My family and I had a blast here and can not wait to go back. The pricing is very affordable. We paid $12 for three hours of mini golf, go karts, mini go karts, boat racing/spraying and a couple of miniature rides for younger kids. They also have batting cages but we didn't try them out. There's an amazing arcade room with so many games to choose to play. And some pretty cool prizes you can win not like the usual cheap ones that get thrown away from the car when you get home! We will definitely be going back and I will continue to give out recommendations for everyone I know.

This is the most casual family-fun center I have ever been too, and I love it. Plenty to do, we got a good deal on it. The games are standard-fare for this kind of place. The boats got shut down for lightning in the area (understandable). The go karts are great, not the fasted or best ever, but fun. The track is very bumpy, but it is fun. 3 different mini-golf courses to choose from. Perfect for kids or if you just want something to go do!

Two friends and I got kicked off the go carting for "too much bumping" during our 3rd race right after we paid for 3hours and we were not able to ride anymore. Also the vending machines didn't work. So then we went to play at the arcade and the cash-to-tokens machine didn't work

Kinda dirty, a lot of the games in the arcade don’t work or eat your tokens. The go carts take forever and it seems like the people working here either are too young or don’t care about their job. Everything’s cheap and worth the visit and I still had fun. But I think after being here I wouldn’t come back. Now I can Just say I have A story to tell my friends and family about the trashy place my boyfriend and I went.

The place is nicer and cleaner than it was before but the mini golf courses still need some work. Some of the holes are muddy and mildewed and the ponds needed to be skimmed. Also would really like to see the batting cages back up and running again.

This place was super fun and fairly priced. Courtney on the bumper boats made what could have been a terrible experience a fun one. He seemed like he really likes his job. Also, he found my wallet in the bottom of my boat, as it had fallen out of my pocket, tried to find me, and held on to it for me until I came looking for it! My daughter loved the little roller coaster, like, LOVED it. She's still talking about it. The pizza was really good, which actually surprised me. The (women's) bathroom was nice, clean and supplied. I wish I'd gotten to drive the go-karts, but moms never get to have any fun.

This place is awful! First of all, it's dirty. Trash eveywhere on the ground. The staff were very rude. The three women at the ticket counter were too busy playing to care for customers. Sold us two tickets to our youngest allowing him to ride, when the ride admin said he couldn't. Was very rude during correction of this situation. Wouldn't even NEVER go back!!! Both our boys left crying and upset!

Lady helping us for our party was super nice. Lady behind the register was super rude. Supposed to get popcorn and drinks with the combo we got. They forgot our popcorn then informed us when we asked that our 1 hour table time we had used for pizza and cake was the only time we could get popcorn. They finally gave us the popcorn we had paid for in our package but were super rude about it. If you get the package remember to ask because they won't automatically supply it.

This place seemed like a great spot to take my family to and I've choose this place before for my children birthday parties but today I arrive to take advantage of the indepence day weekend specials with children from ages 6 to 14yrs old. None of the little children's outdoor attraction are up and running! While there's only big kids/ adults go karts and bumper boats. I purchased waistbands at the counter without warning to only get outdoors and see this chaos myself. I then went to the counter and waited for the manager for my refund, that was a waste of time and a hold on my card. I will stick to Carowinds and trampoline parks for now on. Next time a heads up before my purchase would be great.

A lot of good memories in the early 2000s but now it went rock bottom. Putt putt is very nice only if there are no bugs at all and there are tons of them. No more boat rides which is sad, and only 2 or 3 go karts. This place is gonna close down soon just like Thunder road from Carowinds. Better to have your last moments before the place is gone for good.

Been here on several occasions with my family and also with my summer campers. Pizza tastes better than it used to years ago. Go carts are fun, just a bit slow. Took my 3 grand daughters today that are spending the week with me.... ages 5, 11, 13 This place is really great.... all of them are having a ball! The staff is incredible and were all so friendly and sweet. The manager was so friendly and kind to us and made it a memorable morning We will definitely be back!

Old, filthy and falling apart. Nothing worked properly (only 2 bumper boats operational when there should be 6-8) Go-carts malfunctioned too. Staff was slow and rude - it took 17 minutes to get one hot dog...

