had been asking multiple people what was going on was the employee notified via text message that they were no longer employed and reason would be provided next week. The multiple times the employee asked, they were told they needed to speak to Jeremy the manager who had conveniently gone on vacation for a week. The district manager didnt even notify the employee when they called and asked and the response was " Jeremy didnt call you? Oh well he owes you a phone call when he gets back" so yall let someone go and didnt even tell then they were let go until after the fact? HORRIDLY UNPROFESSIONAL

We always have fun here! The manager was really nice. Laser tag and gravity ropes are on a schedule, so I'd suggest purchasing one round at a time to avoid having to stay an extra 45 minutes or so until the next round starts.

Our party of 7 visited this location last week (on a Wed.). We needed a place that offered fun activities for everyone (Three kids ages 10, 13, 15. One young adult age 18. Three adults 40+). We agreed that Main Event seemed like it had a little bit of everything that we all enjoyed. I decided to check the website in search of any specials they were offering. To my amazement, I found one that ended up being a great deal. Before you go, keep in mind there is no pre purchasing online. You must pay for your passes at the location (we picked the early time slot.. arrived just before noon... and left a little after 4:00.. this was plenty of time..). And keep in mind each store in the metroplex offers different attractions. So make sure to browse the locations to find the ones that suit your liking best. Also, if you plan to bowl, you will have to pay for shoe rentals (discounted for only a few dollars each). Arcade games are not included in this deal but if you sign up for their emails you will get a game card for 30 minutes of playtime (non ticket winning games). Okay enough technical stuff... How about I fill you in on the fun stuff. Let me just say....WE HAD A BLAST!! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US!!! We bowled, played laser tag, shot pool, climbed through the ropes obstacle course/zipline, ate (quesadillas were awesome) and some of us played arcade games with the free 30 minute game cards. I really couldn't be happier with the whole experience! The facility was clean and well put together (which made the ease of access to all activities quite simple). Employees were knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to answer all of my questions without assistance (this impressed me). The atmosphere was lively and exciting and the noise level was not overbearing. We loved it all! Kudos to the company and management team!! When thinking of things to do with family and/or friends, that has a little bit of everything and at an affordable price, Main Event will be at the top of the list... Highly Recommended!

The $32 dollar deal, $30 worth of game points plus an entree, is a good deal. Got the Cobb salad, switched dressing for honey mustard which was a little sparkier than most honey mustard, and was totally impressed by how good it was. Its a huge salad, brought most of it home. Had a lot of fun!

Great place to take a single mom and her hyperactive brats. You'll get alone time with her and the kids can bounce off the walls. That way they'll be tired when you take her home, they'll pass out and you can score. Be aware, it's expensive

Poor communication with customers. They sold us tickets then said they were "closed to the public." Fun place but when they give you a time slot then make you wait in line and don't say anything to you until the manager finally comes over, it's a bit frustrating. Credit to the manager that he did give us a free coupon for the ropes at a later date. Just weird that they close early to the public on a weekend night.

We signed up for a fun league for bowling and it has been anything but fun! Week after week it's been nothing but disorganization and technical challenges. The first week was so bad that they told us they would just comp us that week because they couldn't get the lanes started. We were told that the fun league would include prizes, games and challenges. We had none!! Very bad image for Main Event. The only fun part was meeting the other teams.

I can't really give an opinion at the moment, as I stopped by their bar to have one beer which was a $7.57 charge, but then I was charged $29.51 and I have no idea why. I don't check my statements every day and found out about it 6 days later. I feel like I was stolen from at the moment. I'll update this as I progress with this dispute. Edit: This was disputed and resolved. Somehow someone opened a bar tab with my card, although the card never left my possession and I don't understand how that happened. There were 2 charges for the beer, although I am positive I only ordered one and paid out, I'm willing to pay for the two beers but not the tab. Whoever started it ordered beers I'd never drink too. Anyway, this went over smoothly so I'm updating my rating to 4 stars. It's comfortable in there, and other than this dispute it is a good location.

So I dropped my daughter off for her school event. She goes to wayside middle school. My daughter knows to count her money and to get a receipt. I gave her $30 and she only has two dollars left and all she bought was a slushy they said that her change was two dollars. And wouldn’t provide her with the receipt. Her friend was also there had ordered food and paid and never received it so what it sounds like to me is that your employees are taking advantage of kids who are there without their parents and pretty much stealing from the children. I’m extremely disappointed that I facility like this would have people like that working for me. I will never be going there again

We made the best out of it. Booked 3 lanes to bowl, for 1hr. Showed up and only 2 lanes were open. Told them, and just said if they would just add more time to those 2 lanes that would be fine. The game shut off at 1hr. Tell them that they were supposed to add more time, wait 10 minutes and nothing. Go up to the desk to remind them to turn on our added time again. On top of this, our service was not good. Waited 45 min for 2 drinks, by the time the drinks came, it was time to be done bowling. I'm not sure if it is because Thanksgiving is this week and maybe they were short staffed, but I will not pay $87 to bowl in 3 lanes plus $51 in shoes at this location ever again.

We took our daughter for her birthday and had a great time. Only negative we have is with some of the rude gravity staff. I think if they rotated their staff to different activities they would be in a better mood, instead of being at the same activity their whole shift.

Totally disappointed, they advertising a new ice cream, there is not many people here, most of the tables are empty, and my waiter Diego said that there is no more bowls available to serve the ice cream. I walked around the entire place and only one party had this ice cream.

Always a good time! Our favorites are the laser tag and Gravity suspended obstacle course. The bowling lanes are top notch and having a server bring you food while you bowl is awesome. They have some of the newest VR and 4D video games. We have just as much fun as the kids here.

We waited two and half hours for bowling but we got to eat and have some drinks while we wait. They should let you check in for bowling earlier before you get there so you don't have to wait so long. I would like to see them install Dart boards.

All the activities were fun. However the staff is horrible. They charged my card multiple times on the same tab. The “waiter” also left my card on table next to us, had we not noticed someone would have taken it. We spoke to multiple staff members and not a single one could answer questions about their station. They need new management.

We celebrated my nephew's 14th birthday here. The staff assigned to our group were young high school students but they were awesome!! Very attentive and had great attitudes the attire time while we were there. I definitely will return!!

Been in here couple times. Each time it has a great experience. Kids like the bowling and had a blast at laser tags. Need a good workout laser tags will burn those calories. We always come here when they run specials when we spend the entire day in here having fun with the kids.

Main Event did a great job hosting my little humans birthday party! They catered to us very well and were helpful with everything. My daughter had a wonderful time bowling with her friends, eating pizza and cake, and playing games. She loved picking out a stuffed animal from the toy machine and I thought that was pretty impressive. Main Event does have higher prices than other venues, but these are our children. Even if we don't budget for this one time splurge I suggest to try and do it for them. The laughter and smiles are worth it.

Fun place to go and have a great time. It can get a little pricey, but make sure to check out specials before you go and you can sometimes get a good deal. The arcade games are fairly overpriced, but everything else is pretty reasonable. Good place to take family, friends, or a good date place. Way less people during the week but weekends have so many more people, so if you want to do laser tag take that into account. Love the environment and always have a good time when I go.
