This place is scam. I paid over $60 to see one bridge, three animals, a hiking trail in very bad condition, not working waterfall and very rude staff. Me and my family spend 1.5 hour there a we were bored. Zip lines and other attractions are Overpriced. Stay away.

My husband and I took our boys to Foxfire Mountain. This was our first time to zipline and I'm so glad we chose them. It's a beautiful area with plenty of hospitality and personality! Our guides were Greg and Shane, we couldn't have asked for better guides. These guys were absolutely great with our boys! The canopy tour is what we chose and we will be back to experience the Goliath soon! Our boys are already planning it! So much thanks to the wonderful staff at Foxfire Mountain Adventures for making our vacation a memorable one.

Second time to Foxfire and this was just another incredible day zip-lining the Goliath tour! The two guides pictured: Chasse and Shane were awesome guides and kept everything absolutely safe and totally fun through the 5 line course. Our entire group (pictured) was a blast and everyone had an great time cheering each other on. Beautiful place, exceptional high achieved, and well worth every penny!

We visited Foxfire Mountain today and had an amazing experience. We’ve never done it before, but the staff on site we friendly, knowledgeable and and made us feel comfortable right from the start. Good times had by all!

Friendly staff, loads to do, & a pretty location. It is a bit pricey but worth it. We sent the teens ziplining on the Goliath line while we sampled the HARD ciders...win/win! All the staff were great! We especially, enjoyed Andy's cider presentation in the Cider House & his lady counterpart...sorry, I don't remember her name...too much cider. Don't miss the Magical Forest as there is a Longhorn (I think I got the bull type right) & two llamas. Plus, a mini obstacle course & zipline. Make your wishes to the elves at the well & across the swinging bridge. Fun day. We spent almost 6 hours having a hoot of a time.

Brought our girls up for some down time. Decided to try out the zipline. We had an absolute BLAST!!!!! Was definitely just what the doctor ordered!!!! Course was challenging. The staff was on point theough the whole deal. Oh the Goliath is the course we took. Definitely worth the extra money!

This place is a must for zip lining or even just a nice scenic hike. J-Lo was a blast to be with as our guide through the lines and his chemistry with the squirrelly fella whose name I forget (forgive me) is dynamic and fun.

Our zipline guides Wade and Greg were awesome! They helped some of our group get over the inital fear of ziplining. They also offered many suggests on places to visit and restaurants to eat. The photo package was well worth it for our group of 8. We received over 70 photos. The grounds are beautiful and there is so much to do from oversized checkers to cornhole to an Ariel course, hike to a waterfall and so much more. Next time we visit the area we will definitely visit foxfire mountain! We had a wonderful time, definitely a highlight of our trip!

We did the longest zip of this place. The Goliath! Since it was long we had to be aware that we had be like a cannon ball to cross through and reach the other side. But the first and the last is amazing, where we can flip or be upside down or any other poses. Overall experience was good. I started with upside down but I thought I will be reach soon so I got back up and the photos were taken at the end. So think what pose you want to do and stay or do the pose at the very end before reaching the other end.

This was soo much fun!! The BEST zipline in the Smokys. We did the Goliath tour. You're nearly 500ft off the ground, surrounded by the Smokys and you're on the zipline for SO long! DO THIS ZIPLINE! The views are breathtaking ❤

This place was so flipping fun! They have actually the longest zip line in Tennessee, and that’s a fact. They have a bunch of them, too. Then, they also have many adventures like a walking trail, moving sculpture (satisfying) and MANY more. I can’t quite explain it. You need to come here. It is self explanatory. It is an ADVENTURE park. If you love outdoors, a must have. For the zip line, they have very very well trained and experienced staff. They know what they were doing, and they were very helpful, chill guides. I don’t remember their names but I do remember their faces. They were amazing. This place is incredible. I recommend it for all ages.

This is a must go to attraction if your in the area. The ziplining was amazing and the tour guides had a great sense of humor! The trails are beautiful and scenic. I would highly recommend this place. Only negative comment is that it is a little pricey but for what you are getting it is worth it.

We had a wonderful time here. Blake and Aaron were a big plus for the experience , very funny and engaging. They take care of you and make safety paramount. If it hadn't been for Blake my wife wouldn't have made it off of the first platform. Would definitely recommend the tour ,the Goliath , and will be back again. Thanks guys and all the staff !!

We've been on many ziplines (including Alaska and Hawaii). This was our favorite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Simple but nice foot trails along beautiful stream (perfect for kids in summer) and up to a wonderful, medium size waterfall with an interesting history. Several very nice and long suspension bridges. Very creative grounds fun to walk around.

I’ve never been zip lining before and I’m extremely afraid of heights. I was terrified to do the zipline but my instructor Dylan was amazing at talking me through it and got me to jump! Blue, the other instructor at the end of the zip lines made sure we got to the other side and were safe. This was one of the most thrilling things I’ve ever experienced! I definitely recommend going. Even if you are afraid of heights, just try it and you will not regret it. The views are so worth it. The staff is so amazing, and I couldn’t have got through it without them. Thank you Dylan, Blue, and Foxfire for the best experience for a lifetime.

