Such a wonderful little rink and perfect for any child who wants to learn to skate! Yes, the floor might not be the greatest, but if I look that good when I'm 100 years old, I would really be happy! Kid approved and parent friendly! The best thing is that spectators never have to pay to watch their kids or family skate. Also on their Sunday session from 12 to 2, they have an instructor there giving free skating help! Fantastic!!

Restomods are cool... taking something old, and making it newer and better. Taking something old and not making basic improvements such as basic repairs, offering air condition, and helmet rentals for roller skates ...I don't get it.

The park isn't in full operation yet, although the skate rink is. The park looks like it will be a fun place to go once it's up and running. We just had soft ice-cream by the stream and it was very good and relaxing at the same time. We will definitely go back to Bushkill Park.

I went here in the late 70's early 80's it was called Magic Valley glad to see this park still exists. Lots of great memories here. Thanks Bushkill Park for keeping this place alive. This was the Red Barron ride we loved going on. I just seen the scene on "American Pickers" touring Buskill Park it brought even more tears to my eyes. I walked there with my family and my dad has left us to the heavens. Nice to see where I walked with him. I wish the best for Neil to get that park running again. God bless that whole park and Neil too, thank you. The Whip was one of my favorite rides too. Best of luck with restoring everything and get it running again. Maybe one day I can come there again and walk where I walked with my dad again so I can feel his spirit live on. He loved taking us to amusement parks plus we had a summer house in Sunrise Lake on Route 739 about 8 miles from Milford, Pennsylvania.

I came to Bushkill park for a birthday party at their roller rink recently. Upon walking into the park you can immediately see the age of the place. There are multiple rides that have been dismantled and are left in piles that are beginning to rust. If it weren't for the party-goers, the place would've been virtually empty, besides the workers. As far as the roller rink itself, it was ok at best. The floor in rink was uneven in some places, but nothing bad enough to cause someone to trip and fall. There are also big holes in the wall that look like they were originally dock doors for truck deliveries, but they haven't been closed up. There's just a wooden bar across the opening, which a child could easily fall through if they lose control on their skates. Also, the part of the building where there are tables and seats for people who aren't skating is quite small. It can be quite difficult for people on skates to get through with people walking by at the same time, which could cause some accidents. Overall the place is not very safe, but it's a very old place, which is obvious. The workers are very nice, which helps, but I can't recommend that anyone would choose this place over any other skating rink.

The skating floor had so many divers and grooves, for someone that's unsteady it was definitely throwing me off. Also they played a horrible choice in music for young kids [were talking 8-10 years old and they played kelis-milkshake, lady gaga-love game, and music videos had half naked girls parading around- a little censorship even if older kids requested it would have been awesome]

Finally! Neal Fehnel is gone and the new owners Jeremy Carrington and Sammy Baurkot now have 5 rides running and the grounds look immaculate!! You can see the amount of labor done to this park within the last year .My family and I went there this past weekend for their first big promotion and it went over very very well. Upon talking to some of the staff members especially a man named Chuck, the “DarkRideArtist” artist whom Jeremy has put in place to help lead the park into the future, He mentioned that Jeremy Carrington and Sammy Baurkot have put in a lot of time, love and money into beautifying this park. Unlike past owners they are present and involved in the restoration of this wonderful old historic place. We will be back to visit and support this park on weekends now and to watch the man called the DarkRideArtist finish the most beautiful front ever on america’s oldest fun house! It looks better than it ever has! We will be following them on theme park review. We are especially excited for the return of The haunted pretzel Darkride which Chuck owns and will be erecting after the restoration of the Whip, the Funhouse and the bumper cars. Go Bushkill park!!

Bushkill Park is such a wonderful place. It has a cozy feeling that is lost on the giant amusement parks. It may not have all the big rides that you find larger amusement parks but a friendly atmosphere that you just cantvreplicate these days.
