Great place for kids of all ages to spend the entire day. Food was also pretty good. Bowling 5 star; arcades 5 star; outdoor fun, like go-kart, carousel and mini golf could’ve been organized and set up slightly better. The staff is great and very helpful. Overall an expensive, but fun experience.

Took our boys and one of their friends here for a birthday for our 13 year old. We had an awesome day!! Pleasantly surprised to see veteran parking spaces as soon as we got there. We purchased the combo package for each of us. This includes go- karts, mini golf, laser tag, bumper boats, rock wall, rides, and all you can eat buffet for $32.95 per person. We have four kids ages 4 - 13, they all got to be busy AND eat for the whole day. Definitely worth the price! We can't wait to go back!

Nice place for entertainment but on the pricier side of competition. Don't be fooled by the ultimate package because a lot of stuff still costs you money. Food buffet is about the quality of bad hospital eats. The two stars are for the go-karts and mini-golf. Not sure I would go back for that price.

Iv been here 2 times. Let's start from beginning they are good in telling you that you need closed toe shoes to do any activities outside. If you dont have closed toe shoes you can only do arcade games inside. I did appreciate that. I did see though a lot of ppl with opened toe shoes riding some outside rides. I noticed it depended on the person who was in charge of ride. Some are lenient and let you get away with it , as well as the height requirements. The lines can be lengthy but it's more irritating when there are ppl trying to cut all the time. I understand parents waiting in line for their kids but some people bring in the whole damn family. I don't think that is fare. There isn't anyone paying attention to that and if they are right in the front and see that be done, no one says anything about it. Now let's talk about the buffet. The food is really good for "buffet" food like pizza, wings, salad, spaghetti etc. I did go on a Sunday where buffet stops at 7pm but I was amazed in how on the dot they were with that. Kitchen staff was still putting fresh pizza out at 6: 56 PM and once it hit 7 you could no longer get food even if there was a lot left. I just hate to think that they are throwing that food away. With all the hungry people out here in Austin, it's a shame if that is being done. If kitchen is closed at 7 or at whatever other times they have is fine but at least let food finish from counters. They even shut down the fountain drink machine. The only thing you can get is water. If you want to wait in line for a long time and for a few minutes of the ride and getting cut in line well that's the place too go

Fun place to take the kids to play games and to eat. This place has a bit of everything - go-karts, mini-golf, some outdoor carnival rides, and an indoor arcade, laser tag, bowling and a buffet. Plenty of stuff to keep the kids busy all day long. Prices are decent, but expect the arcade to eat your money quickly. The lines for go-karts can also be fairly long.

Spent over $100 for the family to eat and play. Been here 10 minutes and wish I hadn't. Buffet is terrible. This place is way over priced. Thought it was going to be like Amazing Jake's. Not even close!

We had our son's birthday party here today. The pizza quality improved since the last time we were here 3-4 years ago. They also had some noodles and honey chicken. The salad bar was underwhelming, and the parmesan cheese was just sitting in a bowl with a spoon in it.. along with who knows how much hair, saliva or whatever.. The amusements are fun for 4-5 hours, FYI. Great staff, especially the guys bussing tables! Management was very visibly involved, which is good to see. The frozen margaritas were nice as well ;). Apart from the parmesan cheese and the slow pizza replenishment it was a great experience.

This is the second time I've been here. The first time I only bowled and this time we bowled and had lunch. First of all bowling. It's fine. Prices are decent but they have this idiotic system where there are strings connected to the pins. This is how they are reset. It causes the pins to move in unexpected ways and it's harder to get strikes. They also get stuck a lot. It's by far the worst way to reset pins I've ever seen. The food was fairly decent. Not amazing but not bad either. I had a bacon cheeseburger. It's fairly basic but a safe choice. Now the service. The service was pretty awful. I have never been to a place with so many incompetent workers that were also friendly. One of the servers didn't know what mayo was. Now I understand that we've had different life experiences but one of our dishes came with Sriracha mayo. Being a server and not knowing what mayo is and you serve it seems crazy to me. It wasn't just the server. It was also the bowling staff. We needed to pay for another hour and all 4 people had left the counter for an extended amount of time. It also took forever to pay. Overall they were friendly but inattentive. It took forever to get anything. I don't think there is much reason is going back

It seems like our visit was at the beginning of the store's season, so staffing was minimal and not all rides had been opened. We participated in last tag, go-kart racing, and slider kart racing, also. The go-kart tracks were so much fun for my approximately teenage kids). The facility's staff (through occasional remote control engine governor intervention) kept the karts grouped closely and the competition tight. Also, thankfully, the staff remained highly conscious of my family's safety and all visitor's enjoyment at the same time.

