I went to this place when it had recently opened. I thought it was great, until I found out that I had money stolen off my card. Yup! Our waitress helped herself to a tip on my card! I talked to management and there solution? "Come back in and we can refund your money on a play card." What a joke! We NEVER went back after that!

The lanes are so small compared to the bar area and arcade. The bar wasn't that knowledgeable about mixed drinks. The snack bar was minimal. Only reason it gets a three star is because the arcade was dope and there was alcoholic drinks. My friends are easily amused. The wait was so long we never bowled so I dont know how good the lanes were.

Cool place for kids and teens. It's even cool for adults. I wish there were more lanes to bowl. If you don't catch the lanes early there's a wait, especially on the weekends of course. Laser tag is fun. My son and his friends had to take a break in between their games because they were tired. The bumper cars area is small and may be entertaining to younger kids. My interaction with the staff was cool. Everyone spoke, nothing really stood out. The food in the restaurant was ok. I didn't like the spinich and artichoke dip. I tasted sweet and was too runny. The manager comped it so that was good. I recommend and we'll be going back.

A wonderful experience for adults, children, and the young at heart. Laser Tag, Bowling, Escape Rooms, Arcade games, food and drinks, all under one roof. Customer service is indeed a lost art and the staff of Stars and Stripes all have black belts in it.

This was an absolutely horrible experience for me and my friends. We sat down to eat at the “grille” & no one greeted us. We waited over 30 minutes just to get drinks. The service was horrendous and we will never be going back. Very poor staff & highly under trained when it comes to restaurant service. This was the worst experience we have ever had at ANY restaurant. McDonald’s would have been better.

During my time at Stars and Strikes I experienced poor service and racial discrimination. I waited over 45 minutes for service twice and when helped I was talked to as if I did something wrong. I will never return to this facility and I pray that nobody receives the service and treatment that I did. It was beyond disrespectful and made me realize that racism can be found anywhere.

Went here for my daughter's birthday but due to it being so expensive to have a party there, I just put some credits on a card for her and let her go crazy in the arcade area. She had a blast and didn't want to go home. She played laser tag and almost every game there. For it being so busy most of the time they keep it very clean. The people that work there are great and are willing to help with whatever you need. I've not had any negative issues with them thus far. It's a great place to take your family or get co-workers together for a night out.

My friends and I really liked this place! There was a variety of games to play, the bar tender let me sample some beer before making a purchase and bowling is always fun! We had reserved a space, and it was ready on time. Every person we dealt with was professional and nice.

1st time I went was just completely confused. I spent over $60 for what I thought was for the whole area, oh nope, it was arcade only then I had to spend another $45 for the rest of the area like bumper cars, etc...Then you have 2 cards with 2 kids, me and a total of 6 cards. There should be someone e at the door explaining this mess. The food was expensive, service was so slow. I'm not sure if I'll return. You can go to the Smyrna Bowling Alley for way more cheaper and just as much fun. I guess if I had someone else to drive, EVERYTHING would have been ok if maybe I had a few beers in me, maybe beer goggles. Too bad, expecting more organized.

GOOD BYE DAVE&BUSTERS!!!!! This place is awesome. If you would have blind folded me before walking in I would have thought I was at a new location of D&B. The facilities were very clean AND THE GAMES ACTUALLY WORK!!!! The bowling alley is very nice and organized, and the VIP options are very nice. I cannot wait to come here again and try out the laser tag or escape game. For years I’ve made the hour drive from Murfreesboro to D&B but NO MORE! Whether it be for social gatherings, sporting events, or date night, this is my new go to location. The pricing is very friendly. My only “complaint” is that the food was a little bland. It could have been the dish I had so I will opt to try something different on my next visit.

We bought the unlimited package for our 2 grand kids, but the unlimited for bowling was as many games you could bowl in 1 hour. They where short staffed during the middle of the day on Friday. Looks like they have value deals to off set the normal high prices. May come back but not very often.

An hour to get food! There was only 4 tables including ours waiting. Waitress never checked on us. Fights constantly! Kids running with NO supervision! If I go back it'll be to play games or Lazer tag. No hope for bumper cars. No one was ever there to let us ride! It was our first time there and quite possibly our last!

The food is incredible and definitely not what you would expect from a bowling alley. Yhe staff was all beyond helpful. The arcade is freaking huge and the lanes are very nice. They also have various bowling games you can choose to play. I do wish they had more leagues but they are a new bowling alley so they are working on that. I will definitely be back and hope in the future to try their escapology rooms or laser tag area.

