Here you will be able to see the reviews of real people like you who are buying the services and products of Otter Creek Waterpark (Park) in the area close to South Carolina.
At present the firm gets a score of 4.5 stars over 5 and that score was based on 399 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average score it has is practically the best one, and it's based on a large number of opinions, so we can say that the evaluation is quite accurate. If there are many people who bothered to leave their review when they are happy with the business, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually stop to put opinions when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Park belongs to the category of Water park.
Great place to take the kids and catch some rays. This waterpark is smaller than Discovery Island but still offers the slides. There is a area for smaller kids to run around and play in the waterfalls. Concessions are moderately prices... there is not suppose to be any outside food/drink but I see plenty of people breaking this rule. All-in-All a great place to spend the day.
Very nice water park however a lot of camps use it so it can be very overcrowded they apparently do not put a capacity limit in force and a lot of children in diapers using the pool
The whole family loves coming here!!
Very nice place.
Love this place! It is so clean. The lifeguards are so helpful and they have a great attitude. Thank you so much Jayla for helping my grand daughter!
Well maintained park off the beaten path. 2 super pickle ball courts!
It’s okay...just okay. Be better off buying a kiddie pool and staying home. People pack In the pools like sardines
Love it
Love this place clean and well staffed
Went on a weekday and it was great. My son fell and scraped his knees and the staff were extremely helpful in responding with the minor first aid needed. My one recommendation would be to line the splash pad with some sort of rubber coating to prevent this.
they should open earlier in the summer but other than that it's the best park around here to go to unless you're going to go to like Carowinds or something
No no no there were others all over the place
Fun
This place is a wonderful family place. Everyone is very helpful and the facilities are clean.
It’s my first time going. And i absolutely loved it! I hope I can go again soon!!
Nice facility. Friendly and clean. Seemed safe for families.
It's okay, way too expensive for what is offered. Staff always finds some rule you are breaking. I wear prescription glasses and was told that I would have to remove them to use any of the facilities, really? Still it is the only summer attraction around to keep my kids busy in the summer.
The slides were awesome
Great place to bring the kids, pool is big enough, the kiddie area is good and the slides are nice. The only negative is the speed of service at the concession stand, don't have enough people working it and wait times can get long. But other than that, it is a great times for family and kids.
Fun for all ages but the water in the pools of really salty the slides are not though
Grandkids loved it here. Had gr8 time.
Love this place loved it since I was 6❤️❤️
Nice staff. Very helpful. Very clean.
This place is amazing! My grandchildren and I had a blast! One of the cool things, the concession stand sells PEPSI!!
Visited yesterday for thr first time and LOVED it!!!!
Great place to walk, and.pool and.slides for kids
It was clean and nice until all the buses of kids showed up. They should have school days and public only days.
My sister had her child’s fifth bday here. Mia was wonderful taking care of us and the staff is excellent.
Great for summer pass
Great time - the kids love the water slides!
2nd week in a row that they ran out of pizza during lunch time. Last week at 1230; this week at 1130. Don't offer it if you can't provide. Let your patrons bring in their own food and drink if you can't properly inventory your pizza supply. Won't bring my family back.
Great and fun place lovely rec area

Otter Creek Water Park was a great experience. I brought three kids I was babysitting here. We were given free passes to the park. Everybody in our group was above 42 in, so we didn't need any life jackets, and we were all able to ride the slides. The lines were kind of long, but we still had a lot of fun while we waited.
It didn't have all of the things Discovery Island has!
The park is not very big but the kids love it. 1 tube slide, 2 big body slides, and one small body slide. Water features and little waterfalls make a great spot for toddlers. I have also been impressed by the number of lifeguards they employ. I would recommend that people bring their own drinks and try to bring a picnic lunch or eat before you go. The food is not as outrageous as some similar venues but it costs more than you'll want to spend to feed several kids.
Great family fun a way to cool down in the summer
Very nice and clean. I cannot say enough for the girl who worked at the ticket counter the past 2 times we've gone there. She is the most polite and sincere person I've met in a long time. I hope she's working there next summer :)
I had a great time. It's a good place to bring kids.
