Here you have the information of people like you who are using the services and products of Adventure Cove Mini Golf & Arcade (Park) in the state of South Carolina.
Right now the business receives a rating of 4.3 stars over 5 and that score was based on 455 reviews.
As you can read, the average of ratings is quite positive, and it is founded on a very high number of reviews, so we can think that the assessment is quite faithful. If many people have bothered to evaluate when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to write feddbacks when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Park belongs to the category of Amusement center.
Just visited the arcade, not mini golf. Games were ok. Several games ate our tokens. The staff was nice the first few times but we didn't want to keep telling them after the 3rd time. It happened 6 or 7 times in the $20 worth of tokens we purchased. Otherwise, pretty standard games. Our toddlers were entertained.
Putt putt course was fun. However, the course had some of the biggest ants I've seen in awhile. Also, while we were playing, a worker thought it was a good idea to start clearing the courses with the leaf blower stirring up leaves, straw and debris in the air for our breathing pleasure. Came inside to play a few of the arcade games and ran into a few more issues. Skee ball game to the left wasn't working properly. I hit the 10K and 4K after reaching 15K but my points didn't change and stayed stuck at 15K. The ticket counter machine wouldn't accept my tickets. A worker said that one isn't working, use the other one. Why wasn't there a sign on the machine saying Out of Order? I've been to this place 2 or 3 times over the years and have had some decent experiences. However, this time makes me want to try out another putt putt place.
Mini golf was great. My 2 year old really enjoyed. The seating in the arcade was incredibly cramped.
So much fun
Fun mini golf course. Nice to walk around. Course is on par with other mini golf courses. Staff is friendly. Snack bar was lacking. Other than that not bad.
Great place to have some fun with the family. Fun course and well kept.
Well maintained, well staffed, and clean. A bit expensive.
We live close by, so we walk over and play some arcade games.(Gotta get those tickets!) Or some mini golf. Then you can get some ice cream and enjoy
Good mini golf and arcade. The only problem is that when I spent my tickets on 33 packs of smarties, I only recieved 32.
Awesome mini golf course. Kids had a blast.
Very clean very family oriented and lots of fun
A very nice mini golf spot. Not too challenging but made for a fun outing. A little on the pricey side but makes sense since HH is more touristy.
Nice games. Would be 5 star but most employees don't seem to want to be there.
Never been in this place before and love it, we have great time
Fun for the whole family. Great place to unwind
It's tough to review a place that's closed both times I attempted to visit. Attached picture is from April 30, 2019 at 7:55 PM. Signs says they are open but they were CLOSED.
Had a great time with our 3 year old both out on the course, and inside the arcade! Fast and friendly customer service, relaxed vibe.
Fun expirence but unfortunately we left Adventure Cove on a bad note. The mini gulf was great! Very adventurous and kid friendly for all! The place looked a bit sketchy but I guess you'll get that anywhere. Adventure Cove is open from 10am to 10pm which is reasonable but 11pm would be a better time to close due to how long the mini gulf takes. After we played some mini gulf we went into the arcade to play a few games. My friend asked one of the workers (I will not describe specific identity of worker) if they would mind exchanging a $20 bill for some singles. The man that we asked was very rude about it. His exact words were "no! No more games!" My friend simply asked "what" because it was a bit loud in their so it was hard to hear. The man replied back "I said no! No more f***ing games!" We all stood their in shock apauled by what the worker had said! After he said those vile words we walked away trying to find our parents. Once we found her my friends mom confronted the man about the language he had used. He owned up to his mistake but still twisted some parts of the story. We walked away leaving the situation unhandled and on a horrible note. This may all seem like nothing but if you were really there you would of thought we were at a bar. There was no organization and was a very chaotic setting. You are better off going to Pirates Cove which is the same concept but hopefully more kid friendly! .
Had a blast playing with the family! Looks like they put a lot of work into the aesthetics. Having the coupon was a plus too!
