You will see the opinions of people who use the services of Neptune Island Waterpark (Park) in South Carolina.
Now the business has a score of 4.3 out of 5 and that score was based on 503 reviews.
As you can see its rating is really positive, and it's founded on a very large number of reviews, so we can say that the assessment is very accurate. If people have bothered to value when they've done well, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to set tatings when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Park corresponds to the category of Water park.
The kids had fun. Really not worth the price of admission. They basically have slides and a lazy river. Admission was 80.00. Food of course was expensive also. The kids had a great time so i won't complain but they are 7 and 5 yrs old.
We had a good time. It wasn't too crowded on the day we went, but I can see it getting really busy. They did randomly close the wave pool for 30 minutes, not sure why. Also, tough to get a float for the lazy river.
Not bad for the price...great place to do something with the kids.
Great lazy river.... pizza is NOT good and costs too much.
Had a great time with family. Very nice facility. Very clean. Happy to see so many lifeguards, and other park workers.
It was very family friendly. The prices for food within the park were very reasonable. Enjoyed the slides a lot. It was a nice escape without having to drive hours from Columbia.
This is why we love living in Hartsville. Sure its a small water park but man is it FUN! Even my teen daughter who doesn't like anything had a great time. The wave pool and lazy river are the best. Food and drinks are of course over priced but taste great (and they sell booze!) . Just bring a cooler with food and go back to the car to eat. Unopened water bottles are allowed so that is nice. So once again I can't stress enough that its small town swimming but BIG TIME FUN!
Absolutely felt like I was on vacation. It's local I don't have to run to the beach for this. Great fun safe very safe atmosphere.
This is not a good waterpark to go to. I visited as a group with my church today. Being that we were a large group I thought that they would give us a group discount however this was not the case. Also their admission is expensive. It is $19 a person. After paying to get in we all waited in line. While waiting in line to get in, a staff member came up to me and said she had to search my bag. She started poking inside my bag with a stick and asked me whether I had any food or drinks in it. I was offended. I will not be coming back to this waterpark.
I took my nieces to the park yesterday. We traveled from Columbia, so it was not too bad of a drive. Not too crowded, was able to get a table with an umbrella. Be prepared to have your bag looked through as if you were at airport TSA …
We had a great time...
We looked up this place it said it had soooo many attractions, what a gag there is nothing here the wave pool water was dark yellow they got 20 time more lifeguard then attractions. Even with my military discount this place isn't worth visiting again. Sorry just my view on the place would have had more fun running the sprinklers in my front yard!
Yea good place to take pictures but also a great place for kids I'm not a kid the food there's expensive so are the souvenirs the atmosphere well it's not inside pool so your going to get bugs in there some kids have a booger hanging from there nose and we just swim through it when it comes off that's disgusting but that could happen anywhere and we wouldn't notice it .going here is like swimming in your tub but your not getting clean but I suggest they improve or we should just go elsewhere with our money never spending my money there again
At Neptune Island Waterpark we give the best service wanna go to a waterpark but can't find the right one with amazing prices so come on down to the Neptune Island Waterpark right in the Byerly Park, navigate your way to the Neptune Island Waterpark today
Great noodles
It was fine, but kept shutting down the slides, lines are too long.
Great place for the kids to go
If you have a child under 48 in I wouldn't recommend this place, not worth the money for smaller kids. Plus for the price for the pizza or what they called pizza (burnt, no crust and a hand full of pepperoni) was horrible! Only reason I give it 2 stars and not one is my oldest who's 55 in enjoyed everything.
Wonderful food and lazy river, water slides and more.
I loved the water park. But one lifeguard named Connor was yelling at random people for no reason including myself, my brother, and a friend I brought! He yelled at my brother for sitting on a float. It seemed like he was only doing it for the fun of it. When I tried to apologize he ignored me and yelled and my friend! I love the water park and would defiantly recommend it for people, just keep a look out for a lifeguard named Connor.