Really good water park! Good for kids, they have a blast
Today was my first visit at this water park. My 8 yr old son was with me and we had a blast! The facility is very well maintained and well managed. The slides are super fun and there are enough of them that there's at least 1 to fit your level of speed and excitement!
We went to Otter Creek last week and it didn’t disappoint. The kids loved all the slides. It was not crowded and the lines were not as long as some other water parks. I loved the bigger pool area where I could cool off and play with the kids. We ate lunch from there and it was good. The staff was very friendly and always had a smile on their face. We have our next return date planned for in a few weeks before school starts back.
Sweet place to have fun with kids
Not bad for a local water park.
Had a great time but the lines to the slides were really slow
This is a great place to bring the family! It has a splash pad for the littles and enough to keep the bigs occupied.
I had a great day with my family
Just the best summer day fun you can have with your family. And you do not have to drive very far. Greenville you rock!
My granddaughters love this park and so do I!
Website says that it is open today (august 15) and so does answering machine. Poor service, nobody answering phone. The website says that it was open today but then when we get there all signs say that it is closed, EXTREMELY frustrated at the lack of letting the public know that it was closed. Many other customers were there confused about what was going on. This is very irresponsible and disappointing to a lot of your costumers.
An awesome little place to spend an afternoon!! I do wish they had a deep pool with a diving board. But it's still a wonderful addition to the area!
The concession stand is horrible and only has pizza... if they don't run out. So pack your lunch or eat before you go!

Very limited water activities but maintained in good condition.. Good for couple of hours fun in pool
It was a lot of fun, and the lifeguards were great and very patient. There's not a ton to do: three slides, a pool, and a splash pad, but the boy child loved it. The water in the pool was like bathwater (you decide if you like that or not), but the water in the splash pad is quite chilly. Nice on a super hot day.
Hours of operations suck for a waterpark in the South. The vents in the pool should be replaced as they are raised and not flush with the floor of the pool so you can stub your toe or even your knees.
Really cool place
This is a Nice, family oriented water park.
Good small local waterpark. The slides are good but they only have 3 slides.the staff are really strict and don’t let you even jump into the pool.
Great place for small children
Great expression of art.
Great experience
My family and myself had a blast recommend everyone try it once
My kids love this place
Great pool for younger kids
So much fun took my son for his bday we had the besr of time great place for families and kids of all ages
Great staff amazing service and just amazing quality overall
Nice little alternative to the lake and the muddy water that comes with it. 2 big slides that require a minimum 42" height on the kiddos. Not enough shade or chairs and the main pool was only 3' at its deepest. Decently priced food and drink. All in all a cool little park for the kids to enjoy on a hot day
Fun for the kids. Love that there are so many lifeguards.
We all had a wonderful time!

The most Amazing Water Park I've been too in the Upstate!! The White slide is a MUST try!
The park is nice. Very safe for kids. We brought our 18 month old son and he loved it. Only downside is the food service. We order a hotdog and 2 chicken strips. Took 35 mins!! The employees were just walking around taking their time like everything was ok. Please fix this problem ASAP.
Great staff. Very clean facility. Closes at 5:30. Seems like you can do big group rental after regular closing hours. When we left at 5:30, a huge group came in.
I've lived a mile from here since 1985. Good park. New playground added recently. Only complaint is the bathrooms are almost always closed, but I'm sure that's due to past vandalism.
It’s a small waterpark, but still lots of fun!
Boy that concrete gets hot! Lines for the slides were moving but seems that each lifeguard had their own rules for the middle slide, whether it was a combined line or it's own line...was confusing for the guests, but otherwise it was fun. Even with many day cares there, the lines never got so long where it wasn't worth it, but for sure, get there early!
The water park isn't quite open, but the playground is fun for my son, and it's rarely crowded. We enjoy a little break out there when the weather is nice. The playground is well maintained, and there's plenty to do to feed a 5 year old's imagination.
