Not a good place for younger children. All children are allowed to run everywhere, no one is monitoring them. The bouncy area for 3 and under doesn't have anyone that even looks occasionally to keep older children out. The people in the area are more interested in standing around the concession area. 5-6 year old children and up should be ok..

Out of state and brought my 6 and 7 year old grandsons here for the first time. I am very please and satisfied with Monkey Joe’s! Staff are very friendly and the food is good! Here for 2-1/2 hours and still going strong! I’m expecting the boys are not wanting to leave anytime aoon

My son loved. Didn't want to leave and fell asleep in the car. It didn't look dirty or unsanitary (not that I'm an expert). We were there for a birthday party and that went really well. All the kids seemed to have a lot of fun.

Loved this place. The prices are low, the inflatables are clean and well-maintained for kids and toddlers. Love the toddler area with bounce house and small slide and the bigger slides as well. Make sure you attend to kids to avoid any injury.

I would give this place zero stars because I will never take my children or recommend this place to anyone. My fiancé and I threw a private birthday party for our daughter here. The host of our party stalked my fiancé on Instagram and Facebook and started sending him pictures of herself also. I hope this company comes up with better rules for their employees when it comes to maintaining a professional relationship with their customers. Monkey Joes is supposed to be a family friendly environment.

Came here for my cousin's fifth birthday today...I had to change four times because my grandmother kept telling me that I couldn't wear what I was wearing and jump...I was really looking forward to it but when I got there I learned that I couldn't even jump in the jump castles because I'm older than twelve (I'm 16)...they didn't have this rule last time I was here and even adults could jump on certain jump castles...I also couldn't play the games because I couldn't afford it and my phone was dead so I had nothing to entertain myself with. I have extreme social anxiety and feel incredibly uncomfortable around even small groups of people so I had to sit alone in the corner and try not to cry as I watched my brother and the other kids play in the jump castles for sbout two hours. I was really looking forward to going here but in the end it was probably one of the worst birthday parties I've ever been to second only to my own birthday party when none of my friends came and I had to celebrate with only my mother, brother, and grandmother before crying myself to sleep...

It was ridiculously difficult to find this place to begin with, obscure and in the cut. The cost is too high compares to other similar establishments, ordered 2 pretzels that took 30 min to get. Only 2 ppl working there all night. Liked the video games, like that it is tanger outlet area, employees were soooo slow and lazy but they were friendly tho.

My two children ages four and six LOVE this place!! You ask them where they want to go, and they say "MONKEY JOES!" Perfect for rainy days! Price is somewhat fair I'd say for an all day play. They recently went up a little on prices, but have NEW JUMPS! And NEW GAMES! Adults are FREE and honestly, if the kids are HAPPY and having FUN...you can't beat that! I haven't tried the food yet, so I can't give a comment about that, but have been very pleased and had good experiences every time so far!! But def need gps to find, but when you do its worth it! I'd be interested in seeing it change locations with a larger building with more jumps. However it has five or six REALLY BIG JUMPS that keep my two busy and entertained the whole time!...

My 2yr old LOVES it and asks about going there daily. Some parents are so into there phones that they aren't watching the kids who sometimes aren't very nice (trying to steal the preloaded cards for games etc) but so long as you keep your stuff secure it's great for young children

I'm rating this with 4 stars simply because I haven't booked a party of my own yet. I attended a family birthday party. My kids had an awesome time there. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I waited in line to purchase some cotton candy and was pleased how the young worker behind the counter handled all of the customers. She seemed new to me by the way she quickly would ask a question on ringing an item up but no problem for me. Pizza was delicious along with the cake and I was satisfied with the beverages. Restrooms were very clean. I would definitely come back again. Great fun place.

Love this place... My youngest is going to this place once a week and we alway have a blast. The only thing I can think of that isn't up to my standards, which is no fault nor do they have Control of, and that is for parents to watch there kids better. Also what happened to teaching your children manners, tact, respect for others and there personal space... Thanks Monkey Joe's.. awesome place..

It was pretty great. My only suggestion is a more separated spot for toddlers. A lot of parents for more than willing to not see our toddler get almost run over by their big kids. We stayed close so it was fine but I still didn't like it. Maybe a toddler room with a tiny jungle gym or something and tiny blow ups.

My daughter loved the toddler bouncy house with the small slide! The price is extremely reasonable, considering there is no time limit. I will say supervision is limited, and visibility into the various bounce houses is non-existent. My nephew was being kicked and bullied by bigger kids, and we only found out because another kid told us something was going on. It was happening in an area we just could not see from the ground.

