Fun & thrilling experience for the people who fear from height. Staff is good and ride is from the main city street to all the way top crossing a small water canal.It doesn’t take much time to cover to and fro but during weekends and holidays ticket queue would take double the time of ride. It’s mostly open so be careful while you take children with you.

Lots of fun and beautiful sites. Buy ahead to save a little. Also if you buy after 8pm you can use that night and the ticket is good throughout next day! Go up as many times as you want! We went morning and night.

Alot of fun! Little high on the ticket price, but if you can plan on going up a couple of times, it's worth it. We went during the day and night. It's nice to see something good rise from the ashes!

It’s such a fun way to see the town. It is a little pricey but you get access to ride it all day. The shop and sitting area at the top was so relaxing and nice. The bridge seemed scary at first but I walked through and it was cool.

5 stars. Don't miss this place if you are in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. This is absolutely one of the best things to do when you are in town. The view from here is truly amazing and you can actually see different shades of mountains and sky during different times of day. The coupon is valid for multiple entries to the skylight and bridge which is nice. The best attraction is the 20-25ft of glass bridge at the centre of the Skybridge which is amazing. They have some food options there and surprisingly the cheese pizza slice we had was really good. They also have gift shop and cafe on site.

Loved it. Super clean and new. The bridge is really fun and if you go in the evening you may well see bears. The lifts are nice and new the staff is friendly and fun. They do a real nice job. The night time views are amazing

Amazing views, ride up is spectacular. Buy your tickets online before you go, the line to buy tickets can be quite long. No bathrooms down at the base, gotta ride the lift up to those. The bridge is an experience, it does sway a bit mostly during the first and last third. Dont be afraid, i saw many kids make it across no problem.

A must do in Gatlinburg! It brings all the excitement or real fear and excitement. Walking across the longest suspension bridge in North America takes guts. It's worth it. The views are spectacular. Bring your own water unless you are a baller. The pictures or moments in time can sustain you for a long time. The best time to go is sunset. They are not open at sunrise. Today, the Mountains were orange in some places.

Gatlinburg is a awesome place to hang out for the day.. You'll find lots of things to do just on one strip... The skylift was great once you're at the top there's long bridge connected from one side of the mountain to the other with a see through glass in the middle...

You have to take the skylight to the top of the hill where you can walk on a glass bridge. It’s a nice experience with view of the Gatlingburg. Must visit.

Just do it! Love the sky lift, such a pretty, peaceful ride. I’m terrified of bridges, but took the challenge. Glad I did, and I would do it again. The store and cafe are nice. But an icee, grab a chair and enjoy the view

The lifts have been completely rebuilt since the fires destroyed everything back in 2017. Very nice experience, be sure to check out the memorial at the top visitor center, gives a great perspective of just how much the fires hit, and details some heroics involved.

Oh my this was was an amazing adventure!!! The skylift is incredible, the views you get while dangling up the side of the mountain are great. The viewing deck area is fantastic. There's seating everywhere, a gift shop, a little place to get food, and beer. You could easily sit up there all day! The sky bridge was such a neat experience too. The section with glass gives you an amazing view below. The bridge was a lot more stable than I anticipated as well, now granted there wasn't much wind so that probably helped. The wrist bands are good for all day too!Even my mom that is incredibly afraid of heights did all of this, and didn't panic at all. I highly recommend making this part of your trip.

Very neat experience. Go early to avoid long lines. Your bracelet is good all day so you can leave and go back at night and experience a whole other view in the dark showing the lights of the city. The bridge was super neat and the whole reason we made the trip to Gatlinburg. Our family enjoyed it. The glass insert was our favorite part! It actually didn't swing as much as I thought it would. The restaurant is great as well. Lots of available refreshments and very neat historical photos and information regarding the 2016 fire. Take time to step inside and check it out.

Great Sky ride up to the top of the hill where there is an air-conditioned food, bar and drink area. There is also a lot of souvenir and many gifts for shopping. The upper portion of the building leads to the sky bridge and has an alcohol bar. Plenty of tables and chairs for resting and cooling off.

This was a little pricey for the amount of time we spent here, but it was fun and clean! An adorable bear actually ran right underneath us when we were on the ski lift. The bridge was incredible at night all lit up.

Loved the Skybridge. Happy to see them back in business after that terrible fire. I have never been to Gatlinburg in winter, I intend to change that this winter. I bet the view of the town at Christmas time from the top of Crockett mountain is awesome.

