We offer you the feddbacks of people who know the services and products of TopJump Trampoline & Extreme Arena (Park) in the area close to the state of Tennessee.
At this moment this firm receives a rating of 4.4 stars out of 5 and that score was based on 1695 reviews.
As you can see the average score it has is quite high, and it's based on a high number of reviews, so we may say that the score is quite accurate. If people have bothered to give their feddback when they've done well, it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to write scores when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Park corresponds to the category of Amusement center.
We are here for something our daughter wanted to do for her birthday. We pay 19.95 for her to jump for an hour. We get inside the arena and the basketball and ninja course is roped off. The front attendant was rude. She told us there wasn't enough employees to cover the.. I will recommend going to Sevier Air next time.
My grandsons love this place and so do I!!! There are many different activities for everyone at this place from the toddlers to the adults. Very easy to monitor the kids as the play.
Fantastic service except for the pizza girl and the pizza! Was gross! But we came there for the experience and it was well worth it!!!!
We took our 4 and 7 yr old girls here and they loved the trampolines. They were to scared to climb though. I think its a pretty good value considering the area 39 for both of them for one hour. However my one issue with the set up is they let grown men and women jump with the kids which is not a great idea. They do have a "kiddie zone" for the small children but still I don't want a 40 yr old jumping around my 7 year old. If they would divide that up it would be great.
They didn’t inform us that we needed to have tennis shoes in order to do a replica of the ninja warrior course. We had assumed that since you have to pay $2 for the socks that we wouldn’t need to have shoes as such. We were unable to complete the course with just the socks so therefore we weren’t allowed to do it.
Great place. Grandson had an amazing time
It was awesome! I will be back with my kids again.
My kids wanted to go for the trampolines, but ended up spending most of the hour climbing. Great safe place with helpful staff.
Prices were reasonable the only reason for the bad review is when we went back to jump the women in the pink shirt kept yelling at my kids about every single thing they did and finally told us if they didnt stop we would have to leave, and we didnt know what they were doing wrong! So we packed up our stuff and went to sevier air, much better environment and friendlier staff.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. $32 for my 4 year old to get talked to about 4 times for stuff she was allowed to be doing. The employees in the trampoline area were not friendly at all!!!! Oh also, when I called to ask for a refund and to let them know about their employees..I felt neither of them were listening to me. No refund, just a “free pass” for the next time I’m NOT GOING. $32 just gone, no respect from the staff, and getting talked about EVERYTHING. Don’t try to call and get a refund because they done already spent your money.
It was fun, we are sore now lol lots of exercise.
It was a cool place but the staff is so ridiculous about every little thing and are super rude. Couldn't wear a hat, couldn't take pictures, couldn't help my daughter with the basketball. They were a couple staff members that we're alright but the majority were rude. If I pay $100 for 3 people to jump for one hour I would like to at least be treated with respect.
The kids loved the climbing walls! The trampoline area was kinda lacking but the climbing walls made up for it. The ninja course was fairly small but my kids (7 & 10)weren't interested so it didn't matter. My kids loved the VR games too. We came twice over the course of a week. Highly recommended for kids.
The children ages 11 to 18 had loads of fun. We are here visiting from Atlanta. There are multiple things for everyone to enjoy. Dodgeball, rock climbing, free jumping, game room, vr and a fitness challenge. We were there for 3 hours. The VR controllers were dead by the end on the night so we're aimed to come back the next day and play. Overall, a great time was had.
A very fun place my son had a blast.
Still remember the memories I've made
Really fun for the kids....bring hand sanitizer! I wouldn't eat ANYTHING from the concessions because the kids they got working with the food DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS!!
Friendly staff, bright (some tramp parks are dark. ) Pretty decent arcade area with ticket redemptions. Clean bathrooms snack counter with drinks. Reasonably priced decent music they also offer some VR and climbing areas.
Great fun for the kids to blow off steam! Nice staff- could have used a few more desk workers but line moved quickly and they were very helpful.
