REVIEWS OF Dollywood IN Tennessee

I have always loved Dolly Parton. The shows are Great! The kids have fun on the rides. There is something for everyone.

cristen shuler

Always love this place. The tram ride back can be a pain as so many people try rushing to beat you or get in front of you while trying to get a seat. It's definitely crowded and expect wait times on rides but my kids love it! They have so many events that it's amazing and always something great to do *** I have so many pictures but due to other people's kids being in the picture on the ride I will not post publicly***

Elizabeth Tirado

Nicest Amusement park. So nice and clean. It's thoughtfully designed. There are water misters and fans through the park. Beautiful landscaping through the park. And of course fun rides. Big thrilling roller coasters and smaller rides for the little ones

Dane Cunningham

Pretty fun amusement park, lots of great rides. Wait times got a little ridiculous, but I had a two day pass so I just came back another day to do the rides I couldn’t do before. There are some shows you can see too which aren’t my thing but I’m sure they’re good. Most memorable experience was the bird rescue show. Live, trained birds (some rather large) fly just over head. If your staying in either pigeon forge or gatlinburg you can catch a shuttle bus here rather for a small fee. I recommend to just get the wrist band for the day and you can take the shuttles between towns and Dollywood. Plenty of good food as well, just be ready for the lines there too. If you’re a fan of Dolly there is a big museum full of memorabilia and a couple shows based on here childhood or life. One of the only really negative experiences was that both days I went (which were pretty spaced apart) the mystery mine ride was closed. I get that safety comes first but they had the entire off season to figure it out. It was by far the most interesting looking ride.

Nathan White

I fall in love more with each visit. It's a must do while your in town and there is plenty for all ages to enjoy during all season. You can tell that all the love in Dolly's heart goes into everything that makes Dollywood so special. Skip breakfast and come early because no matter where you eat you'll be plenty full.

Nina Brabham

The thing I found most impressive about this park was the food. They didn't sell chewy chicken tenders and cold french fries for $15 like other theme parks. They had full buffets of GOOD southern food and delicious cinnamon rolls. The rides were fun and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

Debrah Martin

This place is amazing for all ages! There are rides, interactive activities, super nice customer service, great food and more! We came one time last year and decided to buy season passes!

Kyle Malone

This is a fantastic park. It can get busy and obnoxious, as any theme park can, but the experience is better than the other big chain parks. I really enjoyed watching the blacksmiths forge various things, and my daughter loved the roller coasters. Fun place!

Bethany Fields

Beautiful park, very clean, super friendly. Coasters are fantastic, rides were good! Plenty of shady spots to rest. Loved all the birds. If season so lines were short but few shows. The park is a huge loop with no cut through. Lots of walking! Food in restaurants was really good.

Anna Pyne

So fun! There is something for the whole family! We have a 3 year old, 6 yo, and 8 yo, and we were able to ride some rides all together. It was such a nice experience. I highly recommend getting the time saver passes and preferred parking. It was so worth the extra $10 more for preferred parking especially since we had our stroller and 3 young ones it was so nice to just walk right from our car into the park; without the hassle of waiting in line for and boarding a trolley that takes you from regular parking to the front of the park. We went in August and not during the weekend and the park had people but not so many that it was unpleasant. Some of the rides we didn’t need our time saver passes for but for those that we did it enabled us to ride those rides more times without a wait. And it makes the whole experience much better since you can do so much more with your time. The food was typical fair food. We ate lightly at lunch and then ate somewhere outside the park for dinner as the park closed at 7 pm (we were done and left by 6 pm since we’d been there the whole day.) We actually took 2 days here and 1 day at splash park. I thought that was the perfect amount of time needed to cover everything we wanted to see! This place is especially wonderful as it’s in the Smokey mountains, so the scenery is fantastic and it’s quite hilly! I can totally seeing us repeating this vacation in a few years.

Nasir Cervantes

Wholesome fun for the whole family no matter the age. Loads of beautiful scenery with the great Smoky mountains as your back drop. Rides for every age group. A little pricey but worth every penny if you're trying you make some quality memories

Jimmy Henderson

Awesome theme park. Really clean. Friendly people. Really good operations of the coasters. Lightning Rod is my new favorite coaster. Wild Eagle is a really good wing coaster. Thunderhead is a more traditional wooden coaster. It is a little rough, but still fun. Not really a blah coaster here at all.

David Kochan

Dollywood was clean and the food prices were fair. I really enjoyed riding the roller coasters. They were fast and fun. There are things to do and see for both children (small and big) and adults. I would go here again.

ANNIE bo-bannie

This place has great people, food, and experiences for everyone! I was inspired by artisan Linda Feagans and her husband David of Tree of Life Creations. She has a heart for God and a true talent for burning art into wood. She made me a personalized piece for my cousin that just lost her mom who loved the tree of life images and put her name on it with a Biblical reference to Ecclesiastes 3. What Linda didn't know when she suggested that passage was that it was exactly what my cousin read at the funeral! It turned out fantastic! Make sure you go by to see them at their stand next to the Back Porch Theater. We also got a personalized sign for my mom's memorial gardens next door to her at Tin Signs! Everyone here is so friendly it is easy to lose time in meaningful conversations. I also had some of the best black eyed peas, stone soup, fried chicken and apple cobbler at Aunt Granny's Buffett. So so good!! And please make sure you get some Cinnamon bread at The Grist Mill where it is made so fresh daily that it will melt in your mouth just before you melt to the floor yourself into a puddle of contentment! This park is awesome because it has thrilling roller coasters, fun kid rides for all ages, fantastic food and one of a kind shopping experiences!!

I was totally and unexpectedly blown away by Dollywood! I’m from California, and was used to having 3 of the 10 best theme parks in the nation in my backyard. So, I came to Dollywood with low expectations. Needless to say, this is now one of my favorite theme parks. Dollywood is very well laid out. It carries on the turn-of-the-century, wild west feel throughout the park, yet still manages to pull off having smaller distinct areas with their own unique themes. The staff was friendly and the restrooms clean. The rides were expertly designed and highly themed wherever possible. We visited on a hot day, so we especially appreciated the complimentary cups of water at each concession stand. I’d come again the first chance I get.

Laura Batey

I love Dollywood!! Even though I live 10 hours away, I purchased season tickets and the refill mug. I visited four times this year. Tried to make each season/festival offered. Took advantage of specials for friends to visit Dollywood. Can't wait to see the expanded area next year.

