If I could give them 0 stars I would. I walked in and everything looked great. UNTIL I saw that half of the activities cost money to play on, that’s after I already paid to get in. The inflatables were cool until I was told that a worker would have to carry my daughter up the stairs and jump with her. First off, no stranger will hold my child and she won’t go to you. Second, just no. One of the inflatables was out of order and the toys looked like they came from the thrift store. Don’t waste your time.

*This review has been edited to respond to the comment from the owner as follows: I previously stated that the changes had not been listed on the website and I was wrong about that. However I stand by my statement that yes, the staff (a young girl) at the door did in fact handle this poorly causing my child to cry. Since the owner was not present I do not appreciate being told what transpired which is essentially calling me a liar. * This was my children's favorite place to be but we hadn't been for about a year and boy have things changed. There are strict time limits now, my kids used to be able to play for hours and it was worth us driving an hour to go there because they would make a day of it. Not anymore. There are scheduled play times and if you arrive in the middle you will pay full price for just a half hour! I will say that this location has a wide variety of very fun activities for little ones, it is just no longer worth the expense for me for the limited timeframes. Another big change is that now there are height requirements and my 7 year old cried tears down her face when the girl at the door told her she was too big to play in most areas anymore. I can understand the reasoning behind that rule, but what I can't abide is the heartless inconsiderate way it was handled. If the staff had been kind about it I would have considered returning with only my younger child but based on this experience, we'll never be back.

The price and open space was nice, but... Could have been packed with more things for kids. This is no Chucky cheese... So why when I pay to enter do I have to pay for some of the rides...

The indoor playground packs quite a few inflatables(bouncy house, slide, etc) “houses”, basketball court, Palm Tree carousel and even a climbing castle. Children ages 3-6 seemed to have a blast and be able to use most of the equipment to its potential. My 2yr old grandson was slightly young for much of it. He was most interested in the tea cup and horse rides which are not included in the admission of $12 for “unlimited” play. We had to spend another $8 for him to enjoy the 2hrs time spent there. I was surprised when looking at the rides that we needed to insert quarters and when I questioned the woman on duty, whom I found out was the owner, I was told the rides were electives. So in other words we don’t have to use the rides. Yeah, you tell a 2 year old that! That response and her attitude, not necessarily the fact that we had to pay extra for the rides, is what will ensure my family never goes there again. There are plenty indoor activities in the Warwick area we can take my grandson and the other young children in our family to. I will add that the woman was very interactive with the children and got them all involved in playing a bowling game while I was there. She seemed to have a good attitude with the kids!

well we came all the way from Ct to this place it was our first time aand last they have one slide inside a parent is not allowed to go on it with their baby i bring my son ro places like this so we can bond have fun go on slides together and have fun how can you expect a 15 month old to ho down a slide by himself there was also a little house play area he could go on i felt so bad for him he just stood there looking at it and then at me parents should be allowed to go on anything with their little ones to make them feel safe and just have fun with them we stayed for 30 mins and left this is not a family place by any means

Totally recommend for a rainy afternoon. you must wear socks! Not bad for 12 bucks per child. Also pretty sure this place is meant for ages 2-5.

BRING QUARTERS! There are some small rides, an inflatable slide, some games, etc. My 4 year and 2 year old had a great time there. Staff even gave me $0.50 because I didn't have any change for the coin operated rides.

Visited today with my 2 yr old. $12 to enter, then they have coin operated machines in the middle that have to be paid for as an added expense. The place was so dirty had VERY LITTLE toys. In the play centers the toys were disgusting and ruined. We have nicer toys at home and they sell nicer toys at thrift stores... You can’t bring in food or drink and they don’t even have an equipped kitchen. They have a fridge and microwave at the front desk for the food..which doesn’t look too sanitary. We won’t ever go back. We drove 40 minutes and it was a wasted trip, $12 to play all day but there isn’t enough to keep a child occupied more than an hour. We’ve been to nicer and cleaner play places that we will continue to go to. If you’ve never gone here don’t even bother wasting your money!

The cleanest place to take my kids to play to! Great for a fun time where the kids can play make pretend, slide, jump, dance and even sing! The staff is always interacting with the kids so you can even get a break and enjoy a coffee while seeing your kids enjoy. Love the signature bubbles and the colorful stations!

