This place is amazing... but PLEASE.... LAY OFF THE WHISTLE!! I'd give it 5 stars but some of the "refs" with whistles let the authority go to their head and sometimes feels like they are CONSTANTLY lurking. They focus more on the parents' (time stickers) who accompany young children rather than the older kids causing a ruckus!

So for our first time going, I have to say I was EXTREMELY impressed! Staff was extremely helpful upon arrival and was patient with me while I asked questions. Failed to apply the Monday discount and was almost overcharged, but the girl quickly fixed the problem and gave us two free pair of socks due to the mix up, which completely blew me away! She didn't have to do that but did anyway which was extremely impressive! Since we had two small children with us, 5 and 6, we were worried about them not being able to do certain things or having problems doing some of the attractions, which again proved NOT to be the case! The staff and other children who were playing were extremely helpful and friendly with assisting our kids and didn't have a problem with me helping them myself even though I wasn't a paying customer! Didn't utilize the snack bar, although I took notice of the prices listed and the are about average with other family amusement centers (except for the pizza which we thought to be extremely expensive...) The amount of attractions there was another plus. There is a lot kids can do and will have fun doing over and over. A lot of the attractions are also geared at getting kids together which I liked as well. I also liked the fact that you're receiving exercise the entire time while having fun at the same time! Overall, I give Big Air 5-stars due to the extreme friendliness of the staff, extreme cleanliness of the place, and quality of fun for the amount of money you will spend. We are glad we found a new place to take the kids every week now!

The staff need to pay more attention to there jobs the person on the orbital did not pay attention and didn’t see hurt. And did not seem to care after she got out. Make the orbital safer but they did send help after my dad altered someone.

We had our daughters 6th birthday party here. Staff was very nice but it was very much under staffed and not worth $455.00. We arrived 30 minutes before 12- before our party to sign in and to start jumping. As I’m standing there working with the one girl to get signed in she is having to work with multiple other parties besides my daughters. Finally by 12:30- 30 minutes before we go to our party room I leave the line and go to be able to enjoy my daughters party with her. They didn’t take our cupcakes or balloons. Balloons ended up not even being in her party room, they were in the drink area the entire time. Fun place but not recommended for a party.

I have been here a couple of times with my family. We love it! It is a little bit on the expensive side, but the obstacles are a blast! They have so many different activites you can do that it is completely worth it! They make it very safe as well with workers at all the stations.

My kids love this place....but...I just wish it was kept cooler so the kids aren't dripping in sweat. And if they're sweating, you know others are, and just think about where all that sweat goes...on the equipment. Even when we buy their orange socks to jump, they end up black! YUK! I'm glad my kids always have a great time, but I only go now with a large bottle of hand sanitizer....and get them straight into the shower at home!

This place is frickin bananas. So packed full of bodies. There is a lot to do in here, but it is REALLY expensive. They require that you purchase their socks and sign a waiver... If your kid gets injured due to defective trampolines or other equipment, you're coming out of pocket for it. Most of the staff is super nice and do a good job watching the kids, but I was elbowed pretty hard by a staffer who was pushing past me and yelling at a group of kids to move from a walkway.

Went several months ago for my nephew's bday. Had a weird little incident with the management had a mix up in their kitchen and made our party 2 accidental pizzas and even after we explained we did not request them, the people in charge for whatever reason insisted that the menu prices for pizza we didnt order be charges to our account. Just a bump in the road for an overall ok experience aside from what I guess would be considered greed or just lack of customer satisfaction. Just keep a close eye on your tab especially if you host a party.

I get three stars because when you first enter big are it's very confusing and it's really a huge cluster they have no signs point to where you need first before you go to purchase your ticket. It should be more organized when you first walk in the door specially if you're a first-time customer. You have to purchase a air trampoline socks I plan on keeping my ngoc to pay $3 every time I go other than that it was actually quite fun and really enjoyed it with my two-year-old nephew. They could keep it cooler in there very hot

We had a birthday party there today and it was terrible. We brought a cookie cake because my son doesn't like regular cake. They wouldn't let me take the cake in unless I paid $75. She said that it was in the email when I booked the party. When I read the email it said non-icecream dessert. When we got to the party room, there was no hostess. No one spoke to us to tell us how things worked. They brought the pizza and drinks and left. We had to serve the kids ourself, had to ask for forks, and for a knife to cut the cake. They offered me a pizza cutter to cut the cake. We didn't get a box for any of the leftovers or even get the cotton candy that comes with the party. When I checked out and they asked if everything was good with the party and I said no, there was only an I'm sorry. Very disappointed for such an expensive party. We definitely won't be having another party there.