Nice park for toddlers and up to 10-12 years old. Pool is only 3ft deep. Has 3 water slides. You cannot bring your own food nor drinks. They say they have pizza but they often run out and have to order more which make it not convenient at all. They really should improve and have an ordering system with a delivery time for pickup at the concessions. We rented the cabana but it was a little expensive for what it was. They have plenty of spot with big sunshades. Maybe if the park is really crowded it would be worth it.
Not too crowded. Had a great time with my 7 yr old. He wants to go back 50 times before summer ends.
It was nice. Got old real fast with only 3 slides and a little expensive at the concession stand. A decent place to take kids at least once per summer.
My grandkids loved it they were visiting from Ohio.

Enjoyed spending time with my grandson
Even though it was a lot of people here, it didn’t seem so packed. Very nice.
My kids had a blast
Live this place and so do the kiddos
Fun and clean
MY CHILDREN LOVED IT I WILL BE TAKING THEM BACK
This place is great! The deepest part of the pool is only 3ft and gradually gets shallower. They have numerous lifeguards on duty who maintain safety in and out of the water. There is plenty of shaded sitting areas with chairs and loungers for those that want to go, but not interact with the water. It is located in an unexpected area, but the directions Google maps gives you are correct. While not as big as some waterparks, there is still plenty of fun to be had. My family will definitely be going back!
We had fun but I'm giving it a two because someone stole my shoes and I had to leave barefoot!! I wore rainbow flip flops there that I had had for about three years and I loved them and someone actually stole them. Used flip flops. Pretty pathetic!!!
Great water park. Be back soon.
Nice place, my kids love it. We enjoy swimming there lol
Very very exciting. The kids had an Awesome Time.
Great time with the grandkids at the water park...
Fun stuff
A hidden family gem. Pet friendly, basketball court, tennis courts, and covered shelter
Took grandkids and their friends had a blast.
Had a blast. Great waterslides and splash pad
Our favorite summer spot! We love going during the week. No crowds, short lines for the water slides, cheap snacks, lots of shade, and attentive lifeguards.
Great water park for young children. The pool is 3ft deep which is really good for youngsters, adults can swim in it to, carefully. There are three really cool water slides, as well as a separate lower especially for the little tots. Oh and splash pads too. Very enjoyable family outing.
Recreation for the family. Great place. Nice water park and play ground, tennis court and basketball court.
My grands had a ball wellstaff attentive clean
Not too crowded. Had a great time with my 7 yr old. He wants to go back 50 times before summer ends.
Awesome and cheap family fun place!!!
Very clean place
Fun with the kids
Great for kids. Affordable. Don't like you can't bring outside food though.
This place is a lot of fun. Wish they had a deeper pool for swimming it only goes to 3 ft.
Nice place to cool off. Great for all ages.
Remember in Cinderella when the big step sister tries to force her foot into the tiny glass slipper? This beautiful water park is that glass slipper and the growth of TR is that giant foot. I had a hard time rating this one because the place and the workers were great it’s just way too crowded. The lines for the water slides were a half hour and the pool was elbow to elbow with people. I won’t be going back until they either expand or just build another park to help alleviate the crowds.
Good for kids adults can relax
Perfect for younger children. Love it!!!!
Honestly it's pretty good. For My 2 boys and I all together with food and everything I spent about 80 dollars so if you have kids you know for 5 hours of fun that's a good deal
The waterpark was awesome but the concession stand could be better more varieties of food but we would definitely come back again
Real nice!
Fun place for family
Great
Wonderful birthday experience for our granddaughter. Thank you so much!
Great place for the kids!
Prisma Health outing! GREAT time with teens!
Had a blast
It was nice. Got old real fast with only 3 slides and a little expensive at the concession stand. A decent place to take kids at least once per summer.
Too crowded and not worth the amount of money they charge for 3 slides
Seems to be a great place to take infants and small children as well as bigger children I even enjoyed myself.
Had a good experience. The price for food and drinks are alot better now. Will definitely be going back.
Such a fun place! Take on the heat this summer with the coolest place in town! All of our music students love this place. Their staff is great! Located near Greer! Who's ready to go! Great water slides, in ground fountains and even swim lessons. The Music Place
This place is relaxing mostly the time. So far this year it hasn't been over crowded. It is really nice there. Been going regularly past 5 years.
