I took my little cousin there and he had a blast. The staff was knowledgable and made sure all the kids enjoyed their time there. They made sure everything was safety first and all the workers were energetic and willing to joke with the kids.

My family went on a Sunday morning for 10am and they told us that there was a kids jump for 46in and under until 12pm. There was nothing on the website that said anything about it.

Took my daughter here over the weekend; it wasn't bad, but compared to the nearby Skyzone it's somewhat lacking. There appears to be less jump space, children under 4ft are relegated to a smaller section, and there was no concession area, just vending machines scattered about. I didn't see any adults jumping either. Overall, Flight seems ideal for kids over 4ft.

This is a wonderful place for children it's a place where parents can relax the staff is very interactive with the guests. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has nothing to do, and is active or wants to be. Management was very kind and the staff would help little kids in dodgeball, I would visit again if given the chance.

I had an amazing time the first 2 times I visited. The rules seem to change depending on staff or management and I was very disappointed. When I first went I was told I could jump with my daughter and did the entire time so my parents bought me a gift card as a birthday gift so I could take my daughter on a regular basis. Well the next time I went I was embarrassed and told I couldn't jump with her or I had to leave. It's not part of your overhead rule announcements and my family spent the money thinking I could jump with my 4 year old. I'm from out of state and didn't even want to go back and use the rest of my gift card because of this. How can you tell me one thing then a few days later change your story. You should be ashamed. I went at a time there were maybe 4 other kids and they were not near me.

It's a trampoline park, there are crowds, and some people do not use deodorant, how is that the businesses fault? They need to make money and the facility can hold a decent amount of people. As far as body odor, well, good hygiene isn't a requirement for entry. I can't speak for other problems people are mentioning.

Flight is an exciting place to go with friends or family! Flight is a great place to go with your family during the day especially on Monday nights, they have a special Family Night! Now if you want to spend more time with your friends without any adult supervision, I recommend Club Flight! It is every Friday and Saturday night from 9-11 pm for ages 14 and up only. It is a great place for teenagers and young adults to go and be with each other!

Management needs to change birthday party policy not only is the party rushed& unenjoyable because they over book parties charge a arm and leg and leave a very bad impression while doing so. Gifts were collected at the door by staff for all the parties .So when our birthday child was opening his gifts which when we finnally got in party room was very rushed we noticed several gifts were missing when guests were looking for his items , the staff were able to locate two in other rooms or left up front but one was never found. We were told this has happened a few times which is a few too many if you ask me.This in unfair to the birthday child and embarrassing for the families involved. The crew did try to handle a situation that they no offense are not very well trained at by passing the blame a few times andTaking a couple bucks off and apologizing does not change the 500 dollar less than stellar experience.I hope in the future a safer more organized party will be had by others. Gifts need better protection than using your current system and as you all are making money hand over fist for these parties I feel they should be more organized and the gifts and cards should be more secured or left with the parents or party host for security reasons.

We took our daughter in for her 8th birthday on February 10. The woman at the customer service desk was very friendly and helpful, especially as this was our first visit. It's very clean. My issue is that there are signs everywhere stating that there are to be no flips, etc. There was a group of 6 young men, about 17 years old, doing backflips and double flips and although my daughter was impressed with their abilities, she was afraid to jump because they kept spreading out and taking over every area of the trampolines. There were three workers watching this take place who said nothing. I was annoyed because, quite frankly, why bother having rules if you aren't going to enforce them. It was a safety risk for all the elementary kids who wanted to jump. I sign a waiver, assuming the rules will be enforced to prevent injury. Not so that older kids can do as they please and put my child at risk of injury.

This place is ok but on Black Friday they offered a deal on their website for 50% off a birthday party booked in December. The call to action was a button to email them, so I did. I never heard from them so I called today and was informed it was for in park only. So why do you advertise it online? It's also still up on their website and makes no mention that you have to be in park. The girl who answered just said, Sorry it's not for online or available anymore. I will be taking my 2 kids birthday parties to Sky Zone.