Not every section was open but my daughter had a lot of fun!
Just some kid make there own rule in topdodge the kid should not be allowed to make their own rule they should follow set rule and then i point it out to him he said he not make his own rule then everything was close in start other than that it was fine the staff was very nice and they had nice toddler area for baby and they had fire&ice it was some type of obby and they had basketball pretty nice.
Plenty for the kids to do besides jump on the trampoline. Mini Ninja Warrior type course which is very kid friendly. Staff leaves much to be desired but you can't expect much from very young workers... No smiles, no interaction with the kids just there to suck oxygen and talk on their walkies to each other. Since interacting with them is not much needed i rated 4 stars. Cleanliness is decent considering the abuse this place must get on the weekends and holidays. Food and snacks are the usual over priced stuff that you can come to expect at any child-like activity location. I would take my kids here again since they had a blast with each other so i would definitely recommend it but be ready to pay for it.
Little guy had a great time, staff was super friendly!
My kids 5 and 8 had a blast. They loved the climbing area. Place was clean, staff is friendly.
Beware, my kid twisted his ankle, and they don't even know where is the nearest hospital!!! That is basic for a place that injuries are common
Great facility but staff needed in the climbing area. Kids with no climbing experience trying to connect clips and only one person helping with harnesses. Very frustrating.
We had a ton of fun here. There was lots to do and the combo deal was great. The kids and adults enjoyed the experience
Fun... For... Absolutely... Everyone!!!! Dodgeball, Virtual Reality, Trampolines, Wall Climbing, Repelling, American Ninja Warrior... why are you still reading, why aren't you there?
Great fun! Lots of options for kids of all ages! Its MUCH bigger than our trampoline park back home in IN, AND IT'S CHEAPER! We will be back for sure! The kids loved the virtual reality game as well
So bright and staff very helpful and nice
Sign says they are open till midnight. I got there at 11:10 PM on a Saturday during the summer and the doors were locked. There were employees inside ignoring us and trying to get people inside to leave early.
I have 5 older kids, and they had a great time. Prices were reasonable and the older boys loved the arcade & my girls enjoyed the candy store.
It was fun. 1 hour for 5 people will be about 90 bucks. Not bad they have a good facility
Cool place for kids and adults to get their energy out.
The kids loved it! My only complaint was that one of the VR controllers wasn't working correctly, and was coming apart. The attendant switched the controller in the middle of the game, but it was almost over by that time. They still had a blast jumping and climbing.
Came in to celebrate the grandson's birthday. Only needed to pay for him and his sister. Two hours each with water was $23.99 each. Plus, look real close at the sign. It states "grip socks required $2.00 / tax not included." In total 2kids for two hours under $60. We've been here before and certainly will come back. The kids had loads of fun. Great way to celebrate!
Very nice establishment. Very clean and the staff was really friendly. I will revisit again if we are in the Tennessee area.
Great place to spend a couple hours when the weather is yuck outside. Great for kids and adults. Challenging climbing area is great. Jump zone is huge. And the Ninja Challenge was fun too. Good sized arcade. They also have a 4 player Virtual Reality gaming zone and snack bar. *Advice* Arrive early! We arrived on Saturday around 10:30am. We were able to do most everything when we wanted. We purchased an extra hour after our 2 hours had expired. By that time, there were hundreds of people and more waiting to get in.
Oh wow... what fun for my ten year old. $20 for one hour. Clip and climb, trampolines, and a small Ninja Warrior Course. My son is a huge fan of the show and finally got to try a course. He was the only one to beat the "warped wall." A fantastic place for kids and not at tourist trap prices in Pigeon Forge. Also a nice candy store attached. Shout out to the staff too. Young friendly attendants.