My kids loved the go carts! The mini golf was nasty. Trash everywhere. No one was monitoring, there were golf balls all over the green. It was very run down. But, my kids had fun, that's why it got 3 stars. Plus, the price wasn't too bad with the Groupon.

Staff is horrible. The foul language that was used in a family setting was offensive. Young men wearing their pants below their waists l, allowing their underpants to be exposed. There is a lack of concern for customer service. I used to bet on this place, but now, it seems to have taken a nose dive.

I saw several call this place "outdated". It is reminiscent of when I was a kid in the 80s, with actual tickets that come out of the machines instead of a card like at Dave and busters. While I wouldn't say it not clean, it wasn't pristine or brand new, it was fine. Bathroom outdated, not dirty for example. A lot of fun for not a ton of money. My 6 year old daughter and I had a great time, we would go back. Especially for the mini golf, with three separate courses! Fun time.

Not good.. my family and I used to go all the time. Tried again after a year or so. What was I thinking? The employees were extremely rude and childish. I get they’re teenagers but there was 4 of them. Kart riders would crash and they would be too busy talking to one another to help. At one point my step brother was stuck and had to get off and move himself because not one worker noticed him after 5 minutes of him sitting there! Not to mention they would leave a go kart or two available so they could ride around each time. They were also extremely lazy. A kart ran out of gas and they used a go kart to transport the gas can then leave it in the middle where someone could hit it. Extremely dangerous. Half the time they were riding around and playing around verses doing their job. Also there was about 30 people in line. Three girls rode and when it was new peoples turn they sat there to ride again. People informed the employees and they did not say a word to them. Bad experience. Take my money else where for sure.

I wish I could give this place a negative 0! This place was disgusting and very disappointing starting with the customer service or lack there of. The miniature golf course was terrible, half the lights on the course did not work. The bumper boats had about maybe 4 operational boats. Save your time and money and go someplace else!

The go-carts are fun and worth the money! But the arcade is probably the worst one iv ever been too. Half of the machines were down, then a quarter of the rest ate the coins or didn’t spit out tickets which for $20 for 100 coins we maybe got 40 coins worth of use. Very disappointing.

Now called Funtasticks, we had my sons birthday party here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our Party Captain was very attentive during our visit. I purchased the middle tier birthday package, and it was a great mix of activities for the kids and included pizza or hotdogs and soda. Be warned that the “ice cream bar” you can pay extra for is not a selection of ice creams with toppings, but one large ice cream sandwich for each kid.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! It started with when we got there we went to the restroom where the toilets wouldnt flush. The trash cans were over flowwing with paper towels, no hand soap and dirty diapers laying on the floor. My husband said the men's room was not much better. The arcade was a joke! Half the machines didn't work and took your tokens which the employees said they could not replace. As far as the prize selection there basically wasn't one unless you had 3000 tickets. The floor looked like it had not been swept in over a week. All of the employees looked like they were about 16 years old and acted like it too!!! As we went outside there was trash ALL over the ground!! Trash cans had not been emptied and trash was over flowing. When I went to purchase a drink there was a lady in front of me that was explaining to the casher that she just paid $7 for an icy and all of the machines were down. The casher told her that that was not their problem and they couldn't fix the machine. The lady askd for just an exchange for a regular drink that is $3 and they told her no. She asked to speak with a manager and was told that there wasn't one there and finally after arguing with the lady she picked up the phone and called one that was off duty. The batting cages were not running and the mini glof courses have cleary not been kept up as most of the lights on the course did not work and the holes were not even with the carpeting so it was almost impossible to get the ball to go in. My family and I spent over $100 here today and we will NOT be coming back! This place has gone WAY down hill from when I was a kid and it was celebration station. Such a disapointment! Yall seriously dont waste your money!

Place has significantly deteriorated over the years. Staff demonstrates a lack of motivation and professionalism. Found dirty bathrooms with blood on the floor and in the toilet as well. Notified the employees, got a dismissive we know kind of response and made absolutely no movement to handle the issue. The mini golf does appear to be functioning just fine though.

