Short version: I definitely recommend! Great for kids of all ages, affordable, excellent indoor activity option for a rainy or super hot day, clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Convenient location near back roads, shopping and several restaurants. **Make sure to register and complete your "waivers" online before you arrive to save TONS of time! Having to wait in line to use their computers to do waivers for everyone in your party can take a while depending on how busy they are and I can assure you that your kids will be bouncing off the walls begging you to hurry hurry hurry since they can see all of the fun from the registration desk

Every vacation we visit most of the trampoline parks in the area. This is one of the best we have ever visited. Wonderful mix of activities for all age ranges. Really was able to wear this kid's out with a two hour jump pass. They do offer military discount. We will be returning to this one next time we are here for vacation. The boys and I loved this place. A bit pricey but worth the fun. 80$ bucks for 3 of us to jump and play. They also have a ninja course for all you ninja warrior fans. Its a lot harder than you think. Definitely worth bringing the kids and letting them bounce out some energy!!!

The parking lot was so full it looked like we would have to wait but we did not. Quick easy sign up at the waiver station and $47 later our 5 and 7 year old had 2 hour passes to do whatever they wanted including the ninja warrior course! They had a blast and enjoyed the multiple different trampolines and foam pits. They have a balance beam and a rope swing! This is the best trampoline Park I've ever been to and we've had our kids to MANY different ones. There was plenty of staff always around and they were very nice and attentive to our needs. Our oldest got hit in the face with a dodgeball and knocked his glasses off, she quickly ran and grabbed ice for him and made sure he was OK. Definitely highly recommend this place for inexpensive fun and a AMAZING place to let kids burn off some energy.

This is where ninjas get started. It's a big place for kids to run around and jump and hop and test their mettle. Also great for big kids and those who are kids at heart. Had a ton of fun here on the obstacle course. The staff is great, very well trained and all in good spirits. Loved this place.

First time visiting a place like this, my 7yo and I had so much fun. They have a legit Ninja warrior course! Quad steps, swinging rings, moving monkey bars, spider jump, and the Curved Wall. There's a Jr course too, over a foam pit that she had a blast trying, but most of her time was on the 2 story big course. The trampoline section was a ton of fun, but a little hard on my rickety old knees. We did a gladiator battle over the pit, jumped off floors and walls, then played a couple rounds of dodgeball in one of the two enclosed arenas. There's also a little kids climbing area with a safe cargo net section and video floor and things. There's tons of viewing areas for non-participants to watch and record, upstairs or in the middle of the whole thing. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place as it's one of the most thorough and thought out places I've ever been to.

We payed for an hour and my boys were completely worn out afterward. There were so many things to do in here. The only negative is the kids that are turned loose and parents not watching. An older child was picking on smaller children the whole time we were there.

I wasn't sure because we are local and we've been to the other trampoline parks. This was by far a much better experience. They offered us a local discount. They were friendly. And most of all the limit how many people can jump at a time. It was busy but not over crowded. This will be our place from now on!

Ninja course wasn’t working, but they don’t tell you when you pay. I have never seen so many staff sitting around doing absolutely nothing. I have seen four staff do nothing but visit with each other for the entire two hours we were there. Staff make no attempt to engage the customer. We will not return.

Sevier Air Trampoline and Ninja Warrior Park was great! The employees were awesome! There are three separate levels to the park The main level is full of trampolines, ninja warrior style obstacle courses, and a multilevel net tower. The upper level has an observation area for spectators. The lowest level has a snack bar and small child play area.

My kids enjoyed this place. We purchased the 2 hour pass but my kids were exhausted after one hour. We did stay the whole time. The water fountain was downstairs and all the play area was upstairs. This made it difficult for my kids. Overall it was lots of fun.

Went for a birthday party. Had a great time kids loved it. The people that worked there were awesome! Kind to the kids and us adults too! The only downfall of this place is if you have multiple small children is that it would be so easy for them to slip out a door as there is no one blocking the door; which I know my kid my responsibility but anyone with small kids know they are FAST! So just as a safety precaution I think they should have someone at the door to help. Anyways enough of that it was a great time and good for all ages!

On a recent trip to Dollywood and the Pigeon Forge area, we spent one afternoon visiting at the trampoline park. The kids loved it and did not want to leave but there is many things for you to do in that area. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and I think the price was reasonable. When we left there we went to Fuddruckers to eat.

I had only been to one trampoline park in another state previously and was NOT impressed (specifically because of over-strict rules that kept me from being near my 3 year old while he was jumping.) This place here was AMAZING. The GM was so friendly and personable. His son, Chandler, knew his stuff on the rock wall. The blonde girl working the counter (she was dresses as a disco-chick for Halloween today) was very friendly and helpful. We went on a weekday while other kids were in school so we had the run of the place. I love the ninja warrior course for big kids and adults. The smaller one is fun also for smaller kids but I wish they would expand it a bit. The climbing wall was fun but small with basically only one way up. I love jow there are couches and chairs and benches all over the place for adults who are just watching. I can't comment on what the staff coverage is like or if the lines get long for some of the activities when they are crowded but I was just really pleased today and will be back. They also offer a great home school rate as well as local discount so be sure to ask if you qualify for either of those. The bathrooms were also super clean and the party area large. I liked the climbing net a lot and that it was good for all ages. I would like to see the toddler area at the bottom have some more activities as well as have a baby gate that closes it in. This is a feature I have seen at other indoor play areas and it makes life easier to sit and play with a toddler if they can't run off!

Great time, the kids loved it. We went shopping where they had to be still so this was their time to get the wiggles out. The staff was super friendly, the facility was clean, and the massage chairs for the parents were good too! Food wasn't bad, reasonably priced, the kids kept asking to go back. Adventure for the whole family! They have several different activities. So much so that we never actually made it to the trampolines. We spent most of the time in the ninja course. It's by far the best ninja course in East Tennessee! We had a pricing issue, but the staff-manager took care of it. Great customer service! I would highly recommend a visit here. My group of seven loved it. The only thing I would say to management would be to turn the audio-radio down a bit or hang the speakers from the ceiling. That was the only complaint from the kids.

Went to Sevier Air mainly to let my kids do the ninja warrior course. Other than the guy at the counter who helped us check in, I did not see another employee in the ninja warrior course or in the trampoline area at all the whole hour we were there. There was no instructions of where to start or how to time yourself in either warrior course. No employee to help or guide them through. And as a parent I couldn't see on the top level what was even up there to guide them on what to do. No employee watching the area at all unless they were watching from a chair in a backroom on camera. My girls got bored fast and this has never happened at a trampoline park before. Take your kids to Top Jump if you want a better experience and more involved staff to make it fun.

My wife and I took our 10 yr.old daughter here while we were spending a few days in Pigeon Forge,Tenn. My daughter had an absolute blast jumping on the various kinds of trampolines that this place had to offer. This jump park is a "MUST" if you have children who love to bounce, jump or flip.

Unlike some other trampoline parks I've been to they had a dedicated American Ninja Warrior section and also had another trampoline set that was incorporated with a video game where you actually jump in the game. They also included socks with the price of admission. It was one of the more safe places I've been with workers well positioned in all sections.
