Games aren't that great. Prices are a little high in the game room but great customer service and awesome bounce houses. Ideal for a birthday party or celebration .

This place is good for adults as well as kids! We love to bring our granddaughters there and play with these big games! It really is fun, everyone is smiling and laughing the whole time!

My kids can't get enough if this place. At times it's pure chaos but there's a lot of room to move around. Tons of arcade games for kids of all ages. They also have inflatables in the back for an additional price (but it's cheap). Snack bar is available. Pizza, snacks and drinks mostly. Popular spot for birthday parties. There's a couple rooms available for rental.

Amount of games are ok. But we went in the summer, theres no air conditioning my poor kids were so sweaty. I had my 4 year old and my newborn. It's better than jumping jax at least.

The Fun Factory is a nice place to take the kids for the jumping houses and arcade games. I have hosted three birthday parties for the kids here. Each one has been a success. They do a good job with parties. My younger kids really enjoy they jumping houses. The games are Dave and Busters' level expensive to play but if you plan to stay a bit, their token specials usually make it more reasonable. They have a snack bar with pizza and other foods and drinks. There is no alcohol so this is a safe place to go with kids.

We went for a birthday party and most games took the tokens but would not work. We had to keep asking for tokens back. My son was playing a game and scoring very high and an employee walked by and unplugged it and gave him four tokens back. The young teens running the register could not even add the tickets with a calculator my daughter had 121 and 25 they told her she had 130. She got maybe two dum dums and a tootsie roll for her tickets.

My children enjoyed it very much but some of the video games did not function properly. The plus side if you come during the week days the week the bounce houses are free. There still was plenty of games working for my older children to play and we had a blast. The only down side was I had to run to a debit machine across the road because theirs was down but that happens in a small business.

Free bounce houses are fun for the kids, but the arcade selection is lacking. Quite a few of the games are broken and the coin slots are taped over. Others just steal your coins. My kids are young enough to enjoy the bounce houses, but if you have kids over 8 years old this may be one you want to skip.

Its always hot or cold in here. Glad they have gotten rid of all the non working machines. My kids always like going here but their attention strays after about an hour and their prizes arent that great. Veey cheap. But good place for family fun i sapose. Wish greenwood had more.

Entertaining and cheap. We had a lot of family fun for $25.00. 100 tokens (for arcade games) for $20 and bounce house fun for $5 for one. We were there for a few hours and my daughter loved it. Only down side is not all the arcade games work. All and all, it was a good time. Would definitely recommend it.

Even though the machines seems to be rigged, if you tell staff they will come and either fix the machine or credit you the amount of tickets or tokens you are out of. So that is great to me.

Don't waste your money here. Half of the games are out of order and the other half take your tokens twice before they work. The young staff works hard to try and keep up with the complaints. I feel bad for them.

The items were wonderful for the kids to play on an with but the items kids buy with the tickets won were way way over priced. There was a small small guitar that cost 1000 tickets, but the same guitar is $1.ok at dollar tree. So that just now right for the kids sake, those items should not be more than 100 -300 tickets

It's the perfect place to take your kids to take your kids to have fun. Birthday parties are reasonable and they tend to you and have positive attitudes! Great staff.

If 0 stars were an option, that’s what I would leave. We visited here at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. After getting inside we were told there was a wait for tokens. We walked around and checked back up front for tokens where we were told it would be over an hour wait to get any tokens. There were 4 employees at the counter doing nothing. We were offered a free jump pass, but I have a disabled daughter that can’t do the bounce houses. I even told them my daughter couldn’t do the bounce houses that we were there for the arcade. Instead of someone collecting coins that we watched being poured into machines, they let a family of four walk out without spending a dime. Not good business at all.

Not good.....half or more of the games were not working or were out of tickets. Kept having to ask for tickets or tokens back. Cannot imagine this establishment staying open for very much longer. Poor young man was being pulled several different places for help constantly. Owners need to evaluate issues and fix them.
