Great place to come and have a good time and cool off from the heat. We brought our youth group and everyone had a wonderful time tubing and playing in the snow. Everything was perfect. The staff is wonderful and helped making our time at Pigeon Forge Snow a joyous winter experience. Thanks for a great time in a Winter Wonderland when it's 100 degree outside
The staff was amazing and so helpful! Me and my 9 year old daughter had so much fun. Definitely recommend!!
We LOVE coming to Pigeon Forge Snow! It’s the perfect attraction for any age and for any type of weather! It’s so affordable! We are so looking forward to coming back and snow tubing, and letting our toddler play in the snow area! :) HIGHLY recommend!
This was a great attraction! Fast tubing, no waiting when we went, got to slide many times!!
Best time ever. Can't wait 2 go back. I wish we had one in Nashville.
Good fun place especially on a rainy day or you have bad weather would recommend it more for kids older than 6 years old maybe six year old boys but my six year old girl was scared on the slides. She and my 4 yr old had a blast in the play area with the snow but the slides were a little too much. I personally had a blast on the slides.
My favorite activity is the large snow slide. Besides that, the only thing u can do is throw snowballs at one another. It's the knot place I know of where you can throw a snowball during the heat of the summer in the south.
This was the most fun we had in Pigeon Forge!!! Our daughter has Down Syndrome and the staff was so professional !!! Definitely we will do this again!
First time, and it was a blast. Prices are reasonable, and the staff was very helpful. I was incredibly hslesitant for my 3yo to tube by herself, since the had stopped the double tubing for safety reasons. But, the operator (tall guy, beard, tattoos on his arms) at the top assured me kids her age, and younger, enjoyed it all the time. He talked to her like a pro, stayed calm, and made it fun. She had a blast and we stayed for an hour. Side not: the prices were very reasonable, too.
Our family enjoyed the snow-tubing, especially the kids. I would recommend skipping the snow play area. It was ok - but extremely hard and slippery.
Fun fun fun! Four stars because they give you an hour but you only get 4-5 rides if it's busy. They only had 6 lanes open so the lines were looonnnngggg!
Staff is extremely rude. Would talk to you like there in the military. Would forcefully grab your arm and scan it. One lady said they wouldnt let her wait for her kids.
One of the best things we did during our stay
Ok, so our kiddos had fun on the tubes. We were going to let them play in the snow but the play area was closed. This wasn't mentioned on the website that the play area was going to be closed. The tube coverings were a bit dirty but I suppose that should be expected when that many people are using the same ones. I don't know if they've never been cleaned but again, there were a lot of people there when we were there. The temperature in the building was pretty warm, but then again, the fact that it was 98 degrees outside might have had something to do with it. Anyway, I'm sure your little ones and "big ones" will have fun on the tubes and maybe when you get there, the play area will be open for the ones that only want to play in the snow.
So much fun!! The staff are super friendly! Great fun for the whole family
Good idea seems new kids enjoyed it
My daughter enjoyed this, but there was only four lanes open and the wait got to be pretty long, which stinks because you pay by the hour and sit in line most of your hour.
A lot of fun! I wore slides, I reccomend tennis shoes.
So much fun for the whole family. Definitely worth the money. First time I've ever played in the snow without freezing!
We had a blast my daughter loved it that was her 1st time I've been snow tubing one other time.
My older kids kids loved it (pre teen). I think for what it is the cost was reasonable. My only suggestion would be to have a 30 minute plan instead of the 60 minute only for the tubing. I had one small child (5) that enjoyed it for about half the time and then didn't want to do it anymore. I would even suggest a plan that has only 1 time just to see if the kids enjoy it or if it's too extreme for them.
So much fun, we couldn't make it to the mountains for real snow and this was the next best thing. My daughter loved it, the snow play area and the slides. Love that they take pictures which you can purchase.
This is an awesome indoor activity that is worth the price and is fun for the whole family. Not an exaggeration on that, there were 80 year old ladies going down the snow covered slide. Take this over any of the outdoor activities with the long lines any time. Also this place is super close to The Island so its close to great food and shops too.
Great place to have fun. Staff was great and things ran smoothly.