Wendy Kidd

Park itself is fun and they do a great job decorating for the holidays! The only thing is they let it get overcrowded esp. the day we went since everyone got in for child price that day and they had some performances going on but the waits forgetting on rides was ridiculous-also the wait to get in as well as leaving was bad. We’d have waited for probably 2-3 hours just to take the trolley to parking so we walked Instead

David Crawford

I always love Dollywood. On this day it was super hot, but on a Sunday after school had started back the crowds were very small. Got to ride the water rides about as much as we wanted with no waiting. Super fun time for me and family.

Jeremiah Heidle

Been going here since I was a kid and now I enjoy taking my 2 year old daughter. Really good roller coasters and plenty of slower paced attractions too.

M V

This is a review for the folks who aren't interested in the rollercoasters and the rides - my husband and I really enjoyed Dollywood. Crowds tend to be thinner during the week rather than the weekends, and after the local kids are back in school (second week of August I think). An absolute must-see is Dolly's Tennessee Mountain Home, which is a replica of the house Dolly grew up in with her very large family, and it was built by her brother. It is a small cabin of two rooms!! Dolly's mother decorated the interior to look as it did when Dolly was little. We also enjoyed seeing Dolly's old tour bus. The Kingdom Heirs is a group of gospel singers, but they turn the volume up at their concert SO LOUD, that it is deafening !! I had a pair of ear plugs with me, but even with those, we had to leave our seats, as it was so loud. There were lots of folks in the theatre with hearing aids, so maybe that's why those folks didn't object, but the ushers told me they have told the theatre manager many, MANY times that it is too loud, but nothing is ever done. Just be forewarned. Sit in back. The show My People, My Music, is wonderful and many of Dolly's family sing in the show. On the day we were there, Dolly's two brothers, her aunt and her cousin all performed. The food in the theatre is good, and the people were so friendly. A thoroughly enjoyable day! Would love to return with the whole family.

Brent Hicks

Great amusement park. Quite a bit to do for kids. There are a lot of height restrictions so please do the research before bringing little ones. Pumpkin lights are looking great this year.

Tim Craig

We have season tickets and love this park. When my boys were told we were going on vacation to the beach, they asked if we could go back to Dollywood instead. We have been coming here for years, and it just keeps getting better.

Joseph Ohler

Absolutely great place to visit. Roller coasters are amazing. Lighting Rod and Wild Eagle were insane. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms and cooling areas everywhere. A must stop for the family visiting the area. Loved it.

caroline easley

Got to see the Kingdomheirs great gospel group. Enjoyed the train ride. LOVE the idea that you can get a free cup of ice and water anywhere they sell drinks, YES FREE ICE AND WATER!!! Very enjoyable day.

Elizabeth Morgan

Great place to take the kids, and super fun. A lot of hills make it difficult for anyone with disabilities, or limited mobility. Prices to rent a power chair start around 40 dollars for the day... when crowded, nearly impossible to get through with a power chair.

Brianna Bunn

Out of all the amusement parks I have visited, Dollywood is the cleanest, as well as the safest. It is ridiculously family friendly and almost all the staff are dedicated and accommodating. I appreciate the aesthetics at work and their proven track record at getting people to rides in a timely manner. The waits are fast even for the rollercoasters. The fireworks are dazzling this time of year and it is relatively easy to keep cool. My only nitpicks are that there are few vegetarian options, as well as it's family friendly nature makes it feel a bit limiting to an older non-parent.

Ron DeFoe

This park is easy to navigate, the staff is friendly and helpful. This time of year it is less crowded and wait times are short for the rides. Meals are still pricey but so are other amusement parks.

mitchel richard

Simple. Dollywood is dedicated to family entertainment and they are not greedy. Excellent value. Rides were fine and the entertainers were as good as any win Tennessee.

Anne Tharp

So crowded you can't move. Took 4.5 hours to ride 3 rides and it was not worth what it cost. Hugely disappointed. Came here for son's birthday and it was a waste. Can't even get a tram back to the car. Been waiting 30 minutes just for that! Will probably never come back.

AJ Dominick

Awesome family fun! Can't wait to come again. Good options for all ages, shows for the ride-shy and thrills for the ride-addicts. Lots to see and do!

Norma Naylor

Love this place! Family friendly. All the staff is friendly, helpful and happy. They sincerely want you to enjoy yourself.

Travis

Overall it is a nice park. The food leaves something to be desired. We tried quick service place for lunch and the food was terrible. Our dinner was a sit down restaurant that had high prices but was out of several menu option. The cinnamon bread was absolutely amazing and you should not go to Dollywood without getting some. We got the time saver pass for our visit and it was completely unnecessary. The longest wait was 30min at peak hours. We were able to go on rides multiple times with no wait. We still had 6 of our ten punches left at the end of the day. Besides 1 waiter that needs better training the staff was very pleasant and helpful. This is a park that you only need 1 day to see everything. Lots of shade and ice water available for free at every restaurant. I suggest bringing in a bottle of water and refilling with ice water throughout the day to save from buying $3 bottles of water.

Suzanne Mohn

We had a wonderful time. Staff was very friendly and quite helpful. Great time of year to visit. The park had folks everywhere but it was not overwhelming. Loved it.

Steve Aldridge

A busy day at the park. Sunday Drive was a special guest and they were GREAT. Our first time to see them in person and their group put on a great show. Trams were consistent getting people in and out. It was fall break so a lot of kids were there to enjoy the rides.

Tommy Staggs

So, so great! Friendly, clean, and fun. We love it here. It’s growing and they’ve been adding new features every year. Definitely worth the visit. We especially love that it’s great for young kids, too. Perfect balance between attractions for toddlers, teenagers, adults, and seniors.

Rip X

This place is fantastic. All the employees are super friendly in just a really good place to be in lots of really great rides. A great family place!

Mary Wilson

Fabulous theme park experience! Clean, lots of ride variety, good food, and the Wings of America show was fun. We only had one day to go so we stayed from opening to closing, but you'd need several days to see everything. My family would love to go back someday!

Kevin Livingston

Wonderful park. Well organized and clean. Excellent workers. Six Flags of Georgia needs to spend some time with y'all to see how a park should be run. Kevin

Andrea Ziegler

We have been to Disney World a few times and some smaller parks closer to KY but I have to say I was super impressed with Dollywood! Very clean, speedy lines and a good selection of some pretty great rides! If you get a chance to go make sure to ride Lightening Rod WOW! Food was eh, so so. Bathrooms were plentiful and clean. Lots of unique shops for souvenirs I’m sad we waited so long before going here it was a day well spent!

Alexander Deel

I love Dollywood. I always feel like I get my money's worth, and it has something for everyone and every mood. Want to ride high thrill rides? There are several. Need to sit and recover from those rides? There are several shows and museums. Want great food? The food there is amazing. The staff is nice, there are plenty of bathrooms and benches. It's a great experience.