Thank goodness for Groupon. We were able to get admission for 2 with 3 rides, 20 tokens and 2 drinks. The place could use some major TLC inside and on the mini golf, but the race track was okay. The staff seemed pretty unbothered to be there, but I probably would too. Not as clean and new as Frankie's, but just a step ahead of Chuck E Cheese.

This was an absolute disappointment. The bumper boats were a joke , 2 were running only one worked with the squirt gun. My go kart was going 10mph and the fumes were terrible.. the golf courses were old and tattered. Lastly, the arcade games were over priced and most were out of order. The grounds are out of date. The employees were young and rude.. I wouldn’t spend a penny here..

I wanted to take pics, I tried to enjoy myself but I couldn't. Having teens working is great, you have a young energetic staff but when the whole staff are teens it's chaotic. The whole facility was dirty, trash cans were full and tables were filthy. Way too many private and personal conversations at the counter from cashiers. Just terrible...as summer approaches it is only going to get harder, so nip it in the butt now.

Sadly disappointed waited 40 minutes in line (one person running the register with a full house, they were not in any hurry) for our passes. Then walked the golf course to find it trashed and in need of Maintance. Holes not fitting and some missing chunks of carpet. Carpet pulled loose and bacteria filled water ways. Only reason it has 2 stars instead of one is because the go carts were running, and fairly well - you did have a 15? Year old kid regulating them but being over ran by some adults who were not following the rules. You are paying a premium and honestly would have been more okay with the conditions if the price was less then half of what was paid per pass. In need of repair.

The only thing that was not up to par was the maintenance on some of the arcade games and rides. There was plenty of things that appeared to need repair, but overall there was still plenty to do.

Definitely a kid friendly environment. The kids I took absolutely loved the Bumper Boats at Funtasticks. Cortney (the guy running the bumper boats) made it more fun for everyone. He explained how to use the boats and he interacted with everyone on them. I could tell Cortney really enjoys his job, he had a smile on everyone's face. It was a great experience.

My kid's and even myself enjoy Funtasticks a lot! I actually still enjoy using the tokens bc it brings me back to being a kid. It has been more than a couple of times this arcade has changed their name or been bought out. None the less, great spot to take your kids! We will be back!!

A place for boys 8 and under and girls 7 and under. We all know girls mature faster than boys. I went recently with two of my children a boy who is 12 and a girl who is 10. We bought our children one go-kart ride each, which was $7.50 each. In my opinion it's way too expensive for one go-kart ride. I would have paid to go on the bumper boats which is a personal favorite of mine, but maintenance was being done and the ride was not open. The arcade they have gave me a Chuck-E-Cheese feel. Although I can't remember what the menu and the prices were for the food but we did not eat there so I can't comment on that. My kids did not seem entertained at all so we left at 1 go car ride, and headed someplace else. One little piece of advice, the brakes on the go karts to not work that well. My oldest had a little go car to wall crash, which was hard enough for him not to not want to continue. Nothing negative to say about the staff everybody was friendly and helpful, the only reason for the two stars.

We choose this place for my daughter's twelfth birthday. We purchased the mega birthday bundle. We were charged 189.00 twice and a 50.00 deposit. The female manager who double charged us was rude, disrespectful and treated us as if we were trying to steal a party from the facility. Even though I showed her my online bank where I'd already paid for the party. She charged up twice and it took three days to get the funds back. I left this place on tears after the party she had no concern or empathy for the situation she caused. We weren't offered any kind of compensation for the lack of dignity we were treated with. Finally I had to call the facility and my financial institution to get my over charge back. Again we weren't offered anything to compensate!!!!! This is a terrible place for a party. It's very dated and the staff aren't happy to be there nor are they accomadating. Save yourself the headache book your party elsewhere!!!

Mini golf and go carts are the only good thing here from my point of view. This place is understaffed on Saturday nights and probably other times too. A few staff members in the ticket purchasing area were rude. The young man in the redeem your price area was really nice to my daughters. This place is outdated for the most part and some games are out of order. This place has a lot of potential only if under the right management.

