Great place for a family day. My 3 kids and I had a great time and they range from the age of 11 to 8 and then my youngest son is 1 1/2 and they all had a great time they have a toddler area also just for the little ones and an opstical course / jungle gym

I have been there a few times with my 7 and 5 yr old - once for a birthday party. Staff was a bit unorganized and not very efficient checking in. Outside of that the place was very good. Beats sky zone in pricing and elements within the jump park. The staff within the park itself were very fun and friendly while keeping to the rules. Sky zone they are down right mean to kids on occasion. Last comment... it’s great to go late about an hr before they close - dirt cheep and you get the park to yourself - plus an hr is more than enough time to tire out your kids :)

DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE!!! Why? Well if you book a party anywhere else in the world you have a set time correct? Our party was book at 6pm. We didn't get into our room until 7pm!! it wasn't set and ready until 720pm!! and then asked to leave at 750pm!! We arrived at 550pm, waited at the front desk until 615pm and still NOTHING. We finally get stickers for the kids to jump at 630. After complaining to the "shift leader" - there was no manager, she hands me a piece of paper that shows times and what the party packages come with, mind you we had already booked the party weeks ago. This was the direction given from the "manager" who left at 5pm. As we are leaving they offered me a 20% discount (40$ off a 300$ bill when we didn't get what was promised/paid for) and jump passes for the future. Well there will NEVER be a future, all of the parents that had been with us said the same thing .. THEY WILL NEVER BOOK EITHER!! What a terrible experience. The kids had fun, and that's all that matters but i would strongly suggest buying jump passes and having the party elsewhere. There where other parties who experienced the same treatment. Customer service is lacking from this establishment. I wish you all the best but you need to fix your management ASAP!

Most variety in activities of any trampoline places we've visited. Nice for parents to be able to walk around and be close to the action. No food court here, just beverage cooler and ice cream. Fine by me, no pressure from kids to buy food. They have massage chairs you can pay to use.

Staff are very friendly in making sure to have fun while following the rules and keeping safety as a #1 priority. Great trampolines for adults and even a seperate section named toddler court so little ones can jump safely and the place is very clean and music is great! Dj comes every friday.

Great place to take your kids for a fun night out. At times this place is crowded, but there's plenty of room to have fun. This place has rooms that you can rent for parties ($200-$400) Kids jump for an hour at $7.00, adults $15 this includes a live DJ and party lights. Kinda expensive, but it's a cool place to bring your kids. This place is similar to roller kingdom, which was a roller skating place in Woonsocket back in the late 90s

Staff is super unorganized, they get distracted easily and do not monitor certain areas. I was playing dodgeball with 14 year olds and they were doing unsportsmanlike things and the staffs did not even bother to clear things up. The kids started chucking the balls at little 3 year old kids and the kids were getting hurt. So I went in to start throwing it back at them and then they started saying racist things and making fun of alot of the kids, the staff was nowhere to be seen. So my experience here was awful. If you want to go to a trampoline park, do not go here, anywhere but here. You can die and they won't notice.

Both could be a positive and a negative, don't watch the kids as closely as some other trampoline parks. This could be an issue for smaller kids or those who do not have some acrobatic experience, but if your child has cheer, gymnastics, or parkour experience they may like it more...

Took my son yesterday for his birthday with his friend. Both kids had a great time. The place is very clean and the price is good. There were some improvements they could do, one being the seating area or lack there of for parents to sit at while their kids are bouncing. Seats were cheap and uncomfortable and there were only 4 small tables. This is really an easy fix and would l love to see it happen otherwise nice place.

Absolutely great place for kids and adults. I love the fact that they have separate areas for toddlers. A huge plus ous the openness of it as, so if you have multiple kids thou can keep an eye on everyone. Huge plus is massage chairs facing the trampoline for grown ups who just want chill.

I want there today with my son to attend a special birthday party. We had a GREAT time. The virtual-reality game that I played with my best friend was so awesome. That zombie game was intense. After the birthday party ended my son & I stayed there for another 2 hours because we wanted to continue having fun. We definitely will return and will recommend this place to our family and friends.

Bring the kids because this place is loads of fun. Let the kids roam and have fun. Pay one price and have a blast all day. You will get tired too, but the best part is the kids will sleep all night after coming out of Trampoline Park because it makes them exhausted. Have fun and enjoy the park.

My first time going there was lastnight and I'm glad I took my kids which are 11 and 2 years old. I often find it hard to take them to a place where they can both have fun, but this place definitely exceeded my expectations. Not only is it a fun place, they have amazing prices, it's very clean, and the staff are very helpful, respectful and have great customer service skills. Thanks for a great time, my kids and I will most definitely be back soon. :)

more than just jumping. Obsticles and crawl zone make is fun for the kids to play and exert some energy. They also have a pretty new hololens experience there. Pretty cool.