Excellent and Fun Place to bring your children. If I could give them 10 Stars, I would. Everyone, especially the owner Ms. Christine is so nice and accommodating. The place is spotless. Honestly I’m not sure how they can offer so much entertainment for such a GREAT PRICE. I have taken my family to similar entertainment places and paid upwards of $20.00 per hour. But hey I’m not complaining. Every single time I bring my family here, I have to drag them out kicking and screaming. When I pull up to Kidz Kastle their faces light up literally. I love that. Thanks Kidz Kastle ( Ms Christine and Staff) for putting a smile on my family’s faces!!! We will continue to come and highly recommended you to others!

This star was because I couldn’t actually rate zero my only and main complaint was based on first impression alone! As my spouse and I with my 2 yr old walked in we were hit with this horrible odor in which I can only compare to gym sweat or like bad smelly feet. I feel that if the rugs are not being washed everything else is not being properly cleaned

I had my daughter's bday party there and it was so much fun! everything is super clean and the staff was super helpful everything was very well kept and organized I didn't have any problems with anything they really did a good job and the kids enjoyed it so much...I would definitely consider having another party there and I would recommend to a friend.

Humid as hell. No air conditioning, what are they thinking? Should probably staff grown adults for a 30-plus kids birthday party. Staff had no clue what they were doing, didn't clean up after Pizza. Inconsistent with their rules, eating on the job. Not reasonable with paying customers when it comes to headcount discrepancy. Do not reccomend.

Great place for toddlers and young children! My son and Ive been going since he was 3, and hes 5 now. Thats a big age gap developmentally, but he always inds things age appropriate to play with and climb, or jumo into! I suggest it to any parent with children under 9 to give it a try.

Great place to bring children. $12 per child, but you get 2 free adults with the child which is different than other places I've been. They sell food and drinks, so you are not allowed to bring your own. (I wish I could bring my own snacks to offset the cost, plus I want to stick to certain dietary restrictions). However, the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, and the children can be as loud and crazy as they want!

Great place to bring the kids, but not that great to drive an hour to visit. The men's bathroom did not lock. Can easily be pulled open by a little one when" it is locked " The water fountain didn't work. The lack of imagination creating this place was sub-par. The food they offer seems to be all "cooked" from a microwave. It would be a nice place to visit if money was dumped into it to bring it to life.

Absolutely the worst kids party place i've been to. Makes Chuck E Cheese look like Five Star.... Think FisherPrice yard toys and Plywood... A Slide... A Climbing Cage, and a Foosball table in the middle... Lousy Pizza No Service Tables WEDGED between the wall and cage. Can't even open the gifts. (Not Allowed) VERY Expensive... Avoid this one!!!!!!!

My granddaughter loves it here. Never a complaint from her. Fun place staff is very courteous play area very clean. Just all around a great place. Mackenzie says pizza is great too and there apple juice is a must have.

If I could give this a 0 star review I would! We recently attended a party here. There were 3 teenagers working and all were extremely rude and unattentive, We were told we couldn’t even go sit at the party table without taking our shoes off the socks they offered were just big enough to fit my 9 year old so several of the guest had to stand in the entry way of the building. (Side note you have to use a public bathroom with out your shoes on since it’s located on the other end of the place... how gross is that?) one of the rides were out of order and the others you had to pay for, this should be included since it’s a birthday party and any other place like this does include them so that took us by surprise! One staff member was on the phone for nearly an hour, and face timing with some man. The boy worker must have been new because he seemed very timid and uncomfortable around the kids! The pizza was taken out of the box and placed on plates a 1/2 hour before they called the kids to eat and the male employee vaccummed around the table with the food on it twice In fact he walked around with the vacuum because it seemed as if he couldn’t find anything else to do and kept vacuuming where the kids were playing. I have 2 older sons who are 8&9 not exactly a fun place for them but it was their little cousins birthday party it says kids 10 and u see can play so this shouldn’t have been an issue... however the “employees” followed my boys around and complained about everything that they tried to play with at one point an employee told my 9 year old that he shouldn’t even be there! They also told us that we needed to remind our children of the rules however we weren’t allowed to go into the play area to do this. Both my boys asked me if we could leave several times because of how they were treated in this “children’s place” at one point the 3 employees were standing in the center of the room whispering and talking instead of anyone working or engaging with the children and after that little “meeting” is when my children started being followed around the male employee even sat at the end of the slide to prevent the boys from being able to climb up. This is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever attended a birthday party! Save your money and piece of mind and go elsewhere!

