We went recently, my son was really nervous about doing laser tag even though I knew he’d enjoy it if he gave it a chance, upon walking in one of the guys working there over heard my convo w my son trying to talk him into trying it. He told my son there was nothing at all to be scared about and even gave both my kids a tour of the laser tag part to prove it. The employees really went out of his way to make sure he was comfortable, gave it a shot and now he loves it. We did the 29 dollar deal per person which I believe included 1.5 hrs of jumping, $10 game card and a game of laser tag. We were there for almost 3 and a half hours all covered in sweat and all 3 of us agreed it was an awesome day. I’ve brought my kids to other jump parks, arcades, and my daughter to other laser tag places and no one has ever had such great customer service skills as they did with my kids. Highly recommend

The weather wasn’t great so we took the kids to enjoy the day. After waiting in line for a solid 15 minutes or so the person helping us took about 25 minutes to get us checked in. Needless to say, it was extremely frustrating and our kids were anxious to get in and jump. I spoke with Joey the manager and he was extremely sympathetic and helpful. He extended our jump time and when we weren’t able to stay and use the laser tag portion of the package we bought, he graciously gave us a receipt that allowed us to use it on our next visit. I appreciate his willingness to listen and make our experience worth it. This is a great facility with lots to do, and knowing they are run by quality management makes it even better. Thanks Joey.

I am given launch 2 stars for a few reasons. We came to the new Launch for a birthday party. Party was great. Party gets 4.5 stars but I had issues with other aspects of how things were running. I pd $4 to rent a locker for 3 hours. No problem, says you can extend your rental for $1 and hour fine. I bought jump time for after the party. Tried to extend my rental before time was up. Come to find you can’t you have to wait. 10 min of jump later plus 10 min trying to get to let me extend my time, nope not able to extend time. Decided to get something to eat or drink. Only 1 register after 10 min of waiting in line I gave up. The kid running the register had to wait until all the ice cream was scooped before he could ring them out. I mean why would you only put in one register. You can get a pretzel as big as your head for $7. No pizza by the slice no hotdogs. Air conditioning,I do not expect this place to be cold but it must be 80 in here. The farther back you go the hotter and more humid it becomes. The second level for laser tag was awful.

LAUNCH is a fantastic establishment! It is very well managed and has a friendly staff! They were extremely accommodating for my 5th grade inclusion class for our end of year field trip. It was a great, safe, clean and fun environment for the students and staff. In addition, they were sensitive and attentive to the needs of our students and available when we needed them. I can't wait to go back for personal and professional functions!

They do have cool new stuff, but there is a severe lack of organization and to pre-buy tickets you need to stand in the general public line at least 3235 minutes before your jump time. And there is a separate line for people who want extra time jumping, then there's another empty register. So if there's no one extra dumping and everybody has to work off one register which is ridiculous. We've been there twice now since it opened when it first opened and then again today and they both were the same experience. I think it will be a while before we go back.

Top notch employees!! They did everything to accommodate my childs birthday party and then some. It was very hot in there when we were there and my son got overheated and excited whilst jumping and he THREW UP!! Now normally this would have been the end of any gathering due to a mess and embarrassment but the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make him feel comfortable and to help clean him and the mess up. They brought him a tshirt to change into and were just really amazing in the ordeal. I cannot give them enough praise as they were young enough to get into a game of laser tag with the kids as there were uneven team numbers but still mature enough to know ahead of time to help out with any needs we may have had. I cant say enough good things about our day the place and our experience...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

It's ok, but kind of small. The boys were not impressed by the super trampolines. They we're "lame" and in their opinion not working right. There are better places to go now, and the old location was better in my kids opinion. The staff is super nice and friendly, but the kids are not impressed. Take that for what it's worth.

Some. Of the employees are rude! I went to my nephew's Bday party and while. We all went to play laser tag we left someone in the room to mKe sure the food we left wasn't thrown away. One of the girls came in said to leave the room and we advise not to throw anything away they said they got it. Well when we got back almost a whole. Cake was thrown in the trash! And the girl instead of apologizing gave a little attitude sayings he thought we had alrwsdy left! Horrible servi9

The place is exciting and full of potential but is not good at all for toddlers i brought my 4 yr old only to find out most things available are geared towards bigger kids who can physically do this , it was very disappointing to waste $$$ and not being able to do much i think it should be advised or advertised that the equipment here works best for kids 8 or 9 plus . I will not come again.

While the bouncing area is fine, the sock policy is absurd. We showed up with socks from a different trampoline place and were told we needed Launch socks to jump. They would be free if we gave up the socks from the other trampoline place but $2.50 per if we chose to keep our current pair. Now, I already have bought Launch branded grip socks during a previous visit and I am responsible for making the error of bringing the wrong grip socks (of which there is no difference other than color). This policy is not in accordance with good customer service. I doubt highly that there is any actual safety concerns or motivation just a desire sell more socks.