The course was in excellent condition. It was fun for all, from us and our friends to our five year old son. The staff was helpful and even helped us get a group picture. We spent a good bit of time in the arcade, as well, which has a nice selection of games. Highly recommended.
Have some time to spend with kids, this is fun family place.
Clean and recently updated with lots of shade! We especially enjoyed the koi pond at the end.
We had a blast here today. My family and I will be coming back.
had a great time playing games and putt putt. wish they had laser tag though
Fun
Played 4 holes and it started poring. Went back to the club house and asked about a rain check. They gladly made a receipt and wrote on it we could come back and finish for free! Great place!
Not too difficult. Good place for family putt-putt.
My boyfriend and I took my nephews and we all had a blast. Mini golf has two different courses you can take one is more for adults and the "blue" one is kid friendly.
Had a great time at this location with the family. Would definitely recommend it. They have an inside arcade as well as the Putt-Putt course.
I liked golfing
Great time for the entire family. They continue to upgrade their indoor and outdoor facilities. We recently had a birthday party at Adventure Cove and everyone had a blast!
It was fun. I mean it's mini golf.
One of only few miniature golf on Hilton head, very popular with the tourist. A fun little course for kids and grown-up alike, come early this is a busy little course, but it's worth it
Great fun. Two different 18 hole courses to play. With different skill levels. Went at evening and was very full of patrons but was still able to play with a little bit of waiting at each hole. Well lite to see. Almost finished our game..we got rained out. Arcade inside with variety of games to play.
Lovely
It's ok. I miss how it used to be back in the early 2000s and late 90s. It's ok for mini golf but still not as good as it used to be.
The only reason we chose this one over the other two options was the advertised steel drum music/Caribbean theme but instead we got horrible music. When I asked the staff (4 teens more interested in chit chatting) to change the music they had no idea how.
No matter what, mini golf can be fun. But the place was just average if not below average golf for a super high price. The Cove had other flaws too. The ponds and rivers were extremely dirty and stagnant. Because of this, the entire course was flooded with knats and mosquitos. To their credit, the employees provided us with free bugspray. Which brings up the topic of employees. I noticed that most of the reviews of The Cove compliment the staff. While the staff was not terrible like a lot of places, they were not very outstanding, which can actually sometimes be a blessing. The staff gets four stars. If you want to play mini golf, there are tons of other places less than three miles away. Don't go here. Will not return.
We had a blast with the family
Fun but not enough staff on shift at the time. I loved they hired a deaf gentleman. He was so friendly.
Very clean and well maintained. Not too crowded which is a good thing. The two courses help keep waiting to a minimum. I hope they keep up the good work! Arcade on the small side, but if you're looking for mini golf..it's the place to go!
Great Place lots of Games as well as Mini golf but be prepared to bring your wallet
It's a fun place to hang out
Not enough games. The staff was friendly
Really fun place.
New owners have done a great job remodeling the course, adding new landscaping and greatly improved customer service. And pretty soon they will be offering Hilton Head Ice Cream in the Arcade. What's not to like?
Love the course and the arcade! Great ice cream too! Our only complaint is that a lot of the games cost 4 tokens! $1 per game is pretty pricey!
An amazing place to go for mini golf. You'll find yourself climbing up and down as well as putting through many obstacles. This is a great place to take the family. They also have an arcade inside.
Would have given 5 stars, but I had one problem. It was taken care of immediately and very nicely and professionally. Thanks again for taking care of my lil guy!
It was great
Family oriented awesome employee's. My children and I had a great time
Great fun for kids!
Great arcade, great mini golf course, great place for a birthday party! We just add our son's fifth there and it was awesome!!
Nice, clean courses. Fun for all. Great staff in the game room.
I took my kids here. And boy was it amazing. It is very clean and the workers are outstandingly nice. The arcade and mini golf is extraordinary. I would recommend it for any age.
It use to be way better before downsizing. Still fun though
Cool little arcade with great game selection. Fun for all ages. Not too big, just the right size for a fun evening. Mini golf courses in great shape and a lot of fun. Check it out for a few hours of family entertainment or great for a date night.
