I had a wonderful time here for my birthday party a few months ago. Food was good, everyone had a good time, it was awesome. However I went there one time and there were people smoking weed and dancing on top of cars in the parking lot and this is not a joke.

Great place to have fun! Pricing isn't too bad, mini golf $10, go karts $8. My only complaint is the food, from what I had it wasn't good and I won't be eating here again. I had the nachos, they had absolutely no flavor at all! The cheese was thick and decent but everything else had nothing, the chips are thick and had no salt and tasted like cardboard, the salsas had no taste to it either. My girlfriend had the chicken fingers and even those wasn't seasoned, they was mostly breading and had large chunks of pepper in it so when you bite then you get unseasoned chicken then boom pepper! I'm usually not picky and my food but for the price I was expecting more, not sure why I see other people giving great reviews on the food when they can't even make a decent set of nachos and chicken fingers. I would recommend eating elsewhere then come here to have fun. Staff isn't the best, mostly teenagers working there first jobs, so don't expect any good customer service! While checking out my prizes there was one girl ringing every body up while the other two stood beside her cuddled up hugging and kissing. But the way this place is set up you don't need to interact with the staff much, cards can be purchased from the machines and reloaded for use in the arcade and outside attractions.

It's worth the drive if you are looking for indoor/outdoor entertainment! Think Dave & Buster's but better. Go karts, bowling, arcade, laser tag, even a sports bar/lounge, this place has it all. Food is OK, kinda what you would expect from a place like this. Can be a little pricey if you are not paying to attention to the amenities that require "fun cards".

This is my first time at Frankie’s, it’s my 16th birthday, and I came here with my friends and we were told we could not get in unless we had someone with us 18 or older than us. So we waited an hour for my almost 20 year old sister to come only for us to be LIED to about how “you need a parent who’s 25 years or older to get in”. I personally think the guy who told me this thought my sister’s ID was fake, when it wasn’t.

This place is awesome!!! I had a blast with my family... this place has games , rides, go karts, laser tag, bowling, and virtual reality games. If you are in Charlotte NC with your family that is the place to go for family fun... I will definitely be back!

On May 25, 2019 I went to Frankie's Fun Park for my brother's birthday party. My mother was quoted the amount it would be for me my brother and his 9 friends. (11 people). My mother was sent an email confirmation on the price for 11 people for food and cards. When we arrived we went to sign in and they said that they made a mistake and they sent the wrong amount. The manager went on to explain that they sent us the quote for 10 people not 11 when in the email clearly states that it is for 11 not 10. The manager went on to tell us even though they are the ones who made the mistake and told us the wrong amount they won't honor the initially quote that they sent us in writing. My mother ended up having to pay the extra amount for the mistake that Frankie's of Charlotte made because we had 11 people here waiting for his party.

What a find! On a recent hurricane evacuation, I was staying nearby with two young children to entertain midweek (2 and 6), and all Discovery Place museums closed for staff training...and this could not have been a more refreshing and fun experience! Sparkling clean, friendly staff (special thanks to Ashley, Eric and Michael who were working the Fun House at various times for making my children and me feel so appreciated and cared after!), kind managers willing to assist. There's a wide variety of arcade games and VR experiences for all ages (I really want to go back sans kiddos!), lots of space, kind of a "Vegas" feel to the interior, great music playing, ample space for eating, and three beautiful mini-golf courses! We were there during the day twice and then again one Friday evening until 8pm (yes, we kept going back because it was such a good experience and we needed to get out of our hotel room) and there was never a huge crowd to deal with - we never waited for anything. Food and drinks were good though the Cafe staff was not terribly pleasant (and the mini-golf attendants Friday night weren't particularly either). I will warn, it's easy to spend money quite quickly here! But seriously a place I want to return to on my next trip to Charlotte! I can't stress enough how "new" and clean it is!

Not for the entire family, definitely not for a date but if you want to entertain a bunch of kids that don’t know better then this is as good as any other place. 12 years old or under. I wouldn’t say the bartenders are rude but they’re definitely not friendly. Kart racing is a joke, they literally slow you down remotely and can cut off power completely if you even try to be a tiny bit competitive! Might as well just walk around the track.

This place is fantastic and has everything you could want to have a wonderful day with your kids. There are games, rides, Putt-Putt, go-karts, bowling, an area for climbing, food drinks and a whole lot of other things to do for kids as well as adults. The games can get expensive quick but there are plenty of ways to have fun without spending a ton of money. Great place for kids in Charlotte!