Had a blast at this place. The staff was very friendly and the kids and adults both enjoyed tubing. Fun for all ages! Only complaint was that this place has not been open long, and already a few lanes were not running, so the upkeep is not so great. It got crowded halfway thru our house, and only 4-5 lanes were open while we were there...would have been much better if all the lanes were open.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Building is clean as well as the bathrooms. Has a conveyor to take you to the top. Has an upstairs viewing area. I have been several times and never had a bad experience. fun for the whole family.
So much fun!!! Only complaint...open all the lanes. They had 4 lanes open when we went so the wait time was longer.
Highly recommend. Very fun, and the staff was awesome. Extremely accommodating and helpful to our mobility impaired members of the group. If you go, be sure you ask Cricket to give you a spin.
Had so much fun, the employee named Cricket was very helpful and awesome
AWESOME!!! I must admit, I was skeptical but our family had an absolute FANTASTIC time!!! Highly Recommend!!!
The staff was completely awesome! They made my 1st time visit phenomenal! I will def come back!
Fun, but the older kids got a little bored of going up and down the same hill. Would have been nice to have different types of hills. The younger ones loved it!
Tons of fun. Not too crowded on spring break. Still a bit of a hidden gem. When crowd is not bad you can get about 20 tubing runs in an hour.
It’s a very nice place for little kids and it’s definitely fun tubing there. The snow is very realistic and we all enjoyed it. However, the lines and the prices make the fun seem a little not worth it. The prices are high, and the lines go all the way outside and its very cold to wait. The atmosphere is very friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend going there because it’s definitely not worth its price.
My mother-in-law bought our group one hour of tubing. I was a little nervous, but that went away the first trip down the slope. The escalator makes it easy to get up to the top, just remember to lean forward when boarding. There are ramps at the top where you get loaded on the tube and they let go and you slide down the hill. My mother-in-law enjoyed going down the slope and she's 72 years old. Fun for the whole family. The temperature of the building is wonderful. It's actually refreshing, even my sister-in-law who is constantly chilled was comfy while sledding. We are all wearing shorts and sandals. Oh, and if you need help getting up off the tube, they have someone to help you back on your feet.
Had fun, the snow play could be better not enough snow to actually play and make snowman as advertised. Fun place for kids and adults.
Pretty cool place we took my sister-in-law and brother-in-law and kids when they came up to visit we had a blast
Our first time visiting & returned for day 2!! Great set up, very fun and stay dry most of time!!
Love this place. Got about 6 runs down the hill for the hour of time paid for. Try to hit it when they are not crowded and you will get double the runs down the hill. We will return next time we are in town
Very well designed place and everyone had a blast!
So much fun. Will be back for sure!
Great place! It was easy and fun for our whole group 3-50 years!
It was a great way to surprise the kids on a very hot July day. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the slopes were crazy fast! Our allotted hour literally flew by.
We loved Pigeon Forge Snow so much that we visited two days in a roll! Great price and even friendlier staff. The staff made my children's two days that the "awesome days of our lives", my children said. Pigeon Forge Snow will most definitely be a destination place when we return to Pigeon Forge!
Great family fun for our group and we ranged in age 6 to 90 years old. We did miss William's smiling face from past visits. The 72 and 90 year old loved it but did not ride the entire hour. I recommend buying on line and skipping the snow play not worth the extra cost for our group.
Goes fast!!! Our 13 and 14 year old boys LOVED it!
This place is definitely worth the money. The manager Zack is awesome and all the staff is friendly. Definitely will be back
So much fun! Would definitely recommend. We plan to go again on our next trip. Buy tickets online to save some $.
We arrived on July 3rd at 6:00pm. and they were not busy. This business looks great and the kids had a blast. They conveyor belt that took the kids to the top of the hill worked well. The reason I am giving a 3 out of 5 star review is because of the amount of wait my kids had. They have 12 snow lanes available but was only running 4 lanes and they had 2 additional lanes that had fresh snow on them but didn’t have them opened up for some reason. Everyone had to wait 15-18 minutes in between slides down the snow hill. I am really disappointed in the lack of preparation for a BIG holiday week. With all the attractions there are in Sevier County, not sure if we will be back...
A lot of fun. Some lanes could be rough for some people. Can get very busy.
This is a neat place that provides a good hour of indoor fun on a hot day. A bit pricy but I would still recommend!
Loads of fun. Family friendly place . Kids loved it. Staff was friendly and constantly checking if things were okay .
My kids had a great time. Reasonably priced.
Make sure you read the rules before you pay as there is a no refund policy! We learned the hard way!