I like having a place like this in Spartanburg as there's not much else for kids to do to stay out of trouble. I think the prices for the park are a little steep. The concession stand has a pretty good selection but is way overpriced. My main drawback to this place is the staff. All are very young and very unattentive to the area they've been assigned. They spend too much time talking to others instead of the park. I've seen big kids trample all over little kids several times which should have been caught if the staff were watching. My kids love it here but I definitely would not just drop them off here.

Pretty awesome place!!!! Definitely a work out if you participate with your kids.... and parents who feel much younger than their body really is.... the obstacle course will quickly remind you of your age.... just try and beat your 9 year old fit daughter to the finish line. She WILL WIN :-)

Great place for all ages. Prices are a bit steep but, their always crowded. My daughter loves it so, sometimes they will have coupons if your on mailing list and that helps when your on budget. Safe environment spotters Are watching everything. Safety, cleanliness, just all in general is excellent.

I take my 3 and 6 year old and there are attractions to keep both happy! The staff plays dodgeball with my son too that’s sweet! They have added new fun games and challenges. We love Big Air!

We have always had fun but today was a disorganized mess at check in. But we were okay with it because it was the weekend. I guess I wish that people would watch their kids a little better. 7 year old was getting harassed by a group of older boys, asked them to stop and then get confronted by a staff member because I told the child to leave mine alone.

The kids loved it. I only have a couple complaints. One would be about the waiver process. It took so long to complete each kids name age and birthday, and the way it is set up they all have to have the same last name as the adult. Not really a big deal though. Secondly, I wanted an icee and so did the 6 kids that were with me. I don't think it should have been $30 for them, but it was. That is a little steep if ya ask me. I will more than likely return, I believe the waivers last for a year or so, that way I won't have to enter all their information again. And I won't be getting anymore $5 small icees either.

The kids enjoyed it, the eating area was filthy, people dont know how to throw away their trash & the staff doesn't go out to collect the pizza pans that were left on the tables. My family was gonna sit down & try to grab something to eat & drink but there were no tables clean at all. But other than that it was ok. Also the young staff were cursing in front of the smaller children.

Very disappointed in the entry process. Why not direct customers to your registration kiosk prior to having them stand in long lines only to make them go back to the end of the line after completing the wavier? Direct customers as they enter. We should not have had to stand in line twice. Lines out the door at that. Terrible

There is a balance of good and bad with any place like this. Overall, my children enjoyed themselves here, however, the staff in the arena are not attentive to the rules and did not really enforce the rules to ensure safety was a priority. There were large children over age six in the area designated for children six and under. Several of them took drinks in to the area with them. No one was monitoring that area for the two hours we were there. There is a large rip in the big air bag (around 12 inches), which is a safety hazard. I told two employees that were standing there. One of them said they had noticed it before and the other just asked “wow, how long has that been there?” Neither indicated they were going to inform management about it. It’s understandable this is how employees may act if they are high school age and are only working part time or just for fun, but this is a place where serious injuries can occur. They need to be more active in keeping safety a priority here.

Great time. We played for two hours as it was so worth it. Clean family friendly atmosphere. Places for ages 6 and other looked fun for the younger set. My 8 and 12 year old had a great variety of fun with Uncle Paul. Also plenty to interest my teens but they were unavailable. Definitely coming back. Only negative was that the music was too loud for communication. (But it was good upbeat music without bad words) We didn't try the food and snacks.

Tonight was a joke. Group of my buddy’s went and jumped 3 hours for $20. Didn’t get in until almost 9 and right at time to go everyone wanted to start fighting. Staff was extremely rude and yelling. Never go back to this one will try Greenville another time

We celebrated my son's 8th birthday here. I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful experience we had! They took care of everything! I brought cupcakes, table clothes, and a happy birthday sign. Guests dropped off gifts as they signed in. I was prepared to set up 10 mins before, but our server: Kalin Miller had already used my supplies to decorate and set up our party area! She served the pizza, fruit, cotton candy, drinks, and cupcakes! She reminded me of the time, and suggested when we should begin opening gifts. She packed up our extra food, and provided us with a cart to carry everything to the car. Then, she cleaned it all up for us! On top of all of this, the kids LOVED jumping and had a blast!

