I went to the Jonas Brother's concert there and my friends followed the parking signs for the show. We ended up in a lower field far away from the venue. I am in the process of getting ready for a double knee replacement and there were absolutely NO shuttles for anyone that might have a physical issue in the specific show lots. After we talked about maybe parking in the park lot the next we go but do not want to get in trouble for being in the wrong parking spots. It was the first time any if us had driven to a show at this venue.

A great amusement park! I've been coming here since I was little. The lines can get very long however, that's to be expected at an amusement park. I always love doing the chocolate world tour ride as soon as we go in

william m

Had a great day with the family at the park up until the time I lost my phone. But I tip my hat off to the lost and found crew and staff that recovered it. in one piece!! How crazy is that?? It goes to show that the place runs under great management from the top down to every department. PS. please heed those signs that you will lose your phone on the rides. Thank You.

Melissa Bailey

I’ve been going to Hershey Park since I was a kid. I took my daughter there when she was little, and now I’m taking my grandson. Hershey is a family-friendly, fun place that has some of the same rides I enjoyed long ago plus plenty of new and exciting attractions as well. Everyone is so nice at the park, too.

Zachary Gendall

This fast pass system has killed it for me here. Nearly a 3 hour wait for a ride that use to be barely an hour at the same spot in years prior. Been coming for years and can safely say that me and my family will not be back again . Good luck to you Hershey

Lauren Goldenberg

Always have the best time at Hershey park! Staff was helpful when I needed to find my daughter in water area and I was so grateful! My other ones had a blast on the kiddo rides and people were friendly which is always a plus

Jackie Rivera

Second time there. It's a very nice park and they are open until Christmas. They have the Light Festival. Never been to it but heard about it. Renovations are going on know.

Eva Siu

Great place to visit with family. Small place but lots to do. The tasting of the chocolates is amazing. I recommend buying all 4 activities, a lot of fun. The $50.00 for parking for 4 to 5 hrs is way too much, I wasn't happy when they told me how much I had to pay at the exit.

Windelys Roman

Never been here and this was an amazing trip for me & my fiance. I love this place so much. I cant wait to get to go next year and go all summer long

Umesh

Wonderful place and smells like chocolate! This place is huge and a couple days is required to see it all. The rides have long wait times unless you get the fast pass. Spend the extra bucks and you won't be sorry.

Darryl Noronha

Such a nice experience here. Enjoyed with my cousins and sister. Very helpful guest service. Worth traveling from India to visit this place. I also liked the way they explained the way they make the chocolates. Keep it up

N Gray

Rides were closed all over even though we paid full price. Lines everywhere. Waits of 2 hours due to not enough rides to accommodate the crowds. I wouldn’t go off season again.

James Kramer

Great place to go for a family trip, expect to pay a small fortune for anything and everything. The rides are good fun, when you finally get on them, majority of your day here will be spent in a line for something. Do yourself a favor and buy the VIP pass so you can skip the lines.

Generally speaking, I'm a HUGE Hersheypark fan. But 8/17 was one of the busiest days I've seen there in over 36 years of attending the park. I should've known it was going to be bad when I had to park in section 114. But it was the company picnic and they were paying for it whether I went or didn't, since I signed up. I'm not one to waste $, so I decided to soldier through. The best ride of the day was the splash zone of Tidal Force. You waited about 6 minutes for the ride to splash, over and over. Great stuff on a sweltering hot day. I'll definitely be back. But I'm thinking a Tuesday or Wednesday in the summer would be preferable.

Carissa Jeffrey

Me and my mom love Hersheypark. We go there multiple times a year. It's something that we have been doing since we moved to Pennsylvania's.

Robert Visconti

Hersheypark is a fun place to take your family if you want to have a good time. Lots of lines and the excessive heat with no shade and the fact that everything is overpriced i guess you can get by all that once you see the rest of the park. The City of Hershey is gorgeous and the park is no different!!

Bill Snell

We had a great time at the park. There is a lot of remodeling at the entrance that's going to be completed by 2020. Plus a new roller coaster if you are a fan.

Vanessa King

Great place to take toddlers. Has many rides for them. My grandson had so much fun. Bathrooms located everywhere. Clean and staff was nice.

Eric Kissinger

Great rides for all ages. If your not from the surrounding area and are wondering if you should go. Definitely go. It's a fun place for everyone. Novelty items are expensive so be prepared to drop some coin if you want the goods..Have fun and Hershey on.

Carlos Montero

Surprisingly fantastic. I hadn't been back in 20 years, and was expecting a good park with nostalgic vibes. Instead, the park was great, heavily updated with really high quality rides, shows, fast pass system and more. Strongly recommend the fast passes, they were easy to use and super convenient.

Ashley S

Kinda ridiculous that they only let fast track people into the rides. So anyone else is really stuck waiting for 3+ hours for a ride (and we got in line before all the que lines were even full). Definitely need to learn how to manage the lines.

Andrew Morris

It's a fun treat (pun intended) for a day trip out of the city! The park itself has lots to offer as a theme park obviously but the town and Chocolate World each have their own history to show and it's really interesting to see how everything came together.

Nathanael Yarger

Fantastic place, definitely not a cheap getaway, but the park is consistently clean, well maintained, and has excellent facilities. Roller coasters are definitely the highlight for me, and there's a number of great ones here. I've always bought a two day pass, and that's definitely what's needed to do everything. The water park is on the up-and-up, they're consistently adding things and making it better. Lines are definitely long on weekends, weekdays are much better. I've been going here each year for a while and I'll definitely continue.

micro gaming

It's a fun amusement park. You should definitely go there. Fun for the family

Scott Hustus

Excellent place to bring the kids. This is a full blown amusement park with more stuff to do than you will be able to get to in a several day visit...... and then there's chocolate! Mmmmm

mom

We had a great time. Very clean. Was crowded but there wasn’t long lines for the rides. Definitely can’t wait to go back. Only complaint is the selection of food. Only burgers pizza junk. Fast food. The healthiest thing was chips and guacamole and that wasn’t even that good. Wish they’d offer healthier real food.

