My little one struggles with her self confidence at times, and Keri not only honed into that, but gave her the courage to face her anxiety and accomplish her goal of completing the inflatable successfully. Really disappointed in this place. We’ve been coming here for years. Now adults are not allowed on the inflatables with their children, yet the staff doesn’t pay enough attention to the older kids to make me feel safe letting my younger kids on alone. And now my toddler also cannot bounce. I was told to make sure he stays in the “toddler area” on the floor. That’s another thing....the carpets are filthy. I stepped in gum and it looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed properly in ages. Very sad. Time to find a new place to play.

Adults aren't allowed on the inflatables anymore but there's no signs saying so. My grandson is preschool age and I cannot even play with him, such a waste of time now. Today I went and the floors were disgusting and this isn't the first time. They don't know how to vacuum. When we got there 10 minutes after they opened the inflatables weren't inflated yet, and the slides weren't weren't even slidey. My grandson stopped half way down the slide because it wasn't slick. This time we found a dog bone on the floor, hair all over the floor, so disgusting. It's a good place to kill time but now I need to go shower my grandson.

I’ve been going to Bounce U since they first opened, even had my sons 2nd birthday party here a few years ago. We would go there at least once a month because my kids love it, but unfortunately this has come to an end. Apparently, they are under new ownership and have a new height requirement of 34in. I checked the bounce schedule on their website, went there only to be told my 15 month old daughter is not allowed to go on any inflatables anymore. I wasn’t going inside there with my 4 year old son, so my daughter can cry because she wants to go on the inflatables she once was allowed on. Maybe put this new requirement directly on your front page, because after I left I checked again and it’s not shown until you actually click a date and time. And for someone like me who has been coming there for years, it’s not something I am going to check. So, now we won’t be coming back and I’ll be going to Monkey Jos instead. I’m sure a lot of other people with smaller children are going to have a problem with this and as well, having one child who meets the requirement and one child who doesn’t isn’t very accommodating.

Went here for a child's birthday party. The kids had a great time. The employees were very organized and have the party routine down to a science. They moved the party from room to room efficiencly and timed it right. There are several rooms with various bouncing pleasures, like slides, boxing, basketball, etc. It's like a daytime night club, for kids on sugar! There were teens working our party and they did a great job. They were great with the kids! It is nice to see teenagers being so patient with little ones! Salad, pizza, cake, at the end. Location is ideal. Less than 10 minutes from Cranston, Warwick, West Warwick, Coventry... Right near 95 and 295 exits/on ramps. Good experience all around!

Nice, safe place for young children to jump and have fun for a couple of hours. It's affordable and the parents jump for free with a child's admission. You also get a great workout too! Have been there quite a few times and every time we go it's always fun. I love this place.

DON'T BOOK YOUR PARTY HERE!!!! STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!! FOOD IS GROSS AND THEY DON'T CARE!!! A friend of mine had her two children's birthday party here, initially I was impressed with one of the male staff members who tried to make it fun for the children, but then I quickly noticed 3 children getting hurt because there was no staff watching over the bounce houses or even guiding the children while in use, then it happened! Somehow some irresponsible staff member dropped the children's custom cakes. One of them was completely destroyed, the other was a mess. When the staff informed my friend she did nothing but come to tears and ask what how they would replace this, no scene, nothing, actually the party guests didn't even know anything had happened until they saw a store bought ice cream cake and an obviously waddled cake. The food was horrid as though they were serving animals they served ICE COLD pizza. Lastly, to add insult to injury, as we were ready to leave, all the guests were surprised and worried to see policemen waiting at the entrance as I heard one of the staff members say "the one with the stripped shirt" (the mom who booked the space!!!). Apparently these idiots thought that she wasn't going to pay because she asked for a reduction in their fees because of THEIR stupidity!! WTH!!!

Just had my daughter's 9th birthday party here. Over all the party was fun. Josh was absolutely amazing. He's great with children. We went in the room where the cake and food would be served and I noticed that we were missing a pizza. I mentioned it to the female host and was asked if I was sure I ordered a third pizza. I told her yes. She then asked me if I still wanted the pizza. Of course I did because it was on my package. She then had to go make it because she said the person that was cooking the food had already left. The problem was solved which was great but I feel as though it could have been avoided. Toward the end of the party I felt really rushed. Was told 3 times that I could pay for the party as I was getting my money together. We did not even get the ice cream that was suppose to come with the package we paid for. I work in the food and public service industry and I know it is not an easy job but I also know that if there is an issue with anything it should be fixed without question. I love the establishment being only my second time there I just wish it could be a tad bit organized. I would definitely come back but Josh would have to be my host. He honestly made our party. We really appreciated his service.