It's a good place... But for there cost, you could go to better, such as: Main Event, which is only a bit aways from it. On busy days, it's a pretty fun atmosphere, but on days like today where it just seems kinda boring and depressing. The coworkers are great, but I just feel like you do more with it. It could be that I'm just too old for Austin Parks, since I'm 21. Some of the machines are kinda broken, but laser tag is always fun, as well as go karts. Overall, and alright visit, review is in regards to both experiences I've had there.

I didn't participate in anything that has to do with what kind of an establishment this is. I was picking up something and notice the best parking sign ever! And although cheesy, the parking sign almost actually moved me to the point of tears... Maybe that's because my brother is military and was deployed to Iraq when things weren't good along with others that are close to me, and a good friend of mine as well as my brother-in-law are on different police forces. Regardless, props on the parking sign!

Amazing food, amazing staff. 1st time here and had a blast. We drive in from San Antonio and will definitely be back. In the bar/grill area there was a very tall slim gentleman bussing tables and seating. I didn't catch his name but he was so nice..we ran into him again at the bowling lanes and he was quick to make sure we were ok. Great customer service and I'm so upset I cant remember his name but just wanted him to be acknowledged.

This place is always fun. But tonight my family and I decided to sit and eat in the bar. We had a server named Thomas. He was absolutely excellent. From the moment he saw us trying to decide if we wanted buffet or not. He refilled our drinks quickly and our food was out quick. He checked on us a lot even when he started to get busy. Thomas was great.

First time coming here and it was amazing. A lot of variety on arcade . Pizza selection could be improved. Go karts was awesome. We got there early and got the early bird special which was totally worth it. We got all u can eat and ride deal and it was well worth it. Definitely visiting again soon.

Definitely a change from what if used to be 5 plus years ago. Think staff is a bit light on weekdays, took a while to get help. Noticed quite a few machines needing repair in younger kids area but place has potential for older kids. May give it another shot and try bowling and other activities.

It was very fun but arcade was a little pricey! The food was good and has been improved since the last time I visited which was a couple of years ago. The kids really enjoyed the go carts and rock climbing wall. Overall a very fun and awesome experience. I would give it five stars if it had more rides and attractions.

Cool little place to take the kids if you don’t find anything in town. Unfortunately, we went on a rainy day so their outside attractions were closed so we stayed inside and played the arcade. Food is good too!

I went with a school group for a field trip, and it was a lot of fun! This establishment features Laser tag, Go-Karts, multiple Rock climbing walls, a few kiddie rides, bumper boats, a buffet, mini-golf, bowling, and an arcade at an additional cost. The way the arcade works, you buy a game card and put money onto it, say, 20 dollars or so. You swipe the card at the game you want to play, the price will be listed on the game. Whenever you win tickets, the tickets will go onto your card as a balance separate from your money. You swipe the card at the prize counter and it shows you how many tickets you have to spend. The laser tag was completely deserted, so I didn't get the opportunity to play. The rock-climbing walls were in good shape, I liked the variety in courses. My favorite was the one with the bars. The Go-karts were fun, but the steering wheel for my kart on the slick track was broken and the attendant had to constantly help me turn my kart. The pizza slices at the buffet were tiny, perfect for me, but it simply wasn't good pizza. I stuck with the salad bar that was also a part of the buffet. It featured a wide variety of options and I enjoyed it. The rides are suited for children, but I did enjoy myself on the carousel. (Let's be honest, everyone loves carousels.) It was a decent experience, overall.

Fun place, very friendly staff. There are lots of activities here. Bring the kids or enjoy an adult night here. Because they have a full bar to help even the most uptight adults unwind and have a great time. Go karts, putt putt, batting cages, bumper boats, arcade games, laser tag, and so much more. Deff worth a trip here.

