The attractions were OK, but the personal was not really prepared to handle the amount of people there was which was actually not alot. Huge lines and no organization resulted in a lot of wasted time, so at the end of the day we were able to participate in less than a half of the activities we were planning, just money going to waste.

Very fun! I just couldn't stand how long the wait for the lazy river. In the middle of my time there I couldn't walk well. However I loved the chairlift so much, I went on it 3 times! The view was really beautiful.

Not enough bathrooms though out the park. Bathrooms are nasty,. Not enough food trucks or areas to eat. Some food places were closed, Both Crabby's and Photos are dirty. They're was no one to sweep floors or to wipe down tables. The private party area, you had staff eating the food before the party had left which our time wasn't even up yet. WOW! Some off the staff were rude not all, some gave smiles when they gave you an answer and ask was everything okay

There are a variety of activities - wave pool, 12+ slides, lazy river, water structures to run through and play in, regular pool, zip line, and a ski lift to the top of the mountain. The scenery is stunning! Mountain views as you splash around for a day of fun. There are classic park snacks (soft serve, churros, kettle corn, etc.) and full meals in the dining hall. Being your sunscreen and water shoes, it can get very hot up here!

Very cool! Rides were great. Kids play area was very appropriate. Not enough workers for all the rides they had: one employee was doing 2 rides & made lines slower then they could have been/ even though we never waited more then 15 min. Food way over priced: bring your own cooler!

Almost perfect - I was surprised by our initial interaction with the gate checkers that prevented us from bringing in a pack of raisins and some veggies for a four year old (and the attitude). Otherwise $400 well spent (we sprung for the cabana, lunch, a couple beers and a nice lunch). Probably try another place next though. Gotta get those first impressions right people. . .

If standing in lines watching ppl cut the line all while nothing is being done, Camelback is the place for you. If being held up while a select few can jump the line, camelback is the place for you. If sitting in a line over an hour waiting to get on a ride while others have gone 4 times before you, Camelback will not let you down. Director of operations Colin has zero interest in your complaints. In fact, he seemed to take more pleasure getting your blood pressure up rather than resolving the issue. Total waste of our day. Id give zero stars if I could. $88 dollars and did not get on one slide or any ride before we had enough. Park unwilling to refund tickets or make any effort to satisfy my complaint.

Ugh...so it was really busy. Waited in line for ever! Did not have my ski size. We made the best of a pretty unorganized situation. They either need to update this facility to accommodate the flow of business, or hire a ton more staff. We rented a house close to spend time with family and ski. One did not ski, 2 left early. The mountain was pretty good with some challenging trails. We try different resorts every year, this one just didn't do it. For some Reason this defaulted to the water park, but it was the ski resort.

Pretty good water park. Fun to go with family and friends but definitely not the best. There are much better, cleaner water parks than this. There are many different water slides and barely any wait time. The park is a little unorganized and would be better if there was more staff members. Some of the water slides will make you feel claustrophobic if you’re not ok with small closed spaces. The open water slides are much better.

Where do I start? Let’s start at the front gate. Long line, which is expected on a warm summer Sunday. Okay. Then we look around and women (many of them spread all around us) are wearing thong bathing suits. Some were at least decent enough to put shear pants over them, most were not. We get inside and wait a half an hour on line for lockers. We decided to get the speed passes for another $140. We were never pointed in the direction of our locker, so we spent the next 15 minutes looking for it. No employees seemed to know anything about locker locations. After we finally found our locker, we decided to reserve a ride with our fast passes. FYI, you can only reserve one at a time. We had to wait 17 minutes before we were able to go on the first ride. We couldn’t even go on something else’s in the meantime because the lines were outrageous. We were so excited to finally go on our first ride. There were four of us. Two adults and two kids. The attendant kept letting go of the raft while we were getting on. It got to the point where my husband and I had to yell at him to hold the raft because our son almost ended up falling off while trying to sit down. Next ride took forever to find, again. Once we did, we ended up standing on a line just as long as the normal one, even with the speed pass. Green moldy water was dripping on us from the platform above. I mean, GREEN. Used bandaids were all over the place. Again, we have a negligent attendant. This time she never even looked at us as my daughter and I got onto the raft. Sent us down barely even on the thing. We ended up getting stuck in the bowl of the turbo spin, which usually would be more fun except for the fact that other riders were coming into the bowl with us almost causing a crash. A piece of the slide was bumped up and it slammed right into my back hard enough to make me yell. Thankfully I was able to grab onto the exit slide and pull our raft down into the hole before someone got more hurt. I was able to get a refund on the speed passes, but the manager at guest services was completely unsympathetic to our experience. I will be reporting this place to the sanitation department and consumer affairs. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Also, just so people don’t think I’m being dramatic. I use to go to Keansburg water park in NJ. This was worse.