Alexis Merrell

This place is amazing for all ages! It gas a wide variety if rides and other stuff to do for kids and adults of all ages. There is also a huge history of this place as well. Including how they make the chocolate and how old the park is. There is also a campground right across the street from this park. I highly recommend this place

Joel Oswald

One of the best parks. Rides are well maintained with a great selection. Park is kept clean with plenty of shade. Food is reasonable for an amusement park. One downside is the crowd size. When you're one of the best you draw large crowds. Some of the workers need to find a work ethic. I have encountered times when management has placed a poorly trained or lazy employee by themselves on a ride or snack bar. I have been a season pass holder for years. This issue is improving.

Jenny Martin

What a disappointment! There has to be a better system to integrate the fast pass people into the lines. It should not be that you stop the lines indefinitely for those that continue to stream in, in front of those that waited 1.5 hours.

Jessica Bennett

I couldn't of been more excited to be here with my family. Although the roller coaster lines were insane, I had a great time just being with my two little girls and fiance.

Heather Russell

We were here for a company picnic...the food and hospitality was absolutely wonderful. I know the ride lines were long but any of the employees that we saw, had smiles and were very polite. They all looked happy with their jobs. I loved the fact that Hershey Park had older employees, it showed me that they truly do think of their community. It has been about 7 or 8yrs since I have been, and it is so different. I can't wait to see the park in 2020 with all the new major renovations and additions....it looks like it will be really exciting... Thanks again Hershey Park.

Andreina Flores

Loved it! This was our first visit to this park and we loved it. It has a lot of rides for every age. We will definitively be coming back.

Jenna Jimenez

Ricardo De Leon

We had a great time here. I went when I was a kid then again as an adult this year. There's fun for everyone and it was really nice getting to know the history of Hershey. Definitely recommend for anyone considering taking their family of even themselves to an amusement park. It was an absolute wonderful experience

Jason Wells

Definitely recommend getting advance tickets, and getting there early, as parking fills up quick. The trolley ride is well worth it, though they don't stop so you can take pictures of the historical things they tell you about, such as the Kiss light posts.

Anna Ramdyal

It was great. I wouldn't suggest going when it rains because most of the roller coasters shut down. This happened to me, but I enjoyed the rides I was able to go on. Would really recommend wildcat, lightening racer, and comet

Daniel Baker

I went for the first time this past Saturday and it was fun! Reminds of Six Flags, but I'm from Connecticut so my standards may be a bit different. Good place to enjoy rides, friends, and more! The Wildcat and the Great Bear were my favorite rides! The Wildcat will bang you up a bit, but you will have fun! The Fahrenheit is pretty cool. There's a water slide ride with a big drop at the end... go on that if you want to get soaked and have some fun! Stay hydrated and go with some good friends! There are restaurants surrounding Hershey Park and you can leave and go out to eat if you would like. I heard the park food is pretty expensive. Enjoy yourselves! I will come again with more friends and experience more rides

Dan G

Most families come for the day just to go to the park are you coming for the weekend I recommend the Hershey Lodge. There's an indoor water park outdoor mini-golf outdoor swimming pool see you arrive unpack go play some Putt-Putt jump in the pool and then go to the park. If you if you're not at the roller coasters I recommend the zoo and then go to the Botanical Gardens it's truly magical. And there's every restaurant in the surrounding areas that you can imagine.

Aduragbemi Okiji

Had a great time. Amazing rides with circulating entertainment like the band and mascots. My favorite part was the roller coaster water ride. I definitely recommend.

John Yaeger

Very nice park. Had a lot of fun, but Saturday was VERY crowded. 45 minutes to get lunch. The restaurants, particularly the Wurstgrill and Moe's, needs to run more efficiently. Other than that, a great day.

Danny Alvarado

The staff are pleasant. The park is very clean. The attractions are thrilling! Mid-week has the least crowd! They also have a great variation of restaurants! It's just a great getaway!

Kim Pulley

I went there a few times as a child and it was just okay, nothing spectacular.....but now that I have a daughter the experience was far better because they have upgraded and revamped the park to include a water park and Zoo.....it was great experience for the whole family.... Planning to revisit before the season is over...

Avamarie G

Currently under construction in the entryway to the park. There accomodations for said construction left much to be desired. My family and I were there on a Saturday and the amount of people in attendance at the park was absurd. They could not comfortably and enjoyably accommodate the crowd size for the day. We rode 3 rides all day.

dezzy g

Had a great time. Customer service all around the park was excellent!! If you like playing carnival games bring money. Eat before you come, and you can bring in your own drink. Be mindful they check bags (only) so keep it simple. Bring comfy shoes because you will walk and wait a lot like any amusement park. The wolves in the zoo are SUPER playful with each other so check them out. It's cute

Maggie Bowman

Great family fun park. Fun rides and clean. Try to come mid-week to avoid the crowds. Best to get the all day drink and meal deals if you plan to eat in the park. They also have a discounted games pass for $19 that gives you the chance to play some of the games of chance at a discounted rate. It's a great place to have a fun-filled family day!

CN P

Had a great time at Hershey Park. Something for everyone. Went on a Monday in the summer. Lots if people but not too crowded. They are doing a lot of construction at the entrance of the park. More rides and shops to come. Couldn't finish the park in 1 day. Definitely need a few days there to see everything.