Big Air is a must for everyone! It's a place for your kids and even yourself as an adult to have tons of fun and get plenty of exercise if that's what your aiming for. If you have younger kids it's a perfect place for them to burn off some energy and have a fun and memorable time! The staff is extremely helpful and have great upbeat personalities. Orlando Sartor an Employee of Big Air is a person that demonstrates the above. I had a question and he had immediately stopped what he was doing to help me with no hesitation and did it with a smile on his face with an extremely pleasant attitude. He is a person that u can tell actually enjoys his job and has great Customer Service skills. Thank you Orlando for being a 5 star employee in my book! The price is great for every day of the week. Everyday they have some kind of special going on which I think is awesome because anyone can afford to come try Big Air out and have an awesome and fun experience for ALL ages! Honestly... They have some of the best equipment and variety around. My only negative is that the last few times we've been for Cosmic Jump, the front staff was really unprofessional. I'm all for having fun at your place of employment but 2 employees almost swinging on each other and such is a little much.

Long slow lines and you have to register before going because if you don’t you’ll have to get out of line to do it and they do not offer you to bring ticket to counter when you finish they made us get at the very back of the line and start all over with a long wait. If it wasn’t my babies 3rd birthday we really would have left but I didn’t wanna disappoint my kids. Other than that, kids had a good time!! I don’t know how to reply back to the owner or whoever responded to my review so I’ll just add to my review lol, but Maybe they’re signs outside but we weren’t reading posters I only read the sign telling me I made it to Big Air!!

Big fun to be had here! My favorite part is the American Ninja Warrior obstacle course. Fun for kids and adults. But be warned: 1. This is not a place for toddlers, 2. They do not like for you to bring your own food (my group was reprimanded for bringing our own applesauce and snacks), 3. Even though we signed the online waiver (in order to speed up the check-in process), check-in was very slow and disorganized. The employees were getting in the way of one another. That was frustrating. But once we finally got in, it was a great time for all!

Went to my nephews birthday party. Big Air is the perfect place for parties. Pizza, drinks, cotton candy, lots of jumping, dodge ball, basketball goals, jousting, a mechanical bull, and an obstacle course! Lots of fun and most of all lots of laughs and smiles on the kids faces! Plus...It wears the little ones out so they'll pass out on the way home! Woo hoo. They have massage chairs too for mom, dad, grandparents or anyone that wants to relax and chill for a few minutes. The prices aren't bad either. Besides, the time you spend with your kids is priceless. Throw on some orange socks mom and dad and jump around. Don't act your age. If your feeling froggy, jump.

My daughter and nephews love coming to Big Air to jump because they have the freedom to to jump and if they ever need help the bigger kids are willing to help them out. The employees who watch them keep a close eye on the kids to make sure everyone is safe and that is super helpful. We didn't have the best experience this time. Way too crowded and charged me to bounce bc my 2 yr old was only free if I paid to bounce. It maybe their policy, but they should just charge me for my 2 yr old, bc I was following her and chasing her around everywhere, not bouncing. So basically don't say they are free, bc they aren't really. And you have to have the certain souvenir cup for icees, not the regular cup, for reduced refills.

Do not pay for a membership online. You will have problems when you try to check in and get your membership card. My first attempt to get a membership card was in the store. The employees at the front desk we're not able to complete the membership and said that I should come back later to get it. I went online and completed a membership application and paid for it online. When I got to big air and provided the voucher showing that I had paid the employees at the front desk we're still unable to complete the membership and give me a card. again they said that I would have to come back later to get it completed. When I came back later the employees said that they could not find the membership. Finally had to get a manager involved and they had to refund the payment and then re-apply it. It seems that the employees on the front desk need better training. Thank you for finally getting the membership straightened out but it was very frustrating, requiring numerous trips to get a membership that should have been fairly simple to get.