Launch 2.0 is miles ahead of any other kids friendly activity in the area. I know I've been groomed as an expert (I have a very vocal 9 year old) . Loves it ihas enough diferrentiation to keep any wandering minds entertained for over an hour. My kids come out sweaty and happy, and most importantly he is happy and content. Mike and Randall have cultivated an atmosphere through their employees that creates a comfortable environment for kids and adults. They have an American Ninja area that even th smallest tike will try. So much more o can say but blah blah blah goes only some far. Check it out for yourself. It's in th old Bernies building on Baldhill.

As fun and exciting as other indoor trampoline parks in this area. The jump space is very cramped and difficult to navigate during busy times. The staff was mixed, some attentive and professional, others not so much. Training staff to speak loudly and clearly is needed.

New place looks cool. Unfortunately after waiting 20 minutes in line and spending $120 on tickets, we learned there were no times available for us that day. You really need a way to reserve times BEFORE selling tickets. Not a fun ride home with frustrated kids.

My family has been going to launch for a long time and have had many birthday parties there over the years. We just left my sons birthday party and i was annoyed enough to go on here and post that the new location and staff need to improve their organization, communication and hospitality before i will ever go back. Our party was booked for 1230. We had 14 kids and about a dozen adults. Most of the kids had fun, but the adults got shuffled around and told to wait upstairs in a dark area with no lights while the kids jumped. They informed us our party room would be ready at 2. They also stopped each adult from going in to check on their kids and told them to go back and get a non jumper bracelet at the front. Everyone was confused as where the party room was and where they should put their belongings. Also, We had an adult with us with special needs who doesnt do well with stairs (or the dark) and when asked if their was an elevator they first said no then said well actually we do have one but no ones used it before? They got a manager over to unlock the "elevator" which was essentially a closet with a lift in side that had NO LIGHTS in it! I had to hold the button down until we got up to the top. It felt we were being put in a coffin and hoisted. Meanwhile, we had no access to the food or drinks we brought in ourselves because they kept it downstairs behind the check in desk. We were supposed to get t shirts and video game cards for each guest (which we paid for) and when i told them at the end of the party as i was checking out they gave me the cards but the guests were gone at that point. For the amount i spent on this party it was very stressful and i was very disappointed. Our party host was nice enough, but it was very clear that the birthday party process as a whole was very unfamiliar to the staff.

This is a great place to bring kids of all ages. There are numerous areas to jump in. You can make your own pizza there, there is a food court and also a game room. Upstairs is laser tag and also tables and chairs that overlook the jumpers. My son has a blast when he comes here and it's great exercise. There are areas for birthday parties. This place has it all.

The place is clean and well kept and generally a good place for family fun. Avoid the weekends or rainy days as it can be extremely crowded at those times, go on a weeknight if you really want to enjoy it. I do have to agree with another reviewer in that there could be more staffing to monitor guests' behavior. I've seen plenty of examples of out of control kids with no parents around and staff that does not address the aggressive behavior.

Awesome customer service at front desk, from checking in, to help with point cards for arcade i believe her name was allie. It was my first time coming to launch and she was patient and explained everything. Only thing i have to say negative is my daughter needed an ice pack and none of the workers near trampolines had any and sent me to the front where i was then told any worker should have an ice pack? Nice set up though!

Amazing! So many things to choose from for kids to adults! Clean and friendly and safe!! Prices are very reasonable. Loved being able to have a pizza and ice cream after jumping! The ninja warrior course is so fun! And still lots of room for opening jumping. Can’t wait to go back!!

I can tell that Launch has fixed many of the problems that I explained before. The dodgeball referees were great yesterday, encouraging the players and telling them they did great. We did have a problem though when an older individual and my cousin got in a little fight, but the staff handled it perfectly, and assured us that they wouldn’t be coming back. Thanks to Launch for your control during the situation. My cousin and I will definitely be coming back.

FYI, for all the parents that sit around on there phone I suggest getting up and having fun with your kids, unless you have a physical disability. Your kids will not be young forever.