The guides are awesome, very friendly group of people. I only went on one of the courses and it had some great scenery and pretty cool locations. The other course offers a much higher elevation and longer lines. Didn't try the BBQ, but the Cider room is definitely worth a visit. The only thing I believe could be improved is the photos they take at the end of the course.

This place looked cute for the zip lines, but we did the bear crawler and weren't impressed. We thought this would be an adventure but it wasn't. We followed a tracter bringing the zip liners up the hill. Then stopped to watch them. Went a little down the trail stopped to see a dug out piece of canyon you could try to climb. Went a couple minutes more down the trail stopped to see the waterfall. Then back in for a few more minutes and stopped to see 2 llamas and a bull. More like a bumpy tram tour.

My husband and I went zip lining here and it was a blast. Our guides were Dylan and Slayton, and both were awesome guys cracking jokes and just having a blast. The Zip-line itself had some near the end that were on the peaks of the mountains, the view was amazing. If you want to have fun joking around and see the best zip-lines around you have to go to this location.

Much more scenic place to visit than all of the other "touristy" places in the Gatlinburg area. The hiking trails and suspension bridges in the mountains were picturesque! A great family farm style experience.

Dissapointed. We drove over an hour to see the swinging bridge and waterfall. The bridge was fun and the prize for the hike to the falls would have been enjoyable if when we reached the falls there would have been water falling. Instead we found it dried out. It was very frustrating that the staff never mentioned there was no water at the falls. If they had we would have definitely returned another day.

Be sure to weigh at least 100lbs or else they won't let you in to do the Goliath ziplining course. Sadly they didn't offer any other alternative things that we can do when we found out my sister didn't make weight. But they cancelled our reservation fast

Waste of money. When it started to rain they shut the place down. I understand shutting down the zip lines. But , they shut the whole place down. They would not even open the cider house, even after we were told to just let them know and someone would go down and open it up. We took a hike to see a waterfall which was far from impressive for over $100! Would give no stars but that’s not an option.

Loved the laid back atmosphere of the park. Staff was extremely friendly and engaging. Everything including Bear Crawler and Zip lining was child friendly and it was great for the first time people and kids. Glad we got to do the experience. The waterfall is man made and currently not working so that was a disappointment as I wanted a picture zip lining over waterfall like advertised on brochure and the bear crawler didn’t go in water as advertised either but we still had fun and enjoyed ourselves.

Really enjoyed the hike over the swinging bridge to the falls that were really beautiful. So much water you got soaked if you got too close and the hike was challenging. The River Walk was a real nice hike too, total of 3 miles good hiking.

This place is AWESOME!! I'm not going to lie, I'm not a huge thrill seeker but I decided to get out of my comfort zone and try zip lining and I am SO GLAD I did! Not only was Foxfire such a cool place with lots to do but the zip lining tour guides were beyond amazing. They made the experience so much better. They made you feel comfortable with flying on cables two hundred feet in the air. And they are funny and very personable. I never felt unsafe and was most certain I was with overly experienced people during my two hours spent zip lining. I couldn't recommend this place enough! The staff was top notch!!

Its was awesome. We did the waterfall canopy run. This was my 14 year old niece and 10 year old son's first time ever ziplining. The guides, Blue and Greg, were awesome. Froendly, fun, and great catchers! Other things to do on site include crossing over the suspention bridge, making a cairn, serting a wish, and walking through the tree tops. We played with llamas and checked out the hard cidar house. So much fun. We will definitely be back.

This was our first time zip lining and it was the most wonderful experience. The staff was so kind and welcoming and were all very fun people. We absolutely had a great time and would recommend it to anyone. This is the place to be. All the equipment was very safe and we had no problems. It very thrilling and has the most beautiful views you will ever see. Our guides were Slayton and Wade they were the best and knew exactly what they were doing. LIES! they advertised having white water rafting only to tell me that the nearest rafting spot is a 50 minute drive which would not be arranged either. Zip line seemed exiting , but unreasonably expensive and impossible to get an appointment because the instructors appear when they wish to. Avoid it

We stopped in to check out the cider mill during our Honeymoon Travels of the Great Smokey Mountains. Mary's customer service was the definition of amazing. So thoughtful and insightful when it came to her customers. We will definitely be back to see more of what Foxfire has to offer besides tasty cider.

It's not a terrible place if you're a visitor. The hiking "trail" isnt worth what they charge for the steep walk to get to their man made waterfall. The zip lining is really fun and worth the prices they charge because the guides who will take you are amazing as well as the sights you will see when you're up in the sky. As for the ATV ride however, they advertise it as a "fun filled action packed ride", but it is 100% a history tour of the property. Depending on your guide and if the atvs are serviceable that day then you will have a fun time riding through the mountain and trees learning about the history of the area as well as the ziplines. Just hope you get a fun and talkative guide for it is all, otherwise it will be boring. They also have cider tastings down below their property and it is some awesome stuff. Its definitely worth the price for all the effort they put into making it. Now, as for the staff members, most of them are really awesome. That counts for all reception and guides, but there are some who will have bad days, coc attitudes, and just not want to be there and that's mostly due to one individual. Hopefully there will be changes made there in regards to operations, but overall the ziplining, cider tasting and ATV ride is worth tge trip, time, and money!