Clean, safe (more lifeguards than you can shake a stick at, a constant eye on the weather, and Hartsville PD circling the parking lot on a regular basis) and friendly. Reasonably priced admission ($110 for two season passes, which also …
Great place to spend a lazy day with the family.
Very nice and safe for children! The food is reasonable
This place fkng great. great slide
Didn't give 5 stars simply bc of the hassle to get in the water park.
Fun family time! Great place
Nice place to cool off and relax in the lazy river...waterslides are a kids favorite
I Love this place. Have kids? Bring them here. It isn't huge but just big enough to feel like an escape. Still could use some more shade to get out of the sun for a little bit when needed!
Lots if fun but as an older lady, there weren't enough shared chairs.
Going during the week is the way to go. So thankful there is something close by that my family can do for fun! My daughter enjoys it so much. Definitely recommended to everyone.
Good deals on food can get kids food for 3 or 4 dollars. Awesome place designed well good fun for the whole family. Nice to go during the week when its nice and slow, they get pretty busy on Saturdays and sundays. Season passes are good deal with 3 guest passes included
It was nice place for d family
Staff made everyone feel at home. We loved our visit.
It was great enjoy with Tony Moses
This place was great, we took the kids here for the day and they had a blast, food and drinks were fairly priced. I definitely recommend purchasing a cabana though, it makes the heat much more easier to deal with.
For there at opening, 10am. Crazy lines, but moved fast. Paid $55.00 for 3 people. No chairs, tables or loungers. No where to put a bag or your towles except the ground! Lazy river was a joke, waited 4 hrs and never got a tube to ride on. There were very few of them! Too many people ! So disappointed! So much for a nice Family Day!
We had a fantastic time!!! All three kids loved it
Can't wait til summer enjoyed cooling off
It's a small water park but it's loads of fun!! The park is very clean and the employees were nice & helpful. The lazy river is long and surprisingly wide so there weren't any "traffic jams". The water current is just right, not too fast, not too slow. The water was pristine (no grass, small twigs etc... floating in the water). The water slides were lots of fun although the lines became long as the day progressed. The lounge chairs became uncomfortable after a while. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because you can't bring your own snacks (the concessions are very expensive) and they only let you bring in factory sealed water bottles. I would normally have Gatorade as well but they won't let you bring that, they want you to buy their Gatorade at $3 - $4 a bottle. We drink a lot of Gatorade at the beach to keep our electrolytes up & to help avoid heat exhaustion. We could feel the difference at the end of the day without Gatorade. I think it's dangerous not to allow people to bring it in. Overall we had a lot of fun and are considering season passes for next year.
The park was clean and alot of fun! The food was a little pricey, but prices same as other water parks. With 3 adults and 4 children we planned a picnic lunch, Be prepared to bring chairs or blanket! The picnic area had ONE picnic table and 1 bench seat! Fun day adventure trip! Will return.
Cute water park - nice setup and really clean. It's small. The lazy river and cabanas were nice (rent online, don't wait until you get there). The drive there was long so it's probably best for locals.
It was fun, but definitely not what I expected. It looked so so much better on the website. Prices should go down a bit for tickets because it's just so small. Easier to keep up with the kids though especially multiple kids. It was super clean. No place for you to put your stuff just to "hide them under towels." How can lockers be down the whole season? Not cool. Also some of the lifeguards on the slides aren't very nice or informative. I felt like my son and his friends were safe in the wave pool and lazy river though because the lifeguards were always looking and never wavered, however, everytime they blew their whistle we didn't know for what or who. And they are great about safety since if someone throws up or gets cut they shut things down. My son & his friends had a great time and that is what matters in the end.
Only bad thing is that water bottles are 2.50 so it costed all of us 7.50
It is a nice small Waterpark. There are 4 slides, a lazy river, a splash pad and a small wave action pool. It is worth the price if you are interested in a lazy day in the water. It is not for amusement park enthusiasts.
The children love it
Enjoyed spending the afternoon there w my grandson's

Great family atmosphere
Great price for Twilight hours. I had an amazing time. Great Waterpark for little ones
Its a decent size park for the area. The staff could use some more training in certain aspects of health and safety, but overall a great place to bring the kids.