Ilene Rivera-Small

You could literally spend an entire day and not see the entire park. The day my family and I visited, it was raining, but we were still able to see most of the sights. I was pleasantly surprised with the zoo as they had animals that my local zoo doesn't have.

Taylor Kump

Hersheypark is always a great time. Food and tickets are kind of expensive but their season pass program seems to definitely be worth it and I will be trying it out next year. The rides are always fun, no matter how many times you ride them. Lots of fun!

Loretta Smith

The two employees who helped us with the ride were amazing. I would give them 10 stars, however the others in the biggest candy store, not so much help. It was extremely crowded and they should have had more employees working on a weekend.

ana rolon

Hershey Park is always amazing. We had a great time! One of the best places to go in my opinion. There is so much to do and we always have more to do when we come back!

Hans Jung

Great rides. Son was a Reese's so he got to go on his first roller coaster and absolutely loved it. Fast pass is Definitely worth getting for the next visit.

Valerie Hughes

Very clean place , a lot fun . My two boys enjoyed so much. We definitely returning. If you are looking for a good time with your family this is the place!.

Kathy Lemons

We went in Sept and 1/2 or more of the rides where closed and also the food stations where either closed or half staffed . There were hours of wait time for everything . Making it impossible to do more then 4 rides for the little ones and two for the adults . Way too expensive for off season due to lack of workers . free tour was so fake . Only good part was the store .

Zak Konstas

So much fun to have all around! Plus there's Chocolate about everywhere. A great place for thrills for the whole family. I love the rollercoasters! It is a bit pricey, however, it might be wise to budget.

Patrick Neiderer

I grew up with Hershey park and loved it...but now it's was too crowded...I'm sure this review will mean nothing to them but it's simply way too crowded. You could wait in line for 90% of your day to ride 5 coasters once

Chris King

Great rides, plenty of food, lots of games. Wait times for rides on a Sunday in the fall were reasonable. Prices on everything were acceptable. Only negative were the number of rides that were closed the whole day.

Usher fastnfuryos

Reminded me of my young days when I used to come here. It still had the same amazing atmosphere. Anything that makes you feel like a kid again is an automatic 5 stars

Leon Lewis

We returned to Hershey Park as we were given 50% off passes due to an unfortunate experience around labor day. This trip was much more enjoyable as the lines were shorter due to most kids being in school now and the food seemed better probably too because did not have to wait as long for it :-). All jokes aside, the Hershey world experience is far better, though just as expensive.

Tj Thomas

Several rides were closed which caused the lines for all other rides to be extra long. I got a burger at the food court that was cold and overpriced. Several of the soda machines were inoperable. Really just a pathetic excuse for an amusement park Edit: Thanks to Hershey Park for talking to my girlfriend and offering compensation. We appreciate the customer service.

Ray Rodriguez

Venue is a great place to see a show in the summer but they need to address the exiting after the show ends. There is no hired help to direct the traffic to exit the lots. How can a huge place like Hershey Park not have hired help to direct people out in an orderly fashion??

M W

Kids loved it - can you blame them? Lines are long on weekends and when its hot it's a bit painful. If you have the preview pass for the night before, dont miss out on shorter lines for the big rides. I would suggest going on a weekday if at all possible - for your sanity!

Cecilia Castaneda

I was born and raised in the Reading area and went to Hersheypark many times as a child. I now live in Arizona and come back to PA every summer with my children and we always visit Hershey, even if it's only a day trip to Chocolate World. I love sharing my childhood experiences with my own children and seeing them react like I did.

Yomi Ikotun

So much fun! There’s something for everyone including toddlers. We spent 3 days with a 2 day ticket as you don’t need tickets to explore the Hershey’s chocolate world.

Frank Andrews

Love Hershey park. Usually a great experience, today though, many rides and other areas not open. I don't think it was all weather related.

Benjamin Zeigler

It is nice enough, most places within at relatively clean, and most are in decent condition. Some of the roller coasters.. Damn man.. They are wild! As long as you don't mind a 1 hour wait for a <1 minute experience. Credit to the staff though, they move people through as a very solid pace, there are just a LOT of people.

Angie Johnson

We live close so we got a season pass. We are very new to the area.If you really like roller coasters this is your place. I would be disappointed if I spent $70 to watch kiddie rides. I would go later on in the day for the discounted tickets and eat at Wendy's or something on the way in. The prices later are about half off. My six-year-old had a great time.

Anna Ramdyal

It was great. I wouldn't suggest going when it rains because most of the roller coasters shut down. This happened to me, but I enjoyed the rides I was able to go on. Would really recommend wildcat, lightening racer, and comet

Matthew Phillips

Every year seems to be more and more enjoyable! Family friendly, reasonable wait times. Needs a few more easily accessible smoking areas.

Jason Wells

Definitely recommend getting advance tickets, and getting there early, as parking fills up quick. The trolley ride is well worth it, though they don't stop so you can take pictures of the historical things they tell you about, such as the Kiss light posts.

Jeni Barnette

Loved everything!! From the rides to the staff, to the very clean restrooms. Hershey Park is a place that has something for everyone in the family! Its definitely worth the trip to have a day of good clean family fun!!

Jacob Walker

Fun as always. However, the entire park smells like a urinal by the end of the summer. I'd recommend downloading their app. Has been useful to find rides and see wait times.

Bianca S

Fun park I enjoyed years ago and had the joy to vist again as an adult. Overall great experience for almost any age even if you dislike roller coasters like I do. There are still plenty of things to see and do and other rides to go on.

Dalton Wilson

My family and I make the trip to the park at least once a year and always have great time! The park has attractions for all ages and a great food selection. Very clean park with very friendly staff!

