For my first time back at Arnold's since 2016, I was so impressed. All the games are fun and family friendly for my kids to all enjoy as well. The Staff for the rides was incredible. They played with my kids and talked to my husband and I while we waited in the Pro Kart line. Major improvements over the years for the staff and overall facility. But one major thing that caught my attention was how you can now bring alcohol onto the Fun Center side. This was not a thing the last few times I was there but this made the experience so much better. Before while my kids were running around the arcade and riding rides, I would be stuck at the bar with my drinks but now since I can bring it anywhere in the building, It just makes everything so much better. With the staff being so friendly and happy, my experience was for sure a memorable one. I will be returning soon for sure!

Used to go here a lot when I was younger and used to be so nice and so much fun, however I went recently and have to say this place really went down hill! It needs a good cleaning and a image lift. The employees for the most part were alright but should be more engaging with the customers. The “pro karts” are what I went for if you could call them that. They weren’t that fast and I had to yell at the control guy while on the track because in my group one person was lapping everyone. I would think that they would pay attention to this and adjust all carts on the track accordingly (same speed). Overall AFFC management there is a lot you can work on.

Visited for a birthday party and the kids had a blast. The pizza was yummy. I'm not sure what all the bad food reviews are about but we all enjoyed the pizza. The place is huge and easy to forget how to get back from the restrooms first time around but there's a lot of fun stuff to do packed into that building. I highly recommend for family fun.

Definitely a fantastic place for kids to enjoy themselves. For anyone over 13, the duck bowling, mini golf, and go-karts are pretty fun. Only complaints are that some of the arcade games, like the claw game for example, are rigged to lose; and the majority of the games seem a little over priced. Not a bad place to have the family enjoy themselves for $50.

Great choice for a mixed age group. Go-kart track with several kart options, enormous arcade, mini golf, and even a totally adult-acceptable bowling alley with attached restaurant and bar that does great looking catered events (as we saw another group having one while we were there). They offer package deals for activities, too. Surprisingly fun!

Wow has this place gone down hill. The karts stink in the nicest words possible. The staff doesn’t give a rat’s behind of what’s going on or complaints. Sat and watched them put each other on rides today. Apparently, they were bored. Won’t be back again that’s for sure! It’s a shame.

We visited Arnold's forbthe first time 2 weeks ago for a friend's 30th. My husband and I brought our 3 year old daughter with us. We had dinner at the hub, best salad I have had in a long time! The waitress was friendly but took a while to get the check. This place is huge with lots of things to do. The arcade was great for my daughters age and the gentleman working the ticket counter was super friendly and helpful. Had a great time and plan to be back!

I just want to say what ever the owner did in the past 3 years in unbelievable, I use to come here and it was only for the karts. But they got new karts that suck now. BUT I come now for the experience! The new staff they have is so friendly and courteous, the managers are the most helpful people, I witness them playing with their staff and customers. The managers on the floor are always asking my family and I how we are and what we are enjoying the most, and planning on doing next. The building is cleaner now and more family friendly. Everything about the place is improving. The go kart track crew was really helpful and even though it was busy they kept things flowing. Arnold's is a fun place for all age groups and my family and I will be returning.

Fun place for the entire family or just a group of friends challenging each other to a game of bowling. Good lanes and a nice selection of balls of different weight. Too bad they don't have the small balls and pins. Decent food at the Hub but the onion soup is not good, avoid it unless you really really want to try it.

Dusty and Meh. Prizes to trade in tickets for were just f*cking SAD ..go carts weren't charged enough so people can walk faster than mine was going, drinks were watered down, anxiety started to set in when I couldnt locate an emergency exit while in the building. Reminded me of 5 nights at Freddys. The "Adventure pass" that included "unlimited everything" didnt include the fast go karts. Lol, uh, ok. Guess it would of been a different experience had it not been a Sunday afternoon with several birthday parties going on. Oh well.

We had a great time! The all day wrist band for $42, gave the best value! Teens got to ride the go karts so many times! That alone was worth it! Later they went on to laser tag, glow mini golf, and they even tried the Rock wall!

Has great indoor games for kids. All in all good family fun. Bring your birthday cake and have a celebration. They will reserve a seating area for you and your guests. There is even a small dining area where you can purchase food. Food was a little pricey. Games include, arcade, go-karts, laser tag, bowling, and rock climbing. All in all, good family fun.