Eska27

Really cool lights when the sun goes down. Also, an amazing amount of rollercoasters and rides if your little ones are over 48"; we've been to Disney numerous times and for the cost and rides, this is way better, also you get the outdoors which we love with the surrounding area. Lastly, the layout is good to do a loop so you're not back and forth constantly.

Park was so clean! Parking Lot tram was a little slow and they should plan accordingly for crowds. It was the longest line we stood in. Decorations were awesome, food was so good and entertainment is class A. Great family getaway. Highly recommend!

Karli Kruse

Clean, well maintained, and family oriented. There aren’t that many adult rides, mostly only roller coasters and I still only think there are 7 of those total. I went during Harvest Fest and it was nice to see all the decorations. If you aren’t most of a ride goer - it’s okay, because there are a lot of shops, restaurants, and entertainment stages within the park. The only disappointment was the amount of rides they had to offer, other than that - fun place!

Timothy Harris

The best amusement park in the world in my opinion. There’s something for everyone. Lots is rides for small children dotted all throughout the park. Shoes and attractions to see and do that aren’t rides. Food is good. The real working coal burning steam engine train ride is a must.

Travis Lovins

Spent a day at Dollywood with the family. Nice place. Great theming throughout the park. It's definitely not Disney World level at all, and I didn't expect that. However, I feel like a park like this would be more attentive to detail regarding cleanliness. Still a lovely park, and a must do for any trip to Pigeon Forge. It's imperative that you get the cinnamon bread from the Grist Mill. Best value in the park.

Chelsea Heaivilin

Great place for the whole family! Lots to do and see! Totally worth the price :) My mother is handicapped and can't walk far so we upgraded our parking to Valet and it got us right next to the entrance and scooter rental booth. It was amazing!

Lori Jo Trautman

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Spent our first day here and upgraded for a second day on our way out. This is such a cool, unique place with something for everyone. The staff are friendly and top-notch...and they LOVE working there. Admission price is fair, roller coasters are amazing, a wide variety of shops and merchandise and also a variety of food choices. If you are in the area, do visit Dollywood...and ride the train! It is very interesting.

Ron Johnson

Absolutely one of the best parks I've been to! You expect the people to be courteous and friendly, but they go over and above here. Even middle of the summer packed, everyone we talked to was friendly, inquisitive and just all around charming. The wait times were nothing compared to Disney. We will definitely be returning.

Connie Hedlund Schroeder

A fun day for any age. Something for everyone. If you like old time things, this is the place for you, but they have unique jewelry and many other things. Very clean!

Ashley Oswalt

We had a blast and my son loved every minute of this trip. Fun for the whole family! Awesome people working there as well!

Jason Stratford

Dollywood is a great family excursion! Not extremely huge so you can get around it rather well. Have nice amenities and fun roller coasters although the wooden roller coaster jerks you around rather violently but it's still pretty fun. Good food at many of the restaurants located on the park grounds. We enjoy the train ride as I've always loved trains and who doesn't. Just such a friendly staff, I don't think I've ever had a rude experience...southern hospitality here folks at its best!

Cameron Munro

We had an incredible time here as a family with young children. The rides were some of the best I’ve ever been on. Lightning Rod is worth whatever wait there is and Mystery Mine was one of the coolest rides I’ve done. The food wasn’t five star but I don’t think you can expect that at a massive amusement park like this. Try Aunt Granny’s for their southern buffet - it was the best of what we tried. The park is massive and we did most of it in one day but if you have the option to split it up I would recommend it.

John Williams

This is one amazing Theme Park. Try to go during the week when school is in to skip the crowds. Even on the weekend we had a wonderful time. There is a bit of something for everyone. The atmosphere of the park is very wholesome. 10/10 would go back. Edit: We rode the firefighter one which was really fun, the eagle one was pretty fun. Surprisingly my favorite and most exciting one to me was Lightning Rod. Very short track but darn it's intense. Barnstormers is extremely fun. You have to try the cinnamon bread it's wonderful. Also, I really enjoyed the string band and the entrance. The play great wholesome music throughout the park though. They have glassblowing classes, blacksmithing, entertaining shows, great live music, rides for kids, rides for adults, bbq, kettle corn, deserts, funnel cakes, fresh pork skins, cinnamon bread, sandwiches, turkey legs, and so much more. If you're into family time this place may be even better than Disney for a true wholesome experience.

Caroline Davenport

Loved every minute of my day at Dollywood. Was so much bigger and better than expected. It's huge. Some lovely shops, loved Dolly Museum and the show with her family performing was fantastic. Could be better sign posted once you arrive in Pigeon Forge, we drove past it and had to turn back. There should be massive signs with arrows pointing out where it is.

Brig Church

Loved this place. We walked on to every ride. So many great rides. We went to several great shows as well. There are so many large trees and shade throughout the park, with plenty of places to sit. We loved the ride Lighting Rod. Mystery Mine is also fun, but will throw you around a bit. These rides are a must if you go to Dollywood. It seems like a place that is geared for older kids, maybe 8 and up.

Thrakorzog The Multidimensional Being

Family friendly, lots to do, clean. Could use more family friendly/ kid friendly rides throughout the park rather than all the kids rides being focused in two areas with lots of roller coasters in between.

Derek Slaney

Third times a charm. Park is always clean and park associates are always friendly. Wait time for rides is very reasonable, nothing like Disney or even Universal, my second favorite place.

Lisa Weyers

There Harvest Festival was beautiful and the park is worth every penny paid. There is something for everyone and the setting is gorgeous. A must visit attraction when in East Tennessee.

Nicole Fetters-Murphy

What a great place. I was pleasantly surprised by all the cooling stations - the cool mists everywhere, the a/c stores, restaurants and restrooms. The park was clean. You could ride all the rides in a day but definitely plan the shows around the riding otherwise you can't see it all. We tried to tour the Dolly RV and it was closed.

Luis Gutierrez

What a great place!!!! Full of music, happiness and spaces for family. The whole concept is brilliant. Just a little detail.... immerse in a musical place you cannot find a single store to buy good folk music or musical instruments..... Oh the kids were asking over and over again.........

Dionne Fields

Dollywood Brings out, the kid in me each year. Dollywood theme park, is a great place for the entire family. The lines are super long, on the weekends. The best time to go to Dollywood is after 3pm and the next day its free. They have great food, served hot and fresh in front of you. Like most amusement parks, the food and drinks cost a little extra. My son loved, all the water rides and the eagle nest. Take a water proof camera, so your pictures want get ruin. We went on a water ride, and my camera and cell phone got wet. I have been taking both of my two son's to Dollywood for over 13 years now. And I lost all the pictures, I took that day.