My daughter loves this place we go here at least twice a week she has a blast lots of trampolines with lots of different varieties as far as side games and even a very cool playground with two giant slides they also have some kind of a virtual reality game in the middle never tried it so I can't tell you much about it they put it right in the middle though so whoever is doing it has to wear virtual glasses while everybody walks by and you can't avoid looking like an idiot with that big virtual reality headgear ducking and weaving around absolutely nothing but that's besides the point the place is awesome well priced $8 an hour for a child.

The staff were very unprofessional and always looked bored. I brought two of my friends and one of them got thirty minutes less than the rest of us. We told the employee over the counter and they did not do anything about it and we got kicked out at the sooner time. I will not be returning...

We went there to see if our 3yr old would love the place before booking an event there. We loved how big the area was. The staff was very helpful with questions we had. Our son at first was shy to jump but about 5min In he was everywhere from the general trampoline area to foam pits to the playground. He loved the place so much he didn’t want to leave (after 2hrs of jump time). They also have Big party rooms for special events. Would recommend this place my family and friends.

My 3 kids (ages 11, 6 and 4) had so much fun there and keep asking me when we are going back! We were invited for a kid's birthday party but now I will be looking into their play pass option. The mozzarella sticks were amazeballs! My kids loved the icees. The customer service was great and their staff was so friendly to all the kids and parents there. Thank you for giving my family such a great experience. I loved the fact that my kids passed out on the way home! Please let me know if you end up offering an annual membership and/or family packages!

This is a great venue for a child's birthday party. The trampolines and the associated foam pits are everything you'd expect but they also have a really large indoor playground the kids love too. A little more organization wouldn't hurt to let pay goers know where to be.

Aero is a fun place for the entire family. This location is clean and cool, even during the humid summer days. I think the prices are on the cheaper end compared to other places. But my favorite aspect about this place is the staff are aware and tentative towards the younger children. Check it out.

Great place...best thing that could have ever happened to Woonsocket!! So much to offer here...huge main jumping area, toddler court, jousting area, dodge ball area, wall climbing, high chair jumping, an obstacle course, a play ground, tight rope balancing, etc ...JUST TO NAME A FEW!! OH and birthday rooms!! THE BEST PART IS THE PRICE!! $14 AN HOUR. 1/2 HOURS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE...I would actually give it a 4 and 1/2 stars...couldn't guve a 5 because I've noticed that the jump staff out in the jumping area don't really enforce the rules...it can get very dark and hard to keep track to your children. There are too many kids running and jumping into others as they are jumping in their own spot...parents are jumping in toddler areas that have a weight limit.

Great prices and great location! There are plenty of options to choose from the prices beat skyzone. Additionally there is an obstacle course which is very fun and the facility is clean and well managed. The rock climbing wall is challenging and exhilarating! One thing is I wish they had more obstacle courses and more games/competitions which would make it more fun for adults/teens Other than great place and I recommend a visit 1 hour is 14$ + 2$ for jump socks. Don't forget to bring some water!

Theres plenty of thing for kids to do here. Besides jumping on trampoline s theres ball pits, obstacle courses, wall climbing, slides and party rooms. Theres also massage chairs for adults to relax in while the kids have fun.

Lisa was extremely accommodating and her staff, sooo very helpful! We have been to several other trampoline parks, and while they were fun, nothing beats the experience that my family and I had here!! Very disappointed from a parents point of view. Bathrooms were totally DISGUSTING !!!!! Trash everywhere, toilets overflowing and the toilets were dirty. With 5 or 6 staff members standing around doing nothing someone should of been cleaning the bathroom. I actually witnessed a woman I'm assuming is the owner moving the stands around with the ropes to form the waiting lines for a good 5 minutes....she should of been cleaning the bathroom instead of worrying about where those stupid things were. Also none of the outlets worked so if you wanted to charge your phone or work on your computer you had to sit in one specific area where you really couldn't see what was going on. Chairs were very uncomfortable and cheap looking. On a good note the kids absolutely love this place?!?!?!?!?!?!

Aero Trampoline Park is amazing. Best place to take your kids of all ages. It has so much to offer and I believe the prices are reasonable. Its way more than trampolines. My kids were wiped out after an hour. They have great facilities to host parties and events. They have food and drinks which we didnt get to try. Everyone was having a blast and the staff was very helpful. Tou definitely get your moneys worth here. Our family highly recommends this place!

Aero is a fun place for all ages! Except when the place gets so packed the humidity in the air reminds you of Florida. The prices decent and there are a few different options for activities besides the trampoline area. The Hologate Virtual reality game is a fun attraction and at $5 a person it's a must try. One hour in enough time to burn the energy off you son or daughter. But if not, then go for two lol.

I had a kid bday here, and Jazmin took care of the whole family. It was the best park i've ever been to and I've been to a few. The adults and children had a blast. Jazmin wouldn't let me lift a finger in the party room. She served our food and decorated everything. Best bday party place of all time. Worth every penny!
