I saw pictures and knew I had to stop and visit! This beautiful garden area is amazing! I cannot say enough great things about it. At the top of the waterfall there was a place for us to explore and play in the shallow water. Some of our group scaled down the side of the rocks to the bottom of the waterfall while the rest of us took the stairs. (Note: The beautiful rock stairs are great BUT be wise if you are short legged and knee injured like myself. The SPAN between the rock stairs DIFFERS from step to step and though they are VERY FIRM and NOT DANGEROUS, the space from one to the other was a little harder on just a few.) We got some amazing pictures as well! During our visit I saw a man practicing his skills of scaling the rocks with his remote controlled truck and another letting his dog enjoy the water and landscape while off leash and chasing a ball. There are so many great ways to use this beautiful area for relaxing and family fun! This is my first time visiting Greenville and I loved it! What a wonderful place to visit with my family.

Went here last night after work for a sub dinner date. You would think that any place this close downtown would be noisy, crowded, and not well kept. The opposite was true. As you descend into the park, the road and condos on either side fall away and you are left in a mini-paradise. The park itself is exquisitely maintained and every bench and trashcan are designed to blend into the scenery. Near the waterfall is a carving into the rock that is designed to be a bench. We sat there and ate dinner. Totally quiet, only a few people walking through. So nice. Will definitely be returning here.

Beautiful spot for serenity and reflection. Grass is soft and green. Peaceful water sounds. However, people need to stop littering and realize that there are garbage cans at either end of the garden. I spent at least ten minutes picking up other people’s trash. Also, saw a harmless water snake hiding in the rocks, just be careful if your kids are climbing around.

Great for prom and other pictures of that type. Just make sure to check the prom schedules of all the surrounding area schools. Last time we went. 4 area and other surrounding schools had prom the same night. Parking was an issue.

A small but BEAUTIFUL place to rest and eat lunch. Hat's off to whoever maintains it! The park at the zoo was packed but only a few folks here....on second thought...it's awful!! Stay away! Poison Ivy everywhere! Piranhas in the pond and ticks too!

Exquisite mini botanical garden complete with waterfall, pond with Lily pads, and a little stone bridge. Perfect for a very sweet and low key proposal....and that's exactly what happened! The entire time we were there on a late Saturday afternoon from about 4-6pm, there was never more than a total of 8 people there. A very intimate park filled with loads of beauty. We plan to return for a picnic. I drove all the way from Charlotte NC and it was worth it.

It's nice and even though it's a small park it is a hidden gem! Waterfall, rocks ( obviously), 2 small grassy areas divided by a stream. Can get crowded easily and parking is near non-existent! ...Still though with the right timing and patience it's worth checking out.