Jared Hobbs

This place is so family friendly! Everyone that works there seems to always have a smile on their faces. It can be pricey, buy if you can manage to get a gold season pass, everything in the park is discounted 20% plus you can park free. Rides are awesome, food is awesome, everything is awesome!

Tometha Weber

It was beautiful. Not crowded. Alot of different ride choices, places to eat and benches just to sit and people watch. Great for all ages. First time visiting. Fall is perfect.

Towanna Roberts

A fun park to visit! We have been going to Dollywood for 36 years. Shows are very professionally done! Great entertainment and great atmosphere. Continuous expansion and improvement makes the park better every year!

Patricia Cory

Wish there were more stars! Dollywood is fantastic! It is family friendly, and the staff will bend over backwards to help you out. We go down every October for Southern Gospel Month. Besides the rides (some spectacular rides) and other fun activities, there are concerts going on all through the park. And it's all included in you ticket. We spend a week there and visit the park almost every day, so we buy a season pass and save a lot of money. The park is always beautifully decorated. The fall decorations are great and the Christmas decorations and shows are phenomenal! Dollywood was voted friendliest park in the world.

Glenda Wozny

Dollywood Theme park and Splash Country were great for kids of all ages. Plenty of rides and water areas for the younger kids and plenty of thrilling roller coaster and water rides for the older kids and teens. Our entire family loved both of these parks. Both parks were very clean and very family friendly!!

Connie Ryan

Fantastic amusement park! Excellent rides! We paid for the preferred parking so getting in was easy and nice after a long day. Park staff are extremely friendly. Bring your walking shoes! Lots to see and do! So many shops!! I had to stop in all of them! My family enjoyed the Dollywood experience!! Our lunch was good but not to much flavor (Granny Ogle’s Ham n Beans) however the pork rinds are delicious!! I was never a fan until I tried them here!! Sit back and relax take it all in atmosphere!!

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner

So incredible! Fantastic thrilling rides (mainly roller coaster) A cute mini arcade. Little unique shops and great music! I went a few hours ago and was having the time of my life! Dollywood is good for kids and mostly family fun. So happy there was a trolley thing to take us back to our parking area due to the long walk. Overall, cool amusement park!

Apostolic Children's Ministry

Best amusement park I've ever been to! I love an hour from Disneyland and I hate it. I went to Dollywood fully expecting to have a terrible time but it was really a good time!!! Not too crowded, GREAT rides (lightning rod is epic) and ultra nice employees make for a wonderful day.

Desire Watson

We have had a great time. Its super clean and beautiful. The gift shops and food are very surprisingly affordable and the food is better than restaurants in the area. Flowers everywhere that are beautiful and staff that actually seem happy and like their jobs. This park was probably my favorite of all the ones I've ever visited. My kids loved it more than Disney

Teresa Hensley

We liked that we could reserve the scouters, the shows was great clean and friendly staff.now on the other hand. The Handicap service needs help..yes we parked in the handicap parking we did ride the trolley to the front .. this is where the problem begins we can't walk to long they need seats so people can sit down waiting on to buy the tickets. Then they have to walk a good bit to try to use the restroom. And then go get the scooters... they need to work on this

Fern's Frills

I liked Dollywood and appreciated the theme and love that they house the Southern Gospel Music Association's Hall of Fame. Tgey also have excellent restaurants for a theme park and lots of shops. However they could have done a better job on information and their map. It was not clear where to go to find what. I also thought clearer signage throughout the park would have been a great idea. Overall I enjoyed my visit.

Tony Wilford

Great visit. Juat wish they didn't get rid of the thing where if you came after 3pm, you got in FREE the next day, because us getting there at 5pm left 1 hour to see the park. FULL price admission for only 1 hour sucks.

Michelle Claprood

Kids loved Dollywood, we went twice. They're not great with crowd control when it's super busy but Dollywood made our vacation perfect. Kids loved the rides and all of the educational portions of the park too. We'll definitely be back!!

Lindsey Koonce

Rides were fun, but make sure you eat before you go. We were told Red’s was the cheapest place to eat. We got four burgers (which were the cheap quality, luchroom type), a wrap and drinks. It cost $80! The experience as a whole was okay. Probably not worth the $400 we spent though.

Tammi McDo

Love this place! Been going for years. So much to see and do! Cleanest park I have ever been to. Shade and flowers too.

Robb Brewer

We're having a great time today! Weather is warm and rides cool you off. A wonderful adventure we will return to.

Amanda Mattingly

We love this place so much that we have season passes. It's so family friendly. I highly recommend it!

Julie Russell

Kids had a great time. And so did all the adults. There is definitely something for everyone here. Great time had by all.

octoberwan2b

Amazing place. I thought before going the price was crazy compared to other theme parks I've been to. I feel like Dollywood is one of a kind. Besides the new addition I feel they could give their older rides some TLC A.S.A.P! Our favorite ride with my family being roller coaster aficionados would be the Lightning Rod. Our opinion it is the only roller coaster of it's kind. Sunday was the day we chose to go right before heading home. We arrived around 11am and left around 4pm and was able to ride all 8 coasters. We rode the Lightning Rod twice.

Raymond Breham

All I have to say is that you must experience the great time me and my family had today. GREAT PLACE TO VISIT! AMAZING RIDES!!

Phyliss Shults

Great place for a day of family fun! Food , drinks and parking are very overpriced. The parking price is too much, and should be lowered to at least 1/2 the now price or more. Otherwise, great music, fun rides, fantastic, friendly, and very helpful employees.

Darla Bush

It is always nice to visit Dollywood. Saw a show, rode a couple of rides and had some fried green tomatoes. Great day.

DJ Southpaw

The park was an absolute awesome time. So much to do and see definitely need more than one day to see everything. Hands down the most polite and gracious staff I have ever seen at any business. The food there tastes homemade and is not overly expensive. Definitely taking the family back several times. Glad to see how it has flourished from the Silver Dollar City days. Also, there is free water all throughout the park and plenty of well maintained and clean bathrooms.

Elizabeth Florek

I LOVE Dollywood. What a great park. The rides are so much fun and the lines aren't outrageous. Great food selection, too. I will definitely be back!