Many arcade games had constant malfunctions over a period of 4 hrs at this location, but due to the very high volume it was understandable. The attraction staff were beyond excellent with helping my ADA sister safely and properly enjoy the road course. (Thanks Jake and crew!) Towards the end of the day, having my hands full for most of the day, I lost my phone. The staff kindly directed me to the lost and found and card sales were quite preoccupied, but still managed to get my phone back to me quickly. I’m not either sure if it’s the southern hospitality us Ohioans heard about, or the great staff culture Frankie’s upholds, but after this weekend visiting Charlotte. I am going to have to believe that both are the case! Thanks so kindly and best regards to everyone involved!

I would describe this as an adult fun park. We went here for work summer party. A few hours of bowling and mini-golf. The place looks brand new and has arcade games and go carts. I would say it is a little pricey but a nice new facility.

Had a great time here! A group of 8 of us visited for a team building day.It was raining so we were not able to do any outside activities but the indoor options were awesome. Bumper cars and virtual reality games were awesome. There are many things we could do as a group like basketball and racing. Would definitely recommend. I noticed a lot of games for younger kids as well so there are many options for great family fun as well.

We celebrated our son's 8th Birthday here and everyone had a blast! The staff was awesome and the whole process was well organized! If you have any concerns, just email them and they are super quick to respond. We have four kiddos and the age range is 3 through 13. Everyone even adults enjoyed the games and attractions! This place is great! There is so much to do with your family or friends. It's a lot bigger than the one in Greenville, SC and it has more rides. The bowling area is really nice and it has a ton of lanes. The restaurants are very nice and the prices are fair.

So much fun but whew expensive! The game prices are intentionally misleading so you can't really plan on how much you're spending. Bowling is expensive so are the rides. Bumper cars were 6 for example. Great for dates maybe but if you have a lot of kids skip this place try spare time down the street. My 1 child was about 40 for bumper cars and a handful of games. Too much. I will say that it is very clean and the staff is friendly.

I went for my 21st birthday and had so much fun, me and 6 friends went, we rode 2 go cart tracks and it was loads of fun. We bowled and that was great. The food was good (I recommend the fries and hollandaise dip) and the mixed drinks were good. and then finished with laser tag. The arcade was kinda pricey so we didn’t do it but it looked fun. Was worried being adults it wouldn’t be enjoyable but I was way wrong. 100% better than Dave and busters. And affordable compared to other places. 10/10 recommend. Clean and friendly.

Only gave it one star because of the atmosphere. I can say that when this place was being made it didnt have disabled people in mind. My daughter is in a wheelchair but still enjoys getting on rides(we put her on them). Most of the arcade games where you had to sit in was not suitable either. Bottom line if you have a special needs/disabled loved pne..FRANKIES IS NOT THE PLACE FOR THEM.

My neighbor took my son here and I picked him up. This was my first time here and I will definitely take him along with his friends. My son had a blast. This place is a mixture of Dave and Buster's and Sport's Connection. It is very upscale for a fun center and there are a few lounges for the adults. I didn't get a chance to go outside but they have attractions outside like race cars. This is a great place for parties and fun with the family or just your friends.

The fun house for little kids. The employees were sitting around and not helping the little ones get through the course. Parents aren't really allowed in so you have to stand there and try to help your kid out from the ground and hope they dont get discouraged. Nice place. Good prizes. Need more stuff for toddlers.

So much fun! You only pay for what you want to play. Very spacious, the staff are so friendly! Only thing is the restaurant is very expensive. They stamp your hand so u can leave and come back. I can't wait to go again. For just me and my daughter I spent $115.00 that was for the entire day and included lunch in there restaurant. That was about $20.00 but it's a lot of fun!

Outside activities are way too expensive and not worth the time of the actual ride. Inside in the arcade is better. If you have kids, save your money from the mechanical rides. Keep them entertained with the arcade inside.

Man, I wanna go there everyday. The one thing I liked is the food is locally grown, I spent $75 for the 4 of us and it was worth it! Salads were amazing. Staff amazing. Games amazing. The only thing I suggest is: when you are about to purchase credits and the attendant can't quite describe what something is, I think you should put a screen with a smidgen of interactive activity so they can see what they buying before the experience.! Other than that.... I'm taking my kids back!

Fun place to bring kids during the day. The prices for putt-putt are reasonable. You have several course options so I'll definitely be returning. Only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because the machines where you get your frankie card were very finicky and wouldn't register my card. Also the alcohol drink prices were a bit high for what you get.