Great experience, great fun for the whole family.
The food and soda are way way over priced. Not enough umbrella areas for shade. The wave pool is too warm. The parking is confusing. People enter the exit and exit the entrance to parking area. The sign said exit and as I'm doing so another car is trying to squeeze in causing the line of traffic to halt. The person entering through exit sat there until the whole entire line of exiting traffic got out of their way. I enjoyed the lazy river although kids kept pushing people that didn't want to hurry through. Maybe you could tell those kids to stop pushing people just because they want to run through the lazy river.
Great place to bring the kids great for all ages. Make sure to bring your own water it is expensive to eat.
It was the best but the dark blue slide scared my brother half to death I wanted to go on it but all u could see were the ripples at the top then the bottom it shoots you straight down. The small green slide was fast and fun.
What can I say, but Excellent.
Definitely worth the drive. Make sure you get here early if you want a locker, cabana, or lounge chair. No outside food or drinks allowed but empty water bottles are permitted. Pavement gets hot so i would advise you to wear flip flops or watershoes.
You should have to open another near Columbia... It's too far away for me!!!... But very nice!!!.. You are the best!!!!
The clean atmosphere and family friendly.
It is a great place for family fun. Staff was wonderful.
It's fun but pricey.
Too expensive w food tho 1 hot dog is 3$n7for a basket w no drink drinks 2
I enjoyed the waterpark. They could do for an expantion, would like to see it grow.
Cute water park - nice setup and really clean. It's small. The lazy river and cabanas were nice (rent online, don't wait until you get there). The drive there was long so it's probably best for locals.

I liked the Lazy Pool and the Wave Pool!
Nice Family environment!
Great fun for the kids!!
Fun if no rain....
Expensive but fun. But expensive, worth saying twice.
The children really enjoyed themselves. A really safe swimming environment. Lifeguard and other employees are very informative and polite.
A cute little water park that is definitely worth the money
Very disappointed! Their system is very unorganized. The purchase day ticket line needs to be rerouted with ropes, they have 3 lines for season pass holders which seem to be more organized. Took 45 minutes to purchase day pass, once purchased had to go through another check point to scan ticket, stamp your hand, and then they check your bag! So if you have something in your bag that is not allowed, you have to get out of line and go back to your car. People will stand and debate this, while holding up the line. Ok, once in; very few chairs, ones we found were broken and unsafe. Not enough tubes for lazy river. Slides very slow, person would be walking out of water before the next person would be released to slide down. Food area was very crowded and food was over priced for quality. People also were in the lazy river without tubes, swimming under your legs and jumping in from the sides. Didn’t seem to be enough life guards for the amount of people. Also, an extension cord was running across a wet area! Price is over priced for the value of this facility.
Nice atmosphere, very inexpensive, enjoyable for kids of all ages and adults. Very nice.
Great place to cool off and enjoy a great time.
We had a great time at the park. Got there around 11:00. We were able to find chairs near an umbrella. Water attractions were fun. Food was a disappointment. I ordered a cheeseburger it was terrible. My daughter ordered chicken tenders they were not bad.
It's a nice place to relax with your family....the wave pool they have is for the kids but it's still fun for the adults. I wish it wasn't so far deep in the country
Very Clean!! Great place for the family.
It was hot but we had a great time
It was fun and relaxing lots of things to do
Great rides nice employees
It's a really good family friendly park. Lifeguards/staffing are nice and always seem ready to dive in. The park in general is fun for all in my opinion from waves in one pool, to the slides over the next, with the splash pad on the side, and a lazy river to relax away. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did! Little on the high side of admission but you can't put a price on making fun memories with the family.
staff was amazing, something you can always feel safe at. for a smaller water park it had the best slides and they were extremely fun to go on over and over and never got old!!
Great place for the family with lots to do besides going all the way to Myrtle Beach. It also has a Wave pool, so next best thing to the beach!!