Amazing experience, I bought tickets online so it was cheaper as compare to buying from booth. Me and my wife went early morning like around 10am so it was less crowded and temperature was not that hot. Hanging bridge is awesome, they gave you a wrist bracelet and you can ride it as much as you can through out the day. There is a camera on the top so don't forget to smile

Great views of downtown Gatlinburg and the mountains. The lift takes you to the top, where you can also walk the skybridge or hit the gift shop. The view on the way back down is awesome! Attendants are friendly, perfect stop for tourists.

The skylift ride up is very relaxing. The bridge was a little scary to me. It does move some as you walk across. The glass panels are a cool feature. The views are breath taking.

The bridge could have had better access for people that can't walk very good. My Aunt came from Maryland just to walk thus bridge and by the time she walked up all the steps she couldn't even enjoy walking the bridge. The people crowding the glass part of the bridge is rediclous because you can't get around them and me and my granddaughter had to wait for like 5-7 minutes just to be able to get through the people taking pictures with it being 90° outside. The bridge was a good idea but could be managed better. Even though the view is amazing I won't go back

Cool experience with the lift and then heading out to the sky bridge! Wish the bridge was more glass to reduce congestion in the middle, but the views of Gatlinburg and the Smokies were fantastic. Loved the gift shop - nice and cool after spending time in the heat outside. Would recommend trying this out at least once!

Really enjoyed the new walking bridge, it was a good experience. We had fun walking across and the glass floor in the middle is a nice touch. The bridge moved more than I expected but that added to the fun. The main building is very nice. The gift shop and observation deck are also very nice. We enjoyed our time riding up and down the lift. We went back after dark to get a view of Gatlinburg at night, also very cool. Glad the lift ticket is good for all day!

A must do for any trip to Gatlinburg. We thought the lift might be a bit sketchy, but it was a smooth ride up the hillside. The views are phenomenal and the Skybridge is amazing. So happy we did this. All the workers seemed very pleasant.

Amazing place to visit in summer. I feel the ticket is much expensive but I think its worth it. Amazing engineering and structure with great supports. They also have their shops and cafe there. I think the glass panel at the center of the bridge is kind of scary but very interesting. Amazing view of all smokey mountains and I think one of best to visit in Fall season.

Good view of the city from SkyLift, had to wait a lot while returning. Lot of other activities to do one you reach the top. You can in fact spend a whole day on the top is weather is good.

Great experience. They are very efficient at moving customers through the line and boarding the lift. You will enjoy a nice ride up a steep hill and once you get to the top, there are wonderful views of the Smokies. Many photo ops. For those interested, walk the suspension bridge and look through the glass bottom (only on a small portion of the bridge). Then board the lift and enjoy a smooth ride back down the hill.

Beautiful views from the top and you do not have to walk the bridge to enjoy the scenery. Chair lift was one of the smoothest I have experienced. Very clean and neat, but parking is horrendous. Staff was exceptionally nice. I would not recommend this adventure for small children. Great visit!

Extra cool ride up to get to the Sky Bridge! Highly recommend this attraction. Recommend you go either first in the morning or late in the afternoon to avoid crowds. Definitely worth the trip. Avoid sandals or flip flops if you want to keep your shoes LOL

We had a great time on the lift ride up the mountain, although it seemed to stop every few minutes. We went after the sun went down which was great because the view and lights were amazing. It was quite cool as well for a September night. The bridge was alot of fun, except for the guy who was trying to sway it. There is a gift shop and cafe up top, and restrooms. I recommend buying your tickets online before you go, you will save $5 per person.

This is a must! So much fun and amazing views. The wait time to purchase tickets is so long, I definitely recommend to purchase tickets online first!!! I also recommend to bring a small backpack to carry your snacks and water. They have food and drinks available also.

Awesome! I loved the whole attraction! The bar inside before you take the lift shows the recovered flag from the fire that burned the trees around the area. The view going up the mountain on the lift is not that great but the view coming down is beautiful! Walking the bridge was not scary. The view through the glass on the bridge is cool! I didn’t like the bridge rocking back and forth. A must do attraction!

Got discounts tickets online. We arrived around 10:15 am on a Monday morning. The wait for tickets was long , but an attendant let us by and immediately, and our tickets were scanned. We waited less than 5 minutes. Buy your tickets online , save time and money! Wonderful ride up and beautiful views from the top. The walk to the bridge was rough for the oldest of 76, so he waited. There are maybe 6 sets of steps that lead to the top. The bridge was amazing. My entire family enjoyed it . What a great experience! I would recommend this activity to families and couples visiting the area.