This place was unorganized and a rip off. I had never been there before but it was highly recommended by others. They let anyone and everyone just walk in not knowing if they are for “free play” or for a party. They did a party train for my son and his friends to go to the table for pizza and cake.. as the kids were eating their pizza the hostess disappeared for 30 or more minutes so naturally the kids went back to playing. We had to then again round up the kids to sit and sing. They then did the birthday parachute game with the 2 separate parties and invited the free play kids to also participate. I’m not sure why I spent hundreds of dollars for them not to ask us once if they could do anything for us. It was a hassle just to get napkins. If I could give this negitive stars I would.

My kids just love Kidz Kastle. Great price, friendly involved staff, Super Clean and Super Fun! My daughters favorite thing to do is the Kidz Kastles Got Talent Show! Yes, she thinks she’s a superstar. The children get to pick out their favorite song to sing or dance to, dress up in a costume, get on the stage and ROCK THE KASTLE. My sons favorite thing to do is the royal ribbon parade (although it might be a tie now that the ice palace has arrived) Lol!Where they pick out a crown, get a ribbon and they dance around with their crowns on and waving their ribbons to music and following the bubbles.

Kidz Castle is a fun play for the little ones. Unfortunately, their staff is not detail-oriented at all. Admission should have been $11, instead they charged my card $100. I caught the mistake immediately, and they were kind enough to void the transaction. The problem: the $100 hold caused multiple small payments made the previous day to bounce, and I incurred nearly $100 in bank fees. I called Kidz Castle and asked for money to compensate me for this. They asked if I can produce paperwork to prove this, and I can. The problem is that I live over an hour away. I informed them that I am happy to drive there to provide copies of my bank statements, but that's I'd expect composition for my time and gas then as well. The person who answered the phone said she would speak to the owner and get back to me. This was over two months ago, and I still have not heard back. I personally will never give this place my business again, and I have shared this experience with everyone I know that's expressed interest in going. Kidz Castle - hire some detail oriented staff that's capable of running a card machine.

Had a great time taking our 3 year old son there on a rainy day. Staff was fantastic, great at getting children involved in games. Many things for kids to play with for ages 3-7 in my opinion. Some items do require quarters but most does not.

Both my kids (6 and 3 years old) love this place. It has areas for imaginative play and plenty of room and activities for more physical play too! This place is spotless and clean. The staff is great, especially Ms. Kristina, who always goes above and beyond with the kids- bringing out parachutes, face painting, putting on the bubble machine, and even letting the kids do dress up karaoke, which is super cute. We love this place! The only down side is that you can’t bring in your own food for snacks or lunch, but with so many kids with allergies, I can empathize. They serve usual kid fare like mac-n-cheese, grilled cheese, and hotdogs, etc; All in all this place is a great go-to for toddlers AND big kids which is hard to find. I highly recommend.

Perfect place for tots and younger kids. The staff is very friendly, they come out and do little activities with the kids. My only complaints are that they keep it super hot in there and the water fountain is broken. So your only option is to purchase their slightly overpriced beverages, which can add up quickly with everything else. Besides that it was a lot of fun and the kids loved it.

The ice palace was a big hit with my son. He was so mesmerized by all of the colorful bouncing balloons. What a nice addition. I’ve never seen anything like it before. He had such a great time. Usually when he’s at Kidz Kastle he’s all over the place playing on everything. But, today he literally stayed in the ice palace the whole time. I had a hard time getting him out when it was time to go. On the way home he fell fast asleep. It ‘s safe to say that he bounced his energy out!

Had my son's 2nd birthday party there. It was a little expensive considering how attentive they are and how little supervision the children get. I wasn't worried about the children in our party, but there were other, older children running around that put our kids in danger. For instance, a girl of about 12 was on a feature for toddlers/small children. An almost carousel set up with approx 5 plush seats hanging to swing on. Well she was swinging erratically and knocked my child right off his feet. Attendants saw and said nothing. If my son and his friends wouldn't have been horribly disappointed, I would've left and asked for a refund.

First off, my daughter loves it here. Which is why we come. It is just ok in my opinion. Fun for 3+, but not much for the under 3 age. We were there today and a father was shooting basketballs where the kids should be playing. He missed the shot and hit my daughter in the head. Not Kids Kastle's fault, but in my opinion they should not have real basketballs. Also, the staff should probably patrol and remind the parents that it is a kids area.