Just left from having my son's birthday party here. Really wish I would have saved myself the stress and had it at home or anywhere else... To begin, the check in process was disorganized and started us out on a bad foot. I had to ask two separate people what we are supposed to do now because my guests were asking can they sit their things down in a party room or when will the party room be ready so they can at least know. First I was told we can go in party room 1 at 3 since that's what time our party started. We went back there at 3 and the room was dirty so I caught the manager as she was going by and told her that another employee told me this would be our room and asked her if she could find out what was going on. She asked me to follow her to the front and when we got there she told me to show her which employee said that.. so it felt like either she thought I was lying by saying someone had told me that or she wanted me to awkwardly get an employee in Trouble for apparently telling me wrong. Anyways, the manager told me that we don't go to the party room until after the jump time is over. That was fine but that's all i was asking for.. For someone to tell me the plan! I've never had a party here so how was I supposed to know??... Anyways after telling my guests the new plan we enjoyed the jump time until 4. Then we moved to our now cleaned and ready party room. First problem was we only had 3 pizzas and were supposed to have 5... This was partially my fault because I had some extra people show up. Nonetheless they were being paid for so they were supposed to all get pizza. I immediately told the host. She came back and said we might not be able to get the other pizza but I'll send someone to talk to you. So I won't get the pizza that Ive paid for? The girl that came to talk to me said it would take a while but they could do it if I still wanted.. um yes I want what I'm paying for and enough pizza to feed my guests. We asked for refills that took 5 minutes to just fill up a pitcher with soda. Had to eventually serve the pizza ourselves and with our hands because the host disappeared. Finally got 1 of the 2 pizzas we were owed and served that one ourselves too. Waited 10 more minutes and finally saw the host to ask for a lighter for candles. Blew out the candles and tried to serve cake but surprise the host has disappeared again and we don't have the cake knife, cake plates, or forks. (By the way, lighyer, cake knife, cake plates, and forks are all supposed to be included in the package) Finally got a knife and about 10 plates for 30 people. We cut the cake ourselves because the host dropped the stuff and left. Then we went to open presents and one of my guests noticed her gift wasn't on the table. Apparently it was on another guests cart but thankfully we caught it in time. I finally flipped out. Unfortunately I took my frustration out on the only employee with any sense. The manager, Chris, listened to me rant and stayed calm. I was rude but he continued to be kind. He apologized and rectified the situation with a discount which I did sincerely appreciate. I know what the issue was without anyone having to explain it to me.. they booked too many parties and let too many people in. It was chaos. The amount of parties per time slot should be more limited and there also needs to be some sort of limit on the amount of jumpers per hour. In every jumping area there were multiple people jumping on the same square which is against the safety rules but of course no one was enforcing it. Which leads to another point.. all the rude careless teenagers that make up almost the entire staff will be the demise of this place. They don't provide customer service or enforce the rules.. in fact, I counted at least 8 jumpers that were jumping between 30 min-1 hour past their allotted jump time... Maybe if the owners put a little more money into a better staff they wouldn't be losing so much money on parties and people jumping past their time... I never leave reviews but this experience really upset me and I wanted to share.

Extremely bias and rude management, we had a birthday party for our sun , 15 kids showed up and paid 335$ for the whole party , going back a week ago when I made the reservation there was unprofessional associate in charge for booking so she did Not gave me clear details of what my package will cover , later on I learned that they give complementary invitation cards and a display of the birthday kid picture on billboard that I was not aware of them , so I had to buy cards on my own expense , well with this being said I had to talk to someone from the management and that was the General Manager , I explained to here what exactly happened asked her for compensation by giving me discount for what they missed to do , here is what she said “ IM THE GENERAL MANAGER AND I CAN ABSOLUTELY MAKE A DISCOUNT BUT I’M NOT GOING TO DO IT FOR YOU BECAUSE ITS COMPLIMENTARY “ well IT is complimentary BUT on what bases is it given ?? On Personal preferences ????YES I assume it’s based on her mood and unprofessional and unaccepted attitude this place is a public place and it should treat everyone fairly and equally and if a mistake happen then they should compensate accordingly. She has not even apologized she just advocated that this is a complimentary and I don’t have the right to even talk about it .i will leave it to your judgement people. More over I have followed up with on of there booking managers two time the week before Birthday to confirm recipients of my email with the picture and never heard back from him.2 times ?!