Get there early. Long lines firm quickly. Nice ride up and down. Bridge and view are great. Wish there had been more "glass" panels in the bridge. If heights bother you this is not for you.

As most have said, this is a must do if you're looking for a good time while in the area. I went on a very hot day and while that did affect the experience we were able to come back later that night when it was cooler out and enjoyed it even more. We had a beer at the top and walked the bridge. After, we sat on the deck area and watched the town lit up by all the lights. Good times.

I enjoyed the experience but was very disappointed that handicap people are left out. My mother wanted to do this excursion on our yearly girls trip and was unable to do so because it is not handicap accessible. She can walk but not for long distances and at the top of the lift all there is are steps to get to bridge, outside and inside both. There should be a ramp for wheelchairs or an elevator to help people with disabilities to enjoy this experience.

Very good veiws for sure. It cost us $53.00 for two to ride to the top. Beer at the bar on top of the mountain was $4.00 a piece. The suspension bridge was awesome.

Definitely worth it if you buy the tickets in the morning and utilize them all day! We were able to ride a half dozen times throughout the day, making the price well worth it. They offer a discount to Military and First Responders, showing respect to our finest. A must do after night fall!

Your trip is really incomplete if you have not taken skylift ride on your Tennessee trip. The view from the bridge is spectacular, go look at those mountains and soak in the nature all around you. Quick tips- please make sure you reach there on time, the queue can be long and waiting hours can be as long as 1-2 hours during long weekends or holidays, make sure you visit the bridge in day light once so that you can see the view through transparent glass slab. The pass is all day long.

Very fun wish the whole bridge was made out of glass instead of just 3 planks in the middle of the bridge and prices are kind of steep almost 60 bucks for myself and husband. Beautiful scenery of the smokies. Don't go when it is very hot out lol. Going to go back tonight to see the view at night.

This was SO COOL! I was a bit nervous about my kids on the ski-lift, but the bridge itself was great. Really incredible views of Gatlinburg and the mountains. There's a photo map so you can try to pick out different landmarks. The glass portion of the bridge was a big hit with the kids, too.

Great views of Gatlinburg! The bridge is fun, especially the glass panels in the center. Other than the bridge, there is not much more to do other than grab a beer and a bite at the restaurant. There is ice cream for the kids and lots of chairs to relax in and soak up the view. My wife is afraid of heights but had no trouble with the bridge. It sways a little but wasn't scary at all. Though she avoided looking down when we were walking over the glass panels in the center. For $20 you get an all day pass. It gets crowded, so go early or go back later towards sunset. It doesn't face west but the view is still nice as the setting sun illuminates the mountains around Gatlinburg. Would have given it 5 stars but the ticket line was terribly inefficient and was the main bottleneck for getting on the lift. We waited a half hour in line as we watched empty chair after empty chair going up the mountain. Hopefully by peak season they will have more capacity or will offer online tickets.

This place is awesome! The bridge is super sturdy. People who are afraid of it I would still try it. There is a sway to the bridge but it’s not bad. You can see the cables that hold the bridge up and it is completely secure. The glass in the middle is breathtaking. The picture going up requires a face freeze for a good minute. To say the least, I looked a mess in the picture. Great views and completely renovated up the hill. Only lost a star due to the price of it! Little expensive in my opinion. Over all great place to visit.

Nice place. Offers military tickets and merchandise and photos with ID so be sure to ask. The Skybridge closes at 830 PM for now as no lights on it yet. Last lift up at 930 PM and top closes at 10 PM. Nice fire ring. Nice lit waterfall. Gift shop and restrooms and snacks at the top but NO BABY changing station for my 2 year old. Also, assume a frozen smile pose for the entire last quarter mile on the lift up. They take your photo and there is a recording to warn you but somehow the camera timing seems off and in our once in lifetime photo....my eyes are closed. Fabulous views! Nice staff and very helpful with answers and directions. If you do the bridge (not mandatory at the top) note it is stable and seems safe but does have a natural sway to it. Also the center of bridge has a nice glass plate bottom in center of the bridge. Lots of places to sit and relax with your friends and family at the top.

The ride up on the lift is really neat. Once you're up, there isn't a whole lot to do. You can go across the bridge which is packed with people inching across for some reason. The bridge does sway quite a bit! There is a tiny concession stand with drinks on the other side. Then you have to walk back. Exiting the bridge area takes you through a restaurant/bar/cafeteria. There is also outdoor seating in the nice patio with, of course, an amazing view. So, yes, really amazing view, but not much else.

