Always a great experience. They added new equipment too. My kids really enjoy coming here. Just make sure on some earlier mornings it’s for kids 6 and under only. I think that’s during the week, but call and check If you aren’t sure.

Love the obstacle course but ran into an issue on the trampolines. My daughter was jumping on her trampoline doing flips and very small children were running underneath her and simply unsupervised. We spoke to a nice young man at the desk and were told that they could go anywhere they wanted per company policy. That is fine, but we left and will not return. A child will get hurt because of this "let them run wild mentality". I was not going to be any part of a small child being injured for lack of supervision...and 3 workers were standing there observing it all!

My family went there today and had a good deal of fun but this place lacks in a few areas that other indoor trampoline parks excel in. For starters, 1. There is no clear time schedule. You kinda just jump until you're tired. Yes, you pay for 30 minutes or whatever, but if you jump past that, no one is the wiser because they don't have a visible timer and they don't use the intercoms to announce beginning and ending times. This is frustrating because in comparison to several other places I've been to, they have a small facility and it can get crowded easily. 2. The socks are thin and cheap. Not a thick quality like many other places I've been too. 3. Small facility. Only a limited number of free jumping spaces. 4. Really strict rules-- no cell phones on the Trampoline's. No face shots in dodgeball. Gimme. A. Break. I did like that they begin their time slots at 30 vs most places having only the 1hour and up option. I also liked the rock climbing. Over all our experience was enjoyable but there are some changes that would improve that.

Workers are very friendly, the do offer a military discount, so if your a veteran, make sure to ask. Honestly, 1 hour is good enough for most people, you are going to be dead tired in 20 minutes anyways. Try and go when there is not alot of kids and you will enjoy it the most.

It took 15 minutes after I made the purchase for her to finally let my child get socks and a band so he could jump. My child just started jumping so I hope the experience gets better!! We stopped in on a morning that was too chilly to do anything outside and it was great. We had as much fun as the kids did. (1&1/2, 2&1/2). Lots of room and will more than likely choose a venue such as this around the area we live for our son's next birthday party. Definitely recommend this if you're looking for something to do for an hour or two.

Nice trampoline park with activities I have not seen at other similar places. The Ninja course is really challenging, and the rock climbing wall is also fun. Would recommend. The only downside is having to pay $3 for socks.

First of its kind in the area and is great for all ages. My 3 & 4 year old love it and I can burn some calories while playing with them. Very clean, courteous staff, and only need to fill out the waiver once. The only thing I do wish was that they had more time for children under 6 - rockin tots on Tuesday from 9-2 is great but since it's during the week it's hard to make it to that time often. But overall love it!! Well done!!

Cool spot for the kids and whole family. Stopped here before leaving town so the kids could blow off some extra energy. Polite staff and kid friendly atmosphere. They have a nice food court area. There’s even some awesome massage chairs...beware they beep loudly if you sit in them if you’re not feeding them (money) lol. You are required to purchase their socks but remember to hang onto them for the next time. Will visit again.

My daughter had the BEST birthday party at Rockin Jump this past weekend. Findley, our event host, was AMAZING. She set up EVERYTHING, every single decoration down to the silverware. She served our food and cake, I was just in awe of this person who did SO MUCH for us and allowed me to enjoy the party. I wish I could hire her for every party I have. The only complaint I have is that the 2 hours allotment for jumping and then the party (90 minutes of jumping and 30 for food/cake/presents) wasn’t enough for the price that we paid for everyone. 30 minutes was not enough time for all the kids to sit down to eat, then have cake AND open presents. But other than that, we had so much fun and cannot wait to come back!

My 8 year old grandson had his birthday party at your location on 3/19/17 which was hosted by his parents. We had 4 kids that were 8 yrs old, his sister that is 15 months old, and 5 adults. The cost of this gathering was close to or just over $250.00, the original cost I believe was $200, but that only included 2 pizzas and soda. They did order additional pizza, and also had to pay $2.00 for socks. First off I do believe the socks should be included in the party cost, not an additional charge. You are going there for a party and I feel the cost should have been absorbed in the cost already charged. Also, only a half hour in the party room; that isn't enough time to get to make the announcement that the party is to start, get the kids down from jumping, get their hands washed, eat, and open gifts. If you don't have enough rooms for each party to have an hour in the room, make more rooms or book less parties. We hadn't even started on presents let alone get to decorate the room at all and the time was up. The next party group was bringing their stuff in and we weren't done. I did not feel this was all that great for the money that was spent. My thoughts are Never Again and no I would not recommend this place for a party. I hope you heed this complaint and seriously consider making some changes. Word of mouth advertising is a wonderful tool, or not.

My grandson is here visiting for a few weeks. I brought him once and he enjoyed it So much, I bought him a month pass, even though he will only be here for 1/2 the month. He goes everyday. Its been nice for him, especially since we have had so much rain. He has also made new friends there.