Senja Baffo

This was an amazing place for kids of all ages. Great roller coasters for 1st timers (ages 9 and 10). Family fun all around. Thanks Dollywood ❤

Anna Erickson

Smoking in park allowed was terrible!! Coasters were awesome Food allergies had no choices unless u were gluten free No one knew if meats had antibiotics in them...so went all day in park with no food Please add some organic antibiotic free choices!! Everyone seemed to really enjoy working there. Had a good time Just was needing food...and info online said u could not bring your own food in which would be difficult to do anyway

Carolyn Hawkins

We enjoy the shows at Dollywood. We appreciate that many of the employees are Senior Citizens. The restaurants offer a great variety of foods. We especially like Smoky Mountain Christmas.

Blue MountainCur

Bad news! We didn't see Dolly! But, all her kin folks were pretty well good people! That train is awesome! Lots of rides that folks my age have no business on. Good selection of shops 'n stuff. Little too pricey for me.

Matt Tait

My kids and I had a great time. They're app was very helpful to pick the next ride based on wait times. A decent amount of shade, except in the newest area. I would definitely go back if my family is in the area.

Daniel Brooks

Awesome for all ages. Even my 1 year old could ride on stuff with and with us. Another great thing was the individuals working...not just a bunch of high school aged punks who didn't give a rats a## about jobs. Had people who seemed to really care how they made others feel. Price was a little steep to get in. Only complaint.

Paul Kern

Don't go today August 9.Most adult rides are closed and therefore waits for other rides are very long. We been here 2.5 hours and have only been able to ride the drop line. Think we may switch and try the water park . It wasn't bad on Tuesday.☹️

Squidcraft 101

Absolutely incredible! The rides are fun, the food is amazing, the staff are very kind and helpful, the performances are astounding! You usually don't have to wait too long for lines. Generally an amazing place to visit. Be wary of temperatures and holidays, as high heat feels bad and lines (usually) get long on hollidays

Jeff Duncan

Dollywood rocks! I did not expect to have this much fun. We have been to all the other amusement parks and I was blown away by Dollywood. The people-awesome. The rides-incredible. The layout-phenomenal. The weather and scenery of surrounding Smoky Mountains- breathtaking. We will be back.

Joseph Ogden

WOOHOO!! What a good time with family! Very clean and organized, wonderful atmosphere, fantastic shows, marvelous treasures, beautiful memories! I thoroughly enjoyed every ride and there are plenty of places to chill and relax in between rides of you need to do so. Delicious food as well, and reasonably priced!

Shannon Gaddis

We use to go here several times a year when our children was young and we loved it. My son especially enjoyed the magic shows and the magic shop. Went with my grandson and did not see any magic shows or the magic shop anymore. Was really disappointed.

Bo Morrow

We took three children under 5 years old on labor day weekend, 2019. Had an absolute blast! There is plenty to do for everyone. Also, plenty of shade for the lines. We will definitely return and recommend!

Jarrod Webster

Expensive family fun! I wish that the prices for tickets would quit going up. With the increasing prices, it's hard for the common family to afford. Also my parents which were a family of 4 and now my family which is a family of 5 have had passes for a very long time. Also I brought my daughter today for a daddy daughter day so i didn't bring my wife. I was able to use her Gold pass to get into Splash country earlier in the day but an extremely hateful lady at the vehicle check in informed me that my wife had to be here in the car to use the Gold pass for parking. This is asinine! As long as I've been buying passes I've always gotten her the Gold pass due to I work most days and I expected to be able to still use her pass. So the way it's setup is both parents have to have Gold passes unless you both come together. This is hard now since she is having a baby in two weeks. I'm a life long Dollywood local with my family and now I am going to have to reevaluate future passes. Shame!

Donald Bohm

Weather was hot, but stores cooled us off. They gave everyone cold ice water. I don't go for the amusement rides. I do go for the train (train addicted fan), the artisans, food, atmosphere, to walk / ride, and to have fun. Would definitely recommend the park. Love Dolly Parton, great museums of her, and gospel music.

Rebecca Williams

Nice place. Much walking. Good service. Friendly people. Food very expensive..... Everyone is nice.

Garry Womack

Great rides and entertainment for the whole family! Everyone is friendly and helpful. You feel like Dolly has had a personal hand in the whole experience.

Jean Myers

I wasn't sure the park was going to be worth the steep entrance price; it was! So much to do and experience. The rides and attractions are suitable for all ages so everyone can enjoy. If you haven't seen the Pumpkin Luminights, you're missing out. They were spectacular! Great job Dolly!

DAVID NICHOLS

Overall it was amazing! The food leaves something to be desired. Then dinner was a sit down restaurant that had high prices but was out of several menu option. I suggest bringing in a bottle of water and refilling with ice water throughout the day.

Chamal Mediwaka

It is a fun place. Make sure you are ready to climb some hills and walk a lot. The wooden roller coasters are unique and every thing else is pretty fun too!

Jacqueline V

Dollywood is a fun theme park. We went at the right time of year (mid August) and had short lines for most of the rides. I was relieved that Dolly music wasn't playing through out the park since I'm not a big country music fan. If you are a fan, however, there are some live music shows that others in our group seemed to really enjoy. There are rides for the whole family!

Paul Reinhardt

Always a familiar place to go any time of year. Relaxing and exciting all in the same day. Visit shops with local crafts or go to one of the many show throughout the park. They have an excellent selection of rides for all ages from small children to thrill seekers. Thanks Dolly for all you do and represent.

Travis Martin

It was great! Didn't have to wait in huge lines. I got on more rides than I ever have at an amusement park in one day! Also really good food. Try their Mexican. It's surprisingly large and very tasty! Have fun at DollyWood!

jeff leffel

Still a bit hot outside, but the wind from the coaster and the frequent misters keeps it cool enough. Except the new Wild Grove section - not much shade nor cold water over there. The coasters are great, the music very entertaining, just like all of Pigeon Forge.

Scott Emory

As with any amusement park or the like, food inside is extremely high priced. However, you know that going in, so it's still perfect. Dollywood has such a nice atmosphere as any other amusement park I've ever seen. There's places to just sit and cool down. Each area has been meticulously planned and executed to create an inviting atmosphere. A family could easily spend a few days there and everyone have an enjoyable day.

Tim Benson

The park has aged well and they update different things pretty constantly. They have plenty of big ticket type rides for the thrill seekers. We have enjoyed many of their shows that they have. Plenty of food to try all around the park. Tucked into the mountains like that it has great views around the area. Parking is plentiful but spread out with plenty of ground transportation to and from the front gates.

Dee Sudebi

Great theme park for both kids and adults. Some of world’s best roller coaster here

Tabitha Welborn

Love ever about Dollywood, we go several times a year and plan to continue. The new Wildwood Grove addition is perfect for families with young children. Dollywood definitely has something for everyone from babies to grandparents!!