Got rained in an hour after got there. Went to guests services asking if they'd be willing to give a rain check. Was told that I had to wait for 2 consecutive 90 min suspensions. After waiting for 2 suspensions spoke to guest services once more, and was told that I had to wait for one more. Returned again only to find guest services closed and all employees leaving.

I liked it for many reasons, firstly it is not very big, the rides are fantastic for all ages, the variety of rides mix is good for all family. There are no massive queues and waiting times, which makes it fun to wait for few minutes and sometimes no wait to enjoy the rides. It is also busy which means there are people enjoying along. The fast food and restaurants are a good choice, priced fairly and a very good variety of meals that I found very satisfying. Some of the rides I rate worldclass. In all it is one of most enjoyable theme parks I have been to.

Waste of money for staying a night. Can’t go in your room until 4:00PM and have to check out at 11AM . So remember, you have to pay for whole day but you only get 7hrs stay or less in your room. The food is not good, not much for indoor water park... I want to give 5 stars for the front desk staff at check in, but they don’t have separate option. Plus too many uneducated people on my floor— still running, screaming around 10:30PM

My family has been to both Aquatopia and Camelbeach in the last 6 months. So to compare the two minus the obvious (one is indoor and one is outdoor) there is a huge difference in the parks. I have 2 words for anyone venturing to Camelbeach, Be Prepared! There is barely any shady area unless you pay $100 for a Cabana or you are one of the first into park to beat families to umbrella area. Entrance ways to the slides are mainly so I highly recommend water shoes and plenty of sunblock. And unfortunately, the park was noticeably understaffed, your patience is going to tested waiting on slopes and stairs. I personally would say Aquatopia is more suitable for families with smaller children, and Camelbeach is more suited for like 12 and up, although camelbeach has a kids area it seems like a different world since "Pharaoh Fortress" is separated from the rest of the park. Overall slides are fun and the wave pool was my kids favorite part.

It's great for all ages. My parents (in their late 50s) and I had an amazing time there. Especially, the staff there is really friendly. We were greeted from the entrance and were offered help to find anything we need.

It wasnt overly crowded. Its kid friendly. I loved the picnic area. You pay $20 and you get a table for 8 people max. In the picnic area you can leave your food, cooler etc. You can come back and forth as many times as you wish.

This is by far the best waterpark in the northeastern United States. The price is very reasonable and the lines aren't long at all especially considering it's such a popular place.

Not clean at all, I rather go to Dorney Park Wild Water kingdom. Also the prices are ridiculous for that amount of rides. Never will visit again.

Very nice place to cool off on a hot day. A lot of people but it didn't feel over crowded. Great that they have a picnic area so I was able to bring food that my children eat. The only down side was the parking. All the close by lots were full so I had to park far away. With 3 children, stroller, cooler and bags it was a bit much. Having a shuttle helped.

First time here and I have to say it was amazing! The ride attendants made standing in line on a hot day a lot of fun by throwing buckets of water on you! Lines werent to bad on most rides. Others were a bit of a wait but we'll worth it!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would, they don't even deserve one star. Whole experience was beyond horrible. The lines were long and the staff moving the lines were extremely slow, like they didn't even care to be there. Nobody picking up litter, which was everywhere. Locker rooms were filthy and I would rather go into the nearby woods than use the bathrooms at Camelbeach Waterpark, if the smell alone didn't turn you around the view once you went through the door definitely would have. When we complained to the park Mgr. she said the park was only at 50 percent capacity, I would hate to see it on a 80, 90 or even 100% capacity day! Spend your hard earned money someplace else, Camelbeach is a S**thole at best.

VERY RUDE PPL AT THE GUEST SERVICE greeting ticket purchasers. First time arriving to camelback resort with my nephews. I bought our tickets for my nephews (teenager) and a 5 years (under the required height) at guest services/ ticket holders. Kathleen was the rep at the window who help but refused to validate that my nephews was at the 4”8 requirement. In fact he has In slippers. I explained to her it was the slippers and had my nephew take it off. A 5 year of was even question why they were saying he was taller!? Very rude people. Too add to it the manger came out to agree said the board in the back of the height measurement leAves a discrepancy. This was already a annoying/ terrible experience. As we walked away and pay the required amount anyway. A American girl JACKIE from the window screams from the glass, have a good day to add what I felt was taunting as she took off her badge to bang it to the front window to display as a challenge. Is this a business or a group of summer teens working. Never again

Make sure you go during the week otherwise the weekend is a nightmare. Really used to like the place but it keeps getting progressively worse. Employees dont care about doing their job. Lines for getting a bottle of water 25 people deep. Employees texting on their phones or just standing around. I dont think we will be back.