One of the best amusement place in the area! I purchased the 30-day pass for my visiting grandchildren and we've visited there a few times, best purchase I've done in a while especially since it has been raining! Shotout to one of their staff, Ben, who was helpful and kind to my grandson who has autism and who doesn't always get the rules right away. Ben was patient with him and remembered us during a couple of visits. Thanks Ben!

This is for real the best jump park around! I've been too multiple jump parks and none of them have ever had such bouncy trampolines! Rockin jump has two ninja courses, dodgeball, a rockwall, and a arena were you push people off this pole in the middle of a pit of foam cubes. Honestly if you visit (or live in) myrtle beach you have to go to rockin jump! (If this was helpful pls like comment)

This place was a great stop for our vacation. There was something for all of us to do. We are from Alabama so the prices were significantly higher than our similar places back home but it is still worth a stop. Lockers to put your belongings, massage chairs, and a snack area all make this a plus to add to your trip. They did seem to need more staff to monitor some of the attractions.

My kids just had their birthday party here, I will start with the pros. They had so much fun and so did everyone that came. The party room was a good size and our host Gia, did a great job setting up and serving our guests. Overall, everyone said it was a great party. My only true complaint is that it is so expensive. We also had no idea we were supposed to tip our party host, and after spending close to $600 on the party + cake and decorations, we felt we didn’t tip her sufficiently bc we were so spent. Another con was they only allow you 30 minutes in the room - even though we had ours on a Monday, there were no other parties going on much less any other customers in sight - which is not enough time to eat pizza, cut cake, eat cake and open presents. They didn’t get to open any of their gifts and I felt really bad for my guests that wanted their gifts opened.

A perfect place to take your family for something fun, different and for a good change healthy!! My 8 year old daughter loves the ninja course as she is a huge America Ninja warrior fan! The tot jump times are perfect for my 4 year old and me and at $15 for two hours I can't beat it!! I have family in town from New york and the kids had so much fun yesterday we booked a birthday party for tomorrow!! The staff are great with all the kids! As a mom I can sit and relax in the lounge and know they are being watched and safe! Highly recommend Rockin' Jump to anyone living or visiting Myrtle Beach!!

We arrived at 12:30pm on Tuesday. I immediately noticed that there were few staff members monitoring the play areas. My sons entered the dodge ball court, which was unstaffed. Another child became very aggressive with my son, crossed over the center court and began pelting my son with balls from directly over my son as he lay on the floor. I yelled for the boy to stop and told my kids to leave the court. They played and had fun. But, the incident would have been avoided if there had been a staff present. At about 2pm, I noticed that there were more staff and most areas were being monitored.

All are staffed for safety and even fun for the adults if you can keep up! Plenty of paid options for relaxing while waiting for the kids. Like the massage chairs! Love these!

I really love the idea of this place. My children love going here and it's comfortable for parents wishing to stay and watch their children. I do hear complaints from friends who have large families over the price. luckily I only have 2 children to pay for. Wish there were more choices like this in Horry County.

It's great on days when school is in, but it can get too crowded easily. They have a toddler Time which is nice for smaller kids. The price is a little high, but not extreme. There is a snack bar. Bathrooms are ok, I don't think they're cleaned regularly though.

It was very crowded and smelled like day old feet and sweaty children. My son came her for a birthday party and he had a blast. Enjoyed every minute of it and was a sweaty, hot mess. They give out different color bands depending on the hour so they know who is supposed to be jumping and who's not. Grown men were up there having the time of their life.

This place is awesome but a bit pricey. Just to have one child jump for an hour will cost you over $20! If you have a small child its best to take them early when they have rockin tots. You and your child can jump for about $10, if you have the jumping socks. Thats usually when I take my son so we can jump together and not spend what I would normally spend taking him to dinner and a movie. It's great exercise and the kids all seem to just play together like we used to years ago before Fortnite! Lol Took my son to a birthday party there and it was great! Staff was friendly and very attentive. In short: kids love it. Parents only like it.

My son really liked this place. The reason I gave 4 stars is that they made my family wait in line for over 10 min. knowing that they were at capacity. We bought tickets because they told us to come back in 30min. By buying tickets then was the only way we were guaranteed a spot to jump later that day. Could've had someone going through the line and explaining the situation before my kids got super excited and then I tell them we can't jump now, in fact, we have to leave for 30min.

Only giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Great place to go if you like having whistles blown at you every 5 seconds. Kids can’t jump with parents, kids can’t take too long to get up out of pits after falling, or after falling on anything. They’ve got employees on power trips & that’s about it. Had a good experience with TWO employees. The lady at the front desk that checked us in, and a young boy at the rock climbing wall. I understand they’ve got to keep kids safe, but there’s no excuse for the staff members behavior today.

I took my 8 and 5 year olds on a Wednesday around 3:30pm and we had the place to ourselves! The staff was very nice (young, not the most professional, but nice), and we enjoyed all the features of Rockin Jump, especially the ninja course. We'll be back for the Wednesday pricing again for sure!

Great place to take energetic kids!!! They all had a blast! Check their website for current specials/deals or they also do "open jump" times. We went during their Friday Night Neon Jump event. They had a DJ playing music and games for the kids. We'll definitely be back!!