It's super small. Definitely not what I would call a water 'park'. Kind of like a golf course vs a putt-putt course. Would be cool if I lived within 30 minutes of the place, but not worth the drive otherwise. Oh, and if you leave the park to get lunch, you can get a hand stamp to get back in. BUT. Be careful because they subtract your party from the max capacity and sell more tickets. Which means you may have to wait for someone else to leave before you can reenter. Another weird thing that happened was that the lockers were 'unavailable to rent' on the day we went. When I asked what I was supposed to do with my purse, I was told to just hide it under our towels. They said they didn't have any problems with people getting stuff stolen there. And, in all fairness, nobody messed with my purse. Still, it made me nervous. There is very little shade and very few umbrellas, so be prepared to burn if you decide to sit down for a bit. Food is about what you would expect from a water park - very overpriced. Plan on leaving for lunch if you have more than 1 kid. The lifeguards are constantly blowing their whistles, but never actually SAY anything, so no one is ever sure who did something whistle-worthy. And be careful if you have kids under 13 in the wave pool. We watched as one poor kid tried to cling on to the side, only to have the lifeguard whistle and tell him to get off. His mom managed to get to him and tote him back to shallow water. My daughter had to tow a smaller kid out who was calling for help right in front of a lifeguard, as well. I'd definitely recommend you stay with your kids in that. However, it was clean and looked well-maintained. Bottom line, it's a surprisingly nice small park to be out in the middle of a little town. It would be a great place to go have an hour or two of fun if you live close by. But it's not worth a lot of drive time, and if you go there expecting a full day of fun for your kids (like I did), you will all be disappointed.
A little out of the way, but great for family fun! Inexpensive and they offer military discounts!
We loved our visit to Neptune Island! The waterpark is family friendly. There were 10 of us from my family that went so we decided to rent a cabana for the day. So worth the money! You receive personal food and beverage service, 6-8 free waters, lock box with a digital passcode for your valuables, and 2 fans. Our server was phenomenal! You do have to make advanced reservations for the cabanas.
Its a lot if fun and has very dedicated staff
Super small. , and when they teach thier max capacity , you don’t get in , waste of 3 hours driving to and from. Wish they had bigger water parks. Everything is small , from what we saw walking by!
I am highly upset with our experience at the park today. We paid $60 for two adults and one child to get into the park. once we were in there was not a chair to be found. when we tried to get food we stood in line at 2 different food counters. By the time we waited in line 20 minutes and got to the register to place our order at the first counter we were told it would be an hour and a half wait to get the food if we ordered there. we went over to the second counter and stood in line for 20 more minutes because it was drastically shorter and only moved up 2 or 3 spots in line. at this point I had a hungry and hot 5 year old. we decided to have our hand stamped and go out to get some food and come back in. upon returning to the park 20 minutes later we were told we could not re enter the park because there were too many people only to see the people at the counter steady selling more tickets. I am highly upset that I left with a crying child that couldn't go back in to play because of your "capacity." there needs to be a better system for people to get back in to the park that have already paid especially when our belongings are still inside our locker that we paid even more money to rent.
A nice place to go and have fun and relax.
Had a good time especially with having a younger kid he loved the splash pad, wave pool and the volcano. Food and drinks are a bit over priced but most places like this are.
Great place to go . I love it.
Great family fun!
Looks much larger on pics but it was nice & fun
Full of happy children and oarents
Very good water park. Great for families wanting to cool off for and have a fun day out but the food and drink prices are ridiculous. Also not a fan of how staff will let little kids ride the slides one time and then another staff member will say they're (child) is too small and has to wear a life vest. There needs to be more consistency in enforcing park policies.
Wasn't too crowded, clean. Food prices little high, few souvenirs to pick from.
Neptune Island is conveniently close to home. It has many things for children of all ages to enjoy.