We were on vacation to the Pigeon Forge area. This was our first visit. We were planning on going to the island and it started raining. So a change of plans lead us to the Snow Tubing and it was a blast. Very unique, the first we had ever seen. Highly recommended if you need a good indoor activity or if you want to try something new. We plan on coming back to Pigeon Forge in the future and will certainly be back to tube some more.
So much fun. Indoor shoes tubing even when it's 100 degrees outside. Fun for all ages. Our youngest rider was 4 the first time we went and our oldest was 59.
Awesome place. Great people that you can tell enjoy their jobs. Great place for kids and adults alike. It will bring the kid out in you!! This is a must if you are in the area!!!
Great way to entertain the family especially on a hot summer day. Groupon made it very reasonable but don't waste time buying snow play time. It's too hard to really play in. The tubing is where you get your money's worth.
You do not get your money’s worth. Only 4 out of 12 lanes open, staff at the bottom on cell phone so he is not getting people out of the area quickly so people can come down. People at the top are too busy running their mouths instead of pressing the button to send tubes down.
A little pricy. I don't recommend the "snow play" it wasn't worth it, the snow was just to hard and compacted to play in. The tubing was amazing though!!
Great fun with a big group or just for a family. Must feel amazing on a hot summer day but tonight was a blast too. Sledding was not a work out as they have a moving walkway that takes you up. The sledding is really fast and a bit of a thrill but feels very safe and the crew does a great job keeping it safe.
We had so much fun during our visit. We went tubing and we loved it. There's always a line but is worth the wait. I felt like a kid again. Just look at my video and you'll understand lol
We loved it so much fun where any age can be a kid again
Super fun cold time slatt
My 5 year old LOVED this place. Well worth the money. The staff was amazing in helping her with her tube and up to the top. I do wish this place had automatic photography so you would be guaranteed a good picture of them tubing. They have employees taking the photos by hand every 30 minutes. The souvenir photo was alittle pricey so we passed on getting it. My little one wanted us to go back but it just wasn't on our agenda to be able to go back. I would suggest this place to all age people.
We payed for an hour of tubing and 30 minutes of snow play. We should have just payed for tubing as the kids didn't like the way the "snow" felt. Your hour starts when you go up the line for the first time. If it's really busy you won't get as many trips down the snow as you will spend the majority of your time waiting in line. We will definitely visit again though.
FUN! Wasn't expecting alot out of this place. Was like ohh ok an indoor sledding place. Well it was really fun. The sledding is great and you fly down those ramps.. and to go back up you ride a belt back up. You buy time per hour and they give you a wrist band to wear, it keeps up with how much time is left. You can also just play in the snow in one area.
Our family spent about two hours here during vacation in Pigeon Forge. My 4yo and 16yo sons loved tubing! My 1yo toddler didn't care much for the snow play area since he didn't have gloves, but he enjoyed watching his older brothers go down the snow slides. We spent $78 for 3 people to go tubing and 1 to play in the snow play area. I had a discount coupon to take $6 off everything.
Went today and we absolutely loved it! Yes, there was a little wait as they keep it under max capacity. Which is amazing! Not overly crowded inside. Plus they give an amazing 25% off for military! Definitely worth the money.
I really enjoyed this place. The only downside is that we only got to slide like 5 times for $15 each.... I have never been snow tubing before, and this was a FAST ride, fun for the family, and the staff were super nice.
A must place to take your kids. They will love it. We were lucky and got there when they weren't real busy and our granddaughter got to go down ten times. She loved it.
This was brand new for us this year and we all absolutely loved it, no matter what age you or your family are, there is enjoyment for everyone. We absolutely had a blast and definitely will be coming back again soon. Great Job!!!!
Cool place :)....really didn't like that they didn't supply gloves for the kids, and are charging $5 for they cheap gloves they sell.
The tubing is fun. The play area for the little ones that's called snow, is not fun at all its ice so everyone was slipping and no snow to play with because it's all stuck together as ice.
So fun! Very impressed with the safety protocols in place. Buying more passes for family coming in August!
Great place for indoor tubing. They're a little slow with opening up all the lines...seems like they try to get by with as few as possible. We were able to go 4 times in an hour. Other than that, a lot of fun and not too awful cold inside.