Fun games inside and out. The guys behind the counter were fun and made our good time spent a great time spent. We visited twice on our trip and both times were super fun and well worth going.
Golf was fun, tried the green course every time we visit. Arcade games are a little pricy for what you get. Having worked an arcade many many years ago I know the skill to cash ratio can be modified in favor of the young clientele.
It was a nice round of mini golf with my kids without waiting on the next hole.
Lots of fun has had here
Small arcade. Some games did not pay tickets when they should have.
Probably the best mini golf on the island.
A good fun place to visit even when the weather isn't the best. It was easy to find and parking was plentiful. It was clean and spacious around the course. There are 2 courses to choose from in our visit. We had enough fun on the first course we stayed and also did the second one. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for something familiar, easy to find, and family friendly any day of the week.
Priced a bit high and the arcade consumes the entrance. Not as impressed as other locations for a nice round of putt-putt.
We had the best Birthday party here for my 7 year son. The staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating and attentive to all of our guests. This facility is very clean and very well organized. They did everything and I actually got to play as well instead of running all over making sure pizzas were ordered and cakes were there, nope they did it all!!!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆ Nathan was working and I have to say he is very very professional and kind. He and Kelvin both were the most well natured, sweet and attentive young men that I have met in this type of venue in a very long time. Both of them were extremely patient with all of the children and very attentive to not just the children's needs but to the adults as well. Two amazing staff members! Wish I had employee's of their caliber working for me or hell I wish I could have just scooped them up and taken them with me! They just put a smile on my face to see such amazing young individuals really enjoying their job and making such an effort to make sure their clientele had such an amazing experience. A++ & 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆, my hat is off to these two amazing young men. Thank you for making my son's 7th birthday so amazing!!!!! ♡♡♡♡♡
Fun place for kids and adults. Putt putt course was very nice and arcade was fun for little ones
Fun atmosphere and theme. There are two 18 hole courses, of which the Blackbeard course is easier. Both of my boys, ages 6 and 10, were able to have a great time!
Awesome.. until it comes time for the kids spend tickets on prizes.
Not very impressed with the arcade. Pretty small, several games were broken, and almost everything was 50 cents per game or more. We were trying to escape an April cold weather day on our beach vacation, and didn't have many options for smaller kids. Didn't try the mini golf because of cold weather.
GREAT ADVENTURE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. GOD BLESS
The staff at Adventure Cove are so nice and helpful. The facilities clean and well maintained. The course was great! A good range of difficulty and fun design. Can’t wait to go back!
Great place lots to do
Great course, wonderful staff, I can't wait to go back
The course was clean and age appropriate, staff were friendly. The price to play could have been better
Fun for kids
Great course, Ryan was so friendly had a great time!
Liked it just fine.
My daughter and nephew and family had a blast. The golf course need a better understanding of where you suppose to start.
The putt putt course was a very easy course to play. (We played the 'named' harder course.) We had a group of adults and got through the course very quickly, less than an hour. Good place for kids. There are quite a few arcade games inside and two putt putt course to choose from. It was $12 a person though which seemed steep to me but could be a normal price for that area? There weren't many places to sit around the course. A few benches yes, but not at every hole.
Nice place
Very clean...relaxing & fun. Would certainly return again!
Nice place. Two courses. Not the most challenging or interesting course ever. Lots of water obstacles. Clean. There is also an arcade.
We thought the price was a typo... Played countless minigolf courses across the country, none so simply put together for this outrageous of a price. The arcade is something out of the 90s, but the prices are absurd. If you're used to other minigolf/arcade style entertainment, this will be a little disappointing. If you're used to not getting gouged by scammy owners, you'll REALLY be disappoint Ted. Don't take your family here. You've been warned. I can't imagine where they came up with the prices for this.... So greedy...
So much fun
Had a blast my kids love this place we will be back their in just a few short months
Lots of fun, if a little pricey. Beware of kids ruining the experience.