I was very upset because he was sad his mom called but no phone was found. 2 days later a manager named Rob called me from the phone and said they've found the phone. Was there for my nephew's birthday party, our host was awesome. The kids had a great time. It wasn't crowded at all probably because of the rain which was definitely a bonus. They have plenty to do. They have gocarts for kids as young as 6, laser tag, rock wall, bouncers, bowling, pool, bar, restaurant and a section for small kids, games, rides. They have it all. I will be taking the kids again soon.

PERFECT FOR PARTIES/EVENTS: Our company Ring in Malvern loves to host meet and greet event here! Arnold’s is great about allowing decorations plus they have a pretty sweet set up. They provide really good food and you can get pre-purchased drink cards for you to hand out to the group. I have done bowling and minigolf! Both are a whole lot of fun!

We took a 10 year old girl recently for her birthday. Bought all day cards for 6 kids. There were barely any attendants to get the kids on rides, and the ones who were there were busy flirting instead of operating the rides. Kids left less than enthralled. What a waste of a day and 220 bucks.

Staff was very friendly on our visit. Nice variety of attractions for most every age. Arcade had a good variety of games. Pricing was reasonable, though some of the games seemed a bit higher priced compared to other fun centers. Biggest negative was that some areas of the facility needed some upkeep, but nothing appeared to be unsafe.

We went for midnight bowling, the bowling itself was fun but the staff member wasn't really sure what he was doing and it took almost an hour to figure out how to get the lanes to work properly without it automatically skipping the last player.

If you are expecting fast karts, avoid Arnolds. The karts used to be fast as far as indoor rentals like this go. However, that is not the case anymore. They have been turned way down and many are so slow pathetically slow that many people complain about. We watched one particular kart that would get lapped 1-2 times by every other kart out there stay in rotation. Every race that kart was in would have to be stopped to replace it due to the angry customer, and yet, they kept the kart in rotations. Also, the staff could careless and just look annoyed at being here. I dont want to ask the last time any of the helmets were sanitized, lol. Bottom line, come for the games, not the karts. If you want karts, there are much better places to go in the area.

Bit Pricey ... it is not economical at all.. you will be down 50-70 Bucks in no time.. 2. Took Karting for adults & tokk my son also along with me for double Kart... it was way way too slow... asked them to change it.. & next one was even slower ... & during this time race got finished & person who was handling was not even courteous to give us couple of laps as we lost whole time asking for Good Kart.. Still giving 3 Rating as my 5 year old Daughter really enjoyed her Kart & Bouncy .. Otherwise would have given 2 ...

Took my little guys. They had a blast. Karts are always a winner. A little pricey... package # 7 $30.00 for 1000credits video games , from what I seen ; were between 100 and 300 credits a piece for the boys. We did the two seat karts. RJ and Rocky are too short to reach the pedals. So we drove. They did not mind riding shot gun they had a blast. All in all it was a fun evening.

Nice place to go with kids of all ages! Many hours of fun to be had by all. Go karts, bowling, (fair)food, (very expensive)arcades, laser tag, etc... I consider 3 stars "good". My reason for 3 stars is the cleanliness of the building (ok but not great), confusing attraction/price chart(so many price packages and options make it confusing for a newcomer) , slow restaurant wait staff, and the arcade staff that could be a bit more helpful (they don't smile or greet you, they do not look happy in their jobs, and they can't help with basic questions). Despite these negatives, I would still recommend this place for once or twice a year.... maybe just not every week!

Had post prom here, stayed the whole night. I had alot of fun riding the go karts, playing laser tag and exploring the arcade. It's a great place, just seems a tad old/dirty in certain places. Overall, Arnold's has hours of family fun for all ages.

A definite must visit. They have go-karts for every member of the family from tots to teens. The arcade is incredible. It puts Dave & Buster's to shame. They have a bowling alley and mini bowling alley. Black light mini golf is short but enjoyable. Laser tag is excellent with two different types. Food was a real surprise as it was high quality. They even have a bar!

I was there for a party and it was really fun! My daughter had a blast and you get a lot of points for a reasonable amount of money. Their prizes are cute as well. They have go karts, laser tag and a glow in the dark room. Everyone had a fantastic time.