The park was a lot of fun. The life guards made me feel good mainly because it appears they are really scanning the pools. My daughter is 11 and had a good time. She got bored quickly because it is small but then she found someone she recognizes. I gave a 3 because one of the lifeguards were just plain mean. I witnessed a little girl maybe 4 or 5 ask if she could go down the slide and the life guard rudely said, “no” then the girl asked again because she didn’t hear her and she yelled even louder, “NO” then did it one more time. Then the same lifeguard was very rude to another child that simply asked if he was allowed to go down the slide she answers no go to the back of the line. He wandered to the front to ask if he was big enough. Instead saying, “yes sweety but you have to get in line,”112 she instead said very meanly, “no, get in the back of the line.” The staff at the concession stand were apparently hating their jobs. Barely made eye contact, tones were flat and it was very apparent they didn’t want to take our order. A group of 4 ordered food after us and the staff making the food said their food was simple so they were doing theirs first. Not sure how a cheeseburger and fries is hard. I did read reviews so I did anticipate the service being poor at the concession stand so it was more of a confirmation that yes the reviews are true. I honestly think the majority of the staff are made up of high school schoolers and maybe college students who have poor work ethic. I would bring my daughter back but mainly because she did have fun. I just won’t set my expectations high for the staff but I do think if I overheard that older lifeguard speak to a child so poorly again I may have said something.
Very nice water park a little expensive but we had fun
Inexpensive, has a decent lazy river and some medium size water slides.
My son enjoyed himself very much
Nice park for family fun. Does not allow any outside food or drinks bur they do have several options inside along with a bar. Waterslides are nice but they only have a few options and smaller kids can participate in some of the slides.
Great place. I love it.
Very clean & the grand kids as well as myself had a wonderful time. Love the lazy river.
The life guard said at the wave pool did not do there job. I had to save a kid from drowning while he was screaming and waving his arms for help right in front of her. Another kid couldn’t swim and kept getting pulled under so he grabbed onto the ladder and the lady blew her whistle and made him let go while they waves were happening. Later my sister went to go back in and got elbowed in the face and caught under in the wave, in none of the occasions did the life guard do anything but blow a whistle. Random strangers had to help. Also the water park is much smaller in person. If you have young kids I would recommend it as long as you do not take them to the wave pool. Also there is a certain amount of people that can be in the water park at a certain time. You can leave and come back. But if when you leave and it is at its maximum you have in line until people leave the park. The lockers did not work so the lady at the front said “sorry, maybe you can hide it with your towels but that’s all you can do.” I did not enjoy the service from the workers.
Great place just wish they sold family passes
Nice outing for the family. No long lines, clean facility. There is something for every age to enjoy.
Veryyy fun!! and a great time for the whole family to enjoy and have fun! The only bad part is how packed it can get and easily reaches maximum capacity in the summer.
My family and I enjoyed the park. It was nice and clean, good food and nice beer
We had a great time
staff was amazing, something you can always feel safe at. for a smaller water park it had the best slides and they were extremely fun to go on over and over and never got old!!
Good Fun For The Kids And Their Parents
Nice place to take th kids.
Mariachi band! If you are taking teens who want lots and lots of big slides, go to Myrtle Waves, Carowinds or the Orlando waterparks. But for younger elementary to middle school-aged kids, this park has 4 small to medium slides, a great lazy river and a small wave pool. Four of us bought food and my grilled chicken caesar salad was surprisingly good. Others enjoyed the pizza and chicken strips. Bathrooms, lockers and park looked clean and new. They sell beer, but it's pricey and you have to drink it at the bar. Bar was nice and shady with fans, so we enjoyed people watching from there for a few minutes.
Great place to take the kids
Had a great time with the family. Prices are kind of expensive, but it's because it's better than any water park in the area!
I so loved the lazy river. The racing slides were down for quite a while. But staff worked expediently to have it running quickly. Everyone was very nice as far as the employees go. Very impressed
Great place for the family with lots to do besides going all the way to Myrtle Beach. It also has a Wave pool, so next best thing to the beach!!
I would highly recommend for someone with smaller children. (1-9) I got a season pass and take my 19 month old regularly. He really enjoys it. theres a lot for children to do there and in addition to the park they have the splash pad with a smaller version of the double racer slide. We've never gone and had any issues, we always take our own bottled water and just eat before we go and after because the lines are crowded and theres very little table seating available most days.