This location of amusement was exceptionally epic. Shane, Mark, and Jordan were very kind and respectful to us. What I really appreciate is when things got too lit for safety, they laid down the law. They made sure we were safe but we also had a great time. It was also very clean and I did not notice any dirtiness in any of the attractions. Overall a very cool experience.

Flight is such a fun place to go for all ages! Me and my little brother went and I thought we both wouldn't be able to jump because I saw a lot of older kids there but turns out they have a separate area just for little ones so now I could jump and so could my little brother! We also were able to test out the new laser rooms together! He was pretty bummed that he couldn't do ninja warrior because he wasn't tall enough to yet but they have this new jungle gym that has obstacles on it so it was just like the Ninja Warrior course! I reccomend flight to anyone and all ages!!

Pricey place, but a really unique form of entertainment. Teens, preteens, and younger children have plenty of fun bouncing around and get a great workout at the same time. There are different areas for different age groups, which protects the younger kids and gives them a safe place. There is a dodgeball area, general jumping area, kids' block pit, younger kids' jumping area, and tall basketball area for older kids.

Here's the good I experienced: Staff was friendly. The place didn't seem dirty. Wifi. The bad: The waiver computers have a glitch that may make it unable to allow you to check the "accept" button (as explained to me when it happened). Overpriced. For one child the price is $26 for 2 hours. Plus you need to buy their socks (they claim due to their insurance if you believe that) at $3 per pair. So $29 per kid. This place is about a quarter of the size of other trampoline parks and much more expensive (I'm used to paying about $15 for an all-day pass at places 4 times as large). I think it's relatively small for a trampoline park. There is no snack/food bar, only snack machines. No tables and no power outlets to use while you wait. Every 15 minutes you must listen to the announcement overhead about expired wristbands. And several times you will hear a long breakdown of all the rules. Very annoying and unnecessary. Other thoughts: They claim to be Pittsburgh's only multi-attraction facility. I suppose because of the boring laser thing and "ninja" course. Clearly there are other, better, cheaper multi-attraction facilities so this claim is dubious. There is a hanging bag from the ceiling. If you jump and hang from it for 10 seconds you get a free hour pass. They had a lower bag for earning a 30 minute pass, but they took it down. Honestly I left feeling like I was ripped off. I won't be back. The place reeked of desperation at these prices. Even the kids seemed bored after 2 hours so maybe all-day passes aren't so necessary at this place after all. I could have found so many better ways to spend over $100. I just can't understand their goal here. This could be a routine play area for the kids if it were $10 a kid all day, but now they will get no more of my money.

hi. yesterday was my birthday, and I was old enough to go to the night one thing at flight, so I invited my friends, and many teenagers were being extremely disrespectful. we wanted to tumble on the long trampoline, but they were purposely jumping in front of us. then, they kept swearing at us and being extremely rude without budging to share the trampoline. after it got out of hand because we asked multiple times politely for them to move, but all they did was insult our faces and tumbling. my friend got scared and told them that we didn’t want any trouble but the “leader” of the group was swearing out of control and her friends had to hold her back because she was clearly about to hit her/us. we alerted the worker there, but earlier he was flirting with one of the girls and so he just went up to them and said “just promise u will be a good girl” and smirked, he didn’t help us whatsoever and the group of teens didn’t stop staring and laughing and even recording us. the worker even told his friends about it and laughed at us. I just wanted to have a nice time at flight for my birthday, but instead the disrespectful employees and rude customers ruined it all. I will not be back for a long, long, time. I thought the workers would have been nicer and more sympathetic, the teens should have been kicked out.

Flight trampoline park is an amazing place overall! The staff is very friendly and social. Nothing but fun when I go. Also, Club flight is the best if you want to get out on a Friday or Saturday night with some friends - it lasts from 9:00pm - 11:00pm and is for anyone above 12 years of age.

Don't plan on this being a family affair. They have no options for parents and children to have fun jumping together. So if you're looking for some quality family time, go somewhere else. They say it's a safety thing, and I get not having random teenagers and toddlers jumping together, but to not have any options at all for parents to have fun with their children, makes this totally useless if you want some full family fun.