My children absolutely loved coming here. They loved jumping and getting to climb the walls. We also enjoyed the VR and game room. We will definitely be back next summer
Staff was PHENOMENAL!! This was our last stop of vacation, a great spot for the kids to let out their energy before the long road trip home! There was a great variety of options for them to do for one cost, ninja course, trampolines, rock walls galore, dodge ball and basketball. We did pay extra to do the VR game. Very clean environment. Highly recommend!!
This is a great place to take the kids for a day of fun. They have a nice selection of activities in their climbing arena, trampolines, basketball, dodgeball, and even a miniature American ninja warrior course. My kids had a blast!
Absolutely recommend this place. The guys had so much gun and the small Ninja Warrior section in the back was awesome to watch the guys try to master it and to see how hard it actually was.
Great place for kids.Nice area for parents to relax BUT very very very HOT. Uncomfortable to make you want to leave. They said 76 is what the thermostat set on and the manager cant get to it to lower it. Lol
Not much to do for the cost. This was the very first trampoline place we have ever been too and I don't think our kids have any disire to ever go to one again.
A good time if you're looking to kill an hour. The kids will have a good time. The staff is nice enough
It's an awesome atmosphere and just all round fun, the trampoline park is awesome and the climbing course is bada$$
My kids love this place
It's a good place.
All of the employees were so nice. It was very busy but we didnt stand in line for more than 5 minutes because the employees knew what they were doing! We got the one hour package but the kids had such a good time that we added a 2nd hour for them and my husband and I got an hour pass to jump with them. After our time was up a young man helped us start their new Virtual Reality system game and the kids loved it! 100% will go back and will start off with 2 hours!
I brought my whole family (3 adults 2 kids, 6&10) for a 5 day trip to Dollywood and to do some shows. This by far was worth every penny! From the moment we walked in the door the entire staff where amazing! Such hospitality and kindness is hard to find anywhere! The place was spotless from top to bottom and people were constantly cleaning. Bradley was such a pleasure to have with us and was so nice to our children. My son age 10 has Asperger's and for them to take the time to let her m enjoy his moment meant allot to my family. They had staff at every step to keep us safe and help in anyway. They where all about the kids and making sure they have fun but in a safe manner. I will 100% be back to do this again! Such a great place to visit!!! Thank you so much for such an awesome time!
Kids had a blast and Spencer was great!
The first time I've ever been with my five year old and he loved it a very safe environment they had a very educational video at the beginning plenty of supervision to make sure the little children or kept safe
One of the best times our family has experienced in a long time! Fun for all ages! Our 4 and 9 y.o. kids had a blast as well as my wife and I! So many different activities we couldn't get to them all, but we will be back!
Had a lot of fun here! Everyone was nice and helpful! Definitely a fun spot. My biggest issue was the prices. It was too expensive for the time and activities provided.
What a exciting place to take the kids, they had a ball
Nice place. Different activities than others we have been too. A little on the pricey side
Kids had an absolute blast! Enjoyed watching them do the Ninja course and wall climbing!! And decent arcade games to play while they jump. We will be back
When this place is busy I don't recommend, parents don't make their children obey the rules n neither do the employees! I saw 2 kids get hurt bc of it n more almost did bc of them not obeying. Granted some of the smaller ones prly didn't understand the safety video but isn't that the reason y their parents r with them, to explain what they should n should not do to prevent accidents?? And the new VR game is cool but when there's a line n each game is only 5 mins then the employee running it should stay at their post but not today! She kept walking away, n 2 times that we were waiting she didn't come back for a good 2 mins after the ppl playing were done n had already walked off. This trip I was extremely disappointed n very irritated at the fact that both of my kids almost got hurt bc of the neglect of other parents n employees "watching"
This was great. My teens said it is one of the best trampoline parks that they have been to. I liked the fact that it was more than just trampoline, there was a climbing section with many rock walls and climbing challenges, and none of that cost extra it was all included. My son loved the full Ninja Warrior course and the fact that it was an actual course with announcer and timer and button at the end. The place was neat and clean and my wife and I walked around for our own safety inspection first and we were impressed. It has obviously been well maintained, and the take safety seriously. Overall, it was great and i highly recommend it.