This was our first time at this facility. We had our 6 year old's birthday party & got the junior racer package. It was amazing!!! The size of the place is really impressive & just seemed to keep going & going! Our party host was friendly & very helpful. The kids all enjoyed all the different things to do, & the most important part was my son said at the end, "this was the best birthday party EVER!"

This is a great place. I had my daughter's birthday party here. Very good go karting and other activities for kids. We parents had fun in the high speed go karts. The bar is awesome and drinks are great. But the food is very bad. We ordered $120 worth of food (pizza, cheese nachos, sandwiches), which was so bad we could not eat them. We had so much fun with go kart and beer, we totally forgot about the bad food. This place has to improve a lot on the food.

Me and my father came here for a night of racing, at first we were disappointed because the group were were racing with was inexperienced, and we sat in place more than we moved, I spoke to the manager (john) who was very helpful and gave us a free race without having to wait in line, totally saved the night, thanks John, we had a great time. I reccomend the rtx cars for experienced drivers only!

Laser tag is well run and lots of fun. Room could be bigger. To me it looks like about 6 people would be the ideal size for that room. The go-carts are so slow that it's about as much fun as driving around one of those motorized shopping carts at Walmart. The arcade area is large and there are some great games there. Most look pretty new. One of the guns on Tomb Raider is broken so you are out of luck if that's where you swiped your card. The pizza is worse than Chuck E. Cheese's. The whitest of white dough; it is basically the consistency of a dinner roll. Sauce and cheese are similarly unimpressive. Lady at the bar seems nice; same with the lady who greeted us at entry.

Bowling is more than fairly priced in comparison to other places. Not a huge selection of beers. The games could probably use an update but overall it can be a good time. They have live music some nights and are great for kids parties.

Didn't go bowling here yet but the prices were pretty reasonable. Arcade games will eat up you points if you choose to do the point systems over the packages.

My kids love it and it's not too expensive for the experience. Parties have good activities and they definite pay good attention to safety. Younger kids will appreciate the bouncy castle area and the older ones will like the zombie alien shooter thing and the faster gocarts. There is a good variety of activities which will engage all ages of kids.

My daughter was invited to a birthday party there. The place is incredible. If you've never been there, you'll be surprised at how big the place is. If you're like me, and always read negative reviews of places first, rest assured that whatever issues they may have had in the past have been resolved (take note of the date of those negative reviews). The staff was friendly and attentive. The scheduled events all occurred in a timely manner. My daughter did Go Kart racing for the first time, which she loved. Then we did carnival-style rides (for young children), then a large soft-play (read: bounce house/slide) areas, a carousel, then pizza and cake, more Kart racing, and finally a little time in the arcade. Everything went great, except for these MINOR gripes: Some of the equipment and/or games could be maintained better. For example, some of the buttons on the arcade machines are missing and there's just an exposed lightbulb where the "P1 Start" button should be. Another example is that one of the crane game's claw did not open. So basically I paid a dollar to watch the claw drop down and bonk the prize my daughter wanted, then hastily retract. My daughter was dead set on that Pokemon plush. Also for whatever reason, out of the only two machines available to use to put more points onto your play card, one of them absolutely would not accept credit or debit. As if the magnetic card reader was broken. My daughter is watching me type this, and insists that I type the word FLAMINGO. So there. I would absolutely come here again. Fantastic experience, especially for small kids.

Horrible experience!!!! Got there by 9pm, one hour before closing time. We chose Arnold’s because the weather was questionable and our daughter wanted to go mini golfing, so we figured we’d try out the black light mini golf experience. We get to hole #5, and they completely shut all lights off in the building and make an announcement that they’re closing in 10mins! My daughter tripped over a prop on the course due to being startled due to sudden black out. We finally exit course and make our way up to the front counter and ask for a refund and all the employees on duty looked to be between ages of 16-19 no manager was on duty at all, I question them about who decided to turn off the lights while you have patrons on the mini golf course and several employees laugh and think it’s a joke. I make them aware our daughter tripped over a prop on the course during the blackout and one employee decided to make a racial remark in regards to my fiancé. This is not a family friendly place and their employees don’t seem to have any customer service skills. Please rethink visiting this establishment, it’s not a good idea at all. I will be contacting the owner first thing tomorrow morning.

great for the little ones (5 - 8) because they loved bouncing all day which only costed $8. but once they wander from the bouncing house be prepared to pay dearly if you don't check out the specials posted. The $20 special give you more bang for your money. My older (12 & 13) grandchildren only drove the go carts & laser tag then they worked around bored..probably because they weren't plugged into a device. Overall a nice family day outting.