This place is the bomb (great) for bringing your kids to have a blast. We came for a birthday party and all the kids got a limited number of coins for the inside games. After they finished up their coins they used their bracelet that allowed them unlimited play at the go carts, mini-golf and all the other carnival type rides outside. Our kids had a blast. I recommend this place for your next party.

My hostess name was Jennifer and she was AMAZING, she stayed on top of everything and continuously made sure the kids as well as the parents were okay. I appreciated the small details of everything. My son turned 11 and he said it was his best party yet, we had a hiccup with one of the members that support the go karts- refusing to let my baby ride, but after that was taken care of everything was great and everyone had a spectacular experience. All of the staff was so nice and friendly, I really felt at home.

We came here on a week night and while they're shorter staffed on weekdays everyone was courteous and helpful. When the outdoor mini golf closed at 9pm, the staff let us finish our last 2 holes. Our server was super and took great care of us! My daughter had a great birthday evening. Thanks guys!

We had a great visit here. The kids had fun. Our server was super slow and we had to go ask for someone to come take our order. Then wait a long while to get our food. Luckily, it was hot when we got it. It is a nice setup to just eat and play games. The food was good as well.

This is a pretty fun place to visit. However, some of the attendants need a little training. On the little coaster ride the attendant left the platform before all the kids were off the ride, did not help them out of their seats and my nephew fell and was hurt trying to get out of his seat. In the laser tag the attendant left the exit room before a group of kids from a daycare that needed help undoing vests. I stayed behind and helped the kids unbuckle the vests and put them away. The go kart attendants were really good and helpful as were the staff for the kitchen/buffet area. The price is alright when there aren't too many lines, otherwise you wouldn't get to do much as a few attractions weren't staffed or weren't functional.

Great clean atmosphere with tons to do. If there's something in particular you want to do, you may want to call ahead to check availability and hours, as well as restrictions (height, closed-toe shoes, etc). Our food at the grill was delicious - thickest bacon I've ever had, and so good. Staff were very friendly, but we did at times have to find staff, such as when we were ready for our check and also when we were ready to start bowling. Overall really great experience at a great price with their Date Night special, offered now until December 2018.

Everthing was worth it except for the buffet. Pizza was gross. Salad decent. They should do away with buffet and get better quality food so people don't waste it. Also would recommend plastic one time use utensils, and paper cups. Much more sanitary. Also hand sanitizers would be nice, kids everywhere touching everything.

We arrived 15 minutes till 6 pm spent well over $350.00 we went outside to play golf and ride the rides at 7 pm we came in to all eat dinner as we are getting the plates the kitchen closed down. We asked what was going on they said they close at 7pm. I said well if someone would have told us we would have ate first. The sign that was posted was backwards manger flipped the sign around to show us the sign. She refused to give us a refund.

My kiddos love this place. It is priced pretty well for what you get. You also have options. You can get the entire deal that includes pizza and rides or you can just do rides and save some cash. They upgraded the indoor arcade recently and it is great. The kids love the rock wall and laser tag inside. Outside they are all about the go carts and bumper cars. I enjoy the miniature golf and batting cages. Best of all is the kids can do whatever they want and you can do the same without worrying about someone stealing your children.

Went to Austin's park with my 2 daughters 1st time we had been there in 10 years absolutely love the new look the upgrades we went on a Monday which was the school day there was absolutely no crowd which was great kind of like we had the park to ourselves no line UPS it made for a great day

My fam does enjoy coming to play miniature golf, laser tag and all the fun things you offer. Especially love how you have the free bowling for kids during the summer. One thing I wish you did was offer half price game day, because usually we tend to come for somethings then take my kiddo down the st to chuck e cheese to play games because they are more affordable. Every now and then we will play a few games when here, but usually not. Do enjoy other activities though you offer

Pizza was delicious, as was the quesadilla we had for the appetizer! Staff was informative and friendly. We went right before a big storm, so we basically had our run of the place. Large selection of games inside. I cannot wait to go back and enjoy the outdoor activities when the weather is better!