Jessica Shuford

We are season pass holders, so we obviously love it for the park itself. There are rides for both my children to enjoy, the facilities are clean, and the employees are friendly (for the most part). The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is how expensive the food is, which is typical to any theme park once they have you inside the gates. We would honestly come more often with our season passes if we didn't have to spend an arm and a leg eating/drinking inside the park. Normal priced food is all I'm asking for.

Rebecca Puckett

We had a blast!!! We loved it. Was a great family day. The pumpkin luminights are awesome, and kids loved the park. We will be back

Ashley Longlois

Family friendly place with a nice southern atmosphere! Enough thrill rides for all ages to have fun and enough great food to feed a nation! My favorite place was the cinnamon roll place!!

Chad Ehnert

I've been to six flags in Illinois, and all the Orlando theme parks, and Dollywood is by far my favorite. Disney could learn a thing or two from Dollywood. Crowd wasn't bad (but went on a Sunday). Rides for the kids were fun. Really liked their new area. Even as an adult with younger kids, I had fun on the bear ride (just as cute as can be). The staff was way over the top helpful and curious but not annoying. The staff is a mix from young to old. I'm sure we will be back sometime in the future. Thank you Dolly for a great experience!

The Camp Chaos

We had a blast! It was a cloudy day which kept the crowd away. We stood in line 1 time the entire day! Everything was so so clean. This was our 1st time going and it was a great experience

Beth Marcolongo

Initially hesitant based on the price considering it is fairly small, but prices inside the park were surprisingly affordable for an amusement park. Had a great time there. Loved the Halloween decorations.

Natalie Borders

Our visit to the park was mediocre. We encountered super long lines for rides and food. We went on Sunday of the Labor Day holiday weekend and it was packed! We anticipated the crowds but not the lack of service. We have tween sons that love a good coaster but the lines only allowed us to ride 6 rides through the day. Ugh! It was hot so we wanted to grab milkshakes before standing in the next 60-plus minute line. We waited in Line for more than 30 minutes for those! We bought the refillable mug but most of the restaurants ran out of ice and soda. Lukewarm water was all that was available. Not sure if they were understaffed or what was going on. I was also frustrated with the 7pm close time. It’s summer! Beautiful park with lots to offer- you just can’t fit it all in due to poor operations planning. It’s hard to justify the $300 spend for a family of 4. Use that money toward your trip to Disney!

Shane Phillips

Really fun place with excellent roller coasters. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant we ate at was not so good. I would recommend Dollywood.

Linda Ortiz

The rides we're amazingly different, the people had true southern hospitality, and everything was beautiful and clean. We went at the end of September so we were able to see the Great Pumpkin Luminights!!!

Michelle G

Best time to go is the off season which starts mid August which is great coming from NYC and school doesn’t start until September here. Also, there were ticket deals where adults pay children’s price! It was not crowded and not too much of a wait on the lines. Overall great beautiful park. We had lots of fun, but wish it stayed open a little later.

Beano B

I absolutely enjoyed Dollywood. This is an excellent park, very clean, the workers are polite & the food was good. My wife and I brought our kids & they all had a blast, save my 11 month-old. There wasn't much for him to do. If you have kids under 42", be prepared to ride a lot of rides with them. This park is very well maintained also. Finally, all the shows I attended were very well done. I enjoy Dolly tremendously and anytime I see her, I smile. Thank you Dolly and your amazing staff for allowing me to cross off a bucket-lister, one that I will never forget!

Luke Law

Super fun place for all ages, kiddie rides for the little guys, shows and music and crafts for Grandma and Grandpa, and rollercoasters and thrill-rides for everyone in between. The food here is very good, lots of restaurants not just food carts. The staff are wonderful people they are extremely helpful. To sum it all up this is a very family friendly theme park well worth the money

Joshua Newberry

Park was so clean! Parking Lot tram was a little slow and they should plan accordingly for crowds. It was the longest line we stood in. Decorations were awesome, food was so good and entertainment is class A. Great family getaway. Highly recommend!

Colleen Urbancic

So much fun!!! So glad I was able to be there. The only thing I would say is I went on a ride called the tornado, and that ride killed of my neck. After riding that ride I had a migraine, neck pain, dizziness, and nauseousness. Tried getting on others but after that one but just couldn’t handle it. My recommendation is more neck support on that ride or rides that shake and jolt you around. Did really well on lighting rod. In fact lighting rod is AMAZING!! SCARY but FUN!! Definitely wouldn’t qualify to be a nun after that ride lol

Christopher Harris

Typical theme park ticket price. Get the map, not a big place but good to be able to get oriented inside. Lots of food choices, dont eat at first one you see. Look around. Good stores. Expensive though. All in all a good time.

Hailee Horne

Always a GREAT time at Dollywood! We went at the perfect time and never had to wait for any rides. We were able to do every ride two, even THREE times in one day!! The staff at Dollywood is always so kind and talkative. We arrived 2 hours early, but it didn't feel like we were waiting that long since the security guard was so kind and had a conversation with us.

Pamela Farmer

We had a really good time. All the Employees were very nice and helpful. The lines for the rides were long, but they moved along pretty fast. We were disappointed that some of the shows were closed today. It would be nice if the food and drink places were not so expensive inside the park.

K.C. Adkins

As and amusement park and entertainment venue it ranks with the best. Best during the week for obvious reasons. If your a rollercoaster person it's a must go. Good fun for all ages Plenty of variety for food but bring your own straw, yes straw. They have paper ones good for one sip. Do need more and better placement of restrooms. Great people Mostly. Security guy at bag check could lighten up a bit.

Greg Cox

We've been season ticket holders for 4 years now and even with a 4 hour drive it's always worth it. The atmosphere and crowds are always great. The ride wait times fluctuate but there is always something to do for our family. Lots of memories have been and will continue to be made here.

Jeannie B

Everyone is nice. Very clean.. Kindness everywhere.. People blessed one another.. Beautiful, fun just love.. I can't wait to return with my children and grandchildren.. Fun for all ages.. Preferred parking is worth it.. The coal fired steam engine train was amazing.. Cinnamon bread was fantastic.. One great place. What a tribute to Tennessee..

Daniel Diaz

Dollywood is an amazing theme park! It is not as large as Disney, Universal, or Seaworld, but it still competes on the same level! If you have never been to Dollywood do yourself the favor and go! It is made so any age group can have an amazing time! And they have a good amount of roller coasters! You also get to enjoy the more southern cooking if you are not used to that type of food!

Charles Bocook

Dollywood was amazing. Loved all the pumpkins displayed throughout the park. The cleanliness of the park was awesome. The Dolly bus and history tour was somethi,g I'll always remember. Can't wait to return !