Took the kids while on vacation. Great place with lots to do and affordable.
My nephew seems to like going to TopJump more than he likes going to Dollywood. And your employees are very friendly and great with kids
We are having my sons birthday party here thank you sara for being so nice and for showing us around and for being so helpful answering all are questions can wait for the party.
Sarah was especially helpful and courteous when we visited.
My family and i had a wonderful time! It was perfect for my 5yo!
Really fun for kids. My boy loved it
$40 for my son and I for 1 hour. Basketball and dodgeball closed majority of the time. Water fountains are now in the arcade only on the other side of the building. We used to like this place and always made the extra drive to it.... but it's not worth it at all now.
The Fire and Ice ninja warrior course was great! So awesome that the buzzer sounds with smoke and all! Also great that the smaller wall was actually doable for kids! Nothing better than to work hard for something and get the payoff of the buzzer! But what sets this place apart from other trampoline parks I have been to is the staff! They not only watch closely to make sure everyone is safe but they actively engage with the kids! So refreshing to see! Thanks and good job Top Jump!
Took the grandkids and had a great time.
We've been here 3 times now, and our son has a total blast every time! The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and there's so much to do!
Very fun for kids but over priced. Also the teenage workers played with each other on their walkies instead of watching jumpers
Its great for litle kids
Really fun trampoline park!! Has a nice selection of trampolines, some hoops to dunk on, and a big air bag to try tricks on. And they have a neat Ninja course as well. The only thing I didn’t like was the touchscreen disclaimer you had to “read” and sign before you could go in.
My daughter loved the rock climbing the best. She says should have more rock walls. My son didn't care for it. Then again he is not athletic type. Friendly place.
You can't do anything as cheap as this! They are very respectfully and they watch to try and make sure your kids are safe! They love it and gets them off the video games and exercising! Couldn't ask for more!
Great place to bounce on trampolines, climb tower, and run Ninja course..
Great place for birthday parties.
My husband and I and a group of friends loved this place!! The staff was friendly and fun. We especially loved Bradlee!!
Went today with our three children. Our son wanted to try the ninja course and it was roped off. My husband went and asked an employee when/if it would reopen. She said in a couple of minutes. During that time the female employee and the male employee were standing there talking to one another beyond a couple of minutes and 15 minutes later the ninja course was open. I don't want to hear how many employees it requires, don't say a couple of minutes, stand there and chat, and employees just standing around aimlessly. Overall, our kids had a great time. But it was understaffed today.
This was a great park for my 8 year old and 5 month old. My oldest got to jump, play and enjoy the park. Several staff members played with him in areas and were super friendly!! The price was reasonable, and with a 2 dollar off coupon, we got the socks for free. For my youngest, there was an area for non jumpers where we did tummy time, crawled around and had fun while the oldest jumped. We just did the 1 hour package amd he had a blast!! Highly recommend
Took our 6 and 9 year old and they had a blast. Staff here was outstanding!! Recommend getting there when they open to reduce the crowd.
Awesome experience for my son he absolutely loved it we'll definitely be back.
Kids always have a blast here!
This place was amazing.. Loved that it had plenty for smaller children (1yr old)
So Worth It! we took our 3 year old son and it tired us all out after an hour! friendly staff and cool things to do! we will deffinately be coming back soon!
Had a great time jumping n playing. But would have been better to have had a longer time jumping considering the amount we was charged. But still a great place!
So fun for all ages!! Me and my boyfriend in our early twenties and both enjoyed this place so much! They also have a separate area for the smaller kiddos so you don’t have to worry about them being around the big kids (so much safer for them that way!)
Kids had a great time love this place
This place is pretty neat. They have an area of trampolines for Dodgeball. There's another area for basketball trampoline. It was fun to watch the Ninja challenge. And the girls liked arcade. Lots of neat rock climbing walls. It was just hard to get your rock climbing gear connected to the wire.