Rin

As someone who used to work at DisneyWorld, I have to say this park is great! It's a lot of fun, everything is clean and well kept. The rides are great, the food is good! Will definitely return!

Paul Hogate

Awesome family fun. Best combo of coasters and little kid friendly rides on the east coast. Clean and we'll maintained facilities. At times feels like your in Disney. As I'm writing this, listing to live ragtime band. Highly recommended.

Nick R

Really disappointed with how long the lines were for any of the thrill rides. We had a good experience overall, but only because our kids are young enough to able to focus on the smaller kids rides. Anything that included adults was over an hour of waiting (with some significantly more). Chocolate World was great, and if I have one piece of advice plan to go there for lunch. It’s far cheaper than anything that is in the park and you get free refills.

Brian Chong

Love the theme park. Been coming here for the past 3 years and a season pass holder. They have rides from toddlers to the ill seekers. They also have water parks. My family enjoys coming to the park.

Michael Cruz

I have two kids 11 and 5. The park is kid friendly clean. The staff are great as well. Every time We go we take old school photos. My youngest is able to get on almost every ride by herself or accompanied by adult.

Betty Wieczorek

This place was amazing. Everyone of all ages can enjoy their time there. All the staff members were always polite and helpful. Be sure to go early for there is so much to see and do there. Prices were great even in the gift shops. My 2 yr old granddaughter absolutely loved the 4D movie. A must see. Enjoy....I certainly did.

Mike Redpath

Had a blast! Food at all the restraints are pricey but your in there so that’s expected. The rides are great. Felt the lines moved pretty good for some of the size of the lines. Lots to do lots to see. Went with wife & kids and we all had a great time.

Sandi Benati

Haven’t been here in awhile. Loved the new exhibits. Took the trolley through town which I recommend to do at least once. Need to go back again to visit the other exhibits

Kendra Durfee

Huge amusement park! Lots of fun. App is easily navigated, and uses GPS so you can figure out exactly where you are and need to go. Information given about rides on the app as well! Ride lines were long, but to be expected. Cooling stations plus some waiting lines have fans. Prices are to be expected as well. Water park is big! Didn't get to Zoo America because of everything to do in the park. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Would definitely go back again!

Mehernosh Deboo

We went for the Chocolate tour which was very well explained and enjoyed the tour. We also enjoyed the 4D show and picked up good bargains while buying the chocolates. It was worth traveling all the way here from Corning and then putting up at Harrisburg.

Алексей Горбачев

Great park with thrill rides and a small water park. We went at the evening, and got a discounted sunset ticket. We got no lines, and were able to ride every ride a few times. Parking is $15, which was a bit pricey though. Highly recommended!!

Kim C

Lots of fun, the roller coasters were great. Food wasn't the best, but we are only the fast food from the stands. The chocolate of course was amazing!

Stacey Beatty

The fun of this place is overshadowed by the crowds and lines. You only really get to enjoy a handful of rides in a day unless you opt to pay about the price of a Disney ticket to use the fast pass. It's honestly not worth going anymore. The price of tickets and parking keeps increasing, but you get to do less and less with your money.

Elsa Yeager

Park is fun but guessing since school started they don't have half the rides going and I am not talking about water rides. Several coasters were not open and some smaller rides either weren't working or closed early. All day food pass is very limited and not really worth it. The longest line we were on was the line for food. Took 1 1/2 hours for my son to get chicken nuggets.why he waited that long I don't know.

Liza Bacon

It was the last weekend of the season. A lot of the rides were closed and they were understaffed. This caused excessively long wait times for even the little kid rides. It is tough on little kids to wait so long in the heat. Normally love Hershey Park, but today was the busiest I have ever seen it and the park was not prepared.

Angela Allen

Yes! Love it. So many rides big and small. We had 9 kids in our group age range 9months to 17 years. There was something for everyone. The entry price is so much more affordable than Disney/ universal. The water park is included and is a really good one. The zoo is okay but a nice place to get away from the crowds. This was our second time here from Ohio and they have added so much more. If you want a good burger get it from the Nathan’s stand!

Paul Baker

Pretty cool experience. It is definitely not an actual factory tour, if that's what you looking for. It's just a set up simulation, but still pretty neat, never the less. Definitely not worth the $ though. We still had fun.

Tony Minser

It was a fun place to visit. Judging by the way the lines were set up, the park expects a large number of people at a time. We went at an off peak time, and there was almost no waiting. Th experiences were fun, but over priced. Personalize candy bar was not worth it as an adult but worth it for my 5yr old.

kid S

Our favorite place to go year round for family fun. Great for couples, families or if you just want to get away on your own to explore and have fun. Lots of great food and fun rides plus the Hershey tour is awesome

Sutogo Ichigo

This park his huge! 14 roller coasters and a new one coming in 2020! If you come later in the day, prepare for two hours of waiting in line per ride, which reduces the amount of rides you'll get to experience because of the wait time. The earlier you get there the better.

Amanda Sachse

I went on a Saturday around 7pm. I only wanted to visit the informative part and not do the amusement park. You can see the inside, take a simulated factory tour and buy stuff without paying admission, or pick from a few different activity options. There's a trolley tour, make your own candy bar, chocolate tasting tour, and a 4D movie. My friend and I did the chocolate tasting tour and the movie. They were cute, obviously more kid centered, but we got.some candy out of it! We also stood in line for the simulated factory tour. The line is deceptively long, it curves around and around where you can't see. So if you can see people standing in line on the second floor, you have at least a 20 min wait. The place was jam packed with people and strollers and stuff to buy. There was actual food as well as sweet stuff and apparel.