My son always has a blast at Flight. Dodgeball is definitely a favorite. We have had a few birthday parties here and they are always well run. If you have a party here, have your guests arrive early so they dont lose jump time checking in. Great place to burn some energy in colder months.

They have a small section for kids under 46" and a decent size trampoline park. They also have a dodgeball trampoline court and a ninja warrior type obstacle course (no trampolines). Staff are decent at monitoring. Went on a Sunday evening and no food was available, although the best they seemed to offer were $4 chicken tenders. For $18/hour, I'm just not sure it was worth it.

There is a place for young ones to play separate from the main trampoline area. It is bigger than the other trampoline parks in Pittsburgh and the rules are much less restrictive. My kids (aged 11-2) all had fun here without being yelled at constantly. Just be sure to keep an eye on the younger ones, it does get a little crazy!

I took my three small grandkids to Flight on Sat. 2/09/19 for the young kids session. First, the front desk never even asked for our names or anything about waivers...nothing. Handed us wristbands and socks. The place was very, very busy. My 2 four year olds wanted to play in the laser rooms. One was out of order and the other was being monopolized by two teenage boys who are not to be in the 10-12 a.m session. First, my daughter told one of the workers on the floor He walked towards the laser room but did not talk to the teenagers. I then addressed with the manager at the front desk. She too walked towards the laser room I could see that she never entered the room; not did she address the teenagers. Their presence was unsafe for the three and four year olds that were trying to play. There are multiple trampoline parks to choose from now so we will not be returning to Flight.

Returned after about 4 years and was really disappointed to find out that the attractions I loved have been taken down. The new attractions appeal to very young kids and don't really seem to belong in a trampoline park (a lazer escape and a jungle gym?). For jumping I was just limited to the main trampoline area which gets boring within 10 minutes, dodgeball was taken up by parties (again, consisting of very young kids) and I was not allowed in. This sounds like a me problem but there is almost nothing for people at the age of 13+ other than the main trampoline area.

A lot of great Fun! My son loves it here and always has a blast. There is plenty of room to jump for all ages and they have a really cool Ninja warrior course. The staff are the only negatives for this place. It appears to be run by teenagers who clearly do not want to be there. Fortunately your interaction with them is limited. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with kids.

While I appreciate the adventous take of this business, these parks are incredibly dangerous for children and teens. There is little to no supervison and the true danger of the experience is not appreciated by naive parents. Stay away, this is not the correct for your children to spend their time.

Very small facility. Only 3 areas for children over 46 inches. If your children are 48 inches they are too short to reach parts of the obstacle course and no one (workers or parents) cannot give a boost to reach ceiling bars. The cashier from the upper level is trying to monitor the obstacle course down below. This is probably a good facility for smaller children. Or the 1 hour open jump. Two stars for the $50 promotion for two 90 minute jump passes along with 4 movie passes and 4 popcorn. So in my mind I paid for the movie passes and got free tickets to Flight. Pretty good deal

I'm sorry everyone is talking about having a horrible time at Flight because it was "crowded" or "the staff were untrained" or anything like "it smelled like BO". First off, yes it's crowded because it's fun and famous. Second, what if you were new to a job and were just starting out learning how to do it? You wouldn't be trained either would you? Of course not. And third, of course the place is going to smell like BO, it's a trampoline park! Do you expect to go to a gym and smell roses and baked goods? No you don't because people sweat and it sucks to say that it smells. Flight does what they can by putting air fresheners up around the building which spray out good smells but with hundreds of kids there a day, I wouldn't be surprised if the place had a little smell of BO. Get used to it because I'm sure people say the same thing about you when you just for 1-3 hours and start to stink. For an actual review, the place was amazing and the staff are funny and kind. The air bags are finally up again and hopefully won't be broken for a while. :) The only problem is the staff not tending to dodge ball when it clearly has 20-30 kids in it and it turns to chaos, but on the other hand, it is the most amazing recreational trampoline park that you can ever go to. My favorite time to go is Club Flight ;) Hope to see you there!