David Henderson

On the train at Dollywood...we sat near the front so a few coal ashes from the engine were swirling around us but it was a fun ride. I love these old trains and always have a good time at Dollywood.

Delicateflower

GET THE CINNAMON BREAD.

Brad McKnight

Very clean! This place sets the bar for theme parks with regard to cleanliness and service. Attractions for everyone. Kid rides, shows, thrill rides, and animal exhibits. We ate at the Mexican restaurant, and it was tasty and affordable. I look forward to going back to Dollywood.

Elise Moore

Wonderful park! We planned the day around shows and entertainment venues. Loved the gospel Kingdom Heirs. Every show was good. Enjoyed the train but got dirty from the bits of coal soot. New kiddie ride on the back of a bear was fun. Lots of places for kids to get wet and cool off. BBQ sandwich was excellent. Ice cream cone was huge and enough to share in the new Wild Grove children's area.

Tabitha Turner

Had a blast. We went to the measuring station which made things so much easier when finding rides. The rentable stroller made things much easier when walking around. They had so many great rides and we had enough time to stop at all sections but unfortunately weren’t able to ride all the rides. Can’t wait till next time!

David Love

Family had a great time. Good wholesome environment and great rides and great food, excellent the fresh made cinnamon bread. Dollywood will be a regular spot for family vacations.

Spinner_ii B

I have been lucky enough to experience Dollywood twice with my family because of work. It’s been a blast both times. The shows are so much fun and they have a huge section full of rides for kids. Our family also really enjoyed the glass blowing and watched several demonstrations throughout the day. This park is huge and definitely worth the visit but you may want to make your trip more than one day, there are so many shows to see and things to experience. We will be back again.

Megan W.

We always get excited to go. We bought season passes this year. Went a couple weeks after they finally opened. The lines we're so long. Stayed 5 hours rode 2 rides. The food wasn't that good and paid a good amount for it. Wish it at least was better quality. Read about the cinnamon bread which was delicious but paid $9 for a loaf that wasn't very big. I did come home and learn to make it on my own so we can enjoy it. The did have the festival of nation's going on and we did enjoy hearing some music from men from Quebec which was cool. Over all we have the passes so will go even if you go twice a year the season passes pay for themselves, you also do get a few guest passes to invite friends/family. The wait time was high along with amount spent. Not sure that we'll renew them next year...

Sean Parker

The park is very nice, but would like to see more cashier in the burger place... Lots of people get lunch there... Maybe have at least five cashier's.. Other than that great experience!!!

April Gurley

I haven’t been to Dollywood since I was a little girl ., The only reason why me and my husband bought tickets because we were there with a group of friends. They had went Sunday morning but we didn’t wake up to go with them . We decided to go Monday since we bought tickets in advance and didn’t know what to expect . I thought this amusement park was aimed toward only kids or families . To our surprise my husband and I had the absolute best time . The bigger rides that they have for older kids and adults are so thrilling . We go to Carowinds every year so we know what to expect we didn’t know what to expect here in Dollywood ...that eagle ride had me so tense in the seat . One of the mining rides actually had a flamethrower and you could feel the heat off of it . Just wow I cannot wait to go back ...

Anthony Wasson

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the park and the variety of attractions for all ages of the family. All the ride operating staff were very friendly, engaged, and offered service with a smile. Being an engineer, I'm always worried about how well amusement parks maintain their equipment to ensure the safety of my family and there was no question in my mind at Dollywood that they have a world class maintenance program. This being our 1st visit, my whole family had a great day. We were there just before opening around 10:00 am and didn't leave until 7:30 pm that night. Our experience was so good, we are considering season passes for next year!

Kelly Toney

Always look forward to a visit to Dollywood! Great atmosphere all around. You have to grab a turkey leg too, delicious!

Tiffany McComas

So much fun and not too busy when we went. The next day we drove by and it was beyond packed. We went on a Friday in September so I'm guessing everyone got into Pigeon Forge on Friday and went on Saturday....I have a 14, 12, 10, and 5 year old. They loved it! My 5 year old had to ride the kiddie rides so we did split up, but other than that it was great!

Dee Beeler

We visited Dollywood on Sept 4, 2019. This is an extremely clean park and all the staff is professional and friendly. Every single employee was helpful and wanted guests to enjoy their time. The lines for rides were short. All the food, drinks and merchandise is very affordable. For example 20 oz bottled drinks $3.99 or 2 for $5. The eagle sanctuary is incredible and the older gentleman working for the Foundation was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of insight into bald eagles.I highly recommend.

Donnie Wallingford

Great atmosphere. All staff were very nice and friendly to our kids. Loved the newest section to the park. Unfortunately, we were able to stay for the pumpkin lighting's. Overall we had a great time.

Karen Norman

From entry to departure, this day was one of the best days we had as family. There is something for everyone here! I was very surprised because I hadn't been to a theme park in over 20 years. But I was very pleased with how clean and walkable the park was. They also offer military discount which we love since we are a military family.

Maria

LOVE this place! This was my second time going. We went Saturday, July 6 and Sunday, July 7. I took my sister for her birthday. I bought us time saver passes for both days because it was a weekend in the middle of the summer and I expected it to be packed. Guess what? The LONGEST line I saw all weekend was 25 minutes! Most rides we just walked up and rode with no wait. We used 1 time saver punch the first day and 2 the second day, and those were where there were 10 minute waits and we just didn't want to stand in line. SO, next time I go, I won't buy the time saver passes in advance. The park is fabulous, the rides are great, the shows are excellent, the shops are wonderful, and the food was amazing. I can't think of any way they could possibly improve!

Ben Burns

This park is Beautiful. It makes you feel like it was a garden combined with a theme park. There were no wait for lines when we went there, so we were able to ride everything.

Laurie Holliday

Our family has always loved Dollywood, but I gave it 4 stars because probably half of the park is uphill. It's tough walking uphill all day, especially in the Summer. The rides are awesome and the food is good. Plenty of rides for adults and kids also. Shows are great too. All the staff at the park are very friendly and accommodating. There are plenty of restrooms and they're air conditioned. The arts and crafts throughout the park are wonderful.

EVAN WATKINS

We just visited and it was truly amazing. There were hardly any waits in the lines for the rides. The food is really great, and so is the entertainment. Sadly you can’t do Dollywood in one day though. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. There is something for everyone. Thrilling rides, fun entertainment, Museums and more! It’s an experience everyone should have!