I am from Indiana and not only is this monkey Joe's smaller but the staff dont care about safety. The referees were diving through the bounce houses and even playing tag and chase me through the place. My child is almost 4 and loves monkey Joe's at home he was knocked over and trampled so much he was terrified to go into the bounce houses. The referees saw it and laughed and did nothing. When explaining this to one of the referees they said" well umm..... do you have the app? Because if you dont you download it and the first jump is free." Did not care that I was upset and so was my child

This third time I've gone here, but today they were closed and understandable. However, the so called staff or teens that work there just text on their phones while they work and if the owner catches them they get in trouble and take it out on the children. Hence the person that said an employee got in their child's face. We had attended somewhat of a birthday party there. Nothing was planned or set up by the time we arrived. They had to call someone to bring in food because they had none and double booked the room. We were supposed to play for an hour and got 30 minutes. I blew it off and said accidents happen. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money.

Our two year old had the time of his life here. When we first arrived it wasn’t too crowded yet; even though it was rainy out. He got to try out all the big kids slides and with a little help managed to get to the top and slide down. Once the crowd kicked in and the older kids were running wild we moved over to the 3 and under play area. It only has a single entrance and exit so once they’re in there they don’t really need you and you can just wait for them to pop back out. Adults are allowed in all of the bounce houses to help young kids get around if need be.

Wi-fi was down, the party room which did contain numerous baby toys; unfortunately most had dead batteries. The 3 and under gym was not being monitored at all by employees. On numerous occasions, several older kids were wrestling in the 3 and under gyms while I was in there with my one year old. Meanwhile, two Monkey Joe employees stood by and chatted. I heard another mother complain about the older kids rough housing in the toddler section too. They need more activities for toddlers. We were disappointed. I find it interesting that ownership only comments on favorable reviews... Very telling.

HORRIBLE STAFF. BUNCH OF TEENAGERS NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. DID NOT EVEN MAKE AN EFFORT TO HELP WITH ANYTHING. OVERCHARGED US WHEN ASKED THE CLERK LEFT US UNATTENDED. Have been coming here for years. Since that time the only thing that has changed is the price. You could bring two kids, 6 and under here for around $10. Now it's $11.99 each and the bounce houses are the same tired bounce houses. At least one is always out of order. Based on the price gouging alone they have lost people who came here at a regular rate. The play area at Chick-fil-a is free and the food is better.

Wasn't what I was expecting. Hard to find a clean place to sit. Tables sat dirty while staff stood around doing nothing. No lounge for adults as advertised. 2 leather seats in the middle of the floor doesn't count. Wi-Fi sucks. Charging entrance for children under the age of 3yrs. old is ridiculous. My little 1 yr. old cousin spent the entire 3 hours in her mother's arms or on my lap, because she was afraid and sleepy. Noticed mostly all of the other 1 - 2 year olds were clinging to their parents as well. I made the two 8 year olds stay long enough to justify the entry fee. Only 3 inflatables in the building for them to play on and they quickly grew bored. My first and last trip to Monkey Joe's. Simply not impressed! Also the bathrooms were deplorable!

I can go on and on about my experience at this location because the experience was so good. We went on a Friday afternoon before the crowd comes in but it was so much fun. This facility has a little something for everyone. I have a 4 year old and a infant. I met the owner of this establishment and he is so down to earth and very welcoming. I love that they have a room exclusively for the little ones infants and toddlers that in itself won me over. If you are looking for somewhere to take you kids to burn off some energy pop in and let them bounce around for a bit.

Took my little guy here and he loved every minute of it. It was clean and the staff was so friendly!! They were really on top of things with the kids and having them play safely. The food was pretty good and everything was a good price. I loved that the play area wasn't huge and that you could see everything from the parent area.

Children and parents get wristbands with matching numbers on them so children are only allowed to leave with a matching adult. :-) Isn't like Velocity where you have to pay by the hour. One admission and they can play for hours, have lunch, then play some more. The Free wi-fi is just an added bonus!!

Very nice place to take your kids to burn of energy. They have 5 blow up "castles" and a small game room. We were there for a birthday party and it turned out nice. The staff is very friendly. Only thing to complain about is that some of the games are either broken or need some kind of repair. Just stay away from those. All in all, good place to take your kiddos

We took my 1.5 year old here because they said they had an area for children 3 and under to play in. We get there and there are older children, I’m talking well into elementsry school children, all in the bounce house specifically for smaller children. We got so frustrated with having to police the bounce house that we finally just asked for our money back. They really need to have special color wristbands for the “baby” bounce house and someone there to ensure that older children are not getting into the 3 and under bounce house.

We had a good time today bouncing. I was looking for something to let my boys burn some energy in air conditioning! My criticisms are the toddler bounce area and lack of play area for toddlers. In order for my 22 month old to play in the toddler bounce I had to leave my 5 year old to bounce elsewhere. The toddler bounce area is completely closed off from the rest of the bounce houses. It made me uncomfortable. They also had toddler toys in a party room but it seemed only for a specific group of moms. Then when my 5 year old hurt his foot, the staff didn't try to locate me but claimed they did. They couldn't have searched much since I was with my toddler IN the toddler bounce area. They also had the nerve to call me on my phone before looking for me. Why would I have my phone on me in a bounce house? All the girl had to do was LOOK for me. They obviously need more training. Okay, rant over! Overall, we had a good time and they both took naps after lunch.

