Had a very good time here with my family 1 hour for 4 people was 84$ but id say is worth it we did level 3 which was the hardest level our first time. And we did very well. Had a few issues with clues from set up but mostlikly can win it next time must go and try it out bring you thinking caps

Morgan made a great first impression. She was extremely accommodating to my party as I made a mistake with the time slot. She was able to get us into the room we wanted sooner than I had originally scheduled. She explained all directions and rules to the room for us very thoroughly. With a little help from Morgan we were able to escape the room! We had a great time and will definitely be back. THANKS AGAIN MORGAN!

Took a class of 4 students with a variety of needs. Used this experience to build teamwork and trust. The Treasure Room level 1 was just enough challenge to keep them interested in the task at hand and they were very proud of themselves at the end of the process. We booked online and came in 15 minutes early per the instructions. Waited the 15 minutes on the chairs after reading the rules sheet for 5 seconds. We were the only people there. They had a special since it was dead for buy one get one half off so we did two rooms. Treasure Island was the first one we did, it’s was fun if a little confusing because it relied heavily on nautical knowledge, my main issue was one of the main answers we needed for a lock came by guessing an approximation. The woman basically had to do it for us, which wasn’t fun because it was the last answer so that was a bummer. The answer wasn’t there you basically had to guess and wasn’t logical. We did Alcatraz for the second one, finished early, it was a lot more fun except the woman running it kept asking if we needed help. No, let us challenge our minds without you. They were pleasant and all, it would be more fun for someone younger.

We just left halfway through. After waiting 20 minutes to check in, when the staff member took a group into the Alcatraz room, we followed. We were told we weren’t supposed to be in that room. Five minutes later, same staff member realized she made a mistake. In that time, the other group had already moved things around, confusing all the clues. The other group was unwilling to even talk to us, which was no fault of the Escape Room, but It was a terrible experience. The woman who helped us on the way out was very nice about the situation and is the only reason I’m giving any stars. Unfortunately, a voucher for a future game is no good to us. We don’t live close enough to come back (one of us actually lives in Seattle). Very disappointed.

Very simplistic rooms, little plot, simple decor. However the price ($20) is perfect and the staff is exceptional (Jessica and Alyssa). Some of the puzzles felt forced, and the staff disrupts you to offer unsolicited hints a lot. Overall a good experience for both adults and kids.

Not for the escape room enthusiast.... We waited 25 minutes past our reservation just to get into our escape room, and all you could here were people in the neighboring rooms while trying to work out the puzzles and clues. When we finally escaped, we had over 15 minutes left and were excited, but no one greeted us at the door or congratulated us. This was a huge disappointment for our 49th room, but I guess that's what you get with a location inside a shopping mall. This company definitely prides itself more on the quantity of people they can move through over the quality of the experience.

Booked the Alcatraz room and it was as good as I had hoped it would be. The person who took us in was friendly and very helpful with the explanations. Definitely needed everyone who was in our group. The clues and puzzles were hard enough, but not impossibly difficult. Look foward to doing another room again!

Me and my family enjoyed our experience at your escape room. It was fun and we enjoyed finding the clues. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there are no ceiling so you can hear the others in the other rooms and I'm sure they heard us too. Thank you all we will return again.

Went last night with a bunch of girls. There was 6 of us total. We had so much fun figuring our way out of the puzzle room. All I can say is read the clues carefully or you might miss an important detail!!! Try them out! You won't be disappointed! Have fun try to escape!! Enjoy!!!

I went as a group of 9 as a team building excerise. It was alot of fun. You enter a rather medium sized room and you start with clues. And its in steps and alot of fun. Because we had a big group there was some chaos but all in all i recommend the escape room to everyone. I dont want to say too much bc it will spoil all the fun.

A most enjoyable 50 minutes as you and several friends work your way through a series of challenging, but not impossible, puzzles to escape from a locked room. You are given a written scenario (ours was an escape from Alcatraz) that supplies your first clue, leading to opening your first box containing the next puzzle, and continues thus until you either escape or run out of time. There is a red herring or two, but a diverse group of minds will evade getting sidetracked. Read the clues carefully-happy escaping!

This is my second time there. This time, I was there with 7- 13 year old girls for a birthday party for my daughter. Josephine was soooo patient with them, came in and gave them hints and did a great job keeping them focused. It was alot of fun (all of the girls had a great time) but it is because Josephine was so great with us. We will be back to do the Houdini room.

Went a couple days ago with a couple friends. I enjoyed it so much. It was difficult but we worked together a figured it out. I love how there is so many different rooms. The staff was also so friendly and helped out when we were stuck. I'd recommend coming here.

Compared to other escape rooms in Rhode island this doesn't compare. The design of the rooms are nothing special and the puzzles are not overly difficult. The main thing that annoyed me was the lack of effort put into the rooms in the way of scenery, get book shelves instead of just bookshelf wallpaper. The other issue for me was the lack of ceiling so you could hear the noise from the mall the entire time.

The room was okay, but not as decorated or imaginative as others I have done. There wasn’t much searching, and it was more a box with props than a feeling of being somewhere. I had far better experiences at the Boston Escape Room or Boda Borg. My feedback for the team is to build more atmosphere into the rooms - get some more props, but out the walls, and make it feel more believable.

Mystery Room Critics

As my group and I did have an awesome time at this establishment, the room was just not immersive. I chalk that up to the fact that they are restricted to such little space due to being in a mall. The staff was amazing however, Mason worked with my team and he happened to make us laugh quite a bit. I would recommend this place to either beginners or people who do not have the ability to book a more detailed place.

The room was fun but we must have been the last room because the staff was too lazy or couldn’t be bothered to take our photo before closing which was frustrating considering the price and the fact that it was a birthday outing. No one said good bye. No one acknowledged us. No one took our photo. Doesn’t exactly make me want to return.

Went here to see what this mystery room this is all about. We had talked to cheri. She was amazing, helpful and answered all our questions. The prices were not bad at all and the choices of rooms was nice also. Also a nice surprise cheri even offered a pic for afterward and me and my fiancé took a cute and funny pic. We enjoyed everything and will ask for cheri again when we go she was amazing. Thank you

Not only is this place fun, but it requires you to think and gives you a feeling of accomplishment once you’re done! Totally worth the money especially if you sign up for the passport program they have! We have done from level 1 all the way to level 5, and every single one was a blast!! The staff is super helpful if you need them too I definitely recommend!

One of the clues for the puzzle was poorly printed so that the 6 looked exactly like a 5. We we got stuck because of it. Yet, the employee didn't say anything about fixing it. Much of our time was spent squinting at confusing fonts instead of using logic or problem solving skills. Still gave two stars because they have a good variety of rooms and challenge levels and staff was friendly and professional.