It's super small. Definitely not what I would call a water 'park'. Kind of like a golf course vs a putt-putt course. Kids love it
Bad customer service. Very rude and disrespectful. If I could rate 0 Stars I would.
It was ok need more things to do
It's was very fun just needs more shade my mom is of age now and can't handle the sun as well, but she love the out door either needs more shades areas or cheaper booth
Great water park!! The staff members were friendly and extremely helpful, making the admission’s process super fast and easy! Love the lazy river!! The lifeguards were very attentive and appeared to be well-trained!
Very pleasant visit. The park was fit for every age! We came the right day not too hot
Crowded, but not too. Very clean. Helpful staff. No natural shade, bring sunblock and water! Season passes recommended, you get 3 guest passes with. Enjoy. Please expect to watch your own children.
Absolutely amazing water park for spending the day with family and having the greatest fun and making the best of memories
Super fun and chill
This place is amazing! I really enjoy the lazy river. Slides are so much fun and so is the wave pool. I promise your kid’s will have a blast.
We really like Neptune Island and the changes made since last year are very nice..
Awesome addition to the area! Only thing I didnt like was ordering food..you order from one area the fry hut..(you pick up half your order here) then anything grilled is another area ...its confusing and could be handled better...maybe …
The things there were fun, however, there aren't too many things to do
Such a nice new little waterpark. I love how they make it fun and including for all ages and not having to worry too much about taking turns with our littlest child or having him feel left out. Very laid back relaxing environment. The food was pricy but we brought our own lunch from home anyway. Not too crowded. Double thumbs up.
I would have rated it 5 stars but they allowed an older gentleman to swim in his boxer shorts and his wife was wearing jeans and a long sleeved shirt. He should have never been allowed to swim in boxers with children everywhere!!!
Great place to spend time with the family!
If you are from the local area, the park is good for something to do. I do not recommend traveling over 30 minutes to this park. We went at 10 am and waited in line an hour just to get to the register to purchase tickets. That's unacceptable. Upon getting to the counter, we were told everything was down accept the wave pool and splash pads, I had an 11 year old who was not allowed to even get on the slide in the splash pad area, which is the least they could have permitted being that everything was pretty much down. Around 1:30, (yes, 3 1/2 hours later), the big slides were up and around 1:50 the lazy river came up. No discount, refund, not even as much as a complimentary drink was offered for the huge inconvenience. By this time the kids got in the lazy river for 20 minutes and we left, because were drained from frustration and heat. Also, A bottle of Gatorade is 3.75, the prices for drinks are outrageous. The park is in the middle of no where, so if you drive down and all these issues are going on, you literally have no place else to go. Again, if its not a long drive, it may be worth your time. Otherwise go to Charleston or Myrtle Beach where things are a lot more organized and you get more bang for your buck.
Small water park with lots to do. Less crowded than parks at the Myrtle Beach. We took our Children's Ministry there. The kids loved it!
PRICE IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR SMALL TOWNS LIKE HARTSVILLE & SURROUNDING AREAS! ALSO THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO BRING DRINKS, SNACKS, ETC. IN AND MAKE U PURCHASE THOSE ITEMS THERE WHICH ALSO ARE HIGHLY EXPENSIVE, AND YOU CANT EVEN TAKE GOGGLES IN BUT YET YOU CAN BUY THEM THERE, ALSO *EXPENSIVE* SO IF PLAN ON GOING THERE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE DEEP POCKETS!! FUN BUT WAY TOO EXPENSIVE
The park itself was nice but the children who work there all need to be retrained. None were helpful in the least almost rude if you ask me. I needed to go out to my car to get my ID for the bar and was told I would have to get back in the line after, the line I had already spent over an hour in to begin with. I asked to speak to a supervisor about this and was finally after arguing with them that I was already part of the capacity I was allowed to run to my car to get my license. The lazy river had a condom floating around it and when I tried telling a lifeguard he just ignored me and kept on walking. Discussing I tell you. And while in the kona ice line there was a used bloody tampon laying on the ground. After the over hour drive to even go to this place I will not be back. Very disappointed with this experience.