I booked a Birthday party for my son here and ended up upgrading to an A-list package. His birthday party was yesterday and my son absolutely loved it. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the result and can honestly say that the staff we interacted with and the facility exceeded our expectations. I would like to recognize a few employees by name Manisha, Enis & Randall I would like to personally thank all of you for making my sons bday even more special Manisha and Randall made booking the party super easy and were very informative and made sure they went over all my options. Enis was an awesome party host she went above and beyond and gave us the celebrity treatment I will definitely request her for any future parties we book at launch. Thanks again to everyone and I highly recommend this place to anyone. All of our guest were (40 people in all) very happy as well and as far as the money goes my wife and I came to the conclusion that it would have cost us more money to host this party at our home. 10 star rating....... if possible

An absolutely first-rate experience. My daughter’s party had 23 kids and the staff managed the afternoon exceptionally from the moment we arrived. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and focused on making the party a success — which it was. Beyond the customer service, the food was very, very tasty (I strongly recommend the barbecue chicken pizza!) I would do a party there again in a heartbeat — and probably will!

This place was great! There is quite an extensive liability form to sign but they make the process easy by having it computerized and right at the door. I have a five year old and a two year old and there was plenty of places for them to both jump safely. Also each "pit" is supervised by a worker and the one at the little kids area was all over any issues that occurred. You are also assigned a color and it is announced when your time is over so it was easy to explain to the kids when it was time to go.

Brought my 3 1/2 year old today for the first time. It was such a great experience for all of us. We walked in and we were welcomed and were offered help instantly. The arcade was priced cheap and most of them are expensive. We had a blast cause my child was able to go and do whatever. They even had a ninja warrior obstacle course. Dodge ball area with trampolines. Many foam pits and a huge rock wall. Numeroubs basketball hoops for all sizes. All in all it was a Great Time highly recommend bringing your kids during toddler Time. We're going back next Friday cause I feel like there is more to do. Laser tag is on my list to do there.

We had an issue with one of the dodgeball workers and my Autistic son when we attended on June 30th for our other son’s birthday. The manager Joey immediately tried to rectify the situation. He walked up to my son and gave him an extra arcade card and told him it was for being great at dodgeball. He also gave each of the six children with us a ball from the machine along with a pass for six free jumps. He was very apologetic and genuine.

I've come here for birthday parties and even had one here for our 9-year-old. They have great deals for parties where you can jump and play laser tag, which the kids love. It's also nice for just a day of fun. They even have an arcade full of fun games I even found myself playing some.

Pros: A simple ordering system, staff bring food directly to you. Dodge ball is very fun, though I found a rather large excess crusted over mass of cheese on a majority of the balls. Trampolines are very fun for kids and a great excersize. Cons: I find myself afraid for these innocent children as I see them mingling with 40 year old fat creeps. No child is safe in this establishment but still a great fun for the whole family. Recommended to bring along a pair of binoculars as parents are not aloud in trampoline area if they don't pay. (What could they be doing back there?)

Always fun for the kids. They have a blast jumping and then they get ice cream after. Lots of other food choices too. You have to buy their special socks to jump with. Save them for next time. They also offer military discounts, if you buy the tickets in person.

If you're into a more free flowing trampoline park, Launch is the right park for you. You can play all over the park with little restrictions. The downside is that if you want to practice flips, it's not ideal. The turn off with Sky Zone for us is that we couldn't play with our toddler son on trampoline in the toddler zone. We were only aloud to stand to the side and supervise. Only during toddler could we share the trampoline and rough house, which was only on the weekend from 8- 10 a.m. @ Launch, we can play almost everywhere with him, even in the dodgeball area, which also aloud freeplay.

Staff was excellent! The food selection is better than other children play zone centers. The only thing it's small, so there isn't much to do. You will get bored. They are moving so I hope they will have better jumping zones. I would recommend

I was already a fan of launch, so i was excited to visit the new RI location. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. In fact it took it to the next level. The tampoline park was sick, and the layout was awesome.The arcade was dope, Honestly didnt expect it but, the pizza was bomb, And laser tag was in point. We went on our own with some friends. It was mad fun i want to plan my sons next birthday there.

Great Staff! There was a situation involving me and an older individual who hit me as hard as he could with dodgeballs twice out of anger which could have done some serious damage and broken bones on my face and hands because I didn’t call my hit in a dodgeball game. Thankfully the staff handled the situation and issued a lifetime ban to that Delinquent who hit me it’s safe to say I will be coming back because of how the staff handled it. I would recommend this place to anyone and it’s often family friendly aside from dodgeball sometimes. All and all it’s a great place and a good time!

The check in process has not improved with the new facility and the price is crazy. There were a lot more activities! The ninja course was closed for more than half of our time and we were not offered a rain check. There is a lot of waiting in lines. I also saw a lot more injuries than in the previous location. It was fun but crowded and frustrating. I don't plan on going back anytime soon.

I liked the old trampoline park better...I feel the new one is a bigger space with more to do but everything is so crowded. My daughter likes to just jump and they dont have as many trampolines. This park is nice dont get me wrong but, I do miss the old launch a lot. Also something does need to be done about the mens bathroom as I walked by I saw a guy using the restroom I believe that bathroom is in the wrong spot and very inappropriate.