I am fairly new to Warwick and I decided to take my 2 children to BounceU for one of the open jumps. I was suggested to come here by many friends and relatives but unfortunately when I arrived there, there was nobody at the front desk. I waited around the lobby for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to attend to me. A man with glasses finally comes around the corner and helps me sign my children up with their waivers. I don't know if he was just having a bad day or if he actually had no idea what he was doing but he looked absolutely clueless. After we got the waiver filled out he told me that one of my children were not tall enough and they will not be aloud to jump on the inflatables. I told him that I came all this way to jump and now my child cannot bounce? He was very rude to tell me again that my child is not tall enough and said "there is nothing I can do, you should've went online and checked". I went through with it and let my other child bounce but she was very unhappy that her brother could not jump with her. I am very displeased with BounceU, maybe people should get them trained better. You have lost a customer.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review, yesterday we arrived at 2pm to set up for my son's 5th birthday to find the doors locked/closed shut and had to be opened for us by an employee. When he opened the door with a toothpick hanging out of his mouth (unprofessional) he informed us that there were a lot of angry people inside because the bathrooms weren't functioning and were over flowing. He then proceeded to inform us that we could still have out party there and could use the bathrooms but that no one should flush but just use the bathroom on top of whatever was in the toilets already?! Really?! Who would be ok with that and lets talk about sanitary?! Needless to say we cancelled the party waited for all our guests and headed back to our house to have his party. Stressful to say the least but we pulled it off. On another note while we were inside deciding parents were also complaining about pizza being burnt and other menu items ordered that were under cooked. Disappointed to say the least!

Took my 5 year old here for a birthday party for one of his classmates and we both had a blast. They encouraged the adults to participate in their many bouncing and obstacle options, which was a nice change from the usual awkward standing around with other parents, watching the kids play. Staff was friendly and helpful, place was clean. We already decided to have our son's party here when it's time for his birthday!

I would rate this higher as my 3 year old grandson loved it. That being said I am only giving it 2 stars as at 10:00 am the bathrooms we're a mess, toilet paper and paper towels all over floor and floors look like they have not been cleaned in awhile. Also no soap in any of the dispensers in rest rooms and sanitizer dispensers throughout bldg we're also empty. The slide cover on the large slide in the 1st room had a big tear in it and kids could have easily got their leg caught possibly causing broken leg.

There were several things I was unhappy with. 1. We had the bubbles in our room, and the bubbles were saturating the floor so bad that a staff member was in both bounce rooms trying to soak it up with mini paper towels. The bubble system needs to be seriously modified. 2. Food is terrible. The pizza is like cardboard. You should give the option to bring in our own food. I’m happy I didn’t spend extra money on food for the adults, I’m sure it would have been just as poor. 3. NOT ENOUGH TIME For parties- needs to be 2 hours per Child!!!!! I spent close to $500 and I was being rushed to do my child’s cake and we never even got to open any of the gifts the other children brought. Everyone was disappointed! And I was so embarrassed as a parent!! 4. We weren’t able to decorate our room since there was a previous party still in there when we arrived. It seriously threw off all the plans and timing and we had to start 15 mins late. There was also a party after us, so we kept being rushed. Obviously their system is extremely poor and I would never have another birthday or recommend this establishment. 5. After my extremely poor experience, I was finalizing our bill, and asked to leave a gratuity. I work in the service industry and understand tipping but I couldn’t believe they were asking for a tip after I was so mortified with the experience. 6. They had promised me water for kids and parents. Both pitchers were completely empty when we were bouncing around. Horrible , I had to leave the room and try to fill it up myself but I couldn’t find a water fountain. 7. You should offer organic juice with no dyes and mini water bottles. Instead of apple juice loaded with sugar! I’d give this place 1 star out of 10!

It was supposed to be an hour and 45 minutes. A half hour in each bounce room, and 45 minutes for the food, cake, and presents. First, they take the kids in 10 minutes late, and have them leave the first room two minutes early. Which wouldn't have been bad if they hadn't been 10 minutes late to begin with. In the first room, the adults, who signed the waiver like they were asked, and as it says on the website, and on the walls as you walk in, were then told that they were not allowed to use the bouncy equipment. After we told them that it's on the website, the walls, and last year adults were allowed, they finally said one adult could go on. Fine. Go through to the second room, which was supposed to be dark with light up bracelets, rings and necklaces, and they never turn down the lights. Get to the party room after that half hour is up. The pizza dough looked raw. Like seriously, I was afraid to eat it. The fries looked sickly also. Then the birthday girls mother had to ask if they could open their presents, because they only had 20 minutes left. Well, we thought they had 20 minutes left. What should have ended at 45 started getting kicked out at 33. Completely out of the room by 40. And the birthday girls mother still paid the entire bill and left a tip. Not earned.