Pigeon Forge Snow is a great idea that seems to still be in the works. Some of the drywall is unfinished in the snow play area and I think the snow play area could use some snow toys. There’s a sign that prohibits snowballs which is understandable, but there’s not a whole lot for smaller kids to do in the snow play area. The tubing itself is great! We went on a Monday around 6:30 and rarely had to wait. I’d guess in an hour, my 8 year old went down the slide around 20 times easily. Definitely worth visiting for older kids or fearless younger kids!
Awesome place. My kids and I went down the slide about 15 or more times. Worth every penny!
O what fun we had! This place rocks. Very nice indoor snow tubing for the family. It's a must see while in Pigon Forge
It was fun, but probably wont do it again.
This place is amazing and very well worth the money. This is my new favorite place to go when I come up to Pigeon Forge. The staff is also so very nice and very helpful. I had an amazing time with my family.
Pretty cool idea, no pun intended. We paid for one hour for each of the kids and they had a blast. It is a little on the cool side for those that are just watching, but the people participating were just fine wearing t-shirts and shorts. There's a giant conveyor belt on the side that takes people and their tube up to the top of the hill. The kids had a blast. We'll definitely be back if we come back to town.
This was a great place for me and the family to chill out (pun intended). Groupon offered a great price! Everyone was friendly and I was able to purchase pictures taken as we screamed our way to the bottom.
This was a fun time tubing. The staff were friendly and the line moved fast. We were able to tube 5 times in the hour due to the volume of people and only 5 lanes open. They need more lanes open, but with snow that’s hard to know how much you’ll need.
My 8 year old daughter is a wheelchair user. We were very unsure if it would be accessible to my daughter and just walked in to check it out. We were immediately welcomed. We were told my children would be accommodated " to have the same experience as any other child". They lived up to their promise and then some. I wish I knew every name of the employees that were there that day but thank you to the wonderful manager and staff that went absolutely out of their way to make it a bucket list experience for my family! Awesome slides! A huge highlight in a wonderful Tennessee vacation!
Fun place! Highly recommend! Great staff as well
This place is a great alternative to being in the heat. My grandchildren want to go back.
Snowtubing
Fun safe and exciting are words that come to mind as we depart this cool venue. We spent a full hour here riding the downhill. Best later is nice but frankly it would be even cooler if they had an option to climb steps on the other side to get more exercise during your time there. Unless, this is one of the most Innovative and unique ways to have fun in Pigeon Forge. We really enjoyed it. We shall return.
The Grandkids love this place but, they have removed all the table and chairs on the lower level for us old Grandparents leaving one bench for observing from and some of us are too old for stair climbing so, no thanks anymore. There is plenty more to do elsewhere.
Price: Medium Spending Level for PF attractions. Wait Time: 10 minutes between each ride on a peek day, can be up to 15. It isn’t terrible cold inside, there is no need to deck out your kiddo or yourself in a lot of winter gear unless choosing the snow play option. Comfy tennis shoes and a regular winter jacket will suffice for tubing. Kids must be 38 inches tall to ride. This is certainly a unique a fun attraction that we recommend. I would call ahead however to see what the crowd is like. We attended on a Monday at 11 in February and it was very crowded. An escalator will take you to the top each time, which is wonderful! The ride down is quite fast, little ones will speed down the snow, so be advised on that if they don’t like going fast or other rides that are speedy. My child is 7 and weighs 50lbs and he went down the hill really fast. A saw lighter children go down even quicker! It’s certainly fun for all ages and I recommend it!
My family and I had a great time. We loved it. My only complaint was the bathroom definitely needed some attention.
Great place to have fun n go snowtubbing
The only issue I had was with the music.. wish it was something more child appropriate. Our kids loved tubing and we enjoyed watching from upstairs
Our group of 22 had a great time here. We spent one hour here and that was enough time. It was a neat experience to be indoors and not freeze. I will say several individuals in my group mentioned how nasty the restrooms were. The ladies room toilets couldn't be used because someone put tons of napkins in each one.
Kids really enjoyed it. Nice break from the summer heat. Worth the money
Had a ball! The grandkids would love it!!
Lots of fun for the kids. It's a good way to escape the heat of a summer day while letting your kids burn some energy.
A little on the expensive side. Experience was as expected. Quick trips up the slopes via the loft conveyor ensures the kids had a blast.
Just the tubing slide was my best part and man this was the first time going tubing on snow and boy was thrilling/scary. If its like how it is in real snow going down hills ohhh man I wonder whats thats like. I had a great time!