We’ve been here 3 times trying to ride go carts and have been told 3 different times they open. Walked in today and was told they would open at 12. At 12:20 we were told they were gasing them up and it would be another 20 to 30 minutes. Probably time we stop coming here

Some friends and I went recently for mini golf. We ended up having dinner in The Lounge. Be sure and check your receipt - they add gratuity at 18%. I'm sure not everyone is a generous tipper to wait staff, but we were only a party of four. Because of this forced gratuity with out advertisement, I've given three stars.

Went here last night with my family. It was a large party and the service was so fast and amazing! We ordered a ton of food and the workers brought everything out quickly with all the sauces and napkins! They were all so hard working and friendly. Every time I turned around someone was constantly wiping down tables or sweeping. The place is so big and very clean! They have a bar as well as dining area.Then an additional area for large parties. Games are so much fun and rides are awesome! It’s literally perfect! We will deff be back! My new favorite place! Make sure to come here!

Frankie's is so much fun. They have several arcade games and other games you can actually do. You pay for each game but it is definitely reasonably priced. The food is kind of expensive but it is good. Everytime I go it rains so I haven't been able to experience the outside games, but I am definitely looking forward to it next time.

My company threw us a summer party at Frankie's and it was so much fun. The catered food I am not sure if it came from Frankie's but it was soo good. We had alot of fun playing the virtual reality games along with the bumper cars indoors and the go karts outside were the high light of the day. the track is nice and the go karts drove smooth. I been on alot of go kart tracks where the carts dont run that well but these run smooth the are fairly fast for a go kart track and the lay out of the track was fun with the turns and what not. Anywho I would definitely recommend frankie's to families but children under 5 may not have that much fun. rides are reasonabley priced and for the cost of a dinner in movie you could go to Frankie's and have much more fun.

This place is huge and has a lot going on. But it doesn’t seem to do any one thing very well. Big game room but not very good games. Go cart tracks but really slow carts. I came and saw what it was all about. For what they offer at those prices I doubt I’ll return.

Game prices are close to Dave and Busters, which is to say high in my opinion. Most were $1 to $2 for what is usually less than 1 minute of entertainment. Think about that, $60 to $120 per hour, whew! Best value is likely the kids play area where for $8 they can climb around all day. Next would be mini golf and they have quite a few nice courses to choose from. The main reason for the 3 star is honestly issues with their network that made playing the games nearly impossible. Their wireless network install was done by someone who has no clue how Wi-Fi works and this unfortunately impacts all their customers. The games constantly were saying Attendant Required - EmbedAPI Unreachable. Attendants would only respond "yeah, it's the network, you have to keep trying." No offer of refund. It usually took 3-4 swipes with waits in-between to get it to work. Like most mini golf courses, it could use some shade too. Bottom line, despite the network issues, they have a lot to offer. Just be prepared to drop some serious money.

A lot of fun but prices seem a bit high. Went for my 5 year olds birthday. Between go karts, mini golf and games for 3 of us we spent well over $100. This was including all 4 of his grandparents also contributed in games and rides. So between him just doing games and rides it had to of cost well over $200.

I’ve been twice and i haven’t been id’d to go with my friends. Tonight i was asked for id and was told i cannot go in due to the fact i am not 18 i tried to explain i only have a month till i’m 18 and he said “even being 18 i need a parent or guardian.” That makes no sense. I’ve been there before and have never been asked that. Why would you deny teenage customers who want to spend their time and money there. It makes no sense.

Great place to enjoy and kill time. Expect to blow tons of money! Arcade area is enjoyable but mainly for kids. They have some repeative games and many claw machines. The main attraction to me was the mini golf course and the go karts! A must do if you go. The cafe is nice, the bathroom were clean and smelled nice. The lounge area booth was comfort but the waitress/host could had done a better job. Mostly its cause my fiance and I look young. The food price and alcoholic drinks were reasonably priced. The Frankie's burger was juicy and cooked to medium well which was perfect to me but it tasted like a regular burger. It also does not include tomatoes or onions. The cocktails were great tasting but not too watered down to where you cant feel or get a kick. Gratitude is already included on the check even for a table of 2. If you feel like you need to tip then feel free to but our gratitude charge was $8 so itll depend on your preference. A great place to kill time but d&b maybe better for drinks and fun but for mini golf and go karts then this is the place to go. Bowling at both places seem evenly fair so it wouldn't really matter which place you go to. As long as you have fun then it's a great spot.