Fun little water park.. Great for kids!!
I don't have any problems with the animals, but I can believe people bring dogs to share the same water pool, dog hair in the water no thank you is
Decent effort for city water park
Very nice experience. Staff were friendly and the grounds were extremely clean.
This county-owned water park consists of a toddler friendly splash pad, large wading pool, and waterslides. The park is clean, there is food to purchase on site, lockers can be rented, and children and infants get a free life jacket for the day. Great for young children, but it would easily bore adolescents.
This is by far the best water park near Greenville. It's way less crowded way more helpful and watchful staff. Definitely for younger kids even though they have three pretty big water slides. The massive splash pad is great as well as the big slide for little ones. Life vests are in abundance and everything is pretty clean except the bathrooms which must be a nightmare to maintain. Also, I have never had a problem finding a chair!!! Love this place I'll be buying a pass next summer.
We love Otter Creek! Tube slide, two body slides, a kiddie slide, big splash pad, and swimming area. Nicely maintained and staffed.
A wonderful day of Family fun! The operator, Mike Eudy is a great leader and keeps the place running smoothly!
Great place to take the children . Get there early and you can go on the water rides constantly with no waiting . Great place for little ones or taking the whole family to at least get wet and have some fun . Food takes to long .. 20 for an order of fries but you can pack a cooler and eat in the Parking lot since you can re enter over and over . No smoking inside the gates but you can smoke right outside them. It’s not far only 30 steps away . Love this place . I haven’t tried out all the other water parks but my children have and they said this is their favorite one .
The family and I enjoyed ourselves. The kids loved going down the slides. Very clean park
It was good
Loved this waterpark. The lines were not too long and the staff were very friendly.
Nice place bit a bit smaller than I expected.
Great place for kids!!!
We always have a good time here. It seems well maintained and there are attractions for every age level. My 10 yr old son loves it!
Great size for little kids without to much worrying.
I thought this was a great place. to take your kids for fun. I like the idea that they serve Papa John's Pizza there as well
Had a GOOD TIME WITH FAMILY!
Super fun experience. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Easy commute. Free Parking. Affordable
Lots of fun for all ages
3.5 honestly. Great for little kids, relaxing & not as busy as the Simpsonville park. 3 slides, clean area, but I believe they pool is saltwater.
Beautiful pool area. Large pucnic shelter with grill. Plenty of seating
It's so nice and relaxing
We had a blast! So nice. The only thing that I had a problem with was that a senior in our group that came to just sit and watch the kids had to pay full price.
Kids can do slides by themselves and not as crowded as other places. Bring a picnic outside of park if you don't want to do concessions.
Great park kids had a blast Spent the whole day
Great place for smaller kids. Water never is above the waist of an adult. Lots of chairs and umbrellas. Snacks are pricey and you can't bring food in. The kids loved it
Otter Creek is set up to have fun areas for all family members. There's plenty of lifeguards. Lots of seating in & out of the sun. Concession stand, nice bath house, rinse & go feature too. We love Otter Creek.
Loved the volleyball sand court. Really peaceful
It was an amazing little waterpark. Staff were excellent, just awesome all the way around. My family will be going back
Nice little water park, good for young kids. Had my nephews 5th birthday party here and it was perfect for that. I prefer the water park in Duncan over this one as the slides go into the pool whereas this one, the slides have their own little landing area. The deepest water is like 3 feet which makes it not so fun for anyone taller, like the adults and my 8 and 9 year old nephews.
Such a fun place! Take on the heat this summer with the coolest place in town! All of our music students love this place. Their staff is great! Located near Greer! Who's ready to go! Great water slides, in ground fountains and even swim lessons. The Music Place
Amazing place to hold a water party .We have used them for 2 of our church celebrations and they are nothing short of spectacular in accompanying everything to make them special.
Great park, beach entry, slides for all ages, reasonably priced concessions popsicles .20
This place is relaxing mostly the time. So far this year it hasn't been over crowded. It is really nice there. Been going regularly past 5 years.
Great fun on a hot, Summer day with my son and two of my nephews.
Very crowded. Overall good.