Just arrived at Flight, with 7 kids. 4 of my own, 3 friends, to celebrate to of my girls birthdays. Before going, i myself measured my son, who is 5. He was right above 46". Everyone else is well above that. They pulled him aside, immediately upon us entering. The young man, put him up against the measuring board on the wall, looked from his standing position, and said "no, sorry, he's under 46". He was looking from his standing position , which obviously didnt give him an accurate view of my son's exact height. Lol common sense. Of course his view was different from that much higher. We tried telling him to squat down a bit and he'd see that indeed, my son is 46". But he wouldnt. So, we left and are on our way to sky zone. This is the major problem with 17-20 year olds working/running things. Even the "manager " that he called over so that we could explain the difference between looking DOWN and looking straight at my son...was very, very young. No wonder their facility was basically empty. They were rude, didnt even attempt to talk with us or listen to our obvious solution. Kids know everything lol why not have them run large facilities such as Flight. We'll never return , and im going to tell everyone I know to stay away as well. I have 7 kids in my truck right now, sad and getting very ansty. What should have been a fun day has now turned into unnecessary changes of plans, more travel, but they'll have fun still, so it'll be worth it

The management at Flight is absolutely horrible. The managers that came out were extremely rude. The general staff were very nice, and made my experience the best it could be! There was an employee named Sean that was very generous to me and my group. He was involving himself in the games of dodgeball, and was making our time at flight fantastic! We got 2 hours of jump time, but we were getting bored with the first employee at dodgeball. So we were planning to leave at the 1 hour mark, but then Sean came over to replace the first employee, and he was great! He was the reason why we stayed for the full two hours! If you go to Flight Pittsburgh, I hope Sean is there to make your jumping experience great!!

Due to our horrific experience, Flight has lost multiple frequent customers. For the teen jumps it says don’t swear; unfortunately, people still did it. Some teenagers were cursing at us threatening to beat us. We told the worker on duty, but he just laughed at us. The worker didn’t care as he was hitting on on of the girls that was threatening us. Feeling unprotected, we left. The same worker laughed at us for the second time along with his coworker. I hope your employees can be more mindful of their work and keep the customers safe and happy.

When I went to your trampoline park I had one of the best experiences there then I’ve ever had anywhere else, the people at the front desk were so nice and understanding when I told them I had an issue and helped me solve it really quickly! Limited for younger children. Inconsistent staff interaction with some children that weren't tall enough to be in the main area not being told so. My child was taller and told they weren't allowed in. Staff must have been scared of the other parents.

Well maintained fun for all all ages. Easily you can spend couple of hours especially in winter it helps. Kids zone had four option. Bouncy house, Kids Trampoline zone, Cubes zone and Slides. There was a small party hall. They were serving pizza from outside. Laser house was fun. Ninja warrior was challenging. Bungee ball with random teams was fun too. They have a 80$ option that gives multiple visits with other benefits. Otherwise it was 11$ per hour. We went late evening so they weren't too strict about the hour. Only complain I had was they were playing loud music but later the volume was reduced. Overall I would recommend.

UPDATE: took the kids here for open play - reasonably priced ($22 for an hour for 2 kids under 46") - kids had an absolute blast and it wasn't overcrowded! Nice staff too! This place is awesome! I paid $11 for an hour long class on the trampoline (which was awesome - it was a challenge but doable as well as surprisingly fun) - and they watched my kids for free (they got to play in a kids trampoline area). Great place!!!

I took my son and little sister to Flight for the first time and Airys was absolutely AMAZING with both of them!! She kept such an amazing eye on my son who is only 2 and half and he followed her around everywhere while she played with him the entire time we were there!! small place. do not take kids who are under 46" ALONG with kids who are above 46" bc the play zones are separated and my family could not enjoy our time together because we had 2 under 46" and 1 above and they was not allowed to jump together and my 3 year old was throwing a fit bc he couldn't jump with his big sister. I did not have access to a garden trampoline so this was among my only hopes, had to say it let me down. I'm a flipper/tricker and I can understand it was for safety but I know what I'm doing and they would not permit my more advanced tricks. The trampolines were pretty mediocre too.