Took my son here to try out their games/arcade selection. Both my son and myself had a great time playing the variety of games they have on hand! While the size of the selection is about on par with others in the area, they have higher end games that offer more entertainment than any other place we have been. And when you are done with the inside, they have mini golf, go-karts, and other outdoor activities that can easily keep your kids entertained for hours!

Large variety of arcade style games and experience based rides and entertainment. If you’ve been to a Dave and Busters you know what kind of arcade fare is on display, but with the addition of bowling, the 3 go-cart tracks (traditional, slick and drift) as well as laser tag and other carnival style rides, there’s simply more to do for a group of friends. We didn’t bowl this visit since it was only my wife and I and rent lanes by the hour. (A great deal for larger parties.) overall it was a fun experience that made the day feel like a mini vacation. Something I think anyone could use more of!

Today was an amazing first experience at Frankie's Fun Park. Our team of ambassadors and interns explored every inch of the new Huntersville location and experienced a ride on the drift track, the drop tower, and enjoyed an incredible lunch in their new private meeting room. Jason did an amazing job showing us around and giving us the inside scoop on the newest tourist attraction in town. We can't wait for our next visit and look forward to trying new rides, the mini golf courses, and the other race tracks.

I love this place! It's fun, has a ton of games. Inside and out. You can also bowl, and you can eat/snack/drink/chill. You can spend a couple or few or several hours there. You can burn through your money, but if you're having fun, it's worth it. Especially if you save up.

First time here. It's a Dave and Buster's without the mall plus outdoor carnival rides. $8 for unlimited time in the play zone. Games average $2.00 per play. The outdoor rides $10 and less. Bumper cars are $8 per turn. The food was much better than expected. Have to budget accordingly but overall a really good time.

The prices for games and attractions are fairly steep in my opinion. We took our 13 year old and between games, go karts, and mini golf we spent over $100 for the 3 of us. Food is overpriced for what it is, next time we will eat else where before going. There could also be a better system for delivering food. They wonder around having no clue where to go and the dining area is large, by the time we got our food it was cold. With this said, the facility itself is beautiful, well kept, and very clean. The staff is friendly enough.

Overpriced and understaffed. There was no one operating several of the outdoor rides. This is the only thing separating this place from dave and buster's at concord mills. This discouraged my son from riding the rides he wanted because we had to flag someone down to come operate a ride and by the time they were available, he was tired of waiting. For the amount of money we spent, I would have rather gone to dave and buster's and played way more games, since that's all we wound up doing anyways.

Had my sons birthday party at Frankie's he turned four. Host was nice but unprepared and gave us little direction as to what to do. You only get an reserved table for an hour which is not enough time especially when you have no direction at all. My guest were not told were the party table was so I had to keep going to the front to bring them back. We paid 380.00 and the food was mediocre at best. We weren't pleased at all.

I really enjoyed spending the day here. There's a lot of options and activities, inside and outside. I recommend you bring at least $20. Would definitely come here again, however the food could use some flavor. The party area is great, a lot better than other places. Good for smaller/younger kids too.

My boyfriend and I had a blast here! Lots of fun games, and the go carts are a blast. They even have a bar so you can drink while you play! Good for all ages! We will definitely be taking my son next time!

So much fun! Very reasonably priced with activities for everyone. Didn't have much food there but what I did have was pretty good. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Be wary of kids acting a fool, even though it's to be expected at a place like this.

The games were fun and my 12 year old son LOVED the go-karts. The only downfall was we paid $7- $8 for some of the rides and they only lasted about 45 seconds so not worth the money. My 8 year old loved the climbing fun house! We paid $8 for it and it was unlimited play. She was given a wristband and could leave and go back throughout the day as much as she wanted. They also provided clean socks free of charge if you don't have your own. All in all a great place.

This place is fantastic. I could see myself being a regular visitor as a full grown adult except for one thing: it's expensive! The is no admission fee but you pay per attraction. 3 go kart tracks, several mini golf trails, rides inside and out, plenty of fun games, laser tag and virtual reality. So many things to try but they really add up, especially on rides and go karts. The place was super packed when we went but it's so big you really don't notice the crowd - but you do notice when trying to park. The parking lot was completely full and cars lined both sides of the street leading up to the building. I will definitely go again.

First time there, amazing place. Three miniature golf courses, three go cart tracks, lots of fun games inside, even has a bowling alley. A little expensive, but great way to spend time with family and friends.

We enjoyed the facilities and the outdoor spaces. However, the arcade and the play house are quite pricey. My child didn't want to play in the play house after purchasing the wristband ($8), so we received a credit for the play house and played in the arcade, and did the gocarts.