Pricey but a nice place to take your kids on a rainy day. Mine are 6 and 8 so the “all inclusive” ticket lets them play all of the age appropriate things unlimited. Mini golf, fo carts, bumper cars, bounce area, small rides. The arcade stuff however is challenging since my kids blow thru the points so quickly. They include 1000 points with the ticket purchase but that only gets 8-10 games. Food is expensive too so bring your own!!

My son at 3 and now 4yrs old has enjoyed going to Arnold's and playing the many games, as well as riding the rides. The staff has always been friendly and willing to help us at any and all rides and the front desk staff has helped us determine the best bang for our buck. Paying approximately $20 for my son to play a bunch of games and ride rides was perfect

This place is crazy fun and good for all ages. My kids range from 9-19 so it isn't very easy to find a place where everyone is happy. We all had a great time and hope to go back soon. It was well attended, but not insanely crowded which was nice because I didn't feel like I needed to constantly hover over my younger kids and was actually able to have some fun myself!

Had so much fun! They have absolutely everything you can think of to do. Go carts for everyone ages 3 and up. Bumper cars. A carousel. Children's rides. Games for every age. Bowling for adults and kids. A HUGE inflatable bounce area for the toddlers & young children. Glow in the dark mini golf. A cafe as well as restaurant/bar area. My only complaint was not being able to find an employee. I had to search & search some more for help. Most employees were very friendly & helpful!

my kids love it here and it's good for events and parties especially with preteen and teenage kids however the staff here is pretty much worthless when it comes to the safety and concern of small kids. The only person who has been super helpful has been the guy who runs the prize shop. I think that the guys and girls who run the bumper cars and other things don't pay attention and are too busy trying to impress themselves and other people to keep my kids safe so I feel like I have to be on top of everything as well.

What a great place to spend the whole day with the family this place is great for kids and adults to go in and have a good childish fun day they have bowling laser tag race cars and a whole bunch more I would strongly recommend this place for a really on a hot summer day rainy days or just a day to spend with the family they do birthday parties and special events the staff there is extremely friendly helpful and the place is very clean excellent place yeah have to check it out

This complex has everything.. literally. Go carts, big arcade, rides, bounce houses, mini golf, bowling, concerts, laser tag, 2 food spots a meeting center, and a full bar. Everything works too! Great place for a birthday or a company team building event

The family fun center with so much potential. The go-karts are awesome, but if you unfortunately get set up with rude racers, expect whiplash. This includes the kid rides. Young employees are pleasant, but more interested in their phones and chatting then watching for the poor behaviors. A lot of rides are in need of repair and the arcade is expensive. Was told going during the week is less crowded, but no unlimited ride pass available. I would consider going again... but I would like to see the type of kids/parents are there first!

It was like walking into an abandoned theme park that had been left alone for a few years. It was so run down and half the rides/games did not work. The snack bar area was setup oddly and was not clean. The food was not good at all. So over all experience was not a good one.

Just moved to the area and I love this place. Think Dave and Buster's but way nicer and so much more to offer. Plus no drunk idiots (although they sell alcohol), fun for all ages, bring your kids if ya want cause they have a whole section for your little ones. Been here twice, once for laser tag, another time for bowling. This place is massive. The bowling alley is really well put together and very modern. Laser tag was fun. Prices are reasonable. I bought my ticket for there New year's party and can't wait to go back.

Had a work summer event here. Open bar and plentiful food, bowling, laser tag, and three goes at the electric go karts made good times. It'd be nice if the karts were all in the same condition for improved bragging rights but beating your co-workers on the track no matter what is always fun.

A little dated, but still fun with the kiddos. The karts are old and unpredictable, the games are overpriced, the laser tag is last generation, but put it all together, and my 8 and 11 year olds had a blast.