It was okay for my first experience-- The layout was a bit confusing at first but other than that, I had fun. I really thought it would be bigger and had more arcade games to play-- especially for the younger peers. My baby cousin, who's four, was quite limited on playing certain things because they were normally for the older kids. As I said, It's definitely not a bad place-- Maybe just overrated.

Cool environment, nice bar. Went on a Sunday evening and it was pretty packed. Couldn't get a bowling lane because of wait times so just played arcade games. The kid had fun. The stuff you can trade your tickets for is all junk for the most part but that's how it usually is. Cool place to take the family and have a beer.

Wonderful place even to take small kids late at night. We have been several times with young kids and there are always officers there all the time so nothing crazy goes on. It has been very enjoyable every time we go. We drive from Murfreesboro and it's well worth it! If you haven't gone yet you should go. They have $0.99 bowling on Wednesdays too and special deals every day of the week. It's a family owned company too. Everyone on the staff I have had to speak with is always very nice and helpful. Another perk is they always fill up the arcade games if they go low!

By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. Took almost 2hrs to get food, we did have a large party but 2 hrs? Really? Manager tried to take care of it by offering 4 $5 game cards. At this point we decided we were never coming back.

This place had a lot of fun activities to do for just about every age group. Some of the arcade games cost more in points than what they're worth which was disappointing but overall the arcade game area was fun. The bowling was fun-I would recommend spending the extra $1.50 to upgrade to the VIP bowling as it's more private and just overall better. One thing I would not recommend at Stars and Strikes is the food. It was very mediocre--not terrible but not good either. It was way overpriced for what you got. At a table of 6 people, 4 of us got our food about 10 minutes before the other 2 did and everyone was disappointed in the quality of the food. I would highly suggest eating somewhere else before you come in here.

Our family had a "Day of Fun" here just to spend time together and get out of the house (winter months). It was a really good time! Something for everyone to enjoy, food was way better than we expected, server was good as well and even the security guard and my uncle were joking around about whose football team would win (there was a game on while we were there). Overall a fun place and nice atmosphere. We will be back next month!

Took my three daughters here, started off by paying for bumper cars walk over to bumper cars and it is being worked on so we sat and waited 30 minutes I finally get it going. So the girls wanted to play some games went and bought a $20 game card swiped it on the Skee-Ball machine thought it didn't register swiped again no balls go back up to the register the man they put the credits back on there. Next we go up to one of the machines we swipe it and a guy immediately runs up to us and says don't do anything it's stuck back to the register for a refund. Okay so then we go to one of the shooting games swipe the card twice and it only registers once but charges me twice... Back to the register I go for a full refund at this point we have been here an hour.. They get a manager who precedes to come out and tell me it's store policy not to give a refund... I notified him of our bad experience and that all the games we have tried to play our broken.. he then has the nerve to tell me and maybe I've made some mistakes and to go try again. Now I'm boiling red I take the card pass it to him and tell him keep the credits I'll never return. Save yourself the bad experience of these overpriced broken machines take your kids to Chuck-E-Cheese everything works and the prices are pretty good.

Stars and Strikes is newly open in Smyrna TN and has been a go to place for me whenever I visit. They always have great deals on bowling and deals on arcade games. It is a spacious place and each designated area of the venue (bowling, arcade, dining, bar etc.) is moderately sized. Good for hosting parties. Their wings and multiple sauce options are my favorite. Late night menu is cheap and plenty of options for drinks.

First time being here and it was for my daughter's 6th birthday party. Our hostess Alex was amazing and did a wonderful job coordinating everything and running the itinerary for the time we had booked for her party. Including pizza, drinks, bowling, laser tag, and bumper cars for 10 people and game cards and it was decently priced for everything. I couldn't find much fault or much to complain about considering everything that we did but I didn't try everything they had to offer. Would definitely recommend checking this place out.

This place has horrible customer service. All the employees looked lost as if it was there first day on the job. Employees have horrible customer skills, not once did I hear them say please or thank you. I spent 2 hours here tonight watching employees literally just walk around doing nothing. I went to get some food from the “restaurant” and all the waiters and waitress were lounging around eating french fries, after sitting for more than ten minutes and still haven’t been waited on I had to walk away. While I was bowling I ordered some wings and a beer. I ate all ten of my wings before they brought me my beer. This place was so much cooler when it was KMART.