I had the opportunity to visit the facility over the weekend and must say I am extremely impressed. The layout is fantastic with many different activities and games sure to appeal to anyone of any age. The staff was friendly and professional, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was positive. I would highly recommend this amusement park for any special event or fun afternoon!

We came here with a large work group for some team building bowling. We had a great time and bowling was awesome. I have to give a 2 because from the time our group walked through the door we had to hunt people down to help us. We never once had anyone come help us (food or drinks) while we were bowling. Sad thing was the place wasn't very busy.

Our little girl who was clearly above 36 inch. was denied a combo package because she is just a tad bit above the line. I guess the lady named "Anna" stated that height measurement is measure on the forehead and not ontop. Weve been to this place multiple times and never had an issue until today. Even tried to talk to the management and nothing was resolved due to the manager just walking away without letting us know what the verdict was. Its saddening because it was 13 of us in our party. Had to look a different place to spend family time.

Staff was kind and helpful, except only around 5 people were actually working. Purchased unlimited passes, but unable to enjoy most of the attractions due to no attendants being around. Definitley not worth the cost for a family of 4! Arcade is a total joke as well, at least the claw machines within. If more staff were available this really would have been a great time, aside from the arcade situation.

This place used to be cool maybe 8 years ago but now it’s a stinky nightmare. I swear the kids pee in every corner if that building. Or maybe it’s just the amount of perspiration coming of the iAds after laser tag but they definitely got some funky smells going on.

Definitely not worth the money. Spent $260. for wrist bands that includes "everything", only to realize that there really wasn't much to do. Could have just gone to Dave and Buster's. Aside from maybe Go carts, there was really nothing else to offer. Or save your money and don't get the combo packages. Just spend money on the arcade/video games instead. Definitely way over priced for what is offered.

Bowling, games, rides and TWO go kart tracks. All you can eat food... Good pizza and pasta. Very decent salad bar and free refills on sodas. Great place to take the family for a day out.

we loved this place and had so much fun the price for the rides and food is pretty good I think they need some better deals more reasonably pricing on the Arcade games a dollar or more again nothing lower is crazy price and for sure for the less tickets it gives as well also needs more pre schooler or little smaller game for the littler kids and smaller laser tag vest is why I gave it 4 stars also needs check places to check how many tickets or money is on the game cards and explain where to get the putt putt golf stuff was lost trying to find the stuff Happy hour is pretty good on pricing as well

I had an issue on the gocars, my daughter was in the line higher than 48", she almost reach that level but the lady told her that she needs to be in the other line below 48, which it was a crazy long. We back a time latter when saw less people and my daughter spent 45 minutes in the line and when she was in front of the cars, the same girl that get her out of the line, put a lady and her girl in front of the line, she didn't care about the time people was spent to ride. I complaining to her and she told me that's the rules, I told her, why if it is the rule, why did you not put my daughter in front of the line early and you was angry to tell us that why you are in the 48 and higher ? I told her, this lady and her daughter made same mistake than me and I don't know why she got the privilege to be in front of the line, jump all the people that had more thank 45 minutes.

Celebrated a kids birthday party here and we had a really good time. My kids really enjoyed the lazer tag and the go-karts. The wristbands are worth it cause there is so much to do with the rock walls and the putt-putt course. My only complaint is that the arcade games are a bit pricey, $20 goes very quickly but other than that it really is a fun place oh and the pizza was good too!

I will never be back here again. I just left from here we stand in a line and waiting for almost an hour to ride on the go cart ride. The attendant that worked here are very rude especially “Isaac”. I notice they have no diversity in their employees and basically how they interact with other races shows a lot in biases and racism. Also, riding with other people, children, adults all took it upon themselves to ride recklessly putting people in danger. I notice that people that ride on the go karts continuously kept bumping into people like we were playing bumper cars. It was very strange, never been around a bunch of misbehave children and strangely group of people. Definitely will not be back a few weeks prior to coming here I went to universal studios had an amazing time there this place doesn’t have anything on their park. Nor any consistency with moral and family values. When it comes to celebrate as a family. I can’t believe the experience that I had here terrible!!!