Fun time for all ages inside tubing down a snow covered hill and not freezing
We had an absolute blast here, and the hour flew by. Would highly recommend for anyone who has the need for a little speed 30-38 mph downhill tube!
Grandkids had a blast there. Employee went out of his way and brought me a chair to sit on. I wish they'd put table and chairs on main floor. They use to have some be nice to see them bring the chair and tables back.
Super fun.. I felt like a kid again ♡
We bought 3 tickets online and when we got there we realised that it was way to big for our 3 year old who just was at the hospital the day before for gashing his head open. We explained the situation and that it was to dangerous to reopen the wound and even though it says no refunds the lady at the front understood and issued a refund for his ticket.
My son loved this place! The best out of his trip to Pigeon Forge, TN
I was racially profiled and kid fight long lines. Not safe, but great for kids!! The swimming pool was absolutely liver
Reasonable price for a lot of fun. It moves very fast and the tubing is fast, safe, and a lot of fun.
Kids loved it. You ride an intertube down a slope. Very fast ride. Nice and cool inside. Plenty of seating for non riders. Nice place
This was our second year here and its gotten even better!!
Such a great time, clever idea and very nice staff. Clean. would love to see one in our area- Charleston, SC
My 9 yr old son and I had a blast. Will definitely go back.
The experience was awesome. You can either buy 30 minutes at the snow play area, an hour of tubing or both and prices for one person really weren't bad. The tubing, however, was the best part. In an hour, you can probably tube down the slope 5 to 7 times, depending on the line, which moves fast. It's safe and exciting at the same time. The snow play is a little disappointing because there really isn't much you can do without throwing snowballs at someone, which there is a sign telling you not to do so. The other neat thing about Pigeon Forge Snow were the massage chairs. You could buy six, 15, 30 minutes or an hour at reasonable prices to have a chair give you a massage. Overall, it's definitely a place worth going to for couples and families.
Fun time. I think I had more fun than the kids..
A great place for the kids and adults to enjoy!!! The manager was awesome and made sure our whole party had an amazing experience. We will definitely come back.
Really neat place to visit, prices were affordable, with clean restrooms and nice staff, daughter had a great time, make sure to bring a coat or blanket because it is chilly inside, would definitely recommend this place for kids and adults to relax and have fun on a hot day!
This place was so much fun. We came when it wasn’t crowding and we got to go so many times. The staff is very friendly and nice. Going down the snow is awesome. It’s not even cold in there so you don’t have to bundle up.
Sliding down the hill was fun. The snow "play area" was a waste of time. It is frozen solid and you can't build anything with the snow or throw snowballs. Just stick to tubing.
Super clean, great staff, my two kids (5 &10) had a blast. That 1 hr of tubbing went pretty fast!.
Took the kids and they had a great time. This old kid did too.
Way more fun than we thought it would be. We had a fun hour for 20 bucks a person with a coupon. After you go a couple times, ask the workers about spinning down, it'll make the remaining trips down the chutes way more fun. We would definitely go back next time we are in the area.
It is so much fun.. You have wrist bands that have to be scanned each time.. The hour goes very quickly.. You can't waist any time taking pictures. We went on an uncrowded day so we got to slide a lot.
This was the most fun we had in Pigeon Forge! Very nice and helpful staff. Prices are good. Will take my grand son back again! Restrooms was very clean also. GREAT FAMILY FUN!
My son had a blast on the slides will go back
If you have kids the times armband system is a great way to manage things. Decent seating for the adults too. Could use a full service coffee and beverage bar.
Son had a lot of fun. But said it was too warm at the top of the hill.
Went for snow play since my son is too small for tubing and it was closed for renovations. It would have been nice if that was on the website or at least on the door before you walk in.
The you get to have a lot of fun with tubing and with snow they have. They offer clothing and things like that. They do charge by hour for tubing and by 30 minutes for snow throw. You will have to wait a lot and it’s always really busy. It’s really pricey but it’s a great choice to have fun with family and friends.
Was a great experience for my 10 year-old. Not crowded. Music was not something I appreciated though.
Kids loved it! Turned us adults into kids again!
Really cool experience! Kids loved it!
Awesome place! Courteous staff, lots of fun. Take the family. Worth it.
Fun place for kids as well as adults.very friendly staff. What can be better than snow tubing in 90 degree weather?