Nice place to go with your family Also big shout out to Andrew who works there, lost my phone and he went above and beyond to find it
This has always been fun and it got better when they added the climbing.
Went there in Father’s Day with my too sons. They had fathers for free which the only positive thing I can say. After jumping for ten minutes, we decided to do the fire and ice. Turns out it was closed for the day. I went to the counter to see if I could change from 2 to 1 hour and was told no. The girl told me they should have told me it was closed but nobody did. If we were told it was closed we would have only did an hour. Also I tried to get the tickets online but couldn’t get the free ticket to work. I called and was told to just come in. While the phone support was professional she never told me one of the main areas is closed. Finally before leaving we decided to do the VR. We had 3 people in our group and there was one child in front. We could do 4 people at once because on their VR systems were down. We had to wait 15 minutes while they let the single player go multiple times in a row. I won’t ever go back there again.
My children had a ball, also enjoyed your virtual reality game. Very adult friendly as well.
A good deal and the kids had a blast. With coupon it was 20 per kid for 2 hours of trampolines, ninja warrior courses, and rock wall climbing.
It was a nice place. Good for the kids to run off their energy. My kids had fun and I had a good time too.
My son just love this place
The ninja corse was so much fun!!! It was kinda pricey but was fun
Good, place, to wear, children, out. Clean area. All the information you need is on the website. Go ahead and do your wavier to jump before, you go, so you can go play faster.
Had never been to a trampoline place, so we had no idea what to expect, the staff were really good.
We had a lot of fun here. I think my kids enjoyed the climbing walls more than they did the trampolines. I feel like there was a lot to do. I appreciated that I didnt have to pay to go in with my kids. We would definitely go back.
It's a fun way to be with your family
Extremely entertaining place for the kids and a good way to wear them out! The fire and ice course is like American ninja warrior and the climbing arena is awesome! Fun, safe, not very expensive!!!! Money and time well spent.
We took the boys here for Spring break vacation. This was their first time visiting the facility. They spent a total of 2 hours 30 minutes here. There are a multitude of activities for the children. There is lazertag, trampoline basketball and a foam pit just to name a few. You will find arcades and food as well as a fairly decent sized candy shop. I was in jellybean heaven! Oh the flavors! I hid my treasure from the boys, they had to get their own!
So much fun..great place for hole family
My husband & I (no kids) really enjoyed our hour for the price. We played with the kids & everyone seemed to be really enjoying their time.
My kids loved it. Friendly staff. Great way to spend a rainy day!
If I could give a 0 star rating I would because me and 3 of my friends we are on vacation and where trying to have a good time and the workers closed everything down and did nothing but talk the whole time. We paid over 40 dollars and didnt get to do anything. It is honestly so sad
Was awesome for the kids. Not easily accessible sitting areas for the physically challenged. Otherwise it was a good experience.
This place is terrible in 2019 i went and the staff don't even watch you they just sit there and talk to the other staff members it is very unsafe when i went i broke my arm and i broke both bones in my arm and they didnt care they just stared it was soo bad i had to go to the emergency room i had to get surgery but the doctor stephanie was excellent and super nice and someone to look up to
My kids loved visiting here! My two year old had plenty to do in the toddler section! It kept her busy for two hours while my seven year old enjoyed all the other options for kids taller than 42”! The VR experience and candy shop were a bonus!! The only reason I rate four stars is because one of the staff was kind of rude when we were checking out in the candy shop, said she had had a long day. And they had a few songs that cursed! Other than that, amazing experience and we will definitely revisit!
Good, clean place. Beginning to mid level jumping, climbing, and VR
For kids to play, payment is enough. They extract too much information. Email, phone number, sex, where you live,age..seems .....very uncommon for kids play place
I really enjoyed the variety of things that you can do. There is a large area of trampolines, a dodgeball area with trampolines, a dunk area with trampolines, a large variety of rock climbing walls with challenges to make you work towards it, an arcade that looked kinda small, a vr machine with up to 4 co-op players, and a ninja course that was pretty fun. If you have kiddos or are looking for a place to spend a couple hours then it's definitely the place to go.