Flight is a great place to bring your whole family! It is a great atmosphere to bring your kids for a few hours to have some fun and jump around with friends. They have the new ninja warrior course, and laser maze now also. The kiddie court is a great place to bring your little kids, and it is also super safe and well monitored by the court monitors! Overall a great place for people of all ages!

The area for children under 46" was very small. When it was crowded conditions became unsafe. The floor adjacent to the two little trampolines all the shorter children shared in the area set aside for that height restricted class was very hard. In the general population trampoline area, measures were taken to ensure the shorter children did not stray from their designated area but nothing was said when taller individuals used the only trampoline area (one strip of trampolines) the shorter children were able to use. Thankfully the child I was with still had fun but I was VERY disappointed in the "trampoline" park. Others in the area are much more customer friendly to all their customers. Unless you specifically go at a time when those children can enjoy the entire park, I would discourage parents with children less than 46" from visiting.

Groupon has deals for open jump but my kids (4 and 7 - one under 46" and one over 46") aren't allowed to play in the same area, so I won't come back here until they are much bigger and can jump together. Currently looking for a more family friendly trampoline park.

Managed to get an hour session on Groupon and ended up having a good time. Unless you have kids, theres not much for you to do after a half hour or 45 minutes. Worth going to atleast once to see how you like it and a good workout

We visited last week for my 2.5yr old first time and as he usually shy he had some kind of magic bond with Shane. He made Milo(my son) feel comfortable and he just followed Shane and they played. I wrote a fb review as well for Shane. He's awesome and def gonna be coming back..eespecially if Shane works. He's excellent with all the kids. Even got a pic of the two of them for Milo baby book for his first flight experience.

Brought my 18 month old here during their kids flight for kids under 46". She had SO much fun. At $11 it was great just watching her bounce around. We didn't even make it to the bouncy house or slides. Will definitely be back.

My kids absolutely love this place. Not going to lie I kind of do as well. The american ninja warrior course is really cool. The dodgeball area is fun. The party rooms are small, but they bring in outside food for you so the food is also what you are willing to pay for.

Took my 3 sons to celebrate my youngest 13th birthday early and have family time. We went on a Saturday afternoon. Apparently that was a huge mistake. Three separate times they tried to play dodge ball and were told all 3 times they had to get out as soon as they stepped in because they were having a private game. There was a cheer squad of some sort there practicing flips and taking up one whole side of the trampoline mats. There were a ton of younger children breaking SEVERAL of the trampoline safety rules and not one of the staff said a word. We had 5 two hour jump passes and barely made it an hour before we left. Needless to say, I won't be back. I'll pay more and drive farther in the future.

No signs posted to warn public for "private" sectors. Besides the common area for jumpers everything was blocked off. Waste of time, and money, not to mention the high school staff are extremely rude when asking about what is open to the public the refer to the "website". High school help gets you result like this.

Totally unorganized such a mess came for a party only to be told to fight the crowd back for a waiver. Never again. Added party was cut by 20 minutes was giving an attitude over their negligence to have the party room ready. I have never been to such an unorganized establishment especially when paying for a birthday party.

This is my 4yr old grandson‘s favorite activity!! Way more fun than a movie, and the exercise and agility he has acquired, make it so worth it. The facility is so clean -always has such a fresh clean smell. That thing that impresses me the most, are the people that work there- every single one of them. The monitors are so careful in supervising children and adults, But not in an inhibitive the way. They let everyone have fun, they just make sure no one gets hurt. What I found so amazing was that personality-plus is so evident In every employee .They interact So beautifully with the little ones. My grandson loves all of the monitors. He’s a Little boy- all the girls are pretty- of course likes them

This place is really fun, but the issue is with small children. If you're child is around the age of five or under (or not too tall), they are eligible for an hour of children jump on weekends. The hour is over quickly. Also, if you have one child over height limit and one under, is almost impossible to watch both in two separate areas. Otherwise, Flight is a pretty cool place to work out extra energy and get some exercise.