It's not worth the money, it's a small water park. With really not much to do. The food is expensive and not good.
So much fun for families and friends
Cool water park
Great opinion for a hot day and you don't want to lick out money out time for Carowinds or a park at the beach
It was fun for a short time, not a whole lot going on. Four slides, and a lazy river, my kids lost interest quickly.
Excellent place to visit during the hot summer days! A few helpful tips though, bring lots of sunblock (apply often), cheap flip flops (pavement is seriously hot), bottled water (they do allow this), and a large umbrella (there aren't many available at the park covering chairs so use your own). Also get the season pass and buy your tickets offline great time and money saver! The food portions are actually large enough to share so you only have to buy 1 meal and 2 kids could happily share it. Lines to rises are not long and employees are nice.
This five star rating is for my 7 year old & her 12 year old friend. Not for parents who are expecting too much from a little town like Hartsville SC. My daughter & her friend loved the very small water park. She didn't complain about the tiny wave pool or lazy river that was no where near one of the water parks you would find in Myrtle Beach. As far as they cared, they were at the worlds best water park. One of the parents complained about its size & said they would never come back, but I've taken my 7 year old back 3 times & she loves it. If you purchase the year membership you get 3 free guest passes and @ around $17.00 each, it works out better when you plan on taking a friend here & there. I purchased one for myself & one for my daughter & we can go as much as we want this season because its only a little over an hour away. No wait in line to park or to get in the park. We found a place under one of the covered tables & we were late getting in. You can even rent a cabana if you want. I can also allow my daughter to float or walk around the small water park alone & feel safe keeping an eye on her whereabouts unlike larger water parks. For parents wanting to have water fun I give it a 2.5-star, but for a parent who puts their kids 1st & for them, I'm giving it the 5 star rating!
Small park with a lot of fun packed in. Us older folks love the lazy River because your not herd like cattle once around while children enjoy the rest including the lazy river. Once again saying that this is better than Carowinds.
The kids love this waterpark. Only down fall about it for toddlers they do not have any baby floats. And also you CAN NOT bring any baby floats. Which would really help me out alot with me having the toddlers and other parents. I think they make enough money to buy plenty of baby floats or maybe save their money and let us bring our own floats. I do believe its much safer to have a float than the adult carrying the baby around in the lazy river. I saw others that had baby floats but when I brought mine they told me I couldnt but didnt make the others take them out. Baby floats are a big deal and would help alot of parents out. But my older kids really enjoy and are always wanting to go.
We had such a great time. There were not any lines today and the weather was amazing! Kids loved the slides and everyone had a fabulous time! Thanks Hartsville for this awesome local adventure.
Great place for all ages. Many different water levels, lazy river and water slides.
My family had an awesome time.... Costly though
Had fun on my trip there! Lazy river is cool, and lines are short on weekdays, since parents have to work most likely. Got a wedgie on the big drop slide, but whatever
Nice place to bring the family.
Wounderful not to much to get in very relaxings
Awesome, clean place. Great for family and friends.
Very nice water park for the area! We drove a hour and my kids really enjoyed the park. My 5 year had a ball in the splash pad area. The slides are nice and fun. The life guards do a great job. The water looked clean! A few down sides... the price of the food and drinks, over priced !!!! Best to get a souvenir cup that way you can get .99 cent refills . Only thing was they didn't have any! The stairs up to the water slide smelled like pee!! They needs to be cleaning during the day . I recommend water shoes! All in all it was a lot of fun and we will be back!
Very nice place
Great little waterpark❣ I love the lazy river
It's a very good place
Water rides are okay, food service is HORRIBLE!
Don't know. Closed for the season. Was at soccer field watching a game. Gave four star, as it looks like it might be fun.
Great place to take the kids to get in some water and beat the heat! Not to expensive either! You can eat inside the water park or bring your own food and eat it outside! Also the smaller splash pad on the other side is great for the little ones!