Although rides we're good, my son's slides that I bought the day before were stolen. So I had to spend an extra $20 on flip flops that he will never wear again because that's all they had and they wouldn't even give me any kind of discount. Yes not the parks fault but still annoying then a storm rolled in and it took us over a half hour to get out of the park in the car. Then to top it off when I got to the car i had a sticker on my car that I was not in a real parking spot and they have given me a warning and put my car in their books for next time. Meanwhile although there wasn't actual lines for a spot, there wasn't anything saying I couldn't park there either. So all in all paid $200 for a speed pass and tickets and locker and shoes to have to have left at 5:30. No it wasn't the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a water park and not with the money for the 5 hours we were there.

I visited on the fourth of July and the park was completely clean and very family friendly! They definitely ensure safety, listen to instructions to the T, otherwise you will be removed from the park for your own safety!

Price was good, but overall experience was not. Poor signage throughout entire park, so it was difficult to tell where things were, what height requirements were for each ride, etc. I got meal vouchers to save money for lunch, but no one knew what we could get with them. Lines for slides were decent, but if it was a ride that required a tube, no one enforced returning the tubes when they were done, so people just went on over and over while others waited in line to go once. When I asked an employee, all he said was. "They aren't my rules." They had no rules!! We will not go back.

I came here today with my boyfriend a 11 year old 9 year old 6 year old who does not walk and a one year old. She is currently in rehab in Bethlehem and we had 8 hours with her today. Totally not worth 200 dollars. You have to walk every where for younger kids. People were rude. Could not stand all of the bathing suits other girls/woman wore. Not appropriate for a kid park. We will not be back. Nothing for disabled children and older children all together. I wish someone would have warned us that the price wasn’t worth it. So sad that we spent this 8 hours walking around trying to warm up and find something that everyone can do.

Love the rides but the food was a little pricey almost $5 for a bottle of water more than $4.70 for a pretzel. But the rides and the wave pool and the children's area pool had a blast to stay cool on a hot day.

Really great place for with the family most rides one needs to be at least 42" tall. There are some exceptions where the little ones can be with adults, overall so many things to do whether you are alone or with a group if people. They have a speed pass you can purchase but the Tuesday we went it was sunny and there really weren't too much of a wait. I spent 15 minutes the line to body surf but other than that lines were not long at all. Great food, we recommend you buy your tickets before you get there as the deals are better on other sites like groupon or Camel back website itself. Definitely worth trying at least once, my family and I would definately like to visit there again!!

Fairly inexpensive, I think it was $130 something for a family of four when we purchased our tickets online the night before. They had a large selection of attractions. We went on a Friday during this summer, but the lines are not too bad. Average wait time for ride was probably about 10 to 20 minutes. Like all water parks the food is overpriced for what you get, but that is to be expected. The part does allow you two bring in your own food but you have to eat it at a reserved picnic table for $20. You may also leave the park and reenter as long as you get your hand stamped. Overall I would highly recommend this water park if you are in the area.

It has an amazing view and it's a good place to spend quality time with family. It cost with $30 for admission using a Groupon discount, so I can't speak on behalf of regular admission, however I did have a spectacular time while there and would go again if I had the chance.

This place is awesome, there is a lot of things to do, and there is also a pool with a lot of waves, to get to the water slide there is a long line, but that was not a problem if you buy the speed pass, the mountains adventure were also fun, not a lot of people go to the mountain adventures, so you don’t have to wait in line

It's a nice place but I didn't like the fact that the lifeguards do not allow goggles in the pool. My son was using his goggles and the lifeguard told us to take them off, later we saw that other people had them too and the lifeguard took awhile to notice it and my son was mad because other ppl were wearing them yet he wasn't allowed to. Later on the other ppl took them off as per the lifeguard's request finally! Other than that it was good.

my kids loved all of the rides. they especially liked the cliff jump. I think it was a great summer activity for them, but it just cost so much to get them all in. if it was cheaper we would come all the time!