Flight is my GO TO activity every time I have my nieces and nephews. I love the updates they did with the kiddie section as well as the laser and ninja obstacle. Great day out of the cold!! Oh, and the massage chairs for auntie are a bonus!

5 Star Review! We had a birthday party for my son and even though there was an unexpected party of over 100 kids from a local school, the kids had a blast. What made it even better was our Party Host (Talia Fiscante)! She gave me the rundown of what to expect and made it a great experience for the kids!

We stumbled upon this gem when Chuck E. Cheese was closed. The staff were fantastic and my kids had a great time. The facility is large enough that there a variety of activities but not too large that you can’t keep an eye on multiple children at once. We will definitely be back!

Never again!! We had a birthday party there and were not told half of the place was closed. Then when we booked they never told us that the bday boy who is an inch too short for the whole big area can't use it! Instead he is confined to a little corner just to watch the other kids. I would never charge someone full price without telling them half the place is closed and your small ones can be confined to a little crappy block area. Now I know why the place was empty.

It’s dirty and unclean and the rules with kids are very strict here. sky zone is way better and way cleaner and way less rules for kids trying to have fun it’s worth a 10 minute drive to canonsburg!

Pricey for what they offer, in my opinion. Also, found it funny that they were blasting hip hop dropping F bombs (Eminem, etc) and other inappropriate topics but would occasionally stop the musicmto announce "No profanity as this is a family establishment." Other than that hypocrisy, the kids seem to enjoy it.

I went tonight with my 3.5 year old, my 7 month old, and a friend with her 3.5 year old and a 2 month old. I was holding my son watching my daughter jump and I sat down on the edge of the massage chair (cause babies are heavy) and one of the kids working walked over to me and said “you need to pay to sit in the chair, you need to get up!” I laughed and said “really?” Thinking he was joking because I was sitting on the edge watching the kids, not all the way back he said “yes you need to move” and he was not polite about it. I was very taken aback at the tone of his voice. I wanted to take my daughter and leave because of how rude he was. If he would have said “I’m sorry ma’ma you can’t sit here unless your going to use it” I would have gotten up. I don’t know if I want to go back.

A girlfriend and I go on Thursday mornings for the Flight Fit Class. We love the class!! Maryann is a great instructor. The class is a great cardio workout. Best of all, our younger kids can go and jump and play while we sweat it out. And the helpers are really good with the kids, playing with them and keeping them engaged so we can get a good solid hour workout in.

This place was terrible. KIDS UNDER 12 SHOULD NOT BE HERE. THIS PLACE IS NOT SET UP FOR KIDS UNDER THAT AGE. THE KIDDIE AREA IS OVER PRICED AND NOTHING TO IT. We were not even here for a total of 10 minutes before my family and I were ready to leave. The total lack of communication and family friendly atmosphere was horrendous and the girl's customer service was terrible. When we took our 3 year old to the kiddie area there was a girl that was working in that section watching us and she was like within 5 feet of us. It was the weirdest feeling, as i was taking his sneakers off and putting his socks on i could feel her the whole time watching me. It was extremely uncomfortable. Then i was trying to encourage my son to go into the pit by himself and he was scared to because 1) we have never been here before 2) there was a person in a referee shirt on just staring at us. I picked him up walked over and put him in the pit. The girl immediately walked over to me and told me that i couldnt "Throw Him" into the pit. I looked at my sons mom and said its time to go. We have beent to plenty of places and no place felt as uncomfortably as this did.. We would not recommend this Trampoline park to anyone. Nor would we ever be back. WE DO HOWEVER RECOMMENDED YOU TAKE YOUR CHILD TO"" URBAN AIR ADVENTURE PARK" BECAUSE IT IS SO MUCH BETTER EQUIPPED AND SETUP