Our Baseball team 12U had a great time. Tuesday night is unlimited arcade. Lasar tag is awesome. Reasonable pricing per guest. I gave a 4 instead of 5, the restuarant needs customer service work. Our server was great but he had the whole dining area. The cooks were slow. The food we ordered was hot and good. Waited to long.

As one that travels with a special needs son, appreciate the family the family restroom. Only negative I have is the one lady at the counter that was super moody and snappy (maybe she was having a bad day, idk) but all the other employees were very nice. We had a good time.

My husband and I held my son's 9th birthday party at Stars and Strikes. We purchased the MVP party package for 10 children. That included 2 large cheese pizzas and 3 pitchers of soft drinks with free refills, you have multiple food options to choose from, 2 hours of bowling, laser tag, bumper cars and a $10.00 video game card for each child. This package did not include the party room. I actually preferred not having a party room because it gave us more time to bowl. I recommend that if you purchase a party package to remind your guests to be on time so they can enjoy all of the entertainment in the package. We all had a wonderful time. I would recommend Stars and Strikes to all my family and friends. I would also consider having another party there. It's also a great place for work parties or church groups.

Can be pricey, but definitely worth going to. There is an escape room located here, make sure you ask about the difficulty of each room though because when I went I was not told that the room I picked was the hardest room with a 1/10 chance of escaping. The bowling is awesome if you go during the weekend, around 10 or 11 you can do the unlimited bowling til closing at 2 for about $15 a person(shoe rental included).

Pretty neat place inside and a good concept. Lots of kids so you kind of have to pick your times if you have an adult group. The food and the facilities are nice and the people are fairly friendly. Service can be very slow though. We upgraded to the VIP area hoping to have better service, but still had to go find or ask for service multiple times. The food was very good, especially the nachos!

My kid loves to play here. Many options for children to enjoy themselves at a decent price. Decided to check the restaurant out today, never again. Waited 10 minutes to be seated (the place was nearly empty). Waited an additional 15 minutes to be greeted and place an order for food and drinks. Only to wait an additional 12 minutes to receive my water. Order was wrong but no one came back to check so that was unpleasant.

I came in with a friend to eat and visit with each other. We started at the restaurant area and sat at a booth for over 15 minutes with servers walking past us. No one said “hello” or “I’ll be with you in a minute“, instead we seemed to be getting avoided. We got up from there, since we clearly weren’t getting any service, and we went to the bar area. Again, we sat down and no one spoke to us there. Servers passed us up and not even one of them asked if we needed anything. We sat for 20 minutes while watching other tables around us being served. At this point I’m feeling some sort of way and typically I would’ve just left the establishment but I had drove so far to meet my friend I decided to just sit there. We got the attention of a manager and explained what we had been through and she gave us a free pretzel

It was my first time visiting this place and I gotta say the area is huge. I was surprised that they had a lot of stuff inside the bowling alley. Mostly I just went to the arcade area and just played random games. The machines were mostly average but I did notice there was no ddr or guitar hero machines so I was kinda upset about that but it was alright I just had fun. Next time I gotta try the bowling part. Friendly people,good customer service, and the atmosphere is amazing. Plus I ended up going home with these prizes and candy.

Awesome place, lots of fun stuff to do from laser tag, escape rooms, video and family games, to (of course) bowling. They also have good food in the restaurant and a bar for adults. Great for birthday parties.

If you like electronic games in a Vegas atmosphere this is your place. It's expensive to play, hard to tell what you're spending on games, and staffed by youngsters that don't have a clue about what they're offering or frankly much of anything else! I was not impressed... But apparently it's okay with a lot of folks because it was definitely busy!

I can't believe the experience I had. My entire party ate and bowls before I ever saw a drink or food. The waitress didn't order mine and forgot ,the manager claimed he ordered it and after 45 additional mins it finally came. The initial server was rude but the server in vip was awesome . unfortunately he was the only good part. When the food came it was cooked so hard I could barely chew. I wanted to bring my kids to this place but I have to second guess it .

We waited over an hour to get our food. Then after we got our food, had to wait another 15 minutes to get silverware and napkins to actually eat our food(which we requested 3 times). Waitress was extremely rude and didn't smile, didn't say thank you, have a nice day, nothing. After being there for over an hour and a half, we finally were able to leave after we requested our bill. Will never come here again. Food wasntw anything special either.

Great experience with all new equipment. This is located in the old K-Mart building. You can spend most of the day bowling a few games, playing laser tag and then the games. I wish I could recall the manager's name because she was awesome!
