I had my son 1st birthday there... not only were they late coming to set up the party, the party host was rushing us the entire time..(She kept mentioning she got off at 5) that’s the last thing I wanted to hear while trying to celebrate my sons birthday. I know we get two hours in the room but we didn’t even get the chance to fully enjoy ourselves because the party host KEPT reminding us how much time we had left... they bought monkey joe in for literally ONE MINUTE then rushed him out... the kids didn’t have a chance to interact .... they rushed us to sing happy birthday then after that , it was clean up! I asked to speak to the manager who NEVER showed up.... the pizza was SO HARD!!! None of the kids enjoyed it! Then in the midst of them cleaning up... they through our cake box and cupcake box in the trash! So we had to literally walk out while holding it... we didn’t get a chance to cut the cake nor pass out the cupcakes until we got home! Never EVER EVER AGAIN!

Here now. And is full of big kids. They should really have a weight and size limit, is not fair for for small kids to be walking around not been able to get on anything because this bigger kids. I understand that they may be small on age but size wise they’re huge and they’re not even careful around smaller children around them. I said something to one of the staff members and he was rather rude and said that he couldn’t close just for one kid witch is insane because that not what I was telling him at all. Rude, rude.

Our family visited here on vacation and none of us were impressed. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Their arcade machine to buy the cards from was broken. A member of the staff incorrectly told us how many games we could play with how much money preloaded on the arcade card. Then when I told them they were mistaken they said “really, No way”. That was it. That was disappointing. The carpets were absolutely disgusting. They need to be replaced. There are only a few bounce houses, maybe 6. Also the referees just stay behind the counter as older kids were running and jumping over the toddler area. I have a 1yr old and he could have easily been plowed over by them running. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!

We had a good time on a windy and cold January Sunday afternoon. Our 2 year old had plenty to explore with the multiple bounce houses and activies that you would expect to find at an indoor play area. They have food made to order. The most impressive part was how passionate the new owner is about making the place all it can be. He went into great detail about how they tweaked their pizza to be their own creation. Its not gourmet food and it isn’t supposed to be but its good for the value. The price to get in was 6 or 7 bucks which is a price for letting a 2 year old run and explore for 2-3 hours. A few reviews have mentioned the carpet needs replacing and yeah I get it. The owner gets it as well and they are doing renovations. Its not a deal breaker and I recommend them.

Went today for the first time and found the staff competent and friendly, helpful and caring, especially Brianna. By the rest of the place, however, I was super grossed out. The carpets are stained everywhere and utterly disgusting - just appalling, especially in a place where you're walking around in your socks. The chairs for spectating parents had gray dirty buildup, with cleaner, non-gray areas where people's clothing had rubbed away the grime. The inflatables, too, were gray with grime, and some showed extensive wear. The gymnastics mats at the entrance/exits of the inflatables were also discolored with dirty buildup, and you could feel that the padding inside some of the mats was damaged from use over time, and past its useful life. One of the arcade games has a water feature; the water was brownish, smelly, and had candy floating in it. It was awful. My kid had fun, but I'll be looking for another similar establishment and wouldn't return here if it was the only place of its kind in Savannah. I can't believe the owners of this place are okay with the bafflingly bad condition of their business!

Was very disappointed with the advertising versus what was there. I thought that there was to be staff supervising the jump areas when in fact there was only one employee and she was taking the money. (It even states on the jump areas not to be used without TRAINED supervisor). Many of the jump houses were very under inflated which made them very difficult to maneuver on or in. While I realize that I am ultimately responsible for my grandchild's supervision I am not trained in the use of these jump houses.

Employees were kind and helpful. Used a buy one get one free received by signing up for their email subscription. Went with a friend and two 7 year old boys. They quickly found other kids to run around with and in and out of the structures. Nice to have food and drinks available too.

The only thing I have to say about it that isn’t negative is that their prices are reasonable, especially for the condition of the place. We however won’t ever go back. It’s filthy. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I honestly felt like I wouldn’t be surprised if my children fell ill within a few days of being there. The mats are stained black from parents shoes. There is gum all over the mats and the floor as well. The carpet is stained from drinks and food spillage. The houses are poorly taped together where they are falling apart. They really could use some newer equipment. There isn’t much in the facility. A few bouncy houses and a very small arcade smack in the middle. The food area is sketchy looking and unkept. I personally wouldn’t eat there, but that’s me. The staff is kind but very unorganized. All in all I took 4 kids; ages ranging from 21months to 8years with me and in less than and hour they were asking to leave. We will try something new the next time we travel to Savannah.