Even though we went on a rainy day we did the ziplines and go around to appreciate all the funny things they have to offer... Plenty of things to do with kids and go wild... The environment is really nice. We recommend to spend the whole day there. They have snack and lunch options as well

What an absolute hoot! We took a zip lining tour in Costa Rica that was truly dangerous. At no time during our Goliath tour did I feel unsafe. Just purely exhilarated and screaming with joy - sailing across the tree tops at 55 mph. I even got the gumption to do the Spider-Man upside down move on the last ‘zip’. My husband chickened out so you know I had to do it. With us in our group 79 woman and an 82 year old man celebrating her upcoming 80th birthday. So age and physical abilities aren’t a factor. Just a few stairs and walk through the woods on a gradual slope you will be fine. So no excuses! Just fly...

After a week of hiking trails we decided to explore the mountains from a different perspective. Opted in on the canopy zipline and the ATV tour. Our zipline guides Greg and Robbie were great! They were friendly and fun while also paying attention to safety all along the way. Greg helped me conquer my fear of hanging upside down and that was amazing! After we got back down the mountain we went out in the atv with Devin who was friendly and engaging. A storm blew in as we were finishing up and the crew were heading out to take care of other patrons caught up on the mountain. Clearly they are dedicated to keeping everyone safe. It was a really fun day!

AWESOME time!! The guides were fun, beautiful scenery, great walking trails with fun obstacle courses. Just wish the rock wall/tower had been open. :(

VERY Expensive. We went as a family to tour the mountain and trails (11 year old, 8 year old and 3 year old) and paid $100 to walk around a not so amazing trail. I was told that for the most part the trails were stroller friendly, that was not the case. Should have went to Great Smokey National Park for FREE. My family went Ziplining, said it was cool, but very expensive and the guides were pushy about tipping them. They also charge $35 for the photos at the end, another rip off.

We had the most amazing time! We didn’t do the zip lines but we spent the day walking the trails, going on the suspension bridges, doing the rope course and the rock wall. The guides were nothing short of incredible. The rope course guide, Landon, was so patient with my 10 year old girl when she had a bit of a panic attack on the course and he stayed with her the entire time. Matthew walked down the trail with me so I could try and coax her into going and he was awesome just to chat with and Shane was giving my 11 year one son tips on the rock wall. All three guides were fantastic! I would come back again and again if I lived here and will come back every time I come to Pigeon Forge. I seriously cannot say enough about it. Everyone, from the moment I drove into the parking lot until we left, was super friendly and accommodating. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

What a great place! We walked the nature trails, had a glass of delicious hard cider, and had a blast on the zip lines!! Our zip line guys were so fun, helpful, and nice. We had an absolute blast!! Next time we're in TN, we're going again! 10/10 recommend!!

Around 70-75$ for the grand tour, but well worth it, not for the faint of heart though, as the largest and highest line, the Goliath is 2200ft long and 475ft high. But the view is amazing. Oh and you can reach speeds of over 50mph... fun fun fun.

I paid 462.00 for the bear crawler tour for 5 people. The way it was advertised was that the tour was 1 hour and included going through streams which we were the most excited for. The tour was nothing but a sales pitch for the zipline activity, we stopped several times during the tour at the zipline stands, we were told the atv was not equipped to go in the stream because they do not have the proper tires. I was completely disappointed and felt we were completely ripped off. I would not recommend this place at all.

We found this by accident. I wanted to go see the swinging bridge, and we got a zip line experience also. We went maybe 3 years ago. They were just opening up, I think the Goliath zip line just opened. We were the only two customers for HOURS. We went in January but it was 68 or so that day! Perfect weather. We did everything they had to offer at the time, we got a tour on the side by side, got to see some things on the mountain, the family home and their animals. Got to hang out with the family or owners, you don't get any more personal. It was my first time zip lining I am scared of heights but I got through it. I don't remember our guides but they were very nice and helpful with talking me through the first zip line. This place is definitely worth the money!!! We haven't gotten a chance to go back, but I can't wait to!

We had the best vacation ever thanks to the memories made here. So many things to do for everyone of all ages. The Bear Crawler tour is an absolute must! All the guides are wonderful, but Kevin is our favorite and one of the most knowledgeable people you will ever meet. The staff is very friendly and helpful, including the pets! This is the best place in Gatlinburg! Cannot wait to come back!

Friendly staff, fair prices. A neat place to hang out for a good majority of the day. Hiking, ziplining, animals, rock climbing, cider tasting, and cute dogs running around. Couldn't ask for more! Grab yourself a bottle of fresh apple cider and some of the bloodhound orange hard cider. They are delicious!

This was our second time visiting Foxfire, enjoy seeing the staff. Very Friendly and welcoming. Zipline experiences have been an A+ along with the Wyile Cider Barn.