This is a terrible place, do not come here, they will keep taking your money. I signed up for membership in $119 in June. I went in to cancel and they told me I had to do it online. I went online and I cancelled the membership on July 10th, 32 days ahead. We came in July and stopped coming after August 12, since we were under impression that the membership was canceled. They kept charging my credit card for 8 months, I only noticed it when I was doing my taxes. I kept calling for 2 months straight $833 was overcharged. I finally was able to get someone on the line and they told me they will not refund me since they don’t have record of cancellation. I told them to check and see that we didn’t use the membership and they said there is nothing they can do. Then they said they will talk with owners and maybe call me back. Well, I haven’t received any call back. I guess the only way to resolve this issue is to go to court. That’s just sad.

I booked a party and on the day of, I decided to call to confirm. It took forever for someone to answer the phone and finally when someone answered I told them I just wanted to confirm the party and time. The girl said she would find out and put me on hold for a long time. When she finally answered back. She said she didnt know how to answer my question and asked if I wanted to leave a message. I specified I only need to confirm the party and time and she put me on hold again. After a good 5 minutes someone else answered and apparently they couldn't find the party I had booked. I also did not get am email confirmation, I'm guessing the person who took the information down typed it in wrong or somthing since he also booked my party for the wrong day. Finally they resolve it and get it booked for the same day. When we arrived we brought fruit with us and they just told us they would take it to the room. I checked the website before hand and it only said it didn't allow cookie cakes. It did not have an amount for the catering fee nor did the person who booked it nor the one who checked us in said anything regarding a fee. We only noticed when we got the bill. There was no information given to me, no warnings, nor expiration of the rules and fees. They just tried to say it was in the email that I never got. Well knowing I did not receive it, the right thing would of been to let me know before I brought fruit in. I believe the problem is the staff is very young and careless. They are nice but can not provide the level of customer service that one deserves for a party that costed over 400 dollars. The host was nice but did not come back to check and see if we needed refills, they just left the pitchers there. They did not cut nor serve the cake like I was told they did nor did they inform us when they brought out the cotton candy. When I was cleaning I just happen to find it at the end of a table behind other stuff. I was not offer to go boxes nor a bag for the cotton candy that barely anyone got to eat bc it was found too late. Based on my experience, I consider it a waste of money to do a party at this place.

Ist day summer camp only fed child chips and drink. Child was not supervised was allowed to roam the building. Caught a young boy working there ruff housing with 6 year old! Bag cup and card was taken. Overall child had a good time. But not the way it was stated there would be games with the kids.

This is a great place for birthday parties, I’d say kids 16 and under. I would have loved to have some of own friends come jump around. I imagine weekdays would be better for adults (less children on school days). They have it set up. And cater quite well to the party, providing their own pizzas, drinks and a giant wad of Cotten candy for desert. Lots of things to do for jumpers, obstacle courses, foam pits, and much more. This is definitely a candidate for my daughters next birthday.

A great family friendly place to have fun young or old, I recommend going during the week because weekends that place gets super full and is not fun when you gotta wait just to jump, place was somewhat clean, the foam cubes had lots of dust on them from so many people going in there an just never being clean, besides that an the prices, a great place to visit.

I came in yesterday to get my CHRISTmas present for my eight grands and children...not knowing exactly what I wanted or times. Two very professional and very pleasant young ladies (Allv & Mykell) showed me my options and took the time and patients to explain each one so I could get the best deal. I was told that I could change times if needed. So long story short, by the time I got home nothing was correlating with the times I picked so I had to call back and get it changed. Of course there were issues due to the holidays and that I wanted a cosmic party. However, with all the going back and forth with the when, wheres and hows they asked if I would mind calling back and talking with the manager Chris to get everything changed and verified in the morning, so I did. Wow...what an amazing young man!!! On the phone he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. In person so pleasant & helpful with great attitude. Someone knew what they were doing when they made this young man manager!!! HE MADE ALL 12 OF US LEAVE VERY HAPPY❣❣❣ Thank you Chris and Big Air!!! Hope your Holidays are blessed and filled with Love❣❣❣