Sorry but this new version pales in comparison to the former setup. They have three inflatables for larger kids and two for smaller kids. And of course they have added more video games and stuck them right in the middle of the floor instead of tucked away in the corner like they used to have it. I assume the bounces weren't nearly as profitable as a bunch of games. So I get to pay $25 to enter with two kids and THEN more money for the games. At least at Chuckie Cheese you get to enter for free. And yes as others have stated the carpets are disgusting. Hope they do something to improve it because I'm here during fall break and there is maybe 15 kids in here. Doesn't bode well for future business. At least it's quiet. Okay, I added a star for a very friendly staff. The young ladies were very helpful at the counter.

New ownership needs to take a course in Customer Service. Price has gone way up for less equipment for kids to play on. New rules make it harder for adults to enjoy their time while the children play. I won't be back. I wish I could give less a 1 star rating.

If you have children under 3 there are only two small bounce houses that they can go on. Besides these two bounce houses there is literally nothing else for a child under three to do. There are zero toys or activities for younger children and older children are constantly jumping on the bounce houses for younger children making it hard for little ones to play. Came back after 9 months and they changed everything. This place blows. I use to have fun with my daughter at the place. They removed the inflatable rock climbing wall, the pirate ship and the 2 story slide playground for the larger kids and no more Military Mondays, would not recommend anymore.

Been here a few times and every time their "gift card" machine does not work. Got a $50 gift card from a family member and 3x so far it is not working. Beginning to think this is a ploy to get people to pay out of pocket (if you have kids, try telling them you can't go now because of a non working gift card machine). For this facility to not have been open that long, the jumping area has a lot of masking tape to cover holes and very few people to actually supervise the area so very hyperactive children are bouncing around with small children and some crawling into areas they should not have been which was very dangerous. A few times we were able to walk out without anyone checking the arm band that is supposed to keep your kid from being kidnapped. Very unsafe. One visit the play area was so hot I kept asking the young person behind the counter if it was normally like that and he stated "yes." Two hours later he pulls me to the side and admits that one of the bouncing areas sits against their air conditioning control on the wall and the bouncing from the kids had pushed the rubber bouncing area against the control panel and had shut the AC off. So we were sweating and miserable for no reason. Our last visit almost all of the games in the gaming area were not working. After all this, this will be our last time ever taking our 4+6 year old here. Gift card or not. It is obvious the owners take very little pride in the place as evident by the equipment, lack of supervision, ceiling with fiber glass paneling hanging , and areas that were unclean with non working water fountains. They say that the play equipment has Microban, but it does not excuse may other unclean things that Microban can't fix. Savannah has few places for small children, but I wouldn't bring mine back here.

Had a great experience at Monkey Joe’s. Met the proprietor who was on-site, very friendly, and accommodating. My 3 year old loved climbing and jumping throughout the various bouncy castles.

Pretty good place to let the kids run around. Mostly good for smaller kids. They have 6 bounce house and slides and a few video games. Costs about $12 per kid (a little cheaper for smaller ones). Could be better if they had more bounce houses.

Your experience here is going to greatly vary depending on the amount of other families/kids there are. My kids always enjoy the bounce houses and the place has always been clean. I do have to admit I hate the arcade games. I pay enough for them to go and jump. I'm not paying extra for the games. The food in my opinion isn't worth it. We come here often and I will continue to do so. There are definitely improvements that would make the overall experience better.

Some of the staff is great, some of the staff constantly look less than enthused and spend more time watching the ceiling than watching the kids. We came in with our 4 kids on Saturday, March 12, 2016 to see how kid friendly the place was. We waited over an hour for a pizza that we ordered as we entered your establishment and was told that they had to make party pizzas before they could make our (1) pizza, after we asked 45 minutes later. We will definitely eat before coming to this establishment if we come again. The kids run around the jump areas with no parental or staff guidance at all. I had three children run straight into me in front of the front desk and they didn't even address it. We will most likely not return to this monkey joes after this experience and as a military family we were hoping to find something different from the typical chuck e cheese.