The views from the top of this mountain are amazing. If you're not used to heights ask ticket-taker if you can ride the ridge rambler up instead. Either way you go up it is absolutely awesome. Keep in mind this mountain was on fire 3 years ago. Absolutely amazing what the staff has done with it.

The place is so awesome, i was there last year and the bridge was not there yet. This year due to Dorian we had to go back but best believe it was the best adventure so far till today. I would gladly recommend it because it’s so fun .

This was a awesome experience to go up the Skylift, walk on the bridge and enjoy the view. We where worried about our 3 year old might get scared on the lift, but he loved it. There is plenty of parking around the lift ticket area, we parked in the garage next to the lift ticket area but later noticed parking at Church across the street was little cheaper. Store at the top of the lift was nice, we enjoyed good ice cream there, there are rest rooms on the second floor for public use. Definitely much do if visiting Gatlinburg.

A breathtaking view from high above the Smokies. Great place to spend a day with my lovely family. The chair lift up is cool and the walk across the bridge will take your breath away. The three glass panes in the middle of the bridge will flip you out especially when you look down. If you are looking for an adventure this is the place for you

Happening place. We played some 7d shooting games and then went on to the skylift. Not too crowded but yet lot of crowd near the ticket counters. Would actually be better if tickets were taken online in order to avoid the long queue. It was fun!

LOVED THIS!!!!! The top facilities are amazing. They take your picture near the top so watch for the camera and smile when it tells you to. The pictures are worth buying for sure. The view is breathtaking. Bring a bottle of water and sunscreen if it’s sunny and hot. So many picture opportunities. Walk across the sky bridge.

Amazing experience and they have built this back WAY better than before the fire! I'm glad you can go up as many times as you want. It's a totally different experience at night. The bridge is a lot less scary at night FYI. Must do this at least once while visiting Gatlinburg. It is expensive though but cheaper if you buy tickets ahead of time.

The experience is one of its kind. We liked it because we hadn't been on open chair lifts before. The lines for tickets were very long so we bought tickets online and bypassed the line. You can re-enter without any hassles and without long lines. Attendants are very helpful towards older and inform who need more time to load or unload from the lift

The Sky Lift has expanded, adding the longest walking bridge in North America! It now costs $26 whether you walk the bridge or not, but worth the experience and view. Plus the wrist band is good all day so you can return for no additionally cost. Pictures are taken right before you reach the top that can be purchased from $12-18. There’s concession stands for non-alcoholic beverages, little snacks, and on the second floor a small bar with four beer choices. The Sky Lift has many places for different mountain views with rocking chairs and a couple of fire pits.

Nice way to spend an hour or so. The chairlift return trip has a great view of Gatlinburg and the surrounding mountains, as does the sky bridge on top. I recommend eating before or after because the prices at the top are pretty high. Overall, it’s a nice way to see the Smokies, and you might even spot a black bear!

Not for the faint of heart, or for those afraid of heights, or ski lifts! (I am VERY afraid of ski lifts, but I found that the views were worth every second on the ski lift ride up and down the side of the mountain.) Definitely worth the price!

Gatlinburg sky lift park is a very good place to visit. Locate the enter view of the Gatlinburg city from above the top of the mountaine. Once you buy the ticket you are allowed to go as many times as you want to the top and you can get down to the bottom with the same ticket you buy this is really an awesome opportunity for all of us especially a people like me.

After rebuilding and recovering from the worst fires imaginable, this place is fantastic. From the ground it seems no different than it did when I was a child riding the sky lift. Upon arriving to the top its quickly seen that they have invested so much into the preservation of the place and the growth of the future. An all new sky bridge is an awesome addition. Lots of seating and spectacular views of the city are great, even in the brightest of sunny days.

We took the lift to the top, (fantastic views!) and on the way back down our items we purchased at the gift shop slid through the seat to the ground! One of the employees actually climbed down the huge hill, found our bag and returned it to us! Thanks so much for your great views, gift shop and customer service!

Staff was very friendly. They stamp your arm and you're good to ride the lift all day. The SkyLift was very fun and seemed to be well maintained, which is nice considering the dizzying heights that you are riding it up and down. The Sky Bridge was a fun experience and a beautiful view as well. The lodge at the top of the mountain was clean and well maintained. It was a fun experience!

It is really neat and a lot of fun. The kids enjoyed it. The only downside was it cost $105 for 2 adults and 3 children. Our 2 year old was free. One positive is the pass is good for all day so you can visit multiple times throughout your day.