Groupon code is acceptable.! Go kart (youth and kid) is mild and enjoyable . Pool is not so clean. Mini golf is ok. Arcade game is also ok . The soda quality is not good. When we visited some of the rides were not in working condition. Staff are so good and their service is good.

Not happy at all. What did I pay $100 for 4 people for? Nothing works, you can tell that nothing is being taken care of, they have random extension cords crossing the mini golf corse, kiddie go carts didn’t work at all, no one was even working the kiddie train. The only real attraction outside is the go carts. And of corse there’s the arcade, but after I just dropped $100, I don’t think so! So disappointed! Never coming back! Spend at your own risk, I can’t even believe they have 4 stars, really? I wouldn’t give it one star, but you can’t post without at least one.

Enjoyed my time here. Most of the arcade games are 50 cents to 1 dollar to play. The ones I played were fun and worked just fine. Played mini golf and used the go-karts while here. The employees were friendly and helpful. My experience overall was a good one. Only downside was the place could have been a little cleaner.

Came in yesterday with my two sons and wasn’t impressed at all, It was dirty and most definitely not worth the money. The prizes were almost empty so there wasn’t much to choose from. The only reason why I’m giving them two stars because of a young lady I think her name was Ahniya. She was so sweet and so nice and kept a smile on and kept explaining the same thing to me over again every time i asked without being extra. Outside wasn’t two bad. Rookies wasn’t opened so I had to drive my youngest, boats was nice and so was the young man working. great staff sh**ty place.

Only thing really good about here is the go-karts. Most of the amusement park is worn out an old. This place needs a severe update including the interior as well as the games provided to the children. While I was there one of the games I played what used to drop the crane and grab the toy broke right in front of me. The kids train was broken. The golf course water was full of mosquitoes and dirty. Absolutely do no waste your money! Only half of the rides even worked. Also, my daughter got stung by a wasp on the mini golf course and we saw many more wasps. I told the manager. He didn't even ask where it happened in the course or if she was okay. Extremely unprofessional and didn't even seem to care. To top it off my kids got bored after being there only an hour. This was but far the worst place I have ever taken my kids. Such a rip off!

Park needs a lot of maintenance and staff are not trained very well. Management is hard to find but will try to resolve your issues but the issues here are beyond the reach of management scope. This is owner neglect of the facility. First I asked for 5 under 56 inch 3 hour unlimited bands and 4 over 56 inch 3 hour unlimited band we were given the band for 3 attractions. Kiddie land was closed and we were not informed batting cages had been closed for over a year and not informed, go cart staff was yelling at my nephew who is 6 to get out of the go cart he was not allowed to ride with my older nephew because he was not 15. The mini golf court was so dirty that most of the ball passageways were blocked by debris and clogging it so your ball never came out the other side. The bumper boats had no current and the pool was filthy. The cashier who sold us our band was very rude. The manager did refund us out money but it took 2 hours to find him. So we wanted an afternoon. I hope everyone has had a better experience. O and no idea who actually owns this place because there is nowhere listed to send feedback to or to contact anyone. The staff dont have an owner number or even their managers number.

Went today with another adult and a 3yo with groupon. I wouldn't say we had a bad time, it was also off season, but this place would be SO much better if they updated it and took care of it. Had we paid full price for everything we did...id say we wasted our money. Almost every game we played wasnt working right and we had to call over a worker because it ate our tokens or never gave tickets. The putt putt course we tried ate 2 balls, and a couple holes weren't playable because they were caked in mud or just poorly maintained. We both got some nachos and they were very...eh. Also took way longer than you'd expect for chips with cheese on them. The bathrooms were also kid of questionable...especially seeing as they were very slow and were open for maybe 2 hours by the time we arrived. I'd like to come back when it warms up and it's more lively for a second chance but for now...this place is just alright. Please update everything and clean up! This place has so much potential.

Kids enjoyed.But needs better up keep.Rest rooms need attention for periodic cleaning.Water ride out of 8 or 9 boats only five were working.It become only three working within an hour.For a limited crowd waiting time is enormous due breakdowns.For many staff smile on their face is missing.Employees need motivation and equipments need attention.