So we went during the summer when they offer "Toddler Time". There were children that were obviously over the age limit and teasing my 2 yr old. There did not seem to be any staff on the floor helping or motoring. When I asked if the quesadilla was good, the guy at the register made a sour face and talked me into the chicken fingers. Just ok. The owners are usually there and along with the staff are always very friendly. We have been coming with out twin boys for the last year almost weekly Our boys say Monkey Joe's every time we get in the car lol. The owners are constantly upgrading to enhance their patrons experience. My only suggestion would be to offer a daycare service because the owners are great people who I would trust with my boys and a small coffee bar option for the adults so they have the energy to keep up with the kids lol.. It's a great place and very family oriented.

I was very unhappy with my visit to Monkey Joe's this past weekend 3/23/19, I thought it would be like my experience in Atlanta or and South Florida but I guess I was wrong. The carpet was ridiculously filthy, the staff was rude and unaccommodating, it was my baby's 2nd birthday although she had fun the place was very unsanitary. The carpet was very dirty they need to look into getting the carpet cleaned. The sticky tables not very many people in there so I don't see why the tables couldn't be cleaned. I wanted my money the moment I stepped in, not worth the money. I didn't even want to order food there after my kids jumped around for about an hour we went out to eat. Then I was told I couldn't even bring in her cake to sing Happy birthday. I'm super bumped I drove an hour from Statesboro.

My one year old had a blast. He's not able to walk just yet but my husband was able to assist. ( One adult allowed at a time). We went during the week so not too much fuss about bigger kids in the toddler section. My only concern like many others is hygiene. I read the whole spill about how this place cleans yeah got it. But of course it is like a play ground so it's impossible to continue to keep germs off throughout the day with dirty children playing. My suggestion would be to have sanitizer stands posted up near entrances of the jump houses and encourage the children to use. Sadly after just an hour or so of play both my husband and son came home sick.

The management is awful. Staff has no dress code. Manager came in and asked for all the supplies we PAGED for back ,because all of it wasn’t used. After made the worker stay to make sure she got them. The monkey suit was DISGUSTING. You could easily see the dirt stains on it. It was my nieces 2nd birthday and everything was awful. I will never suggest this place to anyone or ever come back!!!

When i went there with family there were only a few kids and the place its not that big , they had 5 inflatables for kids and have to pay for kids to play in them $13 per kid and about 8 games to play , to play those games you have to purchase a card thats 1$ and add money to it ...... We added 20$ to it. Costumer service was nice , when we were there lights went out for a few minutes. They are remodeling the place now so i don't know if that is why it looks small or not but it is a small place for kids to play. They had tables and an area designated for small kids and party rooms too

There was not a whole lot or options on the jumping. And their arcade machines you put your coin onto a card and you swipe the card which is a neat idea, but the amount that is taken off of the card per game is at an odd amount so you ended up with having leftover and not enough for any game so you had no choice but to spend more money. And they had 16 year olds that were jumping around with 6 year olds and not minding to the fact that there were younger smaller children about. The staff could have smiled more and sounded more like they want to be there.

They bring you water and even gave my son a little stuffed animal just to be nice! They are so great and very accommodating! We will back for sure it’s the perfect place to let the kids play! It's decent. My kids ages 7 and 3 got bored quicker than I thought. They have been to better bounce houses so these did not impress them I guess. Could be better.

Although $12 is a little pricey in my opinion my daughter always has a great time. It hasn't been overly crowded each time we went and the bouncy houses does keep the cost down for the little ones who aren't incredibly interested in the video games.

The experience I had at Monkey Joe's on FRIDAY was aweful. I know that the building there was under construction and I believe that they open their doors to early for the kids to play in. There were cords orange cords visible. The door was not locked for safety. A inflatable was set up right by the door where a child could just walk in and out as they please. It appear to be a side door maybe, but we were confused by it.The carpets are dirty and when my sister addressed the manager he did not appear to understand all of our concerns, And did ABSOLUTELY nothing about it but make excuses. A child could have walked out the building into the parking lot without any supervision if parents were not watching there own kids. And What happened to the big inflatable.I feel it was a waste of time and money. Really they should not be open until they finish construction, cords are hidden, more inflatables & activities need to be in place, Carpets are not cleaned. Go see for yourself its filthy. Look at the carpets. I was highly disappointed and you will be to if you go in at this time. The pizza was good and bathrooms was clean and that's all I have to say about this Monkey Joes. Oh staff was friendly.