My son really enjoyed himself. So much so that he did not want to leave. It was jam packed with kids and like 4 parties going on at once.. Kids love coming here. It's filled with jumping castles. The only thing that i didn't like was there was a jumping castle for kids 3 and under but the older kids kept going in there and running over the smaller kids.. Just know if it was one of your kids i did chastise them. It takes a village...

Great place to take a younger child 14 an below (older children may get bored fast) price is fair good variety of jump castles and games. Seating areas placed nice an close to the children for good viewing of the children however I do wish there was a bit more for the adults to do . price is fair for activities food is a bit on the pricey side but not bad, however it is super close to other food options.

A fun and safe place to take my active 2 year old. He absolutely loves it! We typically stay about 2 hours. Very cheap entertainment, the arcade games usually cost $0.50. Great place to let the kids run.

Concessions are pricey here and if you use mapquest it doesn't get you to the door. The front door is located on the back side of the building almost like your driving to the rear of the building. I hope that helps anyone else that is visiting find it easier.

This place is great for kids 3 and up. However, there's little seating near the bigger attractions, and the employees don't enforce the no running rule. I take the kids I work with here once every summer and it's a constant argument of 'well they are running why can't I?' It's a necessary rule in the small spaces between bounce houses. Also, employees do not actively monitor the 3 & under bounce house, so bigger kids get in and knock the little ones around. Just a couple honest observations. Overall, though, I love this place for our kids at work. If your child is generally well behaved and energetic, Monkey Joe's is fantastic. :)

This place is good to bring kids for a couple of hours but NEVER book Birthdays with them! I booked a BDay party for my son, when I came to look at the venues I wanted the "Orange Room" for a REASON" the guy who showed me around (who was a MANAGER) told me that was fine, he also confirmed it with me when he took my deposit over the phone. I get to the venue for my son's party and the room that I PAID for was not even set up and it was scorching HOT inside. I simply asked the manager that booked my party if he remembers me asking him for this specific room, he looks at me & grins and says "oh yeah I do" although they tried to rush and get this room ready the room was still so hot it was no way I was going to have my guest uncomfortable. While the other manager on duty called the Owner "Tim" my sister spoke with him and he was VERY rude and totally unprofessional, the guy who booked my party went into hiding and LIED to Tim telling him he never told me I could have that room, which was a total LIE. Tim wouldn't even get on the phone and speak with me as a Owner should and kept passing messages through the young lady. He had the nerve to tell us "either the kids have a good time or we get out" I've never dealt with such disrespect from a professional place! I will NEVER have another party here or either bring my kids to this crappy place to jump. They failed to tell me about the invites that was INCLUDED with my package but I can admit Tim did compensate for that. But other than that he is NOT professional, the managers there are little kids who don't know the meaning of management, they are LIARS and they will NEVER get another DIME of my money

Great place for children. There's no time limit so you can get your money's worth. They have 4 different jumping castles. You can also earn free admission if you download the app. Brought my nephews numerous time because they can play for hours and they offer free Wi-Fi.

Average playing area for kids with 4 bouncy houses. It's okay to visit this place once but I would not come again. Customer service was good and the kids had a blast. Area is quite small with limited seating for adults.

I would obviously understand messes throughout the day as this is a kid place, but half the stuff that was dirty looks like it hasn't ever been clean. I will give a shout out for having an employee in the two and younger jump castle. They make sure the older kids don't go in.

This was a great place to take my toddler while he was full of energy. During a holiday visit to my family in Charleston we stopped here and had a great time letting him wear out all of its energy. I'd suggest it for anyone in the area and wish we had one in DuPage county

Needs more control of children's age/size there is minimal control of that, which gets other smaller children hurt, by bigger heavier children

There was a wait at the entrance while everyone had to sign waivers. They have a smaller bounce house area for kids under 3, and also a room turned into a play area for younger kids, with blocks and toys. My kids enjoyed the 4 bounce houses (with slides and obstacle courses) and wore themselves out for a couple of hours. The restrooms could use a good cleaning, as could the carpet in the entire place, but the staff was friendly and helpful and we will return!

Let me try and explain how awful the employees are. Not only do they all not care about doing a good job but they share that with you in each interaction. From the 2 hr delay for a slice of pizza to the 30min delay for a chicken nugget that were not fully microwaved, it's apparent no one is managing this operation. Way over priced and painful to even get them to sell you goods or services. Broken chairs in the dining area missing screws. Just a nightmare. Even the in processing is so painful it's like they don't want you to come in.

My daughter loves it but it's pretty pricey. We have one in Virginia that's $15 to bounce all week. Much better bang for your buck and just as many bounce castles.