This is a very cool place, but it is pricey. There is a ton to do. The games cost around $1-$2 each, but they spit out about 20 tickets each time we played a game. The rides cost around $8 each. There is laser tag, virtual reality, a 4D ride, bumper cars, mini golf, go karts, an in-door playground, bowling, restuarants' and more! The Fun House is $8 and kids (2-12) get a wrist band to play all day! There is a nice seating area for parents to wait in front of it. Overall, nice place, just come in with a game plan where you only do a few things if you aren't trying to spend much.

Kids have more fun than at Carowinds.. And cheaper. Great place. All I'd recommend is more sitting areas outside with shade, that cement gets extremely hot,as well as somewhere for water outside, pain in the butt having to go inside to get a drink.

Great prices! Quality attractions! The kids were all very well behaved and respectful of staff and adults. We didn't see one temper tantrum or hear any "I'm going to count to 10". It was a different crowd than that. It seemed all the kids were properly supervised.

I’ve gone to this place a few times before without being stopped by anyone, (under 18) but today with no warning I was dropped off with a friend and there was a new closed off section where they asked for ID. We were turned away and had to wait outside in the heat for a ride to come back, no one seemed to care. 18 policy was fine but it was really annoying that they’d never really enforced it here before and i didn’t know about it. It felt kind of rude for them to see us waiting out there for over 20 minutes in the heat waiting for a ride back and didn’t even let us wait in the air conditioning. It’s a kids amusement park and we couldn’t even do anything. don’t think i’ll be coming back here and neither should y’all. :)

This place is amazing amounts of fun! There is so much to explore and play on, it is impossible to do everything in one night. The arcade games and amusement park rides all use your game card which is very convenient. The restrooms were clean and fresh. The employees were all polite and courteous.

This place is awesome. Group of 6, and all had a great time. The food. Holy smoke, the food was amazing. Nachos were HUGE. I would not recommend the pickled veg as they were pretty small, and the spicy almonds were not too spicy. Brussel sprout salad was amazing as was the meatball sub. Italian sub was warm, flavorful, and the chips were very good. All hot items were hot, cold were cold. Our server, Andrew, was patient, helpful, very attentive, and able to answer any question about menu items. Thank you for a great team. The games and all entertainment stuff was super fun. Laser tag was so cool, go carts run great and are nice, and the cool 3d ride in the separate room was indescribable. Very super cool, and you really felt like you were there in it all. Thank you for a great and fun day. We will return.

Food was good. Kids had a blast. Prices high for the amusement. Staff was cool. They forgot my sisters food order but the manger refunded her and they still have her the order. We also got refunds for the scared kids that didn’t get on things but we paid.

Me and my friend came here, after I had been here previously with no problem. Today though there was a sign posted on the door saying we had to be 18 and we weren’t allowed in. There wasn’t much of a reason and I didn’t see it anywhere online, so it was a little frustrating to be left out in the hot weather while waiting for parents to circle around to come back for us. It’s a kids fun park. You can be 16 and work here, but not get through the door without an ID. Crazy y’all. Don’t recommend.

Had a blast at Frankies. Me and my wife were invited there by another couple. I was hesitant of 4 adults going to an amusement center, but we had the best time. We went there to bowl, but had so much fun playing the games, we never got around to bowling. Stayed past midnight, which was awesome! Loved how everything could be purchased using the game card. Look forward to going back in warmer weather for mini-golf and go-karts.

Mini Golf: we went to Frankie's to play mini-golf. You have a choice of 3 courses- easy, medium, and hard. The courses are very clean and in good shape. We actually ended up playing a second round on the same day. 2- 3 stars: The arcade area is where we mostly threw our money out the window, but that is at all of today's arcade establishments. We did not go on any rides/carts. Be prepared to drop a lot of money or budget wisely before you go.

My wife and I came here last Saturday night to take our son to play games and we decided to have a drink and appetizer at the bar while he was with his friend playing games. This place was amazing our son and his friend had such a good time and me and my wife got great service and attention at the bar from Lindsey. She always smiled at us and was very helpful even though it was busy we felt like we were the only ones ordering. We will definitely be back for date a date night with out the kids.

Fun. I wish the miniature golf allowed for more than ONE play of 18 holes for $10, and let us do all 3 courses, but otherwise, the food in the "longue" was good (double cheeseburger w/ fries) and the race tracks were fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean! That's always a plus!