The passes are good for all day. We went first thing in the morning, and then came back for the sunset. Very neat to catch the sunset over the mountains and then see the town lit up at night. Easy to get to, it's right on the main drag, parking does cost, but you could take the trolley system for $1 a ride, which would save the cost of parking

Amazing views and very smooth ride up. The seats are very big so that you can fit up to 3 people on each car. The lines move fast since the lift is always moving. It is also very cool to come down on at night since they have light barriers along the path back down which looks very neat. I would definitely recommend this location.

We purchased an all-day pass for my sister and I went to the top and enjoy the trip they add a lot of new cool stuff from when we went last a few years back and the main point is to go at night for the cool lights and it started to thunder and we where Waiting for then to reopen and they where handing out all kinds of next day passes to everyone but because we went onec we can't ride again that doesn't sound right for a 50 dollar for all-day pass a big rip off!!!

This was really neat! Once you get to the top there is a suspension bridge to cross. I was ok until I got to the middle of the bridge where there is a plexiglas insert in the bridge that you can walk across and see all the way tho the bottom. No thanks! I got a little scared. But it was beautiful and worth the money.

Vising Gatlinburg? This is a must! Worth every penny! The price may seem steeper than the lift itself, but now that they have the sky bridge it's a great way to spend a few hours.

This place is great for people who aren't bothered by heights. While I was there, there was a couple guys jumping on the bridge itself causing it to shake and wobble. That's no ones fault but the guys, just something staff should keep an eye out for.

Gatlinburg sky lift is a landmark on the parkway which is 500 feet vertically high from ground and absolutely give the best views of Gatlinburg town as well as smoky mountain. Enjoyed the sky lift even though it's bit scary when you look to downwards ! Staff are friendly and you can have picture of riding in sky lift.

The chair lift to the mountain is nice. Once on the mountain, there is a gift shop and cantina. Upstairs is a bar that looks like it hosts live entertainment. During the day, when we visited, we ate our lunch in the bar area because of the amazing view (suitable for children during the day, don't know about the evening). There are several outdoor terraces with seating for an incredible view. The swinging bridge is great. There are three glass panels at the middle. Once across the bridge there is a nice deck area for photos. There is a shaded area to sit as well. Our family enjoyed our visit and would return.

You get exactly what you see with this. A ski lift to the top, and walking across the bridge to the other side. There's a small piece of glass in the middle where you can look down on the mountainside. The view of the mountains is great, but there is almost nothing to do up at the top. They have a building that's a gift shop with some expensive concession food and a bar on the second floor. When you cross the bridge it is simply a platform for views. There are no other places to get food or activities to do. This is simply for getting a good view of Gatlinburg and the mountains. We waited a long time to do this and I don't think it's worth the wait in line. FYI. When the bridge has a lot of people on it, it does sway a little side to side.

It's a pretty fun place to face your fear of heights but there isn't anything on the other side of the bridge. Any shops or such are on the first side of the bridge only. There is a small stand that sells drinks though. I would say if you can make it up the lift, the bridge is not that bad.

Kind of pricey but everything in Gatlinburg is. The lift was nice and even if you don't want to walk across the bridge you can still get a good view. The line to ride back down took forever. They do sell snacks, drinks etc at the top.

The scenery at the top was great,however, they could put more venues at the top, also the glass portion of the bridge was only about 4 feet out of 640 feet of bridge, this causes a lot of congestion at the halfway point. All in all we had a good time!

This place is amazing! The view of the city and the mountains is gorgeous and the ride up the mountain on the chair lift is awesome. They recently renovated and built new sections due to a fire. The bar is very cool and has live performers and the balcony is a great spot to eat. The overall aesthetic is mind blowing and the suspension bridge is extremely cool!

Happy to see this attraction is back up and running after the fire. A completely different experience than when I was young, but it’s much better now. They could use some better beer choices, some different craft beers would be a good addition

Good time. But don't be afraid of heights. We enjoyed the views and the short walk across the bridge. Kinda expensive tho for a family of 5 but the view was worth the price. It was nice and cool out with a slight breeze, I would definitely go again during the winter to see what it looks like. The sky lift was fun on the way up and the beer at the top was nice and cold.

Great new attraction. Everything about it was great. The staff was friendly, and they had food and drinks for purchase. I personally don't feel the price is worth what you see/get to do though. You could drive someplace else for free to see the same amazing views. This is a new attraction and I'm sure as they add more things the price will be more worth it, but as of right now there are probably other cheeper options.