This place is not worth it at all! Spent 120( 2 people) to play mini golf and 5 of the same games inside since the other games didn't work. We came here specifically to play games and use the batting cages but after purchasing everything, we went outside to only realize the only things available were the mini golf course and the karts. Would be nice if someone let us know this before purchasing passes for the outside activities! Oh and you have to hunt down help even though it was basically empty inside. And the employees dont look happy at all.

I moved to the Austin area last year with my family and we Love it here! Austin's Park N Pizza is definitely one of my most FAVORITE places to go for some excitement & fun with my family. There is entertainment at Austins Park N Pizza for everyone (all ages) bowling, arcade games, rock climbing, laser tag, go carts, mini golf, etc ! All of the employees that I've Encountered have been SUPER FRIENDLY and very helpful if you have trouble with the games. Kids will have the time of their life with so many options of various games! On any day of the week you are sure to enjoy yourself! Not to mention the food is absolutely amazing, I ordered from the bar THE BEST fish tacos I've ever had and my best friend ordered nachos which were also AMAZING ! I definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place; prices are reasonable, foods great, staff is very kind to guest. Keep up the great service! Looking forward to returning again soon!

Our family had lots of fun! We always love the go carts! Only one real suggestion. Please offer artificial sweetener for unsweetened tea. Type 1 diabetics with kidney disease can't drink diet sodas, so that left water as the only alternative.

Easy parking, easy check-in, decent buffet they kept the food fresh. Dining area crew kept the area clean, but they kept running out of cups and had to hand out plastic cups. Plus there was no one there to tell people not to eat standing right there at the beverage center causing congestion. Plenty of arcade games, and outside games like mini golf, go carts, rides, etc.

Buffet is severely lacking in variety. Very few staff active during weekdays, and they haven't added anything new or exciting in the past few years. On the plus side, the place is kept in decent condition, although the go-karts and other attractions are starting to show their age. Would recommend, but not as good as Dave and Busters.

GREAT little amusment park...NEEDS customer service training at front desk. Managment is great. Food and drinks are great. But we were definately the worst part of the front desk staffs day. They acted like we were an inconvenience from the moment we walked in. They were not helpful and we had to track down someone 3 times to do the XD game and they didnt have all the options that the website lists. I'm a GIANT werewolf fan and the whole reason I was attracted to comeing here was to play the werewolf xd game

Better place for highschoolers or younger in my opinion. Food is fine, but the atmosphere feels like a Chuck-E-Cheese. Thought it might have been a good place to bowl with a few friends, but I'll be going elsewhere next time. We ate at the austin bar and grill it was pretty good. The batting cages were all broken and we wasted a lot of time trying to figure out witch pitching machine would actually pitch a ball. The whole place needs to be updated. Probably wont go back

It's pretty cool, lot's to do. However, the bathrooms were disgusting. Another thing that sucks was that when the buffet closed at 7pm, they also shut down the soda machines. I was told that I can order something to drink from the bar, but I only saw alcoholic beverages. A no go for me since I will have to drive home.

I took a group of college students I supervise here for our end of semester celebration. They absolutely loved this place! We went on a Friday around 11am and beat the rush of high school students. We had the place to our selves for about 1.5 hours. The buffet had a great selection and the food was hot. Due to weather, they had cheaper deals since we couldn't do any outside activities. The woman at the front let me know that Sundays are a great day to come back as they aren't as packed as Fridays and Saturdays

First time taking the littles here. Pricey, but well maintained & a fun outing as a spring break treat. Buffet was decent & the outdoor activities make it feel like a mini theme park adventure. The 2 level carousel is pretty awesome. The arcade is crazy loud and was a bit much for us. Might take ear plugs if we go back. Our 3 kids are 9 & under, so we didn't spend long inside. Overall, a very fun day.

I’ve been coming to APP for years and it’s ALWAYS been fun. Today when I went, I was in line with my little brother for the race carts and he was going to ride with me because he wasn’t tall enough. But then we saw a 4 YEAR OLD get on by herself, so we asked if it was alright if he rode as well since this girl who was 6 years younger than him and way shorter could ride by herself (this girl was toddler size). They turned us down immediately. Stating that he wasn’t tall enough to ride without me. I understand rules and safety but what I don’t understand is letting a toddler ride by HERSELF and a 10 year old can’t.