Great location
Shared a wonderful Christmas Eve Eve dinner there. Everything was cooked to perfection. Great service and a great bottle of wine.
Although we do miss the old adventure cove from when we were kids, it's still nice to bring my child here now. Kept us busy for about 4 hours only because we finally ran out if tokens! Love this place!
Had so much fun
Good fun just didn't ha be everything working when we played which dampened the experience.
We took 60 children between the ages of 6-11 and had a fun and fantastic time at this facility. Nothing negative to say other than it is difficult to get someone to answer their business telephone. We will definitely come back in the future.
Very friendly staff and the mini golf course was very well maintained. Best Mini golf experience I have had!
my son loves this place, we go every year on our vacation
A great mini golf experience.
Had fun
Fun place to golf with the family, walking distance from nearby beach condos
The easy course want so easy lol. The rules allowed only 5 people in a group. It is covered in trees so mosquitos and bugs are a problem. The holes/green were fun and has a lot of different tricks and hidden ways to get to the hole. Seemed to go by fast.
We had a lot of fun playing mini golf and the arcade.
Always a great time playing mini golf and playing arcade games. Always well kept up.
It was cool kids are kinda outta control you cant have a serious game but it ok price is mehhh
A little run down, expensive, have not recovered after last years storms. Hope they get back up to par!
Brought my family and younger brother here while he was visiting, we had a great time!
The golf is pretty generic which isn't that big an issue. However, the smell around the water along with the bugs makes it less than enjoyable. Basically one of those places that thrive during peak season because of a lack of other options on HHI.
Such a great course. So frustrating
Dirty. Cups of soda on the ground near the putt. Most of the area is under full sun, not much shaded area. Some of the hole are not well made and makes your ball go in the water bear by, even though they added plywood on the side. would not go there again. For the price, go somewhere else.
Great time with the kids!!
Fun for everyone
We had a good time playing and the attendant was really friendly. The ratio of tickets paid out to tokens spent is good. Only rated at three stars because a large number of the games were inoperable, which for such a small arcade was disappointing. Hope to be back on a non rainy day, later in the week, to try the mini golf.
Very friendly staff and a fun course to play
Kids enjoyed themselves!!
Best place! It maybe small, but the golf course is super long, it can really get you excited
This is a very good arcade. They have so many different games, I could stay for hours. I also liked how there is a restaurant and mini golf surrounding the arcade, makes it very easy to do a couple things in one day, instead of driving around.
Great place for families. Kids love the arcade and mini golf.
Attended this location in August during tourist season in the evening but the miniature golf course looks well shaded for play during the day. We played Mini- golf . It was $11 per person. We were able to find a coupon from a complimentary tourist magazine. Cashiers were helpful and friendly. There were at least 10 ball colors to choose from. The clubs were organized by size and all in good condition. The miniature golf offers 2 paths: an easy and a challenging one. We took the challenging path. We ended up waiting on the group in front of us several times, but it was no more than 5 minutes . However, glancing over to the “Easy Path” I noticed it to be somewhat empty of people. The “Challenging Path” was very well maintained. For holes with a water hazard, the had ball nets to retrieve your ball. Overall it was a good experience- I recommend this location for any of your off the links golf play !
WE had a Great time There. If your in the Hilton Head area,Go to Adventure Cove. I'm Impressed for Putt-Putt.Thats it Not your Typical Adventure ...
Arcade is nothing to get excited about, although it might keep a kid entertained for a little bit. Went and played the course labeled "harder", and I wouldn't even call it challenging..Par 2 and 3 holes. Pretty pricey for mini golf, and the mosquitoes are AWFUL. I left with upwards of 10 mosquito bites. I have been to lots and lots of mini golf sites on vacations, but have never seen mosquitoes as bad as they were here.