The stay at the hotel was amazing and beautiful i would give that 5 star. However the camel beach water park was not how i expected. First thing is I’m 8 months pregnant. I needed to rest but all the seats were taken with TOWELS or shoes. Completely unfair for people who actually want to sit and lay out. When i decided to eat with my family once AGAIN all the tables with nobody sitting on them with towels and shoes like common? I had to eat my food with my 2 children on a bench. Some rules should be enforce with things like that. Life jackets look so old like they had them for decades already. Some rides allow children 36 inches and my daughter who’s 46 inches was falling off the tube because the tubes are huge. And the double tubes don’t even have front butt seat for children. This park is ok for adults and older kids, but if you plan to take your children that are 5 and under this is a no good park not even a lazy river they will enjoy cause they can barely hold themselves up in the tube. The stay at the hotel was amazing and beautiful i would give that 5 star. However the camel beach water park was not how i expected. First thing is I’m 8 months pregnant. I needed to rest but all the seats were taken with TOWELS or shoes. Completely unfair for people who actually want to sit and lay out. When i decided to eat with my family once AGAIN all the tables with nobody sitting on them with towels and shoes like common? I had to eat my food with my 2 children on a bench. Some rules should be enforce with things like that. Life jackets look so old like they had them for decades already. Some rides allow children 36 inches and my daughter who’s 46 inches was falling off the tube because the tubes are huge. And the double tubes don’t even have front butt seat for children. Alot of fun but lines are an hour wait in the blazing hot sun with no shade provided. Took over 8 hours to do 6 slides.

Typical water park slides. What sets this one apart is the setting. It's on the side of the mountain which makes for a very pretty aesthetic. They have group deals on tickets, and tents with tables are available for rental. Plenty of free parking, somewhat removed from the entrance, and 20$ parking that is much closer.

My only complaint is that this is a family park and they dont enforce any kind of dress codes. Under wear is not a swim suit. But the staff is great. Rides and play areas are awesome. We have so much fun.

There's certainly a lot to do. Many rides and incredible scenery. They should call the fast pass slow pass. My favorite ride was the high noon typhoon but my partners favorite was the chairlift.

This is a very beautiful Waterpark in the mountains. Prices are reasonable. There is nothing really to complain about except that maybe there should be waivers/disclaimers about injuries. I was unfortunately thrown from a tube on a slide. It was very unexpected due to the fact that I am not light in weight. And the only reaction I received from the life guard was “are you ok” after coming up from being dragged under the water by the weight of the tube. Also be careful on the lift ride up the mountain. The bars that they place down to hold you in can cause injuries if you are not seated correctly. Otherwise it was a very nice experience, just be careful on some slides and rides. Especially for the children.

I went with my son an niece (6 and 2 respectively) and the park had something for both of them. It's nice that in the kids area the parents can go up with the kiddos to help them if they need it or if you dont fully trust them on their own. The day I went was cloudy which means that all the adult ride lines were really short so that was a plus for us it was also nice because in every area we went there were alot of open chairs throughout the entire day.

If you plan on going there with your little ones and bring your own umbrella so your kids do not get second degree burns, don't bother. Personal umbrellas are not allowed, so remember to stock on the sunscreen. Or just go to a better water park all together if you want to have a good time.

It's huge! I found it bigger than Hurricane water park (Six Flags) in Arlington TX. I loved it! The waves pool is big and wild.

I've went there since I was a little kid with my parents, my sister and others. We would enjoy getting wet there. One of my favorite rides is the Dune Runner where I would go bananas in there. It also gave me moments to be a kid. Highly go there for summertime vacations.

What a good time. Staff are not so helpful and a little uninformed. But the park itself is a blast. Kids had a good time. $20 gets you a table and you can bring your own cooler with food, drinks. Definitely worth it to not have to pay park prices.

Short staffed and there lifeguard can't even do there jobs right. Hershey Park lifeguards are better than here. The lifeguards at camelbeach just look one way on the lazy river and don't look ALL around like they suppose too. It's like management don't know how to manage there staff! Don't recommend to be a safe place to go.

The lady who makes pizza was like taking care care of somebodies shift for temporary time (in a mean of performance). There is no handicap chair which i was need when i injured my feet, i had to walk by jump on my one foot until the parking space. Are was clean, fitting room was nice, price was fair.

It was clean, the guides were extremely helpful and courteous. The rides are all very close together, so you're not walking far to the next one. Food was overpriced, but that's to be expected at any theme park, I suppose. I have nothing bad to say about it. I'll definitely be returning!

Awesome water slides and great prices considering it is an amusement park. For example, free parking and 4 dollar ice cream cones. The wave pool has some of the largest waves I've seen. Lines are less than 15 minutes on a Monday in the middle of summer.

I was expecting a lot more from Camelbeach. The water park itself is relatively small, compared to other water parks I’ve been to. I went on a Friday, so there was not a lot of people. However, the food lines were backed up, the cashier attendants had no sense of urgency. I did see a deer and a beaver, that was pretty cool. They do have military discount for active, retired, and veterans. It’s a nice place to take the kids to have fun, but wouldn’t go again.