Jamie Freeman

My husband, my daughter & I had the pleasure to visit Dollywood Monday 5/20/19. We’ve been to Disney World, Disney Land & Sea World & Dollywood is an amazingly beautiful theme park!! It’s as clean if not cleaner than Disney. The prices are reasonable, the staff is so kind & the food is amazingly good!! We had lunch at Miss Lilian’s & it was like having dinner at my Grandparents home again!! The food was exceptionally delicious, southern style!! We made beautiful memories yesterday!! Dolly Pardon thank you so much for the beautiful park you created, it’s so obvious you care about your staff & the visitors that come by. We were told by a staff member that you drop in unexpectedly for autograph signing & to ensure everything is running properly. We feel your personal touch & involvement shows in every employee & in how exceptionally the theme park operates! We will look forward to visiting again & we highly recommend this theme park to everyone!! Please don’t miss out on this jewel nestled in the TN mountains!!!

Nathan Harris

The whole family had a great time, and it was worth the cost. The park was very clean with lots of shade. A couple of rides were temporarily closed and a couple of others had long waits.. but we got there 30 minutes before they opened and the kids got to ride every ride in the country fair area without any wait. The lunch buffet at the smokehouse wasn't any more that you'd pay elsewhere in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg

Hayden Blackmon

Dollywood is one of the best amusement parks in the world guaranteed. I love that there are a lot of rides to go on it makes it so much fun. Especially like the Flying Eagle its one of the best rides at Dollywood! There is also Splash County or Splash Country can't remember

David McBee

What a fun theme park! Dollywood truly captures the character of Dolly herself and the state of Tennessee. Great coasters and shops. Super friendly staff. I especially liked meeting the ladies in Dolly’s Closet. And the cinnamon bread with apple butter was WONDERFUL.

Britt Flea

Absolutely love Dollywood. 10/10 fun rides, beautiful setting close to the mountains. They do an amazing job of making it a memorable experience. We have done the season passes every few years and it's always impressive to see the expansion and renovations. There's something for everyone.

Lakeland/Winter Haven Kayak Tours

Awesome place to visit while in Pigeon Forge! Lots of things to do like shoes and rides! Roll coasters are awesome! This place is right in the the middle a mountains area. Priced cheap to get it in. Food prices are not to bad either. Everyone must visit this attraction when the area. WE LOVE YOU DOLLY THANKS FOR A WONDERFUL DAY!!

John Seitz

I really enjoyed the rides and restaurants at Dollywood. They have a variety of fast and slow rides. On a couple of the rides though, the lines were ridiculous. One line took me 2 hours and 30 minutes just waiting , but that's what a lot of popular amusement parks have an issue with. They definitely need more benches around the park. My feet ache from standing all day. A lot of the food there was comfort food, including a bunch of BBQ and fried chicken, which was delicious.

A Payne

Great amusement park. Most of the employees I interacted with didn’t seem happy to be at work and lacked basic customer service skills. The only exception was the woman at the time saver desk. She was great.

M Fowler

Awesome family friendly park which is all about costumer satisfaction. Had a few hours of weather that kept rides from operating but they still had shows and restaurants to keep you entertained and will do what they can for you if weather does end up messing with your plans in the park for too long. All around thumbs up.

Dillon Hurst

I really enjoyed this place. If your a late teen or young adult going with friends, you'll probably enjoy a six flags or busch gardens more due to having a higher number of thrill rides. If you're with family that have older or younger members with you this is a better place, has more things for everyone.

Rebecca Camerlingo

Loved...loved....loved Dollywood. Staff were super friendly and amusement park was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Go to the buffet for the best fried chicken. Highly recommend getting the cinnamon bread as it is delicious. Lots of fun and unique rides and love the country/farmy feeling throughout the park. Catch the bird show as well!

One suggestion/concern. The package pickup window should open well before 2:30 PM so that guests who had late pickup items from the day before do not have to wait until 2:30 PM the next day to pick them up. The window should be open at noon or 1 PM even though the current days' purchased items are not available for pickup until 2:30 PM. Many guests have a shorter day at Dollywood on their second day visit due to travel plans.

Jeanette Dice

Fun rides and shows. So many good roller coasters and other rides like the water rides. I love Doggywood for my dogs. The staff was great to my 2 small dogs that had a cute little private room. I could go walk and feed them whenever I wanted, so we were all happy. I do wish that Dollywood had more healthy food options and gluten free/soy free options. I did speak to the chef who prepared me a great meal.

Christy G

Whole family loved!! Something for everybody, every age! Was very hot that day, but Dolly doesn't control that =) She does however have allot of fans and misters throughout park to help keep cool. Also allot of shade throughout park. With the trip!!

Chris Franks

Always a wonderful trip. I miss some of the attractions that are gone now but at the same time it's always neat to see the new attractions and expansions. A must do for anyone visiting the great state of Tennessee.

Wesley Cook

Great value. Always something new. Large park and very beautiful. Lots of great rides and coasters. Best comfort food and reasonable too. Harvest Festival was awesome.

Aaron Butcher

We had an awesome time at Dollywood! Our family of 4 is all about the rides and Dollywood does not disappoint. I recommend getting the upgraded parking. You can get it online ahead of time before it fills up. It is real close to a separate entrance and it gets you ahead of the crowd leaving as well if you stay till closing.

Michelle Christofalos

Dollywood is always great, but especially so for our family with an autistic child. We visited their calming room on this trip. The lights were down low, they had many style chairs to sit in, books, fidgets, and toys. It was exactly what was needed. Our guy came out refreshed and ready to have fun the rest of the day.

Ashley Middleton Rodriguez

We loved this place both the theme park and the water park! P.S. Bring walking shoes your gonna need them!!! The price was a little high, but considering everything was okay??? . . . The service team was amazingly helpful and friendly. there wasn't any shows while we where there??? . . . The rides where really nice, the lines wasn't too long of a wait, and the water slides where great! All in all It's a great spot in general for a kid friendly family vacation!

Megan Wingert

Dollywood is a wonderful place to visit. It is Beautiful and there are lots of rides for all ages. Everyone is super friendly. Only rating 4 stars because of the slow customer service that we had a majority of the food places we visited..

Jim Rogers

Probably the most enjoyable theme park we have ever visited. It's laid out nicely and has plenty of shady spots on those hot summer days. Lots of rides and attractions making it enjoyable for all ages. Especially with the new Wildwood Grove area. Recommended.

April Price

We had an enjoyable time. Food served is good and served quickly. They give out free waters at each food stand when you ask since they don't allow outside drinks to be brought in with you. They also have a free tram from the parking lot to help cut down on your walking. Lockers are available near each ride that won't allow bags on the ride. It is a one time fee to rent then you can rotate lockers as you move through the park. Great idea!