I just feel ripped off. Decided to pursue this place since it would be open until 12am per their website. Upon arriving at 7:30pm there was no one at the front to help with purchasing wristbands. We wanted to buy the package with the buffet and they informed us the buffet was closed and that they would give a $10 credit in place for menu items. We went on to the outdoor activities since they said they would close an hour before the inside did. We made it in around 10:15 to get a bite and finish the night in the arcade. This is when we discovered that the kitchen was closed and that everything closed at 11 rather than the advertised 12. We asked for the manager and all they could do was refund us down to the next tier down and that they were removing the advertised times from the website.

Me and my friends had so much fun today there but none of us got to eat because they took all the pizza away . we stayed till thet closed playing the games they have just waiting for them to put out more food but they never did so we all went home hungry. Each of us payed about 40 dollars for the bowling and pizza. I am a bit upset about not being able to eat and not getting our money back but we all enjoyed the gocarts.

The boys had a blast! Lots if things to do. Video games, rides, wall climbing but my boys enjoyed the go carts most and the laser tag! All you can eat buffet could use some help for sure but we all found something to eat as tasteless as it may have been.

This place is a blast for kids and adults of all ages! My husband and I took our now grown, 19 and 22 years old, sons and we remembered what it was like to be a kid again! It was amazing! Food was good go carts were our favorites and bowling was the perfect way to end the night! Bring ur checkbook tho it’s kind of pricey but WELL worth the price!

This review is only for the mini golf and food/bar area. My wife and I went here for mini golf. We had fun and having two different courses is a great idea for slower players. However, it needs to be more regulated. We spent 50 minutes golfing when 35 minutes of it was waiting for the group of 7 ahead of us taking 20 hits at the ball. We then went to the bar to get a mixed drink, beer, and pizza. The chicken on the BBQ Chicken Pizza was not seasoned at all, overcooked, and tasted like leather. We had to pick the chicken off in order to finish. My wife got the Tito's Cooler drink. It was incredibly sweet and very strong. They bought two out for us by accident and didn't charge us for the second. We couldn't finish it because it was so bad. My first beer came in a clear solo cup, then my second in an actual beer glass. The service was sub-par. Don't get me wrong, our server was great, but when the host has to interrupt us while giving our order just to tell our server they're getting a large party in 10 minutes, it doesn't really show the "customer first" attitude. The rest of the place looks like a lot of fun, but I hope it's managed a bit better than the bar and mini golf.

Eating options and many different attractions at the park. Definitely something that would be great for the family to do if you have kids!

This place is an ok hang out for the kids. Its pricey though. And the best part of the whole place are the go karts but it's not ran as smoothly as it could be. The lines are too long, when its Crowded you can spend an hour in line for a 10 minute go kart ride. You'd think with PIZZA in the name the pizza buffet would be better. I personally think this place is over priced and over rated. I think with as much as they charge the entire place could shut down for a few months and get a much needed renovation. From the Putt Putt course to expanding the go kart course to revamping the menu.

It's not cheap, but there are lots of things to do and it's fun. The rock climbing wall was fun for the kids and adults alike. No, it's not as big or as challenging as what they used to have, but for those of us who haven't done it in a while, it was a blast. The mini golf course gets crowded. Bumper boats and arcades are good. The kids enjoyed the carousel, and asked to ride it a number of times. Go carts looked fun, but they're extra cost, so I didn’t spring for them. We got discount passes, which made it worth while. I'm not sure I would be willing to pay full price though.

Disappointing first experience. For a place called Park N Pizza, the pizza was pretty bad. The cheese was gross and cheap, the sauce was blah, and the crust was meh. $20 in arcade games lasted about 30 minutes. The putt-putt golf was okay, but strange. We went to the course and didn't see any putters or balls. The putters were inside the door, and the balls were on the other side of the building. No signs, we had to ask other players to find out. Staff was nice, but the price didn't ultimately feel worth it. We might come back for some late night putt-putt.