Asaf Bochman

Sweetest place on Earth. Good go for 2 days because there is so much to see and tons of walking. I suggest you bring really comfortable shoes, sunscreen, case for phone not to get wet and a fun attitude. The food has been elevated here big time and is quite good. Staff is super nice and trained really well to put the visit first. They really emphasize safety and fun. And chocolate. Tons of chocolate.

Phillip Phil

I enjoyed my time at this amusement park. It is very family oriented and the amount of things that are available here is outrageous. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who has a day in the area. Tickets are often sold at discount rates and there are events year round for holidays. Take the family and enjoy the day with them.

Moira Dillon

I love Hershey Park and make it a point to visit it every year. They are going through renovations and I am excited to see what will happen with it. This past weekend was Labor day weekend and I would not recommend that as a weekend to visit. It's the busiest it has ever been and wasn't super enjoyable. I recommend a non holiday weekend with your day ending with chocolate world!

Jodie M

The location is great, the rides and attractions are comparative to any of the big parks with a few extra perks. The water park inside is complementary and therefore great as most places require separate tickets for the water park. It was also nice to be able to take water and snacks into the park so that saved us a tonne of money. And lunch prices were not crazy comparative to outside. Drinks are definitely expensive but it was a great experience for my family. We will definitely consider doing it again

Frank Marcellino

This is the fun place for the Northeast. Lots to do, maybe to much. I recommend that you research what is in the park and determine what the kids can ride on. Interesting observation, only 6 employees had a smile on there face, and I'm pretty sure they were challenged kids. No one else really cared. And to ask about rides or directions there were few that could help. Those were the only negative. The rest is positive, chocolate!

Sai Sankar

Very exciting and thrilling rides. A great buzzing environment. The perfect place to spend a warm summer day.The only let down is the insanely long wait time for each ride.

Big D

What's not to love?! Didn't realize it was the RV show when I booked my trip, crazy lines to get into the parking lot, but the park was no more crowded than usual. It's always immaculate and staff is nice, new food options (although extremely slow lines at lunch) as well as some new rides. My favorite park.

Karen Reel

Hersheypark has something for everyone. We ranged in age from 1 to 60 and we all had a blast. The water rides are amazing and the roller coasters exciting

Lindsay Mirsky

Hershey Park is a great amusement park and fun water park. This was my first experience. I have never been there. My experience there was great and amazing. I had fun and enjoy myself

Alex Alexa

This place is so amazing and incredible. I went with my family and had a lot of fun. We even couldn't finish visiting the park it's so huge.

Anthony Roberts

Nice place! My wife really loved making her own candy bar. Plus free chocolate on every ride!

Lindsay de Bien

Hersheypark is an amazing park! There's a ton to do no matter what your age/height is. I gave it 4 stars because I wish it was more affordable for a family to go.

Marci Daley

you have the option of going into the amusement park or taking a free tour and learning about how Hershey makes their chocolates. You get into little cars that take you through a simulated factory. At the end you get a sample. your picture is taken with option to buy at the end. Souvenir shop is there to purchase various items. FYI as for the ride would suggest caution for people with walkers or issues with walking as you have to be careful when leaving ride area. Other than that enjoy

peter pinkham

It's a terrific place for young adults particularly those with young kids plenty of things to keep the little ones busy. Like it any amusement park, there's lots of side attractions designed to help part you from your money. All in all it was pretty professionally run the place was very very clean and it was a great experience. It was lots of parking, and having the tram to ride from the parking lot down to the actual Park entrance very very smart idea. My two granddaughters had fun, the wife and I did as well. Have a lot of roller coasters if your kids are real thrill-seekers. The water park is pretty good as well.

Naman Pandey

Free parking for 3 hours. The store is beautiful and has a free ride about chocolate making process. Everything else you have to pay. Cafe inside the store has nice Hershey shakes and s’mores

Michael Byrd

Love this place! And so much to do. If you're going to visit for just one day, pace yourself. It's best if you can spend at least two days at Hersheypark. Then you won't feel so rushed. Even better, especially if you live fairly close, get season passes. They're so worth it! They give you so many more options to visit and special access perks too. Personally I love the wooden coasters the best. And the water park is fantastic. Remember to stay hydrated when it's hot. And wear comfy walking shoes. And have FUN!

Sandra Zelaya

I went for the first time with my kids , I’m from Washington DC (2 hours from the park) The Place is Amazing , Rides and the water rides too , There are restaurant for affordable price maybe $15 per person , everything is clean and the staff is friendly and also I believe is good for two days because there is so much to do and see

BMPGplayz

It was amazing. A few of the workers were rude and disrespecful but the majority were really nice and understanding. It was an awesome time for my first time coming here. I cannot wait for Hershey town coming the summer of 2020! It was a really awesome place and i cannot wait to come again!

Brent K

Had a great time. Fun rides and attractions.(Ride seats not designed for taller riders). Walked too much because the maps aren't very accurate. Did the all day food and drink deal and saved lots of money! Next time I'm on the east coast, I'll go back.

Marelys Feliz-Garcia

It was so much fun. If you had to leave but wanted to come back that same day you would get this stamp on your arm I think it is waterproof too!!! Anyway I truly enjoyed it I recommend this park for ANYONE if little kids and adults!!!!!♥️♥️♥️

Amy Deibler

It is a fun family amusement park. All the entertainment was excellent. Food was a bit pricey, but that is par for the course. Many places to sit and relax and enjoy the happy atmosphere. Friendly staff always liiking to help people!