Lots of fun for the whole family
You pay by the hour, not expensive, great place for all ages
Kids, and I enjoyed it. We up here from Louisiana on vacation, and it's a most definitely places to bring the kids.
Very fun time for family and the kids. They have a ninja warrior section that is really cool. Definitely do the 2 hour pass.
It was fun, definitely very kid friendly. Arcade had pretty good games. Candy store was great! A bit expensive but theres a lot to do.
Kids had a blast, the Fire and Ice zone was cool and staff did a good job of encouraging people through the course. One woman even help my youngest through the beginning of the course. The climbing area had plenty to choose from. Will be back next time we're in town.
Great place to let the kids get rid of some built up energy
This place is truly the most fun place that we’ve visited in Pigeon Forge. We had a special request for our visit and Sarah helped us with our special needs like a professional. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely courteous! She accommodated our special request quickly and professionally. Me and my 3 grandchildren ages 13, 14 and 10 will return to this establishment regularly and we highly recommend it. Plenty of variety and play areas. The restrooms were bright and very clean. We did not eat while we were there but did purchase drinks. They also have a cold water fountain if you want to be frugal. The par-core/ninja obstacle course is AMAZING!! I just want to give Sarah a huge shout out and THANK YOU for your awesome assistance!
we are from florida and my children love it
Kids loved it! Highly recommend. Facility was clean and everyone was nice.
Kids loved this place, they need more seating for parent to sit and watch child
Awesome place. Perfect way for a child to burn off energy on a rainy day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Well worth the price.
My daughter went with her church group today, 3 of them left their money in a bag totaling $350, yes they should know better. While they were busy their money was stolen, They made a police report and when the video was reviewed my child said the only part that wasnt visible was when the money was stolen- there was a glitch and the only part of the video that had a glitch was when the money was stolen! So I would say IF you go do not take valuables in with you and it stinks now my child along with several others are hundreds of miles away without money and having to borrow until they get home. Sad sad but again I ask why is that the only part that wasn't visible was the theft and they did tell them at first that they would not be able to view the tape until next week but once the police arrived they allowed them to view the tape!
My kids love this place. It is reasonably priced and they have a ton of stuff for the kids and adults. A two hour jump gets you into everything they offer. Climbing course, ninja course, and multiple jump areas make this an easy win for parents.
It was incrediblely amazing! I highly recommend, it's for all ages who want to climb, bounce, game, and more!
Was fun but had rude staff. Didn’t seem to want to help and had gotten hurt in front of them and was ignored, but mostly fun experience
Our family had a blast! They jumped for an hour for a reasonable price and there were a lot of stuff to do. I like that they had massage chairs for the adults where you could sit and watch your kids jump but only one of them worked (which didn't bother me any). After our kids were done jumping, we played in the arcade for another hour! If your child is too small to jump on the main floor, they have a toddler area. Pretty cool place for all ages! We highly recommend!
My boyfriend and I love our trampoline park at home so we decided to try the one at our favorite vacation spot. We get there and nothing was open. The different "stations" around the facility was roped off and you had to ask the employees to even get in and they had to watch you. I understand that this is for safety purposes but unfortunately the young teenage employees did not pay attention and stood around talking to each other. They were goofing off. It really made us mad and it was not enjoyable. The price that we paid (which was for 2 hours) was not worth it when everything was closed. It would be a great facility if things were open and the prices were reasonable.
We had the best birthday for my grandson
My son Chayse love Top Jump.
Quick entry and lots of activities to do! Plus it was never crowded.
My kiddo had fun. Lots to do. Gets tons of energy out and doesn't break your wallet. Staff were nice and helpful. Would definitely recommended and go back again next time I'm in town.