The girls in the front desk told us that my 2 year old kid was going to be able to get on the rides...so they sold us 3 unlimited bracelets. When we got to the rides area, we were surprised that he cannot ride anything because he was 2 inches shorter than the 36 inches that they were asking about, so the employees just tell us NO in all of them. At least the girls at the front desk could talk to us about the height requirement before selling us the tickets..

This was our first time visiting and we were not disappointed. Lots to do and play. Clean restrooms and friendly enough staff. I did order a coffee to go and they did not have a to go cup. They kind of devised one but it wasn't very effective. Anyhow, we were happy and we'll be back.

The buffet needs to be better organized to prevent other foods becoming mixed up. For example, the chocolate pudding should be on the opposite side from the banana pudding. Investing in small hand washing stations should be placed near buffet entrance. Courtesy padding on railings should be placed to prevent patrons from being burned (summer time) or physically injured. Lots of kids play here and more staff needs to be more diligent regarding housekeeping; more supervision is required.

Good place to go out with the whole family or just to go out with friends to get some drinks. With a lot of rides for kids and adults. I think it needs a little bit of work specially while waiting for the rides, they should have like a flash pass to cut in line(like in six flags) because is pricey and I mean if your getting the VIP pass that should be included. Also the system they used for the kids to get on the rides is broken because kids under 36” (less than 1 meter) CANT go on any rides not even with adults or depending how the employee in charge of the ride feels about you and your kid. The buffet food is good and delicious but when they closed the buffet no one is allowed even with the food trays full of food they closed right on time and they turned off all the flavors from the soda fountain even the ice so you can only get water. Good place but not worth it.

Don’t waist your money here. Not worth it for the little kids meaning the 5-6 year olds who are still too little to do most of the things in the package deal. Bowling is extra and you get one game. I would recommend going to Epic Fun which is a better deal.

Got a VIP pass as a gift. To start the fastest go-karts they have are slow and have absolutely no grip and are atrocious to drive. It's like driving in the snow on drag slicks with the amount of understeer they have. I don't think it's the actual karts either, I think its the surface. The food made my girlfriend sick. For a place with pizza in the name I would expect better quality pizza. For a VIP top end pass you only get a 10$ card to play games with. Most of the games cost 1-2$ each. Then the batting cage is so inconsistent on where it throws the balls. It either 3 ft over my head, or on the ground basically. Overall a pretty mediocre experience. Will not be returning.

This place is awesome, even though all i did was the slippery go karts and a little bit of laser tag i found my experience absolutely amazing, i met 4 other people that were really nice and raced them in the go karts and won everytime and we were on the go karts since around 1 and went until 8 but with breaks of course, anyways there are great people great staff, great go karts and fun laser tag, and the buffet pizza is really good, they also have mac n cheese, and some flavoured chicken and salad and it was all pretty good, with how much fun i had i think the price is perfect, i got my moneys worth out of just the go karts and there is a lot more inside as well, but im mostly a fan of go karts, all in all, great experience, absolutely recommend to anyone looking to have fun and its for all ages too

45min wait. Go Kart barely went faster than a brisk walk. 30min wait. Laser tag guns didn't keep score. 3D game. Guns didn't work. Virtually reality, goggles made you look constantly to the right. Waste of time and money. Shame on this place for not keeping any of their stuff in working order.

We have had fun in the past but this time when I bought our Kids expensive passes and they couldn't ride or do a lot of things they want to do because there was no attendants around or the attendants were busy talking or going into the break Room. You're just a badd experience they could play laser tag they couldn't play putput golf' for how much it costs to take 4 kids aged 11-20 it should have been a lot better experience. Next time we will try a different place. What a shame

This place is SO much fun now! We've been twice in the last month. FOOD: Once we ate at the buffet. The buffet is MUCH improved. The salad bar was fresh and the pizza was tasty. They also had a non-pizza option (pasta, a rice and chicken dish). The second time we ate at their restaurant. It was very good. The burgers and tater tots were DELISH!! Kids' meals were reasonably priced and the kids loved them. We also enjoyed the bar. ;) FUN: Bowling, super fun go carts, laser tag, tons of fun arcade games. We played a round of miniature golf when it got dark and it was fun! Right now, they have a special. For like $40 you can have 1 hour of bowling, 4 burgers, and drinks. That's a deal for a family of 4!!