Jada Rojas

When I went I don't reccomed going on weekends they are very full my family had problems and if u went to to reach out your arm you would touch another person so never go on weekends we were there for 8 hours and only went on five rides since of the craziness if you plan on coming during a concert day it will be horrible traffic when you leave it is a nice park overall I wouldn't bring young kids there since its more of an young adult park so I would say 12 and up and if you don't like roller coasters I wouldn't say that's the place to go my friends sister went there and it was a waste of money since she didn't like over half the rides but overall it is a great park and it will be even more nice next year with the things they are building there. Another good factor is its very clean there and didn't see much garbage.

Tim Benningfield

It is a beautiful place, a great place to take the kids. It is set in a beautiful little town. Everything about Hershey, Pa, the park, tours, etc. Is well done, beautifully kept and family oriented. It can be a little pricey, especially the hotels in Hersey itself, but hey what isn't these days. It was well worth it to me to see the joy and happiness on the little man's face and all the other kids and families there having an amazing time. Definitely would recommend this for a family trip!!!!!

mohinderjit khurana

Very nice, no ticket, free parking. Huge rush. But enjoyed. Don't think about eating inside. Better go to the nearby market which has all pizza restaurants.

The Crazy K's

One of the best amusement parks ever. From the museum, to the great rides and even having a mini zoo makes it well worth the money! Would recommend any day of the week.

Elizabeth Montoya-LaPorte

Overall the experience was tremendous but our favorite part was the man working the milk jug game, we believe his name was Ben. His customer service was absolutely phenomenal, and he made our day at the park just that much better! We will definitely be more likely to come back thanks to this lovely young man named Ben!!

Tanya Parson

My family and I went to Hershey Park on July 4, 2019. We had a wonderful time. The staff was very helpful with directions to the rides and water park. They have rides for all ages. My grandchildren were so excited. The food was delicious. It was nice to see the different characters dancing. The zoo is a added bonus to Hershey Park. Thank you to all of the Hershey Park staff. We definitely will be back!

Anika Siraj

Great place for concerts and the park was full of activities too. I personally loved the free Hersheypark chocolate tour! They gave us free chocolates in the end of the tour!

Lititia Lawrence

Saw KISS & the venue was very accommodating to everyone! They offer a tram service to shuttle you to and from the parking lots. There were a lot of ushers and staff that were very helpful. Definitely suggest seeing a concert there if you get a chance!!

Tim Jacoboski

Incredible first visit here! Park is charming and nice to look at, ride collection is top notch, staff very accommodating, and food was pretty good. Only downside was Storm Runner was not open, but would love to come back many many times!

Shane Y

Had a great time during my visit a while back. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful. The park was well-maintained, very clean, and everything seemed to be in working order. Fantastic place to visit. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to spend a day. Decent selection of rides.

Erin Jarosinski

Hersheypark is a great place for all ages! The boardwalk (water park) is wonderful. They have rides for people of all ages. They have 14 roller coasters and 1 in the making. There's tons of rides for toddlers. Admission isn't any more than any other amusement park I've been to and you get more bang for your buck at Hershey. The employees are all very helpful and friendly. Park maps are very easy to read which makes navigating through the park easy. Tons of food options too!

Mortimer Meanders

Took the tour. Hasn’t changed in 30 years, this visit 2019. Last visit 1989. The chocolate store is fantastic. It seemed all the candy I like is made by this company. The lines to pay are long (evening) but move very fast. Very efficient checkouts.

Our favorite amusement park! Great for younger kids, very clean, and employees are really nice. If you go really really early or stay until closing, you can avoid the crowds.

Trevor Foster

So a lot has changed at Hershey. Primarily the entrance has been completely redesigned. Actually the original is gone, DOA. For some of us old timers who went there as kids, the old entrance created a “Hershey” charm that will be missed. But I am sure the younger folks and families will appreciate the more efficient entrance.

Erika Kao

Hersheypark was absolutely amazing. I would go back there a hundred times before I went back to Disney. It's very clean, the staff is wonderful, and everybody had a great time.

Jennifer Patterson

What an awesome experience. Be sure to buy tickets in advance. We did and got to experience everything, but by like 11am most of the tickets are we sold out. We started at 10am and left at about 2pm.. It is an all day activity, but just a lot of fun and informational. Miss Allison was an awesome teacher.. entertaining, fun and just a great show. The trolley ride was full information and knowledge about Hershey empire. Dirk and Mr. Gary kept us engaged on the trolley ride. The town of Hershey is just awesome. Go you will not regret it. Worth every penny!!!

Haifa Alajlan

Amazing park it’s so big there’s the chocolate factory where you can see how does they make chocolate and also you can make your own witches awesome,Then there’s a games area for children and adults ,Also their is a Zoo kids will have a lot of fun ,And all the way long you will see a souvenir shops ,They sell bus ticket tour around Hershey’s city which is wonderful your going to see Hershey’ factory owner house and a lot of other interesting things . Great for families.

Cynthia Curley

What fun with our granddaughter! Water rides are awesome! Just wish that once you pay for the locker rental you can use any Locker in the park because you are walking around to the different Park attractions.

Babu Haldorai

We went there on Memorial Day weekend. The park was full and weather was good as well. We enjoyed our experience in the park. My two year old kid was able to ride few rides which he enjoyed. The water was bit cold, kids were shivering, I guess because it it was the first session of the season. Please plan to bring cash if you like to buy stuffs on the go. The food counters are pretty crowded during peak lunch time, plan you lunch break ahead. Expect long queue for the rides. If you planning to have all the rides I suggest we need a two day pass, if not some rides and all water rides alone, one day ticket should be enough. Lots of chocolate to purchase in the chocolate world. We did not check the zoo America as it was late for the day. Overall it is a good experience and a nice place to have family time in the summer.

