First visit today and I was so disappointed. Their age range is 2-12 but all the kids were closer to 12 and extremely rowdy, to the point that my 3 year old could hardly play and when I said something to the employee standing there she did nothing about it. Then apparently they switched rooms and a party came in... after being stared down, an employee came over to me and rudely said “you’re supposed to be in the other room!” ...What a nice welcoming! How was I supposed to know that? The experience was so unpleasant except for the girl at the front desk, she was extremely nice and helpful when I checked in. Unless they hire more people like her, I won’t be returning.

I had my daughter's party here when she turned 6. We had a great experience at Pump it up. My daughter enjoyed it, the price was good, and it was such a big help for them to do the photos! We also go to the PNO service they offer and she still enjoys birthday parties there too...

Went here for free jump with a few friends. Not too expensive and the kids literally wore themselves out. Staff was nice and pretty hands off. And we could sit and see the kids playing, versus having to follow them around everywhere.

We enjoy this place during open bounce time, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for their Parents Night Out events. We took our daughter and her friend there last night, and they were very excited at drop off. At pick up it was a different story. A coupleof the employees were disrespectful to me (the parent) at pick up, and then on the car ride home I was told of a few other things one of the employees said to my daughter that I am not alright with. On top of that, they broke a special necklace while taking it off my daughter. I definitely won’t be taking my daughter to this event again. These teenagers that work there should learn to have more respect when talking to the parents, and they should be considerate while caring for our little ones. I will be calling the manager to discuss the issues in full, and make her aware of the one girl in particular.

Cool kids birthday venue. The party we attended the staff mixed up a gift but to their credit they went above and beyond to make it right. First room was ok, second room with black lights and climbing wall was very good especially for the older kids.

My son loves it, he's five. And I appreciate that they have a place for parents to sit and watch. It lets him release tons of energy and have lots of fun doing it. We've also had a birthday party for him here. I would give it five stars except that the supervision is done by young people and sometimes they seem more interested in keeping themselves busy by playing basketball than watching the kids. (At least that's how it seems on parents night, when parents aren't in the room the whole time). They seem more in place to report injuries than to prevent them (or bullying, or other behaviors). However... My son has somehow never had an injury here. This isn't a slam on the place, I gave them four stars. It's the only thing I would change about the place, having someone stand and watch the kids rather than merely be in the room with them. And maybe it's not always that way or that way with every young person...but I've seen it enough times that a pattern has been established for me. Would I go back? Absolutely! I intend on it, many times!

My children have been going to Pump It Up since they were very small and crawling, I can not say enough great things about the staff, activities and the allowed playtime between child and parent. Definetly recommend for open jumps and cool birthday parties that are a hit!

Do not expect to come here on Saturday or Sunday unless you are part of a birthday party. We drove all the way from Spartanburg just to be told that we could not bring our kids inside because they have no "open jump" on the weekends.

My two children had their birthday parties here, and I have attended countless other kids' parties at Pump It Up. This place is like a well-oiled machine. Each and every party has gone smoothly and on schedule, and the kids have a great time. The staff is friendly and helpful. All parents have to do is show up and pay, which is just how I like it. No party planning stress or last-minute scrambling.

WOW!! Had my little girls birthday party on a Saturday morning this past month in January. We arrived at 9:00 a.m. and I felt like I was being greeted on a first class cruise line. The customer service was excellent. They held the door open. They helped unload our vehicle. I asked what to do and the response I got was "enjoy your daughters birthday, we will handle the rest" My little girl had so much fun with her friends and even the parents participated on the slides. We ALL had so much fun. I didn't feel rushed. VERY organized. It was the easiest & less stressed birthday party that we have ever planned. I would highly recommend this place. I would def have another party there. Our attendants were awesome.

Awesome place for family fun. We had our sons 3rd birthday party here and it was great! The package we chose included food and drinks. I even went down the slides and through the obstacle course. The staff were very friendly and took pictures that ended up on a slide show at the end when we were eating (you can purchase the pics as well). Great experience!

This place was okay Fun for little kids but I think they should try to improve it a little more with better bouncy houses for more fun but I'm pretty sure any little kid is going to have fun once they see those bouncy houses

I've only ever dropped in for the "free jump" or whatever, with my little kids. Can't beat it. If there were 30+ kids in there? Nah, we'd pass. But it's never been packed and you can't go wrong with a clean, bouncy castle room.

Pretty good experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I got a lot of food and they didnot hesitate to serve. Though they could improve that aspect or ask the host to help with extra food. Some times crowd and then if extra food are there it could be a bit of work for them. I am still going to give 5 stars.

We have had 2 of our children's parties here at the Greenville location and the staff and facility are wonderful!! The staff and has excellent customer service skills and an overall welcoming "HAPPY vibe! The kids LOVE the black light glow room part the most! The facility is clean and well maintained. Having a child's Birthday party here, could not be any easier or more pleasant especially for the adults. You bring it (or they supply it all), they set it up and clean it up-DONE. I'd HIGHLY recommend to anyone :))

It was fun except for the fact that your time in the rooms are so limited. The kids don't have much time to play and when it is time to leave, you have a room full of crying kids. Also, beware of ordering the bubble machine for $35. It is nothing more than your average bubbles out of a bottle. NOT worth the money.

This is a great place for younger kids looking to burn off some energy! It's about as clean as a bounce house location can be and the staff does a really great job with birthday parties. I do wish there were a few more (different) inflatable bounce toys so they had a little more variety but my 4 year old doesn't seem to mind!

We went here for a birthday party. My son had a good time here, and everything was clean and well maintained. This place is a good alternative to the uncertainty of an outdoor venue, as it is climate controlled and protected from the wind, and they have separate rooms for the party activities (cake, gifts, etc).

Such a cool concept. Went for a birthday party, 40 minus in one room with blow up slide, obstacle course and another one. 40 minutes in another room with sanre but dissent stuff, then 40 minutes in that party room with food and drinks. Kids love it and even the parents can play with them!