We had a great time playing mini golf while family was visiting! Played on the easy course which was great for younger kids. A few of the holes could have used a few more obstacles, but all in all it was fun. Almost $80 for 7 people to play...not unreasonable
Pretty big miniature golf course. Tokens didn't cost much but there's a limited game selection. All the kids in our group had a blast.
Wonderful family time with 18-hole miniature golfing!! We were dining next door and decided to bring the kids here after dinner. They have a good size arcade but probably this is not the highlight. The best experience here is the miniature golf. They have two separate courses - be prepared a group of 4, with 2 are little kids, took us 45 minutes to complete the course. It's fun and the kids loved it. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Will come back on our next visit to Hilton Head island.
Great
Great place that never seems to be too crowded. Kids love the two courses and the arcade is cheap and fun
Nice atmosphere
Very very nice mini golf course, a bit expensive. Some games broken in arcade.
Employees were awesome. Son fell and scratched his leg on the concrete. They gave him a bandaid and let him pick out candy to make him happy. The arcade was on the smaller side but we enjoyed it.
Havnt done mini golf in ages and this place was FUN... small but FUN
It's a great course! Lots of fun holes!
On a day that was a bit too cold for the beach, we came here for putt-putt golf. Had a really fun time. They have two 18 hole courses. Easy course and hard course. Also, they have an arcade and snacks.
Fun course. Will return on next trip to area.
We enjoyed ourselves!! Great course
Very nice y
Cute golf courses, a little tight during high traffic. Good arcade for a rainy day.
Putt putt is nice, needs new games
The Arcade is under New and Improved Ownership. The Staff members are helpful, friendly and caring. It truly feels like a big family inside this arcade, any issue with the machines they are quick to go and repair it. The Golf course offers 2 good 18 hole selections, Paradise Falls has a neat cave you walk through and mountain you climb. Lost Lagoon is for more experienced players. They have great package deals for booking birthday parties and help make it a smooth sail. Would recommend everyone to come try this arcade.
Perfect for a day out with my daughter, she loves the place
Great little mini golf and arcade.
Small but fun! Just wish there werent so many games out of service this last time, usually not an issue!
First time playing and I really enjoyed.. it's two different sides ones easy and the other one hardly haven't play the hard part yet next time
We had a great time! Some of the outside areas were a little sketchy with toddlers, but the arcade was fun, although a bit pricey. The snack bar could use some help, though.
We had a good time. The arcade could use a bit more non ticket games.
It's a nice place for younger kids
Don’t go at night. Lighting is terrible and the mosquitoes are too. We paid 51 dollars and by hole three I had 51 mosquito bites. Lady gave us a rain check but not sure I’m going back.
We brought our young child here. Had a blast. Wasn't too crowded at 1030. Staff were very curteous. Will absolutely come back.
Super fun and great atmosphere
We had been there in previous trips to Hilton Head where you were able to play for several Iowa hours for flat fee. This time no such opportunity. It was $12 per person and could not find any valid coupons to discount it. That's a lot for a round of Putt-Putt in my opinion, but it was comparable to other places around the island that we checked. They do keep the place up and it is landscape beautifully.
Best mini golf course I have ever played
A very simple minature golf place. Decent for kids
Great Place For Toddlers And Early Elementary Age Children... anyone else will be bored and run out of things to do quickly. Poor Choice Of Prizes
Fun mini golf courses, very pricey snacks
Lots of fun for the Grand kid's
My family had a blast playing both mini golf courses! Very fun and would definitely visit again!
Fun place to stop by. Not much of a variety in games but had fun.
Par 2 or 3s? Probably the more boring course design I've ever seen in a mini golf. Everything is bank shots or curces, there's very little difference from one hole to the next. The water stunk to high heaven. Arcade was cramped and very dated.
Seems like the arcade could be a good time but about 8 or 9 of the games were it out order. Mini golf was fun
Super nice putt-putt courses with lots of variety and challenges. Super clean and well managed. Staff was very friendly.
A perfect place for a birthday party or just an afternoon of fun with the kids.
Great courses, friendly staff. My grand kids like playing here