Aileen Blas

My family and I love Hershey. If you visit on a hot day, save Tidal Force for last...you'll get soaked! Also, fantastic milkshakes are in Chocolate World. I'm looking forward to next year when a new section opens!

Tanya Haydt

Only rating it a 3 for the day we went since the HS and college kids went back to school so the stands were pretty understaffed. Waiting in line for food was easily an hour. The indoor cafeteria style restaurant was dirty, the floor was sticky and again, that may just be due to the major decrease in employees. I really do not like that the kiddie rides are scattered everywhere. I like parks where all the kiddie rides are in one area, a ton easier than walking around for what feels like an eternity!

Cari Ellison

We got there about ten to fifteen minutes early before the Sunset pass started. My kids were hungry and thirsty (it was a long car ride) and they refused to let us in... To spend money. I think when you pay that much money they can be a little more reasonable with little ones in tow. A lot of rides that my son was big enough to ride were shut down. We had Backstreet Boy tickets after the amusement park and the staff at the gate were amazing, but security and staff inside the venue were unprofessional, unprepared, and unorganized. It was a nightmare. My 7 yeah old daughter and I were separated from my husband and son, we were shoves and pushed and soaked. Security yelled at me in a nasty manner in front of child to take shelter when there was no room to get in for a while. We had no choice. Then they let us out to spend more money only to cancel the show one song in .There was no parking attendants directing traffic at all, it was a nightmare. Overall we had a bad experience here, but luckily made the best of it after traveling so far. Customer service was of no help and I hope you guys really make changes necessary

Kiara Gopie

Great place for family fun! The rides are amazing and exciting! If you're planning to go at a time at which the lines are not very long, go right after it opens! The lines are short for the about the next two and a half hours! The food is great and the staff are very helpful if you get lost and they give positive and polite attitudes! I also recommend going to Chocolate World, it's a huge gift shop right outside the actual park (near the parking lot) and it's FILLED with goods and gifts and all products from all Hershey brands (Reese's, Hershey Chocolates, etc.) This place is a great experience from the time you get there to the time you leave! Have fun!

Robert Harper

Here I go again-per the "owners" request I contacted them by website submission page because there was no way to respond through this review. Website said it would take 3-5 days to respond. I received a confirmation email saying my concern was being forwarded to the right department and I should hear back shortly. I have now waited another 10 days to here back from any employee regarding this request for followup. REALY? 10 days with no followup? I am a very patient person that has years of experience in retail customer service and this is definitely not the way to earn a customers business. - original posting: 3 days of trying to contact zoo America educational zoo tours, finally got through to the zoo and was told I had to be transferred to a direct extension that handles the specific tour. This was after being on hold for a total of 1 & 1/2 hours over the 3 days. It's not like I live 15m away we have a 6 hour drive. And like staying near the attractions we visit. I haven't been there in 20 years and thought it would be fun to visit with the family for a day in both parks. They obviously have grown too big to remember who helped get them there.. I will spend my hard earned money that took me all year to save up somewhere else that appreciates good customer service. Maybe you should think about hiring staff that can answer a phone in under 30 minutes.

Jeff Saunders

My family had a blast here! We did the full tour and loved it! Made our own chocolate bars and everything. Great memories

David Nickelson, PsyD, JD

We've been to every park every built, and of all the one's we return to regularly, this is it. By far the best value for the ticket price, and they are always finding ways to improve or add new attractions. Very much a family park...good rides, especially coasters, and if you are like me , and just don't get the whole 3D video, roll around in a sound-stage kinds of rides that seem to be in en vogue, then this is the place for you. Heck, who else actually celebrates having an original Scrambler and Tilt-A Whirl? Big plus is that it a long established park with lots of trees and green, and a might good water park too (it just gets crazy busy in the summer). Big family recommend.

Dan Webb

The people that work here are the greatest. They are always so helpful and eager to answer questions and make the most of our visit so amazing . loved it and the concert was amazing KISS

Meagan xo

At this time of year the water part is closed. So today being 84° we really could of used a water day. Super hot. They sell a $16.75 cup that you can refill all day for free. Only problem with that was almost every single machine I went to today had absolutely NO ICE! There were a few rides closed which made other lines have an even longer wait time. A few things closed early when the closing time of the park is 10pm. The kids had a blast and so did the adults. So overall it was a blast. We can't wait to come back in 2020 and see how great the new Chocolate Town is and looks.

Logan Lopez

Went as things are slowing down (off season). They didn't fully staff the entire park so some of the rides were not open. I understand and the most popular rides were open. My daughter had a blast! The kids rides have lines but they move fast. The bigger rides get huge lines as the day goes on. Get there early and get the big rides out of the way, then do the small stuff.

Veronica Hannah

Wow! What a amazing place. It was very busy but we still had a great time. We just did the tour of the factory which was incredible. I have small children so do everything would take a couple of days. We can wait to go back. Thanks from Canada.

Rylee King

One of the best theme parks I've been to. We got season passes this year and have already been to the park 4 times, so we've definitely gotten our money's worth. The park has both rides for the thrill seekers and the little kids. I would definitely recommend this park to everyone.

Krissy Guttshall

Love Hersheypark but it is so disappointing when you pay so much money and you can only get on a few rides because it is so over crowded. I wish they could figure out a way to limit the crowds. It was pretty crazy that the wait times were 2 hours for rides.

Caleb Nguyen

Very fun place for the whole family. Good directional signs so you can tell where you are and where you are going. There is rides and attractions for all age. The only thing I had a problem with was the wait times for the rides and without the fast pass it takes forever to get on a ride. Have fun at Hershey Park!