Unfortunately, we will not be back here because of the new height requirement. You have the same exact things as Monkey Joes and my 1 year old granddaughter is allowed on everything. Most people have multiple children How do you tell one child they can jump and the other smaller one you can’t. So needless to say we will not be back we will take our business elsewhere.

Have had two birthday parties here for our kids. While a bit expensive (as all bday places generally are), the folks working here do a great job and the concept is great. Similar places are a zoo for bday parties, but this place keeps the parties separate and much more enjoyable, less chaotic.

Originally I would have given nearly a 5 star. It’s now a 2 due to the way we were treated at the end of our sons party. If you want to be talked about right in front of you, and rushed out before your party is even over, choose bounceU, they’re good at that.

I took 3 of my grandchildren. I was hesitant because it was $42.00 for an hr or so. But, They had the best time! One of my granddaughters who was 13 yrs old thought maybe she was to old for it. I gave her the option to participate. She decided to try it. Well I never seen her smile and laugh so much. Well worth the money. I took pictures, it is fun to look back on that day.

Fun place for the kids to burn off energy. Its always a fun time! A variety of bouncy, climbing, sliding fun. Something for all ages to enjoy. Very clean. They have cubbies for everyone's shoes and coats.. because everything is for kids AND adults! The kids just love when mom and dad play too. Just dont forget your socks! They do offer drinks and a small selection of snacks as well. We purchased some passes that were on sale for the best value.

My experience at BounceU in Warwick was the most horrible costumer service experience I ever experienced. I decided to have my 2 kids birthdays expending a great experience for my guest and specially for my children. They were the most unprofessional staff you can ever deal with starting with the Manager Nicole and the store owner Brenda and not to say their crew of very young unexperienced workers. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They didn't fulfill my order with the package I selected leaving my kids and guest without ice cream. They did not make my children participate in their hand painting activity. THEY DROPPED MY SONS CAKE!!! and still charged me for the party. My suggestion to them to compensate their lack of professionalism and discrepancies was to refund me the party. As me and my guest left the party we saw cops in the facility because they called them in case I did not pay. Most of my guest felt very uncomfortable and complaint. This is beyond unprofessional and unethical because I never refused to pay even thou they ruined my party, my son refused to sing Happy Birthday because his cake got ruined, they were very careless and insensitive over the fact that our cake is a cultural thing and my son was looking forward to it the least they could do was refund it to me. MY PERSONAL ADVISE IS TO NOT HOST A PARTY THERE IF YOU WOULD LIKE AN EXPIRIENCE YOUR KIDS WOULD REMEMBER!

My son loves this place, the management is not running it Right. For once, they are open for "open bounce" only for an hour and a half. Forcing everyone, on a rainy day, like today, to be there at the same time, then when the place is at full capacity, understandably, they turn people away. That is just a bad business practice. Extend the bounce time, So groups of people can rotate and you won't have turn people away, whom are willing to pay for your services.

We've hosted a couple of parties at BounceU and have yet to be disappointed. The staff working in the party room during my daughter's 4th birthday party a couple months ago were absolutely wonderful. Very polite and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and that everyone was having a great time. When one of the kids accidentally popped one of my daughter's balloons and she started crying, they went and immediately brought her a new one. It was a small gesture, but it was very kind and we really appreciated it.

I just had a party there today and I had an alright experience. The young lady at the front desk was so polite and helped all the parents checking in! However, I was very unhappy with the service from the party pros, most of the time there was absolutely nobody watching the children and I was completely embarrassed. Thankfully the children did not notice and they had a great time but unfortunately I do not think I’ll be coming here anymore due to staff not knowing what they are doing and seem lost.

Went for a birthday party. 10 kids and 10 parents about. Bouncy rooms were Very clean. Staff is efficient. Seems as safe as it can be for what it is. Nice variety in"stuff" for kids to bounce on. Bring water for your kids, there will get hot and sweaty. The birthday party had pizza and cupcakes with juice. Overall the price is right for everything we did.

Brought my kids here for their "Open Bounce" a few weeks ago and they LOVED it!! An hour and a half has never flown by so fast before i even had a blast bouncing with my little guy. It was so clean and the staff was great, so friendly and one boy even helped my 2 year old up the slide and went down with him so i didn't have to. The price is great compared to the trampoline parks in the area. $13 for an hour and a half and it's new AND CLEAN!!! it's nothing compared to monkey joes either. I will definitely be back. ps i wish their were more open bounce hours :( but so happy this place was brought to RI

A must do for kids in Warwick. And in the local area. You have kids and you can make it here and do it. I like to Monkey Joe's but it felt much more crowded than this place. The spacing utilized in this building is very conducive to allowing lots of children to have fun without running into each other and without feeling so crowded.