It's a fun place for the most part. I had a problem with the pricing. The price board said $15.99 for an hour. Then at the bottom it was an additional 2.99 for the required socks. I ask the young lady behind the desk about that and she told me that they stopped charging extra for socks and that they are included with the price. The price rang up to $19 plus. I asked her what the additional $3 was for and she told me taxes. I took her word for it since it's a tourist town, but then looked at my receipt which showed a different price for entry. I do not appreciate being lied to. I do not enjoy giving two stars over what one employee says, but pricing should be transparent and I get the feeling that they were trained to say that to avoid irritated customers being charged additionally for socks. My recommendation would be have a price that includes socks, but then a discount if the customer brings their own. Transparency and integrity make a great business
Not the greatest trampoline place. The climbing walls were okay, but the harnesses are not female friendly. You pay good money and they are in your face for everything you do. You can't jump right, you cant jump while holding your child's hand. You couldn't pick up your child to put a basketball in the hoop, wasn't jumping, just wanted to lift her to put the ball in. The children's side is a joke, super small and not enough to accommodate a large group of children. To little of time for the price on virtual reality and not enough choices. This place needs some work and maybe it could get to a better status.
This place was cool and just right for my kid to get some energy out. The game area isn't as much an arcade as a points/ticket style activity. The VR game was really neat when it was working but I kept having to chase the teenage boy down in the middle of the game when it would glitch or lose connection to the controllers. Only 3 out of 4 of the VR player stations were working during our visit... Couldn't leave without some of the candy though!
Great place for kids these days since most think its a punishment to go outside and play anymore. Wish we had something like this growing up when tthe weather was bad. Kids had a blast and it wore them out good.
Building was clean. Organized.
Great place to have family fun.
Excellent place clean reasonably priced and lots to do! Fun time!
Good spot to take kids and let them run till they drop
The staff were all friendly and doing a great job of trying to keep everyone safe. It seemed kept up and my daughter loved it.
It was a blast love everything about it
My 2 year old absolutely loved this place ! So much fun for her and I'm so thankful for a closed off area for smaller children away from the bigger kids with just as much fun for them !
This is a great place if you have a group. Not so much for one kiddo.
Lots of fun, the wall climbing is cool and well done, only thing is I wish there were more trampolines but there is definitely enough.
Soooooo Understaffed!!!!! At the ticket counter there was only one girl running the tickets, consession, virtual reality and arcade! And in the back there were only three employees! Alot of things were closed because of this, PLEASE hire more staff!!!!!
Great place for kids to burn off energy.
This is a great place for all the family to enjoy.
It was so much fun throughout the whole entire hour. My brothers and I had a ball with the new ninja course, Fire and Ice. The Trampoline Park was very fun and I loved the wall climbing. Thank you for making our day and for the rest of our lives. I hope we can come back next year.
We had such a blast we had a 6yr old and a 5 yr old. They both loved the freedom of running and jumping into foam pits without any fear. A sure fire way wear your kids out. Total the kids cost like 40 $ for both kids to jump and do the obstacle course for one hour
This place really wasn’t that great. Most trampoline parks have way more and that surprises me with their amazing location.
daughter loved this. attraction. Except if you get the 2 hour run you have no time out for break. the VR game was exceptional.
the place is really cool but i have two big complaints.first is this is a place for kids, for young kids but there is always lots of high school age kids and college age kids in there in groups jumping around making it to where the actual kids cant hardly play and jump.so your there trying to let your children play and jump and they are having to stand aside while ten 17-20 yr olds hog all the space and prevent them from playing.Put an age limit on the jump area.what person that age should even want to go do something meant for little kids, thats pathetic.Top Jump needs to address this issue. Also the staff is mostly nice but they are to strict on the kids to many rules and limits
Great place to go to. Guy at the front was absolutely great!!!! Had a great time there with my family during vacation. Will definately go again!!!