Jen Hughes

This place is awesome! Worth a day trip because the tickets are fairly-priced, the rides are fun, and they have a Nathan's inside the park. Also the Hersey's characters that walk around are super nice and go the extra mile to be funny & friendly, especially to little kids!

Erika Dreyer

This park is really well taken care of and bigger than we thought. We enjoyed our trip here immensely! Get there early to avoid some of the rush.

Hector Valle

Excellent place to spend the day in family, great theme park with great rides, their kiddie water park is great for the little ones as well as the rides. Had an awesome time with the family I can say we had a sweet time at Hershey, can hardly wait to check out their new attraction next summer named Chocolate Town.

Abe Ortiz

Best park in the world besides Busch Gardens Williamsburg! This is an amazingly beautiful park; from the hospitality to even the rest rooms dry towels Hershey Park truly cares about its guests and spares no expense. I highly recommend all of you to visit this park at some point in your lives, it truly is a 'can't miss' destination!

Ryan Booth

This place was and is great!! Very family friendly. The staff that works there is super friendly and very helpful! The park was very clean and well maintained. My family will definitely be making a return trip in the future.

Misael Gonzalez

This place is great. The scenery is spectacular, great attention every detail. They have fun rides for all ages.

Anthony Charles

Perfect place for family entertainment. Don't forget to experience make your own chocolate bar! It's a beautiful little town too

Wenbo Zhang

Hershey park is an awesome place for family fun weekend. The water park suites for children and adults. Its turkey leg tastes perfect. Only tip is going there as early as possible. You will love to spend the whole day there! Don’t forget bring changes and water bottles. If you wear glasses, it’s a dood idea to bring glasses tie strips with you.

Fabienne Williams

Great for thrill seeking people! Crazy rollercoasters and the lines weren't even that bad! We also loved the water spraying fans in line :D had a great day!

Kinbo Lee

Great variety of rides and attractions. We enjoyed the down time between roller coasters to feed the birds, and spent some time enjoying the lazy river. Highly recommend getting there early so you can get your roller coasters out of the way and take it easy the rest of the day.

sue hawn

Hershey park was so much fun! It was our first time there and we had a blast! I will say though if you are coming from out of town avoid going the 2nd to last weekend of August, apparently PA schools open that following week and everyone and their mama was there

Ryan Reed

A very clean and exciting park. Good for all ages. However if you don't ride much your not really getting your monies worth. Expect long lines especially on the weekends.

Dennis Armiento

Our family loves this place. We love their Hershey lodge also. Only problem is lines are to long. I don't mind but kids can't wait 20-30 mins for a kiddie ride? Speed pass is great but way over priced for the amount of kids rides.otherwise it's great place for the family.

Janet Lewis

We visited midweek at the end of the season and had a great time. No huge crowds or lines to the rides. The staff was all very polite and patient. The grounds were very clean and well-kept. The only real complaint we had was that not all of the food and game venues were open, presumably because it wasn't a weekend or during peak season.

Todd Schultze

I've been loving Hershey for the last 50 years. Obviously it has grown a lot, but the history is still very consistent. Recent visit was on labor day weekend - crowds were heavy, but that is to be expected. Park app consistently estimated the ride waits longer than they actually were. Several thrilling coasters which is all I'll ride. Zoo section was interesting but small.

Ken P

Haven't been here since I was a kid. It was fun to see all the changes. If you're driving through on the nearby interstate and have time, stop in! You don't have to pay to see the really cool store and get the "factory tour." It's not really a tour of the factory, but a ride that explains the history of the company and community. Plus, you get a free mini chocolate at the end.

David Cope

So much fun. Was in town with the family and we decided to see what the hype was about. Totally an awesome park. Best fries ever!!

Todd Engle

You might run into longer lines but this is nothing from the park. It just goes to show that people want to be here and on these rides. Great mix of classic rides along with thrill seeking coasters. Great time spent for a day.

Jennifer Riedman

Great rides for all ages. Well organized and clean even with a tremendous amount of construction going on. Staff for the most part were helpful and friendly. It would have been nice to have a lot more fans with misters blowing while on line and walking around the park. It was 102 degrees when we were there.

Emma Burgos

I had so much fun at Hershey park with my family we stayed at a hotel that was so roomy and so beautiful it was a great experience thank you Mari and Melodie and Pennywise oh and the stores were great they had all kinds of chocolate and candies and a variety of clothes and the park was so much fun fun fun. I really enjoyed it.

Blonde Beard

This place is so much fun. My family has season passes and they are totally worth it. We have been there at least 4 times and we still plan to go to a few more seasonal events.

T F

The seats were not very "personal space" friendly. Thankfully I didn't mind my hips touching the ladies next to me the entire time I was seated. The view wasn't terribly great because of the setup. Had a great time because of the show I saw, but I'm hoping they come to a different venue next time.

Tanya Nuñez

Had a great time with my kids. Line wait was as to be expected. Only thing I did not like was people would have one person wait in line then the rest of the family would jump the line when it was close to their turn sometimes being up to 10 extra people. Otherwise it was a great time.

Brian Brown

Had a fantastic weekend. 57yrs old and did 10 of the 13 roller coasters with my son...so much fun!! My son won 2 big stuffed animals doing the ring toss.

Darlene Booker

We went to Hershey Park as part of our family vacation. We all had a great time. We took the tour at Hershey World and made our own candy bars with the customized wrapper.

Joseph Dutko

Great amusement park, loads of rides for all ages. Grounds are very clean and neat, as are the rides. We come at least once a year and have not been disappointed. It makes for a fun filled day with plenty of activity regardless of age. One downer though, very few foods that are good for you let alone inexpensive. You will have a blast regardless of the food issues. You'll enjoy.