We LOVE Pigeon Forge Snow! It is a MUST DO activity in Pigeon Forge! So much fun to snow tube any time of year & the Snow room is huge. Kids of all ages will enjoy the snow play room & both children and adults will enjoy the tubing. It's a great, fun place, clean restrooms, viewing area, gift shop and a place for Birthday parties with friendly staff. ***Special thanks to Manager, William and staff members - Noah & Megan. They helped make my youngest Son's Birthday super special. **Photos are available for purchase starting at only $10! Pretty good for souvenir photos in the Smoky Mountains.
We loved it! The sledding was so much fun. Snow play was down but that day, but had lots of fun sledding
our adult kids and grandkids loved this place had an awesome time
Very fun and real snow very good if I have a group of people with u
5 year old daughter was a lil timid at first, but loved it. Wife and 8 year old son had a blast too! Very refreshing after all day in the sun at the waterpark. Staff was super nice.
Being from New Orleans this was a blast! My son had a great time. A great place to spend a few hours of fun!
Great place for a full day of fun! Family friendly snow sledding experience. Worth the money and offers a wide range of discounts.
This is a must do especially for us Floridians. Had a absolute blast. As fun the first time as the 20th time down the hill.
Was a good price for an hour. An hour was about the right amount of time too. The snow area was good for little kids but not really adults. Was a lot of fun, and the people were nice
Wasn't what we were really expecting...the tubing was too fast and scares our daughter. Snow playing was more of a mess then fun.
THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME
A little pricey for an hour, it's fun but make sure it's not crowded if you go. We were there when it was empty thankfully but your time starts as soon as they scan your your wristband.......waiting in line will not stop your time. Very fun place and worth it as long as there are no long lines.
It's a great time with your family and snow tubing is great anytime especially in the summer.
We had a blast here! My nine year old was scared at first, but the staff was very friendly and encouraging... then he never wanted it to end! It seems cold when you walk in the door but we actually got warm as we were tubing. I was wearing workout clothes and my daughter wore shorts and we both got a little hot. We will definitely come back! We thought an hour was probably too long but we were wrong... that hour goes by fast!
Took our cub scout pack there for an awesome time, scouts all loved it and we were very appreciative of the professional and courteous staff. We will sure return.
You get an hour and if its busy you wont get to go down as much, but its super fun!
This place looks so cool I stop by to check it out. I'll probably go back later this year to try it out myself
The attraction was fun, the workers were really strict
I liked riding down the ramp.. but I wasn’t a fan of the conveyor belt to get to the top.. maybe they could add stairs for people who don’t want to ride the belt
The kids really enjoyed the huge snow slide. I enjoyed the fact that they had a section that provided warmth to those who didn't participate in the slide
this place was great for my family, everyone from young to old had a great time tubing. the staff are friendly and what a great way to beat the heat during the summer, you will defiantly have fun
This is amazing for most ages! They have height requirement so make sure you check out before you go. Don't worry about having to walk a bunch of stairs! They have a conveyor belt to carry you and your tube to the top of the hill each time! The snow time option isn't really that great they want let you throw snow so it's not very fun!
My family of 7 visited from Florida. I have a son who is visually inspired and was so excited about sledding down the slop. Upon arriving I let the manager know that my son was visually impaired and he was going to be coming down the slide. He also wears a mask due to having brain cancer. She went and told all of her staff privately to please help my son any way possible and to just look out for him for any type of danger that might happen. My husband took him up the slope of course to the top but once upon arriving to the top the staff there were so nice and very accommodating. They went out of their way to help assist my son and getting into the proper position on the raft and making sure that he was comfortable before they pushed him down. They even took the time to let him know every time before they were getting ready to push him so that he was prepared. When he returned to the bottom of the slope there was always someone there to help him to get out of the raft and to guide him to me whether I was standing there or not. This type of compassion is wonderful and I am very glad that you have staff that is so accommodating and kind-hearted. Your manager on duty that day went above and beyond to make sure that my son had the best experience that he possibly could. Thank you very much for having such a wonderful facility that offers inclusion to others of all walks of life.
Website should state that they are under renovations ( free play ) . Not to mention nothing posted inside the building when you arrive. We drove from neighboring Georgia , and included this location on our itinerary for our son.
What a fabulous place to take your family for an hour of fun! No matter the season, Pigeon Forge Snow is great. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and made sure to keep things safe for all, and the location was clean. Loved it!