We had a blast at this location. We went during the weekday and it wasn’t busy, so it was nice not having to stand in line. Lots of fun activities to do. Kids loved it here. Go carts, mini golf, water boats, indoor arcade games.

Tons to do here. I’m a big fan of the 7:00 pm visit during the weekdays. Super quiet and the place is well cleaned. There is some aging, but this is expected at a family entertainment center. My kids love it and always have a great time. Staff is kind and helpful.

Go karts are fun. That was the only good thing I can say. Took my son for the kiddy karts and they didn't teel us till after we paid. None of the kid stuff outside was working. The golf course kept trapping our balls in the debris filled pipes. Then we were told the outside closes at 8 PM when the employee we purchased our tickets off of told us at 6 PM that we still had 3 hours for the 3 hours unlimited. Very bad experience.

This place is funtastic. It's been here since I loved here in 1998. It was a great place to hangout with friends. Perfect for a date night if you just looking for some playful fun. Staff there is amazing. Love it.

Rides are fun and so is mini golf. The problem is that their arcade has only 3 machines that aren't rigged for you to lose so you have to waste 5-4 tokens on those. The other machines are basically scams.

I have been to this location when it was Celebration Station and Adventure Landings, this by far is the worse that I have seen this location. Staff were inattentive, most of the time they were sitting down drinking sodas. When they walked around, they spent most of the time pulling up their pants. Lines for the go karts were very long. Through Groupon, the prices are cheap, but I would prefer to spend the extra $ and go to Frankie's

Got there at about 10:20 PM the change machine for tokens was flashing out of tokens I walk to a register they tell me they have closed the register, takes another 10 minutes to speak to a manager another eight minutes to load the Token machine.And they close at 11 PM it is very safe to say I will not be back. Let’s not forget terrible customer service

A little disappointed with the family visit here. There was only 3 boats working when we got there, then 1 more broke down. We had to hunt down staff to ride the "kiddie rides ". The karts were fun for the adults and kids. We didn't do the put- put but the course looked like the best area of the park! Arcade machine kept stealing our money, all in all I MIGHT come back here to play golf or use the karts but we were disappointed with a few things that made us question why we spent all the money we did!

This place is a dump. It looks like someone bought it and just opened it back up without doing any maintenance at all. Over grown flower beds and the unkept lawn made me feel like I was at an amusement park in The Walking Dead. The mini golf courses were disgusting with torn up green and goose poop to add some charm. One of the holes in the middle of our game ate my ball. None of the ponds or fountains were on, leading to some nasty algae and bugs. The counter where putters and balls are given out never even had an employee, so it was a free for all. The bumper boats weren't running, or so I thought until I saw an employee sitting there on her phone later in the evening; an employee that I had seen inside getting herself a beverage and also outside joking around with the employees running the go karts. The go karts were poorly maintained with many of them being extremely slow. No rules were followed by patrons or enforced by employees; rules that were clearly listed on big signs right by the go karts. The arcade was okay. They obviously had bought a few new games since it's the first area a customer sees. Many of the older games were out of order though. The birthday party table area was a joke. Torn up cheap table clothes, dirty tables, etc. The bathrooms were nasty with backed up toilets and puddles all over the floor. I completely understand why this place was on Groupon. Otherwise, they would have very few customers. We will never be back.

This place is the opposite of its name. I was there yesterday. Most of the arcade games were taped with electrical tape in order to operate or didn’t work. The service from the young children there was horrible. Their attentiveness at the service counter was nonexistent. Lights were out on the golf course. On the kiddie go kart track there was an inoperable kart and oppose to moving it out the way the workers just let it remained in the middle of the track. (Kids drove around it) Glad I didn’t pay full price. I will not go back.

Took my two kids here on a whim on a hot hot afternoon. The bumper boats were very refreshing! And the gentlemen working the boats was super fun and entertained by kids. I appreciated that very much. My son had a blast on the Go-karts. Thanks for a fun time, Funtasticks!

Bumper boats not working. Mini golf courses are muddy and some holes are unplayable. Duck or Swan poop everywhere. Fence has sharp points and when in line for go carts, don't lean up against it because it will tear your shirt. Do not buy the three combo pass for $17.99. Your choices are limited to basically just the go carts. Waste of money.