Here for a birthday party, not the first time. The kids love it!!! For the adults.... If you have to stay with your child, bring headphones or such, it's loud and echoes. Also, the pizza was not good. Don't get me wrong, I didn't expect even average, but the kids didn't like it... And that tells me enough.

You will need to watch your kids carefully! There were kids camps there all day. But there was not enough staff for the number of kids that showed up. This is a real safety concern.

Brought my son and his 2 friends today to the new location for the first time and was quite blown away by how much better it was than the old location. There is much more interactive stuff to do and I felt like a much better "bang for your buck" than the old location that just offered trampoline experience. I purchased the family plan so the kids were able to jump and obstacle course , laser tag, arcades, and a pizza and soda all included. Very happy and highly recommend

I absolutely love coming to launch for their public sessions! My children love seeing the mascot Joey and taking pictures with him. This is beyond my favorite place to go to bring my children and I recommend everyone to come to this establishment.

I know it is called a"trampoline park", but this new loan is so much more than that. They now have rock climbing, a Ninja warrior type obstacle course, and they are adding (or may already have) laser tag. This is in addition to the usual trampolines and dodgeball. This is a great spot for older kids and adults who are young at heart. One tip, time seems to slow down here. Bouncing around really takes a lot out of you. I did an hour (it felt like 3 hours) and barely lasted that long.

We had so much fun at the new launch location. Minus one star because they have a ton of rules that aren't clear. My kids felt like they were constantly getting 'in trouble'. This probably isn't a big deal for most kids, my kids are super rule follwers. You have to buy the socks but commendable that they are super affordable. This is not usually the case with kids entertainment venues. They usually try to whack you as much as possible. If it's around lunch time, think about getting a package. It could save you some $$$ The pizza isnt half as bad as you think it will be. The parking and location are super convenient and there is plenty of seating for parents and non jumpers. We saw one parent with a laptop and headphones using a booth as a workstation #momhack! There's a special area for little kids and an obstacle course for bigger kids. We'll definitely be back to try the Lazer tag etc or just to bounce some more.

I don't usually write reviews but we had such a great time a review is necessary. There is a lot more than just standard trampoline jumping it's a entire fun center. We did it all, trampolines, trampolines into airbags, trampoline dodgeball, trampoline basketball, 3 different ninja courses, tight rope, battle zone, rockwall, laser tag, an arcade center with some of the best games and so much more. The arcade prizes are better than most places not a buch of over priced junk. The kids left with a car full of toys and games. I don't expect to much of the food at a place like this but I was happily surprised at how good it was. Hot fresh quick. We had pizza, fries, chicken nuggets and ice cream. Everywhere I looked there was an abundance of friendly staff. My only complaint is that I live an hour away but that won't stop me from returning. Can't wait!!!

Went there on a Saturday it was very busy and I have to say it was a great time for my kids. The staff was very polite and accommodating. We had a few problems with our food order and the staff was great at problem solving. Its a little expensive to jump but it was worth it too see my kids having a blast. I will definitely be back. Great place for groups.

Military discout came out to 3.1% aka "we will give you one free pair of socks for all 4 people your paying for at $19.00 each for one hour... honestly I would rather you say you dont offer one at all, I find that to be insulting. Came with my toddler and for that hes allowed to jump on one of 6 squares and they threw in a dinky kiddy slide and a couple foam blocks to throw around... not really worth it.

I think this place is great for toddlers on Friday, was there today and have to say I was very disappointed with the bunny and Easter egg hunt. There was not even close to enhough for each kid to get and egg, I never even saw an egg found. Staff did hand out some candy and bracelets after realizing this. It was still hard to see all the disappointed kids, they were so little.

Well organized and fun. It could be more spacious, but they work with the room they got to serve the waves of people that come in. Everything is organized by time, but there is a small arcade and a cafe to hang around. Great for kids birthday parties.

Great concept for kids My grandaughter loves it here Huge place with so much to do from jumping,to climbing and a lazer room and a game room. Also a birthday party room when you book a party.....they also have a snack stand here and a lunch room upstairs and a water bottle machine. Bring your kids here to burn off all that energy they have!!

The kids absolutely love the improvements over the last park. Laser tag is a huge hit and fun for the adults as well. The obstacle course is challenging and fun. Of course, dodgeball is always a favorite. Parents will appreciate the observation deck above the dodgeball court to keep an eye on the kids while sitting out of the chaos. (I would suggest a little more lighting up there though....it's pretty dark.) When everyone is hungry after all that bouncing, you can visit Krave, their new restaurant concept. The pizza is great and service is fast! We will definitely be frequent flyers here. :)