I have been meaning to write this review. We had actually originally had plans to go to Carowinds but, had such a horrible experience with customer service while trying to buy tickets that we left. We were in search for something to do as my daughter and I both were so disappointed. Funtasticks completely turned our day around. We had a blast and what really made the experience great was the STAFF!!! We interacted with probably 10 different staff members and they were all friendly and accommodating especially Chris (I think that was his name. He worked on the games). We ate, played games and did the race trac. We will be back and I’ll bring our whole family next time. The only thing I would suggest is a little updating but, I still wouldn’t take a star away for that. Thanks for the great time!

The kids had fun but the place is very outdated. We had to go find someone just to operate the rookie cars. The train and the ride was out of order. Most of the games in the arcade required 4 tokens or was out of order. I would only come back because of a groupon or other coupon. Definitely not worth the full price.

We had a good time. Go karts were fun, mini golf was good, the water bumper karts weren’t working yet. This place gets super crowded. It’s almost impossible to find someone to help you. The line for concession and attraction passes and one in the same, and u can be in it for 20 minutes. The machines are pretty pricey (some are $1.25 for a three second games you just press the button once). Prizes are the standard cheap fare, great for kids of all ages. Arcade seems more suitable for the 8 and over crowd. Toddlers could play but other then a horse ride, they are not really made for little ones.

Great fun! Love the go-carts. My wedding band fell off my finger while on the boats. The attendant came to my rescue. He looked around the area where it came off, and told me that he would keep looking for it. About 30 minutes later, he found me in the park and returned me my ring! I tried to tip him $10 for his help but he refused to accept it. As a matter of fact, he gave ME a code to play some free games inside! We had a great time!

We had a very good experience during our first visit to Funtasticks. The go-karts and mini golf made a simple Friday evening quite pleasant. We will be back. Great prices and definitely fun with plenty to do!! We arrived a bit later than we wanted to (we drove from Lexington) but it was worth it, we did putt-putt and the arcade which was plenty! Great for all ages! Update: we decided to go again, we didn't realize that there were two different putt-putt courses last time (one is a bit more challenging), definitely just as fun as last time! Wasn't overly crowded! We also did the go-carts this time, which was fun but a bit bumpy and not much of a track! Batting cages were closed

This place is pretty cool. The karts go probably around 16-20 miles per hour. If you hug the turns it makes it feel like you are going at a good pace. I went here on Labor Day and it was pretty busy. I would recommend going in the off hours if you want to get the 3 hour unlimited pass. The line for the karts might not look long but it still takes a while to get in the machines. You can walk in and check things out before you pay so I would suggest going and looking at the lines before you decide on if you want to get the 3 hour unlimited pass or the 3 activity pass. We bought the unlimited pass but only ended up going in the karts 2-3 times anyway due to the hefty wait. The mini putt putt is very okay. Most of the holes are pretty straight forward. We played on 2 of their courses and just hopped around, not keeping score, since I was dominating the 14 year old I was with anyway. Over all great time. I plan to go back, but during the off hours so I can tear up the track some more. My only suggestion would be to increase the speed of the carts some to make it more exhilarating

"Due to systems down we cannot take credit cards. Your options are to pay cash, reschedule your birthday party or call the GM”. That was what we were greeted with when we arrived at Funtasticks for a 10 year olds birthday party. Not the best options given, regardless of the situation. Everything after that seemed pretty dismal and minimal. The staff was mostly inattentive, not all, but most. Everything that went wrong or wasn’t good was someone else’s fault and no one really seemed to care. The property looks old and dingy. The carpets were dirty and they’d only opened an hour prior to our arrival. I would assume the dirt and trash was left from the previous night. The miniature gold area looked worn and unmaintained, the bumper boats had definitely seen better days. Doubt we will be back.

Was great did a party we got the mega deal then we had a problem when it was time to leave turns out they charged us, then supposedly refunded us and the lady which was management said we had to pay more money it was utterly kaos turns out they didn't refund anything and I had to pay again, so I double paid the party, besides that we had a great time
